Abstract

One area of agribusiness that has good prospects for development is the cultivation of papaya farming Bangkok, because the market demand is still huge, rapid investment payback period, the price is relatively stable, and continuous harvest throughout the year. The market opportunity is still wide open, because the supply is currently still lacking. Located in the Village Prangkoan, Mertoyudan District, Magelang regency, Central Java. The purpose of this study was to (1) analyze the feasibility of Papaya Bangkok cultivation with his own land and rent system, (2) business feasibility analysis Papaya Bangkok cultivation with leased land and the cultivation of papaya integration model of Bangkok's most profitable for entrepreneurs to raise Papaya Bangkok cultivation. Quantitative analysis carried out to analyze the feasibility of the financial aspects using the criteria of NPV, IRR, Gross benefit and Cost Ratio, Sensitifitas, and BEP analysis. NPV value of aquaculture in their own land is higher at Rp103,793,371.93, while cultivating the land lease Rp60,069,785.97. This shows that the net benefits received from cultivation in their own land is greater than in the land lease. Judging from the value of Gross IRR and B/C, indicating that the value of Gross IRR and B/C for all the cultivation is > 0, so that both are good at cultivating their own land or on leased land eligible to run. When viewed from the BEP, the BEP for the cultivation of the land it self is 1548 units and Rp6,190,661, while for the cultivation of the land rent is 6972 units and Rp10,457,406.67. Comparison of financial feasibility between the two tampat cultivation shows that of both types of businesses, the cultivation of the land itself is a more viable business cultivated. It can be seen from the financial eligibility criteria of the cultivation the land itself has a better value

Abstract

Stop motion is one of the traditional animation technique that has been use from the beginning of an early animation film up until now.  As one of the traditional technique, there is a lot of things that can not be animated with stop motion. One of them is a movement of an animation that shape like a particle with abstract and fuzzy movement. Based on that reason, the production of an short animation film is conducted that will combine stop motion technique with particle system; which is a digital animation technique. In this research, particle system technique will be added in post production so the elemental effects that can’t be produce by stop motion technique can be added. Resulting in one animation that combine the traditional animation technique, stop motion, with digital animation technique, particle system. From the qualitative comparative technique that comparing the scene before and after post production state of effects, also quantitative comparative technique with the sum of particle that had been emitted and the pixel count and also velocity count. It is concluded that the particle system technique succeeded in covered the lack  of stop motion technique in animated the movement of an abstract and fuzzy object.

Abstract

Fan bag filter sebuah alat yang berfungsi untuk menghasilkan aliran pada fluida gas seperti udara ke dalam proses penyaringan pada bag filter. Fan merupakan suatu mesin yang terbentuk dari komponen-komponen seperti motor, bearing, shaft, pulley, dan impeller. Masalah serius yang dihadapi oleh mesin berputar / rotating alat adalah vibrasi, karena dengan adanya vibrasi dapat menyebabkan kerusakan pada komponen bearing baik pada sisi motor atau bearing shaft impeller. Selama ini, terjadi kenaikan vibrasi yang tidak terkontrol baik oleh sistem maupun oleh inspektor sehingga suhu pada motor meningkat. Untuk mempermudah dalam monitoring besaran kenaikan vibrasi yang terjadi pada fan, maka perlu dibuat sistem yang dapat membaca besaran vibrasi dan menginformasikan besaran vibrasi tersebut kepada operator CCR atau pekerja terkait. Oleh sebab itu pemasangan sensor vibrasi untuk monitoring secara real time diperlukan. Karena fungsi dari bagfilter dan fan yang cukup kritis, bagfilter digunakan untuk mengurangi emisi debu akibat proses pembuatan semen. Dengan dipasangnya sensosr vibrasi tersebut, didapatkan alat monitoring yang akurat untuk mencegah terjadinya kerusakan mesin yang akan berimbas kepada efektivitas dan efisiensi produksi serta mengurangi emisi lingkungan dengan kinerja mesin yang lebih optimal.
