PENINGKATAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR ILMU PENGETAHUAN SOSIAL MELALUI PENDEKATAN KONTEKSTUAL

Abstract

The aims of research were to improve activity and study result through contextual approach. This research was Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was done in two (2) cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Data collecting technique was using non-test and test technique. Data collecting tool was in the form of observation sheet and question test. Analysis of data was using qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. The result of research showed that implementation of contextual approach can increase the activity and students result of study.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa melalui pendekatan kontekstual. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Masing-masing siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik nontes dan tes. Alat pengumpul data berupa lembar observasi dan soal tes. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan kontekstual dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa.Kata kunci: aktivitas, hasil belajar, pendekatan kotekstual
