Abstract

Debit sungai merupakan salah satu parameter hidrologi yang sangat penting dalam bidang Teknik Sipil. Mengingat pentingnya data debit sungai dan peramalannya dimasa mendatang, menyebabkan meningkatnya kebutuhan pemodelan hidrologi timeseries yang mampu menirukan dan meramalkan perilaku dari suatu rangkaian data debithistoris dari suatu sungai. Perbedaan rerata data debit dalam membangun model hidrologi deret berkala diduga akan mempengaruhi kinerja model hidrologi tersebut untuk peramalan debit sungai pada waktu mendatang.Pembangunan model hidrologi deret berkala untuk peramalan debit sungai dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan berbasis pendekatan statistik metode ARFIMA. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan pada dua sungai besar yang terpilih di Jawa Timur, yaitu Sungai Brantas dan Sungai Bengawan Solo. Pada masing-masing sungai tersebut dilakukan penelitian untuk data debit di tiga sampel lokasi AWLR dengan panjang datadebit pengamatan selama tujuh tahun.Berdasarkan hasil analisa dalam penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa model hidrologi deret berkala dengan metode ARFIMA secara umum cukup mampu menirukan data debit historis dan mampu meramalkan debit di Sungai Brantas dan Sungai Bengawan Solo untuk satu tahun periode data ke depan, sehingga hal ini berguna untukberbagai keperluan perencanaan dan pengelolaan debit di waktu mendatang.Hal tersebut ditunjang lebih detail dari hasil analisa variasi rerata data debit menunjukkan bahwa model hidrologi time series dengan data debit 15 harian menghasilkan model hidrologi time series dengan rata-rata kriteria statistik in sample MSE dan AIC serta out sample MSE dan MAD yang relatif lebih baik dibandingkan dengan model hidrologi untuk data debit 10 harian dan data debit bulanan. Untuk data debit dengan rerata 15 harian di Sungai Brantas menghasilkan rata-rata kriteria pemilihan model dengan MSE dan AIC sebesar 0,046 dan -494,883 serta untuk peramalan debit sungai satu tahun berikutnya diperoleh MSE dan MAD 0,141 dan 0,174. Sedangkan pada Sungai Bengawan Solo menghasilkan rata-rata kriteria pemilihan model dengan MSE dan AIC 0,104 dan -532,096 serta untuk peramalan debit sungai satu tahun berikutnya diperoleh MSE dan MAD 0,837 dan 0,377.Kata kunci : Pemodelan Hidrologi Deret Berkala, Peramalan Debit, Rerata Debit

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pembangunan bendungan Telagawaja merupakan suatu alternatif untuk mengatasi masalah pemenuhan kebutuhan air, baik domestik maupun non domestik sebagai suatu upaya konservasi sumber daya air. Bendungan terdiri dari bangunan pelimpah, saluran peluncur dan kolam olak. Tujuannya adalah memberikan gambaran tentang pola hidrolika pada pelimpah samping (side channel spillway) yang terjadi pada model test. Dasar dari hasil kalibrasi CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamic) adalah data hasil pengukuran model test. Hasil kalibrasi yang didapat untuk parameter kecepatan memenuhi kriteria yaitu kesalahan relatifnya dibawah 10%. Namun ada beberapa section yang tidak memenuhi standar KR, yaitu hasil parameter tekanan serta parameter tinggi muka air. Diharapkan dengan adanya penelitian ini, hasil pemodelan hidraulika bisa menjadi lebih berkembang dalam penentuan sebuah alternatif desain spillway dan mempermudah dalam proses perencanaannya. Kata Kunci: CFD, Skala Model, Model Fisik, Hidrolika, Pelimpah ABSTRACT Construction of Telagawaja dams is an alternative to resolve the problem of fulfillment the water needs for both domestic and non-domestic in the area as the conservation of water resources. Dams consist of spillway, chute, and stilling basin. The aim of this study is to describe a detail of the hydraulics patterns of side channel spillway in model tests. Basic criteria of CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamic) calibrations is measurement data from model test. The calibration results for velocity parameter of relative error less than 10%. However, there are several sections that cannot be accepted by the standards relative error, such as the result of pressure parameters and the parameters of the water level. Expected the results of the hydraulics modeling could be more improved in the determination of an alternative spillway design and simplify the planning process. Keywords: CFD, Scale Modelling, Physical Model, hydraulics, Spillway

Abstract

Sengguruh, Sutami and Wlingi, were series of three reservoirs in the upper Brantas River which have a high rate of sedimentation, thus research should be carried out to determine the proper method of sediment handling which could maintain the benefit function of reservoirs as well as feasible from economic perspective.Processing data and data analysis was performed to determine the condition of reservoir capacity, sedimentation rate, the amount of sediment handling and most feasible alternatives on sediment handling. The analyzes carried out in two phases, first phases to the existing condition and the second phases to four (4) alternatives of sediment handling at ten years project work. Alternative 1 is sediment handling with a volume of 1 million cum/year, while Alternative 2, Alternative 3, and Alternative 4 is sediment handling with volume equals to annual sedimentation rate with variation on different work method. The average sedimentation rate in those reservoirs on the last 20 years reaching a massive 1.7 million cum/ year. Hence, routine sediment handling with dredging and flushing work should to be done with minimal volume at 1.7 million cum/year. The result of economic analysis show that alternative 3 with B/C = 1.03, IRR = 17.35% and NPV = Rp. 6.37 Billion in the alternative with volume of sediment handled equals to sedimentation rate and feasible from economic perspective.Keywords: reservoir sedimentation, sediment handling, economic benefit.

Abstract

At the beginning Tugu dam was planned to supply water demand and irrigation water. In this study will be reviewed on a large electric power can be generated from the utilization of the reservoir outflow discharge and increase the value of benefits when Tugu dam is used as power plant and tourism places.Power generation at Tugu dam is planned in base load. Francis turbine is selected with optimum installed power is 400 kW, which capability of producing energy is 2,140,382.328 kWh / year. Tugu dam tourism region plans to use the land area of 9.86 hectares with cottage, water and tourist playground, swimming pool, restaurant and shop / shopping tour. Based on economic analysis conducted, can increase in the value of BCR, NPV and IRR. BCR value of 1.115 which was originally changed to 1.142; the original NPV of Rp. 36,705,066,329.00 turned into Rp.53.154.809.819,00; the original IRR 13.057% turn into 13.408%.Key words: power generation, tourism, economic analysis.

Abstract

Lodoyo dam has the potential to development of energy resources especially hydro energy power plant (HEPP), where the excess outflow discharge through spillway still have potential for capacity improvement.With the availability of outflow discharge through spillway data, the additional potential energy can be calculated, by analyze of head effective and energy. Also can performed in economic feasibility with parameter B/C Ratio, IRR, and NPV where benefit value calculated from the selling price of electric generated. The optimum improvement based on four alternative discharge outflow design with two alternative alignment. From 1st alternative analysis where located on the left river, the largest value of B/C Ratio at 1.037 (at the rate 12%) on discharge outflow at 34.05 m3/sec (Q75%) with an installed capacity 3.20 MW, and an annual energy at 25.58 GWh. For 2nd alternative where located on the right side of river has largest B/C Ratio values at 1.076 on the same discharge outflow with an annual energy of 25,65 GWh so this alternative has the most optimal of potential energy.Key words: discharge, head, energy, economic feasibility.

Abstract

MHP Brumbung is located at upstream of Srinjing River. Potential discharge MHP Brumbung depends on the discharge of the gate 1 operation of Siman dam which is used to irrigate 4852 Ha Siman crop area.To obtain the optimal scale in the construction of the MHP to be optimized flow generation and generating units in order to obtain an economical MHP. Dependable discharge optimization results are used as a basic for discharge planning of Brumbung MHP is discharge with 75% probability that is equal to 3.394 m3/dt with the discharge for one unitinstalled capacity is equal to 1.697 m3/dt and installed capacity of 50 kW,with fluctuating effective head ranged from 4.944 m to 5.140 m, the annual energy production obtained 875,785.980 kWH for two generating units with a turbines Crossflow.Keywords: Micro hydropower, discharge optimization, installed capacity

Abstract

Fresh water providing system at Keluarahan Jati and Kelurahan Tanah Tinggi Barat in Sub- District of South Ternate City is not able to run smoothly yet, it may be caused by not maximum water supply during 24 hours and not maximum to take debit from the main spring.This research is aimed to know network ability including debit, pressure, continuity waters and to analyze customer satisfaction level for service system of fresh water distribution network at PDAM of Ternate City. Total of fresh water need is 1459.50 liter/day, as total of sufficient fresh water need. The water losing percentage is 20%, water losing level in 2012 is 0.002 liter/second. Result of running by Epanet 2.0 program on 07.00 was obtained unfit pressure with criteria planning (10-60 mH20) is as 70.97 m, the speed is more than standard planning (0.6-2.5 m/second), that is 0.01-0.09 (m/second). The little debit at node 4, node 11, are 0.71 m3/second. Questionnaire result is 53.61% stated not satisfaction and 26.80% stated very unsatisfied.Keywords: Debit, quality, quantity, continuity, pressure.

Abstract

The demand of water resource tends to increase due to the growth of population. Pitu Spring is a potential water source because it is a factor behind the idea of the utilization of non-irrigation to be used as the raw material of drink water.Result of optimization by considering the demand of irrigation water at Kedungkandang area indicates that the water stock is not enough if the Drink Water Company of Malang City is collecting standard water. The irrigation water system must be changed to SRI Method (System Rice of Intensification) because this system can save irrigation water by 48 %. The irrigation water scenario in the SRI system with the saving of irrigation water by 30% and 40 % can meet the demand of irrigation water, riparian water and standard water collection by Drink Water Company of Malang City until 2020 in constantly basis throughout year.region indicates that during rainy season, the demand of.Keywords: water resource, spring, optimization, riparian, and raw water

Abstract

Abstrak : Untuk mendapatkan pola operasi waduk Tugu yang efektif maka perlu adanya suatu kajian perbandingan antara inflow dari debit andalan dan inflow dari debit bangkitan AWLR. Pembangkitan debit Hujan dengan metode FJ. Mock. Data Debit yang di analisis adalah debit andalan 80 % dan 50 %. Untuk perhitungan debit bangkitan adalah perpanjangan data debit AWLR sampai dengan tahun 2020 dengan metode Thomas Fiering. Alternatif tanam menggunakan tiga alternatif tanam yaitu alternatif tanam I (padi-padi-padi), alternatif tanam II (padi-padi-palawija), alternatif tanam III (padi-palawija-palawija). Simulasi layanan dilakukan untuk setiap pola tata tanam dengan mengacu pada dua pendekatan yaitu luasan tanam irigasi 1200 Ha dan keberhasilan layanan 95 %.Alternatif tanam yang paling menguntungkan adalah alternatif tanam III (padi-palawija-palawija) dengan keuntungan Rp. 290.745.750.000,- dengan inflow debit andalan 50%. Dari hasil keseluruhan simulasi layanan tersebut dapat disusun grafik pola muka air waduk, sehingga didapatkan suatu bentuk rule curve operasi waduk Tugu. Kata kunci: simulasi, Pola operasi, Waduk Tugu, Simulasi, Rule Curve, Abstract : To get an effective operations pattern of Tugu reservoir it is necessary to do a comparative study between depandable discharge inflow and resurrection discharge inflow from AWLR. Rain discharge resurrection was done using FJ. Mock methods intended to determine the discharge that occurs from the existing rainfall data. Discharge data were analyzed is a depandable discharge of 80% and 50% which is normal dry and wet season. While for calculation of resurrection discharge are using AWLR discharge data extension until 2020 with Thomas Fiering method. Alternative crops in this study using three alternate, that is cropping alternative I (paddy -paddy- palawija), cropping alternative II (paddy - paddy - palawija), cropping alternative III (paddy - palawija - palawija). Services simulation are performed for each cropping pattern using two approaches, that is irrigation area of 1200 Ha and the service success at 95%.That the profitable cropping alternative is cropping third alternative (paddy - palawija - palawija) with a profit of Rp. 290.745.750.000,- using depandable discharge inflow of 50%. From the overall results of the services simulation can be arranged the reservoir water level patterns chart, so that a form of rule curve operation Tugu reservoir.  Key word: Simulation, Operations pattern, Tugu reservoir, Simulation, Rule Curve

Abstract

The result of the study show the big of the planning debit system SUB 39 and SUB for the five years period each big are 0.0921 m 3 /second and 0.068 m /second. They found 19 drainage those cannot intercept planning debit at SUB 39 and 14 Drainage at SUB 42. Some cause of accident that cannot intercept the planning debit is that the lack of maintenance and getting many kind of rubbish at the drainage canal. The efforts to handle the drainage that are able to intercept planning debit by making new design the canal dimension and planning individual infiltration well.the form of infiltration well was circle with a diameter 1 m and a depth 3 m by 619 pieces off all infiltration well. Beside handling the design also making the handling recommendation totally about the government wisdoms at that region which should taking part of region societies and resembling to the using societies efficiently in keeping the canal of drainage, developing the well absorption at every home also getting permit in standing building.Keyword: Dainage System, Flood, Infiltration well
