Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana mengembangkan media pembelajaran matematika interaktif berbasis android dan bagaimana motivasi anak disleksia setelah menggunakan media pembelajaran matematika interaktif berbasis android.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode R&D (Research and Development). Penelitian dilaksanakan di Sekolah Autis Harapan Mulia Kelas IX SMP semester genap tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pembuatan media pembelajaran menggunakan program Adobe Flash CS6 dan huruf opendyslexie. Sedangkan untuk mengukur motivasi belajar dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket motivais belajar yang telah divalidasi oleh validator ahli. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa setelah menggunakan media pembelajaran matematika interaktif berbasis android motivasi belajar siswa baik secara ekstrinsik maupun intriksik dalam kategori baik. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa persentase nilai p yang diperoleh berdasarkan indicator adalah sebesar 84.58% yang merupakan kategoti baik dalam skala interpertasi, sedangkan pernyataan favourable, nilai p mencapai 93.33 % dan untuk pernyataan unfavourable, nilai p mencapai 77.5%. Dalam proses pembelajaranpun demikian, siswa lebih banyak bertanya dan lebih berani dalam mengungkapkan pendapatnya serta tidak mudah menyerah ketika berhadapan dengan soal-soal serta masalah yang lebih sulit. Selain itu siswa juga menjadi lebih mudah dalam memahami pembelajaran karena siswa disleksia tidak kesulitan dalam membaca dan melihat huruf serta angka. Slamet RiyadiUniversity, Thesis, unpubllshed.The improvement of teachers’ performances is desirable in the attempt ofsupporting the achievement of high-quality education. The problem occurringin elementary schools in Education Office Technique Service Unit (UPTD) ofSangia Wambulu Sub District is that the overall teachers’ performances havenot met expectation, as indicated by the students’ lower learning outcome andthe teachers’ poor performance assessment result. Ermaya Suradinata statedthat performance is defined as the work outcome affected by background,cultural environment, skill and knowledge. For a teacher, a good work cultureenvironment can strengthen his/her motivation to achieve maximumperformance. To achieve the higher performance, the headmaster’sleadership in guiding, directing, and governing a school is a part of jobmotivation necessary to have. The teachers’ job satisfaction is a veryimportant factor to get optimum performance. The teachers’ organizationalcommitment is also a very important element of work attitude. The higher theorganizational commitment, the higher is the teachers’ sense of belonging tothe school and the higher is their performance. This research aimed to findout: (1) the effect of headmaster’s leadership upon teacher performance, (2)the effect of job satisfaction upon teacher performance, (3) the effect oforganizational commitment toward teacher performance, and (4) the effect ofheadmaster leadership style, job satisfaction, and organizational commitmentsimultaneously on the teacher performance. The samples of research werethe teachers of Elementary Schools in Education UPTD of Sangia WambuluSub District of Buton Regency, consisting of 43 respondents. Technique ofcollecting data used was questionnaire that had been tested for its validity andreliability. Technique of analyzing data used included partial correlational, t-,multiple correlation, and F-tests. The result of hypothesis testing showed that(1) there was a positive significant effect of headmaster leadership style onteacher performance; (2) there was a positive significant effect of jobsatisfaction on teacher performance; (3) there was a positive significant effectof organizational commitment on teacher performance; and (4) there was apositive significant effect of headmaster’s leadership style, job satisfaction,and organizational commitment simultaneously on teachers’ performances.The implication of research finding was that the performance of ElementarySchool teachers in Sangia Wambulu Sub District would be improved whenthere were good headmaster leadership style, higher job satisfaction andorganizational commitment.Keywords: leadership style, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, teacherperformance.

Abstract

The utilization of nuclear technology in health sector with molecular techniques is increasingly developed today, especially in Indonesia.  One of which is nucleotide compound marked with [α-32P]ATP, this compound has been used as tracer for deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA)/ ribonucleic acid (RNA) in the study of various physiological and pathological processes. [α-32P]ATP is synthesized through several stages of continuous reaction in one reaction vessel. It begins with synthesis of [γ-32P]ATP through an enzymatic reaction, using H332PO4 and ADP, and enzymes  of lactate dehydrogenase, 3-phosphoglycerate phosphokinase and glyceraldehide 3-phospho  dehydrogenase; followed by phosphorilation of 3’AMP with T4 polinucleotide kinase enzyme to produce 3’-[5’-32P]ATP. The result is hydrolyzed with nuclease P1 enzyme to produce [5’-32P]AMP. The unreacted [γ-32P] is degraded by the addition of hexokinase enzyme and glucose. At the final stage of the reaction, the [5’-32P]AMP is  phosphorilated using phosphoenol-piruvat, piruvat kinase, and myokinase to produce [α-32P]ATP. The test results show that the every stage of reaction is characterized using TLC method, PEI cellulose paper as stationary phase and KH3PO4 0,5 M pH 3,5 as mobile phase. At the end of reaction, the yield of [α-32P]ATP reaches 71,7%, at Rf = 0,2.
