Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui miskonsepsi siswa dalam pencatatan jurnal penyesuaian perusahaan jasa kelas x akuntansi 1 di SMKN 3 Pontianak Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk survey. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah tes essay dan kertas kerja dokumentasi. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 39 orang siswa namun pada saat penelitian, satu orang siswa tidak bisa hadir. Jadi siswa yang mengikuti tes hanya berjumlah 38 orang siswa. Adapun pengolahan data, dianalisis peritem soal. Dari hasil penelitian dan pengolahan data diperoleh hasil, siswa kelas x akuntansi 1 di SMKN 3 Pontianak mengalami miskonsepsi pada pencatatan jurnal penyesuaian perusahaan jasa dengan rata-rata 13,8% atau masih tergolong rendah dengan rentang sekitar 0%-40%.   Kata kunci: Miskonsepsi, jurnal penyesuaian, kelas x akuntansi 1 Abstract: This study aims to find out the misconceptions of students in adjusting journal entries services company class 1 accounting x at SMKN 3 Pontianak West Borneo Province. The method that used is descriptive method with survey forms. Data collection tool used was an essay test and documentation paper work. Sample size was 39 students, but at the time of the study, one student could not attend. So the students who take the test amounted to only 38 students. The processing of the data, analyzed peritem matter. From the research and the results obtained data processing, accounting 1 grade students x at SMKN 3 Pontianak experience in recording adjusting entries misconceptions services company with an average of 13.8%, or still relatively low with a range of about 0% -40%. Abstract

Introduction: Ca Cervix patients who had a chemotherapy may experience depletion of Hb level. Hb level can increase by giving a natural carrot juice.  The nutritional  content of carrot juice such as beta karoten, ferrum, calcium, vitamin B, vitamin C and protein can assist bone marrow produce Hb and lymphosite. The objective of this study was to analyze the effect of carrot juice consumption during chemotherapy on Hb level of patients with Ca Cervix stage II-b. Method: This study used a quasy experimental design and the population was the patients who stayed at gynecology room. The sampling technique was used consecutive sampling, with the total sample were 16 respondents. Data were collected by taken the blood sample and analyzed by using Paired t-Test and Independent t-Test. Result: The result showed that carrot juice influent on the change of rate of Hb with significance level (p=0.005). Discussion: It can be concluded that by giving carrot juice to the patients with experiencing chemotherapy, can increase Hb level. Further studies are recommended to analyze the effect of carrot Juice on patient with low Hb level during Chemotherapy for further possibilities.

Abstract

Studies were carried out to collimator modelling and dosimetry BNCT of in vitro and in vivo test using MCNP-X code. Collimator modelling performed to obtain neutron beam as required by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). Dosimetry calculations performed to obtain the results of the dose calculation (dosimetry) in the application of BNCT.  Collimator modelling and dosimetry simulations performed with MCNPX program. Neutron sources used for simulation, namely cyclotrons HM-30, energy 30 MeV, the current is 1.1 mA. Collimator modelling utilizes to program MCNPX covers cells target as beryllium, collimator wall (reflector), moderate, filter, gamma-ray shielding, and aperture. The simulation results of the modelling are Φepi 1.02241x1010 n/cm2 s, Df/Φepi 2.36487x10-11 Gy-cm2/n, Dγ/Φepi 4.68416x10-12 Gy-cm2/n, Φth/Φepi 3.76285x10-01, J/Φepi 8.37678x103. Based on the calculation of the dose rate that has been done, the result that the optimal dose rate at a depth of 1cm.

Abstract

The research about the characterization of neutron energy spectrum as the effect of thickness variation of beryllium (Be) target on HM−30 cyclotron using Monte Carlo N−Particle eXtended (MCNP−X) has been conducted. This research aims to know the characteristics of neutron energy spectrum which are the result ofed by the reaction of Be(p,n) with HM−30 cyclotron as one of BNCT facilities. Modelling and simulation have been done by using MNCP−X software, then the data obtained is arranged on a graph by using Origin 8+. The result of the simulation shows that the characteristics of neutron energy spectrum of each thickness are in the range of fast neutron energy. The thicker the Beryllium target, the more diminishing the neutron energy will be.

Abstract

Background: Cervical cancer is a gynecologic disease with high malignancy rate and becomes the second leading cause of death among women worldwide after breast cancer. In the Ligar Medika Clinic, from 129 cases have been identified, 8 patients died. High mortality rate in patients with cervical cancer wascaused more by the delay in treatment due to lack of knowledge and physical side effects of treatment of patients and psychological disorders such as their rejection reactions. Aims: The purpose of this paper is to know the relationship of family support to the motivation or intention for medical treatment in patients with cervical cancer Methods: The research method used was an analytic study with cross-sectional design. There were 30 patients with cervical disease invited to fill the questionnaire. Data wasobtained directly using a Likert scale questionnaire further run in univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi-Square. Results: The result indicates most of the respondents were lack of family support. This present study found a significant correlation between familys supports to the motivation (intention) medical treatment of cervical cancer patients (p value < 0.001) Conclusion: The findings alarm a need to encourage family of patients to provide support to them during medication. It is to provide complete information about cervical cancer that can induce the family’s attention in ongoing treatment in patients and provide the patients the motivation.

Abstract

The increase of energy needs leads to the increase of oil and gas industry in Indonesia. Along with this, a good understanding about the application of radioactive materials, the treatment of radioactive waste and its disposal is needed. It is important because nowadays the radiation-based technologies are widely used by oil and gas industry, and a good understanding of the mentioned points will enable us to provide better and improved treatment as we strive to achieve clean technology. The uses of radioactive materials in the oil and gas industry are in exploration, producing, refineries, inspection of facilities, laboratories, and industrial security. The treatment of radioactive waste from oil and gas industry are divided into aqueous waste treatment, organic liquid waste treatment, and solid waste treatment.
