Study of Preparation Sorghum Flour and Application for Analogues Rice Production

Abstract

Sorghum (Sorghum bicolor L. Moench) is one of cerealia that high carbohydrate and protein sources. This research is aimed to obtain effect of conditioning to yield sorghum flour and sorghum varieties toward characterization of analogues rice based on organoleptic analysis. Analogues rice was produced by twin screw extruder. Conditioning process is done by added water such as 0, 10, 15, 20, and 25% from sorghum’s mass. Sorghum varieties that are used in this study are Pahat, B100, Numbu, and Genjah. All product was selected by sensory analysis. The highest yield of sorgum flour was obtained from additional of 25% water before milling process. The result of sensory analysis showed that sorghum varieties was significant effect to rice analogues. Rice analogues from Pahat and Numbu sorghum has higher consumer acceptance. Carbohydrate content of analogues rice F1 and F3 are 91.58% and 92.40%. Total dietary fiber of analogues rice F1 and F3 are 4.02% and 3.65%.Keywords: diversification, healthy rice, carbohydrate sources

Abstract

Abstrak: Menganalisis penentuan harga pokok produksi perlu diketahui biaya produksi yang terjadi berkaitan langsung dengan proses produksi. Kondisi tersebut akan berpengarauh terhadap penentapan harga jual yang akan diperoleh UKM. Tujuan peneilitain ini adalah mengetahui perhitungan harga pokok produksi menggunakan metode full costing dan variable costing dalam proses penentuan harga jual pada UKM Roti Sari Murni. Hasil peneilitian menunjukan bahwa perhitungan harga pokok  produksi dengan menggunankan metode full costing dan variable costing terdapat selisih harga.Maka dapat dilihat bahwa harga jual Roti menggunakan metode full costing lebih tinggi harga jualnya dibandingkan harga jual dengan menggunakan metode varible costing.   Kata kunci: Harga Pokok Produksi, Metode Full Costing dan Metode Variable Costing, Harga Jual   Abstract: Analyze the determination of cost of production needs to note that the production cost were related directly to the production process. The condition willaffect the determination of the selling price to be obtained by the UKM. The purpose of this study was to determine the cost of production calculations using the full costing method and variable costing method in the process of determining the selling price on the Bread UKM.The results showed that the calculation of the cost of  production by using full costing method and variable costing method are price. Abstract

Abstrak - Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran Learning Cycle 5E berbantuan peta konsep terhadap hasil belajar fisika siswa. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan eksperimen quasi dengan desain non randomized pretest-posttest control group. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 5 Palu. Teknik Sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Proposive Sampling dengan sampel penelitian adalah kelas X Mipa 3 sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kelas X Mipa 4 sebagai kelompok kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes hasil belajar dalam bentuk soal pilihan ganda. Tes hasil belajar yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa skor rata- rata kelompok eksperimen 13,16 dengan standar deviasi 3,24 danskor rata-rata kelompok kontrol yaitu 9,33 dengan standar deviasi 3,08. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis, diperoleh  dan  pada taraf nyata . Ini berarti bahwa nilai  berada diluar daerah penerimaan . Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran Learning Cycle 5E berbantuan peta konsep terhadap hasil belajar fisika siswa.Kata Kunci: learning cycle 5E, peta konsep, hasil belajar, fisika

Abstract

The aim of this research is to study and introduce fuzzy logic into audit information system. Fuzzy logic is already adopted in other field of study. It helps decision process that incorporates subjective information and transforms it to scientific objective information which is more accepted. This research implements simulation scenario to see how fuzzy logic concept should be used in audit information process. The result shows that there is a possible concept of fuzzy logic that can be used for helping auditor in making objective decision in audit information system process. More researches needed to further explore the fuzzy logic concept such as creating the system of fuzzy logic and build application that can be used for daily information system audit process.
