Abstract

24ANALISIS PRODUCTIVE MAINTENANCE DI PT. SANKYU INDONESIA INTERNATIONALHeru Winarno1, Sampurna Yuda Negara2Program Studi Teknik Industri Fakultas Teknik Universitas Serang Raya1.2heruwinarno42@yahoo.co.idABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab masalah atau kekurangan dari hasil availability pada alat fork lift 2,5 ton dan 7 ton di PT. Sankyu Indonesia International dengan menggunakan metode Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Jumlah fork lift dua buah yaitu fork lift 2,5 ton di departement maintenance dan fork lift 7 ton di operasional. Data dikumpulkan dari data repair fork lift dari bulan januari sampai juni, kemudian data diolah menggunakan performance maintenance dan dianalisis dengan diagram fishbone dan langkah perbaikan dengan penerapan TPM. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa peneliti membahas mengenai penyebab dan akibat yang ditimbulkan oleh breakdown alat/mesin Fork Lift 2,5 ton dan fork lift 7 ton. Untuk mendapatkan mesin yang dapat terjaga keterandalannya dibutuhkan suatu konsep yang baik. Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) merupakan sebuah konsep yang baik untuk merealisasikan hal tersebut. Konsep ini, selain melibatkan semua personil dalam perusahaan, juga bertujuan untuk merawat semua fasilitas pelayanan yang dimiliki perusahaan.Data yang digunakan merupakan data breakdown, operation time, loading time dan frekuensi breakdown selama enam bulan dari Januari-Juni 2014. dengan memperhitungkan nilai Mean Time Beetwen Failure (MTBF) yang dihasilkan fork lift 2 ton adalah 92,44 dan fork lift 7 ton adalah 508, Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) fork lift 2 ton adalah 21,33 dan fork lift 7 ton adalah 8, serta Availability fork lift 2 ton adalah 69,33% dan fork lift 7 ton adalah 84,67 %, dengan menggunakan data record fork lift 2,5 ton pada depatement maintenance selama 6 bulan dari bulan januari – juni 2014.

Abstract

The roughing stand machine functions for steel/product formation and the roll has five stands, and from each position has a different turn. In the production process, this machine also experiences obstacles that hinder the process [of production]. This study aims to determine the value of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and analysis of the causes of OEE values have not been maximized based on the review of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). The data used are historical data of roughing stand machines during July 2016-December 2016. Based on the data processing performed, the results of the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) obtained on the Roughing Stand machine purchased at 57.5. The potential failure priority is base on the order of Risk Priority Number (RPN), the screw up non-working item has the most considerable RPN value (56). Abstract

The problem that occurs at this time is that the production process is often hampered and does not reach the set targets because the Rolling Stand 3 (mill section) machines are often damaged. Rolling Stand 3 machine (section mill) is used to form steel with a grinding process (rolling). The study was conducted using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method where Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is a systematic method for measuring the level of machine effectiveness. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) calculations can be gauged from actual data related to Availability, Performance Rate, and Quality Rate. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is used as an indicator, to find out the causes of machine ineffectiveness done by calculating Six Big Losses to find out what factors influence the Six Big Losses. Based on the research results for the period January - December 2015 on Rolling Stand 3 (mill section) machines, the Availability value was 55.77%, Performance Rate 60.05%, Quality Rate 97.82% and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) was 32.86 %, meaning Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) below the standard value for world-class, which is 85%. To maximize overall machine effectiveness, improvements are needed to the factors that influence the low amount of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). When viewed from the six elements Six Big Losses, the greatest value is found in the Equipment Failure factor.
