Abstract

Dalam tahap Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), langkah merencanakan merupakan langkah pertama. Tanpa rencana, kegiatan yang kita lakukan tidak akan terarah. Rencana akan menjadi acuan dalam melaksanakan tindakan. Melakukan tindakan sebagai langkah yang kedua. Tanpa tindakan, rencana hanya merupakan angan-angan yang tidak pernah menjadi kenyataan. Dalam implementasi PTK tahap merencanakan dan melakukan tindakan terdiri dari langkah utama yaitu: mengiden-tifikasi masalah, menganalisis dan merumuskan masalah, merencanakan tindakan kelas, melaksanakan tindakan kelas (membuat perencanaan, melaksanakan, observasi, analisis dan refleksi), mengumpulkan data dan menganalisis data tentang proses dan hasil beserta tindak-lanjutnya; terakhir adalah menulis laporan. Langkah-langkah ini merupakan langkah yang berurutan; artinya langkah pertama harus dikerjakan lebih dahulu sebelum langkah kedua dilaksanakan, demikian seterusnya.

Abstract

This study departs from the issues of teacher skills gaps in Elementary School of Laboratorium Satya Wacana in arranging the instrument of attitudes assessment. This gap problems would be solved by school action research which aims to determine the steps of in-house training that can improve teachers’ skills in preparing attitudes instrument. The subjects of this study involved 15 primary school teachers of Elementary School of Laboratorium Satya Wacana. The research model that used was Stringer Model which consist of 3 aspects, namely : Look, Think, and Act. Instruments in this study were observation sheet and booklet. The data was analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The result showed: 1) The steps of in-house training that can improve teachers’ skills are planning, implementing, and evaluating in house training. On the steps of planning, activities of the formation of a committee, determine the trainer, participants, material and schedule. During the implementation phase carried out activities ranging from pretest, delivery and discussion materials and posttest. At this stage of the evaluation carried out assessments throughout the in house training activities; 2) In-house training can enhance teachers’ skills in arranging attitudes assessments during the learning process. The contribution of this research theoretically maintains the arranging steps of Likert assessment scale and practically improve teachers’ skills in arranging attitude assessment in teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Enhancement of paddies production in Lampung done with implementation of agriculture technology innovation. The effort done with farmer field school of integrated crops management (FFS-ICM) of paddies. The learning of field school occured on various ethnic community of rice farmers. The effectivity of learning process can be occured with impersonation by the stages of attention, retention, behavior production process and motivation. The purpose of this study to analyze the difference effectiveness of learning farmer field school for farmers from ethnic Lampung, Java and Bali. The research methods with survey on rice farmers FFS-ICM of paddies participant. The sample total 286 farmers.The research located in Lampung. The research carried out Juni-September 2013. The data analysis done with the difference variance. The result indicate that only the motivate stages of process learning FFS-ICM between Bali-Java ethnic shows that the obvious difference.That implications need a preparation of learning material which capable to increase farmers motivation, need an improvement empowerment of farmers group, empowering figure roles and farmer society figures.Keywords: stages of learning, farmer field school, paddies, Lampung-Bali-Java ethnic

Abstract

Laporan PTK merupakan pernyataan formal tentang hasil peneliti-an yang dibuat oleh sese­orang/guru yang diharuskan untuk melakukan hal itu. Tujuan menulis laporan secara sederhana adalah untuk mencatat, mem-beritahukan, dan merekomendasi­kan hasil penelitian yang berupa temuan baru dalam bentuk teori, konsep, metode, dan prosedur, atau permasalahan yang perlu dicarikan cara pemecahannya. Hasil penelitian formal dipublikasikan melalui seminar, pengkajian ulang, analisis kebijakan, pendiseminasian dan sebagainya; Salah satu bentuk yang paling populer adalah artikel. Secara umum, isi artikel hasil penelitian meliputi: judul artikel, nama penulis, abstrak dan kata kunci, pendahuluan, metode, hasil dan pembahasan, simpulan dan saran, serta daftar rujukan.

Abstract

The research aimed to evaluate the degree of teacher performance (in this case, teachers who are participating in “in-on model training” and to find the encourage factors of teachers’ (participants) performance. Two factors namely environment concern and their commitment to the school improvement were analyzed. This was a quantitative research method in which examines the causality among constructs in 30 respondents. The data were collected by using self-rating scale with 32 items grouped into four variables. Self-rating scale questionnaire was valid (0.314 – 0.506) and reliable (0.632). The study found the level of teacher performance (training participants) with its encouraging factors. Most of them had high performance, leadership, middle social environment concern, and fairly good commitment. In addition, the research revealed that commitment among teachers improve 42.20% their work environment while teacher’s leadership and social concern did not have significant influence toward teacher performance in in-on model training.

Abstract

Rendahnya hasil belajar siswa telah menjadi masalah di SD Negeri Salatiga kelas 4. Itulah sebabnya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan cara mempresentasikan Numbered Heads Together sebagai model pembelajaran berdasarkan kurikulum 2013. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas melalui dua siklus pembelajaran. Setiap siklus terdiri dari tiga pertemuan. Sebelum model diimplementasikan hanya ada 17 siswa yang mencapai KKM atau hanya 54,84%. Setelah model dilaksanakan pada siklus pertama ada 23 siswa yang mencapai KKM atau 74,19%. Pada siklus kedua ada 27 siswa yang mencapai KKM atau 87,10%. Jelas terlihat bahwa ada peningkatan yang signifikan pada hasil belajar siswa. Ini membuktikan bahwa dengan menerapkan Nomor Kepala Bersama berdasarkan kurikulum 2013 dapat membantu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam studi PPKn.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran pada Kurikulum 2013 masih membutuhkan perbaikan kualitas yang ditunjukkan dari rendahnya hasil belajar siswa di salah satu SD di Salatiga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan cara menerapkan model pembelajaran Jigsaw berbasis kurikulum 2013. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas melalui dua siklus pembelajaran. Setiap siklus terdiri dari 3 pertemuan. Hasil belajar sebelum diadakan tindakan pra siklus siswa yang sudah mencapai KKM dengan presentase 42,86%, sedangkan setelah dilaksanakan siklus I jumlah siswa yang sudah mencapai KKM meningkat dengan presentase 71,42% dan setelah dilaksanakan siklus II jumlah yang sudah mencapai KKM meningkat dengan presentase 85,71%. Hal tersebut membuktikkan dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Jigsaw dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA.

Abstract

This study aimed to know that the implementation of classroom visit supervision can improve the performance of teachers SD Negeri 2 Kalimanggis in learning management. Subjects in this study were teachers at the SD Negeri 2 Kalimanggis, Kaloran District, Temanggung. The procedure used in this study consisted of three series of activities that will be carried in repeating cycles, include (a) planning, (b) the action by observation, and (c) reflection. The research approach used action research methods, while the data collection used study of documentation, observation, questionnaires and interviews. The results showed an increased ability of teachers to prepare lesson plans and manage the learning of the first, second, to the third action. The conclusion was the classroom visit supervision can improve the performance of teachers at SDN 2 Kalimanggis in learning management. Suggestions given to teacher was need to utilize the supervision activities as a source of information to improve teachers competence and performance. For the school principle need to utilize the result of this study as a reference in conducting research, while for school supervisor also need to utilize the results of this study as one of the references in the activities guidance towards principal and teachers in improving their performance.

Abstract

The graduatiton Program Master of Management Education Satya Wacana Christian University Salatiga. Supervisor Prof. Dr. Slameto, M.Pd. This study is to determine that through the implementation of supervision class visiting can improve the performance of teachers in the learning management. The subjects of this study are teachers in SD Negeri 2 Kalimanggis, Kaloran, Temanggung.  The procedure used in this study consists of a series of three main activities undertaken in a repeating cycle, including (a) plan, (b) action by observation, and (c) reflection. research approach using action research methods, while the method of data collection using the study documentation, observations, questionnaires, and interviews. The results showed an increasing in the ability of teachers to prepare lesson plans and manage the learning of the first act, second, until the third act. The inference that supervision class visiting that can improve the performance of teachers in the learning management. Suggestions given to teachers, is taking  advantage of supervision activities as a source of information to improve the competence and performance, for principals use the results of this study as a reference in conducting research, while for school superintendent will use the results of this study as one of the references in activity guidance to the heads of schools and teachers to improve their performance.

Abstract

The problems background in the learning process, teacher and pupils are interpedently connected to one another in the learning classroom process, it is because conversation and encounter process occurred. This learning process is not an uncommon issue. The problems are teacher has not finish classroom materials for the learning process, which cause an impact on the learning process’s implementation, teacher has not developed educational learning’s process, and teacher has not mastered today’s technology. Based on those complications, the best solution is implementing classroom’s visits supervision. The problem’s formulation in this study is whether the supervision of classroom visit can improve teacher’s pedagogical competence at Elementary School of Cukil 01, Tengaran. The research’s purpose is to enhance teacher’s pedagogical competence though the classroom visit’s supervision at Elementary School of Cukil 01, Tengaran The research’s type is school action research which is applied through the phase of identification of focus’s areas, data gathering, analyzes and data interpretation, plan’s arranging, and implementation of the action. The research’s subject is ten teachers through interview and also documentary study. The data gathering’s technique used though interview, observation, questionnaire, and also documentary study. The data processing’s techniques are done with data classifying, data presentation and verification. The validity of test data is using data’s triangulation. The research’s result shows two point they are: (1) The implementation of classroom visit’s supervision obtains a maximum score, that is 94% with a very good criteria (AB) and minimum score is 74% with a good criteria (B). Feedback that is performed also given which is showed are mostly positive answers. (2) The teacher’s pedagogical competence obtains a maximum score, that is 88% with very good criteria (AB) and a minimum score is 70% with a good criteria (B).To conclude the research’s result, through the classroom visit’s supervision is able to improve the teacher’s competence at Elementary School of Cukil 01, Tengaran. Suggestions offered, there should be continuity of the classroom visit’s supervision in the school that agree by all teachers to improve the teachers’ competence in the implementation of learning.
