Abstract

Iron sand is the one of mineral mining products that produced by Cianjur District. Products are marketed from mining is generally still a raw material,it is an impact on the company’s profits that not optimal and lower government revenues.Mining activities have also resulted in damage to the roads by trucks that transporting iron ore.Based on the analysis by matrix, the internal-external (IE) factor on the SWOT analysis is known that iron sand mining activities in Cianjur is in cell 5. It means that iron sand mining activities in Cianjur required strategic of growth or stability. With AHP analysis, the researcher obtained alternative strategies iron sand mining in Cianjur. Construction of the smelter enterprises become the main alternative to increase government revenue, mining bussiness profit and welfare of miners. Transportation of goods by sea became the main alternative to preserve the environment and infrastructure.

Abstract

The research  included classroom action research that was conducted on 2018 the purpose of research was to improve learning achievement and positive attitudes of the seventh E grade students at thirteen Bontoa junior high school in science learning. This classroom action research was conducted at thirteen Bontoa junior high school in seventh E grade in the first semester on 2018/2019 academic year. The research consisted of two cycles, the first cycles consisted of two actions and the second cycles also consisted of two action. The procedure carried out in research cycle consisted of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. For getting data used observation sheets and the results test scores  in each cycle. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and qualitative analysis. The result showed the application of talking stick learning model to improve positive attitudes and learning achievement of the main science of kalor subject in VII.E grade students of 13 Bontoa Junior High Scholl in Maros District.Keywords: Talking Stick Learning Model, Positive Attitude, Learning AchievementPenelitian ini termasuk Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan pada tahun 2018. Siklus pertama terdiri dari dua tindakan dan siklus kedua juga terdiri dari dua tindakan. Prosedur yang dilaksanakan pada setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Untuk mendapatkan data digunakan lembar observasi dan hasil nilai tes pada setiap siklus. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran talking stick dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar dan sikap positif siswa kelas VII.E SMP Negeri 13 Bontoa  dalam pembelajaran IPA khususnya materi tentang Kalor.Kata kunci: Model Pembelajaran Talking Stick, Sikap Positif, Prestasi Belajar

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas, yang terdiri beberapa aspek perlakuan dan pengamatan utama yaitu peningkatan kemampuan siswa menulis permulaan dengan menggunakan metode SAS. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SDN Tondo Kecamatan Bungku Barat Kabupaten Morowali, melibatkan 18 orang siswa terdiri atas 5 orang laki-laki dan 13 orang perempuan yang terdaftar pada tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian  ini  menggunakan desain penelitian Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart yang terdiri  atas dua siklus. Dimana setiap siklus dilaksanakan dua kali pertemuan di kelas dan setiap siklus terdiri empat  tahap  yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tindakan siklus I diperoleh daya serap klasikal 50,00% dana ketuntasan belajar klasikal 33,33%. Pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan dengan perolehan daya serap klasikal 78,88% sedangkan ketuntasan belajar klasikal 100%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode SAS dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa menulis permulaan di kelas I SDN Tondo. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh lingkungan belajar, interaksi teman sebaya, dan iklim kelas terhadap kesiapan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pengantar Kearsipan kelas X APdi SMK Teuku Umar Semarang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Teuku Umar Semarang yang berjumlah 63 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakuan dengan angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis dengan SPSS dan analisis deskriptif presentase. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan Y = -27,643 + 0,332 + 0,386 + e. Hasil uji sumultan F sebesar 37,664 dengan signifikansi 0,000 maka ada pengaruh antara masing-masing variable X terhadap Y. Hasil uji parsial diperoleh hitung dari masing-masing variable sebesar 4,243; 4,227; dan 4,928 dengan signifikansi variabel X1 0,000 X2 0,000 X3 0,000. Masing-masing signifikansi variable <0,05 maka ada pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara lingkungan belajar, interaksi teman sebaya, dan iklim kelas terhadap kesiapan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pengantar Kearsipan kelas X AP di SMK Teuku Umar Semarang. This study aims to determine whether there is influence of learning environment, peer interaction, and classroom climate to students learning readiness on the Introduction Archives class X AP in SMK Teuku Umar Semarang. The population of this research is all students of class X of SMK Teuku Umar Semarang Office Administration, which is 63 students. Data collection is done with interviews, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis technique using classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis test with SPSS and descriptive analysis of percentage. The results showed Y = -27.643 + 0.332X_1 + 0.386X_2 + 0.380X_3 + e. Result of simultaneous test of F count equal to 37,664 with significance 0,000 then there is influence between each variable X to Y. Partial test result obtained t count from each variable equal to 4,243; 4,227; and 4,928 with significance of variable X1 0,000 X2 0,000 X3 0,000. Each significance of the variable <0.05 then there is a mutual influence between the learning environment, peer interaction, and classroom climate to students learning readiness on the Introductory Course X AP Classroom at SMK Teuku Umar Semarang.

Abstract

It is a pre-experiment study. The study used two classes, the first class was the treatment class using E-lena learning system and the second class was the control class without using E-lena learning system. The subject of this study was students of Office Administration of Economics Education Department, Economics Faculty, Semarang State University. The data were collected by test, and then analyzed by descriptive qualitative. The result of this study showed that using E-lena learning system could improve students’ self awareness in learning, but unfortunately the system still had some problems related to the application.

Abstract

Hasil observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata keaktifan siswa kelas X AP 1 tergolong rendah yaitu hanya sebesar 52 %. Siswa di kelas tersebut cenderung pasif hanya beberapa siswa yang bertanya dan mengemukakan pendapat pada saat pembelajaran berlangsung. Berdasarkan latar belakang diatas, maka rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran 1 SMK Hidayah Semarang yang terdiri dari 18 siswa. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I menunjukkan rata-rata keaktifan siswa sebesar  62,4% dalam kategori cukup aktif, rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebesar 74,20 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 67%. Untuk hasil penelitian siklus II menunjukkan rata-rata keaktifan siswa sebesar 72% dalam kategori tinggi, rata-rata hasil belajar sebesar 79,62 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 72%. Untuk hasil penelitian siklus III menunjukkan rata-rata keaktifan siswa sebesar 78,88% dalam kategori tinggi, rata-rata hasil belajar sebesar 84,375 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 78%.Based on the initial observation, the data showed that the average students’ activeness of 10th grade students of Office Administration1 was less active, it was only 52%. Students were passive on the learning process because only several students who gave question and delivered arguments during the teaching learning proccess. Based on the background above, the questions of research were; 1) Did the implementations of Probing Prompting learning model improve students’ activeness? 2) The subject of this research was10th grade students of Office Administration I in SMK Hidayah Semarang, they were 18 students.. The data were collected by observation, documentation, and examination. The data were analyzed by classroom action research analysis and linear regression analysis.The result of cycle I showed that the average of students’ activeness was 62.4% which categorized on active enough, the average scor eof study result was 74.20 with classical completeness was 67%. The result of cycle II showed that the average of students’ activeness was 72% which categorized on highly active, the average score of learning result was 79,62 with classical completeness was 72%. The cycle III as the last cycle showed that the average of students’ activeness was 78.88% which categorized on highly active, the average of study result was 84.37 with classical completeness was 78%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran langsung mampu meningkatkan aktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran kearsipan siswa kelas XI AP SMK YPE Nusantara Slawi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI AP 2 yang berjumlah 40 siswa. Prosedur penelitian tindakan ini terdiri dari tiga siklus. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah soal tes evaluasi dan lembar pengamatan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketuntasan hasil belajar secara klasikal pada siklus I sebesar 62,5%, dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 73. Nilai tertinggi siklus I adalah 85 dan nilai terenah 60. Pada siklus II ketuntasan hasil belajar secara klasikal sebesar 75%, dengan rata-rata 79,13. Nilai tertinggi siklus II adalah 90 dan nilai terendah 70. Pada siklus III ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal sebesar 87,5%, dengan rata-rata 85. Nilai tertinggi siklus II adalah 100 dan nilai terendah 70. Rata-rata aktivitas belajar siklus I sebesar 67,36%, meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 76,36%, dan meningkat lagi pada siklus III sebesar 84%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajraan langsung (Direct Instruction) dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah guru perlu memberikan motivasi kepada siswa karena dapat meningkatkan antusiasme siswa dalam kegiatan belajarnya.. this purpose of this research is to find out application model of direct instruction can increase activity and student’s learning outcomes in archieve lesson that student of class XI AP 2 SMK YPE Nusantara Slawi. Subject of this research was the 40 students of XI AP 2. Procedure of this research consisted of three cycles. Data collecting instrument used in this research was the evaluation test items and student observation sheets. Research result showed that learning result completeness classically in cycle I, was about 62,5 %, with mean score about 73. The highest score in cycle I, was 85 and the lowest score was 60. In cycle II, learning result completeness classically was about 75 %, with mean score 79,13. The highest score in cycle II, was 90 and the lowest score was 70. In cycle III, learning result completeness classically was about 87,5 %, with mean score 85. The highest score in cycle III, was 100 and the lowest score was 70. Mean learning activity in cycle I was about 67,36 %, increased in cycle II became 76,36 % and increased again in cycle III became 84 %. According to the research result above, it could be concluded that direct instruction model could increase activity and student’s learning outcomes. Suggestion in this study is teachers need to give motivation to the students because it can increase the enthusiasm of the students in their learning activities..

Abstract

Currently, the Private Universities (PTS) Management faced with the problems of increasing demand from its stakeholders. On the one hand the fulfillment of quality demands and quality graduates is satisfactory, on the other hand, the resources owned by the PTS is limited. In addition, PTS is also faced with the issue of competition ever increasing harsh: low input, limited resources, especially human resource, and funding. Insufficient resources lead to lower service quality. Low service satisfaction and service quality provide a negative impact on the interest to select or enter PTS. Therefore, it demands a highly credible marketing orientation. Research on the influence of marketing orientation over marketing performance turned out to have a contradiction. Therefore, this study is focused on the variable of mediating mixed marketing strategies and sustainable competitive advantage so as to close the research gap in this study that will be analyzed structurally in order to result in further research. This study was divided into two, namely descriptive and inferential path analyses, employing the SPSS 21. The results showed that in fact the level of marketing orientation, the mixed marketing strategies, and the competitive advantage were in the adequate category, while the marketing performance was experiencing decreases. The results of the path analysis are as follows. The marketing orientation variable affects directly or indirectly (through a mixed marketing strategy and a sustainable competitive advantage) over the marketing performance. The suggestion from this study is the marketing orientation needs to be trained so that optimal impact on the quality of the mixed marketing strategy creates sustainable competitive advantage and improves marketing performance.

Abstract

Abstract This research is an efort “to know” how great the influence of professional competence and motivation of Islamic Studies’s teacher on students’s achievement in the city of Banda Aceh. Problem that would be solved in this research is: Do professional competence and work motivation, individually and simultaneously influence students’s achievement in entire city of Banda Aceh? Using quantitative approach and statistical analysis of correlation and multiple regression, the result of this research shows that students’s achievement in the city of Banda Aceh is more significantly influenced by teacher motivation of work than by professional competence. Keywords: Professional Competence, Motivation, Achievement Abstrak Penelitian ini merupakan suatu upaya “mencari tahu” seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi professional dan motivasi guru pendidikan Agama Islam terhadap prestasi siswa di Kota Banda Aceh. Rumusan masalah yang ingin dijawah dalam penelitian ini adalah; apakah terdapat pengaruh kompetensi professional, motivasi kerja, atau gabungan antara kompetensi profesional dan motivasi kerja guru PAI terhadap prestasi belajar siswa se-Kota Banda Aceh. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis menggunakan uji statistik korelasi dan regresi beranda, maka hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja guru lebih signifikan pengaruhnya daripada kompetensi profesional guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di Kota Banda Aceh. Abstract

ABSTRACT The aims of this study was to know the litter production of Eha leaves (Castanopsis buruana Miq.) at Nanga-Nanga Papalia protected forest Southeast Sulawesi province. The method that use was litter trap methods with 3 plot establish at study site based on presentage of crown covering. The litter drainage using oven with temperature ± 85ºC to 24 hours. The result of this study showed that litter production of Eha leaves (Castanopsis buruana Miq.) during 4 time of observation showed that the highest average total of litter production on plot I was 55,72 g/m2/weeks, 62,2 g/m2/weeks, 103,3 g/m2/weeks and 104,33 g/m2/weeks. Plot II was 38,10 g/m2/weeks, 41,28 g/m2/weeks, 73,44 g/m2/weeks and 71,73 g/m2/weeks. Plot III 47,47 g/m2/weeks, 49,21 g/m2/weeks, 66,15 g/m2/weeks and 65,19 g/m2/weeks. The mounthly litter production of eha leaves (Castanopsis buruana Miq.) highest on April was 968,29 g/m2/mounth and the lowest on March was 588 g/m2/mounth.Keywords : Litter, Eha (Castanopsis buruana Miq.), Nanga-Nanga Papalia.
