Abstract

Leadership is the ability to influence others in this case the subordinates so that someone else was willing to do the will of the leader personally though it may not be favored. Organizational culture is a social force that is not visible, which can move people within an organization to perform work activities. Are not aware of each person in an organization to learn the prevailing culture within the organization. Strong culture and positive influence on the behavior and effectiveness of the organization's performance. Terms of the employees, high employee commitment will result in improved performance of the employees themselves. Kepemimpinan adalah kemampuan seseorang untuk mempengaruhi orang lain dalam hal ini para bawahannya sedemikian rupa sehingga orang lain itu mau melakukan kehendak pemimpin meskipun secara pribadi hal itu mungkin tidak disenangi. Budaya organisasi merupakan kekuatan sosial yang tidak tampak, yang dapat menggerakkan orang-orang dalam suatu organisasi untuk melakukan aktivitas kerja. Secara tidak sadar tiap-tiap orang didalam suatu organisasi mempelajari budaya yang berlaku didalam organisasinya. Budaya yang kuat dan positif sangat berpengaruh terhadap perilaku dan efektifitas kinerja organisasi. Ditinjau dari sudut karyawan, komitmen karyawan yang tinggi akan berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan itu sendiri. ? Abstract

Polianthes tuberose L. or known as tuberose is an example of the cut flowers, many of them sold in domestic as well as in worl-wide markets. In general, due to a post-harvested bad handling, its horticultural products were so bad and therefore, most of post-harvested flowers sold in a relatively cheap price or thrown away asa a waste. To overcome this problem, there had been established a research of how to keep the flowers in a fresh condition for a much longer time, and it was done by using a consentration of a di;utted sucrose to be given into a soaked fresh flowers of Polianthes tuberose L. an analytical result which used some diluted sucrose consentration and time of soakings to be recognized that, a consentration of 15% diluted sucrose in a two hourly time of soaking had a best result asa a fresh maker used by the cut flowers of tuberose. Key words : Post-harvest, Polianthes tuberosa, Soakings, Sucrose consentration.

Abstract

This research has aim to knows diversity and plant species of jungle as used to medical plants in Pakuli village. Method used this research is analisis vegetation and using of index culture significans culture (ICS) with to following Turner procedure (1988). From yield this research has a 70 species medical plants from 48 famili, and rhizomes species has a high score ICS as a 70. Key words: Diversity, medical plants, Pakuli village.

Abstract

This research aim to to know potency of absorbent carbon some type of crop and forest Universitas Hasanuddin Makassar. Perception and measurement to high and the breast high tree diameter to know biomassa conducted with sampling intake. Sum up taken example plot are 6 fruit of the size 20 x 50 m or for the width of 0.1 Ha. Election plot example of conducted in purposive sampling based for consideration of dominant crop type in a body, type composition, and the coronet closeness. For measurement biomassa request conducted by non-destructive sampling namely without destroying sample, while for plant under by destructive sampling or entangle mutilation sample that is by cutting all plant of under which stay in kuadran and given the brought by last lable of the room in order to be known the wet weight and the weight run dry. Result indicate that potency of absorbent carbon vary pursuant to type of crop and its forest group. Sum up biomassa and highest on carbon there are group of forest Ki-Hujan each 156.0 ton/Ha. and 78.0 ton/Ha. and lower is group johar with amount of biomassa and on file C each 38.43 ton/Ha. and 19.22 ton/Ha. Average highest on file carbon there are group of teak;core forest exeed that is equal to 4.03 ton/Ha./year and lower of group of forest johar that is 0.58 ton/Ha./year, while per individual request there are at local mango type equal to 0.06 ton/tree/year and lower at type waru of equal to 0.0004 ton/tree/year. On the total carbon at RTH UNHAS in this time is 8.652,43 ton and potency of carbon fixation of equal to 366.54 ton/years. Key words: Carbon fixation, green air-gap, biomassa.

Abstract

Research on etnhobotany comparative study of spice plants that used by some tribes in Tombi village, Ampibabo district, Parigi Moutong regency, Central Sulawesi. This research is conducted from November to Desember 2012. The aims of this research is gathering information about the spices of plants and herbs thats used, the type of disease that can solved by the herbs and the way to use the herbs. The type of research was descriptive research through the semi structured interviews with 25 respondents using media question form. The analysis of the data used in this research is the IBM SPSS version 20. The results of the study showed that there were 29 plants species used spice as medicine. The part of plants is used as follows leaves, fruit, the stem, seeds, rhizomes, a corm, the root and sap. The societies of Tombi village use some of herbs of spices as a medicine to treat a chronic, uncontagious disease and for health care. The manner of its use is boiled, pounded, chewed, squeezed, grase, burned, and sliced before served. Based on dendogram, we can conclude that most of the people in Tombi village speacially Kaili Lauje tribes use the species of spice plants as a medicine. Key words: Ethnobotany, spice plants,Tombi village

Abstract

Research on the study of ethnobotany plants sago (Metroxylon spp Palma) in the community at the village of Radda, District of Baebunta, Regency of North Luwu, Province of South Sulawesi have been implemented. The goal of this research was to know the uses of sago in the daily life, how it was used, which part of this plant can be used and how the traditional taxonomy of North Luwu’s community. The method of this research was descriptive methode with Qualitative and Quantitative by using of semi structural interview and open ended. sampling the plants sago through exploration. Sago plant utilization data collection performed by the method of indept interview with respondents, the number of respondents by as much as 10 percent of total hosehold. The results obtained was sago plants can be used as foodstuffs (26,59%), medicines (14,11%), construction materials (26,59%), indigenous rituals (9,18%) and many more other utilization of the sago plants (23,52%) is the roots used as bullets or shots toys that usually called the “baladuk” and it can be use as doormat, in addition to the roots, the leaves of sago can be uses to packing the sago plants it self, wrapping griled fish, wrapping the cake and many more. Where as mucus sago was used as glue, the dregs of the sago plants used for fodder and used as fertilizer. Organ which is root (1,42%), bar (32,1%), leaf (32,1%), flower (0,28%), frond (30,7%), frond skin (3,4%), fruit (0%) and (0%). For taxonomy traditional called “Tabaro”. Key words: Ethnobotany, Metroxylon spp., Village Radda.

Abstract

A Study Etnobotany within the Rongkong Villagers’ Traditions in Rinding Allo, the Sub-district of Limbong, Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi Province. This study employed explorative survey method. Data were gathered within the Rongkong villagers’ traditions dealing with the information on the utilization of plants used by the villagers. The objektive of this study was to find out the species of plants used by the villagers in their daily lives. This was a descriptive study to find out the value plant species adn employed qualitative approach with the similarity of Index Cultural Signifinance (ICS). The ICS was used to find out the index of important value of plants. It wasfound that were 101 species of beneficial plants and Oryza sativa L. was highest index of the species. Key words: Ethnobotany, useful plants, ICS indigenous peoples Rongkong

Abstract

Ethnobotany is one of science that studies the relationship between botany (plants) associated with ethnic (community groups). This research gets Etnobotanis Study title Kailis Tribe Par at Silvan Binangga Parigis district Intermediates Parigi Moutongs regency at Intermediate Sulawesi. This research used survey method through the exploration in the field. Data collection of plant species conducted by in depth interview conducted by interviews and open-ended interview. Data analysis used the cultural significance index (ICS) and the percentage of plant use. Based on these studies found that plants used as food by 44 species, 15 types of spices, drugs 43 types, 4 types of animal feed, customs and religious rituals 13 species, 12 kinds of decoration, coloring and aromatic 7 types, 11 types of fuel and for building materials and furnishings as much as 7 types. Key words: Ethnobotany, useful plants, ICS, Binangga village.

Abstract

This research “The use of plants as a traditional medicine for the Tolitolinese in Pinjan village, sub-district of North Tolitoli, Tolitoli regency, Central Sulawesi Province” was carried out from December 2012 to March 2013. The research aimed at finding out information regarding the use of plant species, the use of plants, the kinds of diseases that could be treated by using plants and how to use the plans as medicines for the Tolitolinese in Pinjan village. This was a descriptive research. The data were collected through interview of semi-structured (list of questionnaire), involving 41 respondents. The research result showed that there were 42 species of plant used as traditional medicines. The species mostlyused were Zingiberaceae Family (6 Species). The parts of plants used were root, rhizome, stem, leaf, fruit, and seed, but leaves, 48 % were mostle used. The villagers consumed the plant medicine for recovering chronic, communicable, and incommunicable diseases and for maintaining health. The ways of how to produce include boiling, grilling, chewing, smearing, and slicing. The highest level of knowledge or use of the villagers was 92 % toward the medicine plants with species of Piper beetle L. Keywords: Etnobotany, Medicine Plants, Pinjan village.

Abstract

Research on medicinal plants in the study of ethnobotanyKailiRai tribe in Toga village has been conducted from November to February 2013 in Toga village, AmpibaboSubdistrict, MoutongParigi District, Central Sulawesi. This study was aimed to obtain information about the types of plants used as traditional medicine, plant organs used, types of habitus is used, the type of disease that can be treated and how to use of medicinal plants This research used exploratory survey methods and methods of Participatory Rural Appraisal. Based on the survey results revealed that as many as 46 species of plants and herbs used as medicine are most widely used are as many as 7 species of Zingiberaceae family. Habitus herbs used include trees, shrubs and herbs. habitus of the most widely used as a medicinal plant is herbaceous by 50%. Parts of the plant are used, among other roots, rhizomes, bark, leaves, and fruits. Part of the organ that is most widely used leaves by 47,36%. Toga villagers utilized drugs to treat diseases such as gout, high blood pressure and burns. Medicinal plants used by boiled, mashed, squeezed and baked before serving. Keywords : Ethnobothany, Medicinal plants, Toga Village.
