Abstract

This research is performed in order to test the influence of the variables Return on Equity (ROE),Debt Equity of Ratio (DER), Earning per Share Log (EPS Log), Interest Rate and Exchange Ratetoward Stock Return of companies that specializes in consumption goods sector that is listed inBEI over period 2008 – 2011. Data analysis with multi linier regression and hypothesis test usedt-test and F-test at level of significance 5%. Besides that, a classic assumption examination whichconsist of data normality test, multicolinierity test, heteroskedasticity test and autocorrelation testis also being done to test the multi linier regression model. Based on normalty test, multicolinieritytest, heteroskedasticity test and autocorrelation test, the multi linier regression model has fulfilthe classic assumption deviation empirical evidence show as EPS Log, and Interest Rate haveinfluence significance toward Stock Return. ROE, DER and Exchange rate do not have influence significance toward Stock Return . Where it was proved that together ROE, DER, EPS Log, Interest Rate and Exchange Rate have influence significance toward Stock Return of the company

Abstract

This study is aimed to examine the effect of moral reasoning and the student’s personal factors towards moral behaviour of accounting students in the four basic components to behave underlying of any moral actions or moral behaviour of an individual. In addition to that, it is also to examine the effect of accounting student demographic variables such as sex, Grade Point Average (GPA), and age towards their moral behaviour. The sample selected is done by using a purposive sampling method. Research data was collected from Accounting students of Pancasila University, Jakarta within academic enrollment year 2011/2012. The number of samples used are Accounting students of the 5th to 8th semester totaling 150 students. The analysis technique used is a multiple regression in SPPS ver.19. The results of the study shows moral reasoning and student’s personal factors influence positively and significantly towards the moral behaviour of accounting students simultaneously. Meanwhile, student’s personal factors which measured in the level of idealism, level of relativism in partial has positive and significant impact on student’s moral behaviour. And, others student’s personal factors are measured with locus of control, sex, GPA, and age has no significant influence towards moral behaviour partially.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is the level of customer ratings of products or services. Manufacturers and traders need to consider the level of customer satisfaction by improving product quality, service quality, price and customer emotional level, as well as production costs. Customer satisfaction measurement provides information for producers, traders and consumers of the products or services produced. This study uses descriptive quantitative method, distributing randomly questionaire to the “Tempe” customers at Pasar Lembang, Kota Tangerang. The evidence from the results obtained from the calculation showed that there is a significant influence partially and simultaneously of price and product quality to customer satisfaction of tempe at Lembang Traditional Market, Kota Tangerang. It can be concluded that the traders and producers should maintain and improve the quality of their products and give the compatible price of the products ‘Tempe” in accordance with their qualities in order to increase the purchasing power and consumer loyalty in consuming the product. Abstract

This sesearch identified the responses of size of zygotic embryo of cocoa and to identify the responses of cocoaclone types toward ability to produce somatic embryo. The research was designed by Completely RandomizedFactorial Design within five replications. The first factors were the sizes of used explants, namely small (2-5 mm),average (6-9 mm) and big (10-15 mm). The second factors were cocoa clones, namely RCC 72, Sca 6, KW 162, KW163 and KW 165. The result showed that the best explant was the small size (2-5 mm) of cocoa zygotic embryo. Ithad significantly on number of rooting embryos and number of embryos with buds on rooting media. Clone RCC 72was the most responsive clone and could generate to be plantlet. Clone KW 165 performed the lowest response.

Abstract

AbstrakIn all organizations some problems arises due to differences in purposes, interest, experiences, levels of education, personalities, perceptions, and motivation among individuals or groups in the organization. Those problems can cause conflicts, internal and external, that lead to negative implications for their organizations. Therefore, leaders have to apply conflict management to overcome the conflicts and find the best solution to undermine the spirit of organization. Through assertive communication, leaders can build sincere communication between individuals and look for win-win solution for all parties. Leaders are also expected to apply conflict management in accordance with the circumstances in the organization.  This study uses descriptive qualitative method.  The research proves that there is an influence between assertive communications towards conflict management in PT. Indonesia Power – Unit Bisnis Pemeliharaan in Jakarta. The calculation of determination coefficient is 0.745 74.5%meaning that the changing variation of conflict management influenced by assertive communication skill as much as 74.5% and the rest 25.5% influenced by other factors. The evident from the results obtained from the calculation showed that there is a significant influence partially and simultaneously of assertive communications towards conflict management. It concluded that the organization should have the skill of assertive communication, improve and implement it to attain the best way in dealing with management conflict. Towards assertive communication, leaders get highest opportunity to manage and solve conflicts in their organizations.  Keywords: Conflict, Conflict Management, Assertiveness, Assertive Communication Skill. Abstrak            Di setiap organisasi masalah dapat terjadi karena adanya perbedaan tujuan, perbedaan kepentingan, perbedaan pengalaman, tingkat pendidikan, persepsi, dan motivasi diantara individu atau kelompok di organisasi tersebut. Masalah tersebut dapat menimbulkan konflik, naik internal maupun eksternal, yang akan mengarah pada implikasi negatif untuk organisasi. Oleh sebab itu, setiap pemimpin perlu menerapkan manajemen konflik untuk meredam persaingan dan menemukan pemecahan masalah untuk memperbaiki spirit sinergisme organisasi. Melalui kemampuan komunikasi asertif, diharapkan pemimpin dapat membangun sebuah komunikasi yang jujur diantara individu-individu dan mencari solusi yang memenangkan kedua belah pihak. Pemimpin juga diharapkan menerapkan pengelolaan konflik yang sesuai dengan situasi dan kondisi di dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa ada pengaruh antara kemampuan komunikasi asertif terhadap pengelolaan konflik di PT. Indonesia Power – Unit Bisnis Pemeliharaan di Jakarta. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,745 yang artinya variasi perubahan dari pengelolaan konflik dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan komunikasi asertif sebesar 74,5% dan sisanya 25,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari hasil perhitungan yang menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan komunikasi asertif berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap pengelolaan konflik. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan dan penerapan kemampuan komunikasi asertif sangat diperlukan dalam meningkatkan pengelolaan konflik yang baik oleh para pemimpin di PT. Indonesia Power – Unit Bisnis Pemeliharaan, Jakarta. Dengan kemampuan komunikasi asertif, pemimpin memiliki kesempatan yang lebih baik dalam menangani dan memecahkan konflik yang terjadi di dalam organisasinya. Kata Kunci: Konflik, Pengelolaan Konflik, Asertif, Kemampuan Komunikasi Asertif

Abstract

Today’s teachers are not only teaching, but they have to fulfill various educational roles. This situation demands teachers to learn continuously. They should develop themselves to improve students’ achievement. To grow continuously, teachers should not just wait for formal, instructed or top-down training or learning. They should be autonomous and self directed. They should be aware and analyze what they need and how they should obtain knowledge or skill that they need. Autonomous teachers learn by reflecting their daily teaching and learning experiences. They use their experience as opportunity to learn. There are three main sources of teachers’ learning: their teaching experiences, sharing ideas in professional communities, and by researching.

Abstract

Conflict, both internal and external conflicts, can cause problems in organizationbecause of differences in purpose, interests, personalities, experiences, perceptions,and motivations among individuals or groups in the organization. Every leader needsto apply conflict management to curb the excessive nature of competition andundermine the spirit of synergism organization. Through servant leadership style andorganizational culture, leaders are expected to be able to apply conflict managementin accordance with the circumstances in the organization. The research proves thatthere is an influence between servant leadership and organizational culture toconflict management in PT. Indonesia Power - UBH at Jakarta. The evident from theresults obtained from the calculation showed that there is a significant influencepartially and simultaneously of servant leadership and culture organization towardsconflict management. It can be concluded that the improvement, socialization andimplementation of servant leadership and organizational culture are important toimprove the leaders’ conflict management skills in PT. Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakankarena merupakan salah satu dari tiga kewajiban Dosen di Lingkungan AKPAR Bina Sarana Informatika Bandung yang tercantum dalam tri dharma perguruan tinggi yaitu Pendidikan, Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat, Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu merupakan pelatihan kepada masyarakat dalam mengembangkan kualitas SDM dan Pemasaran dalam rangka Meningkatkan kepuasan Kunjungan Wisatawan Ke Villa Kancil Majalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawawancara dan kelompok. Wawancara mendalam bertujuan untuk mendapat data primer mengenai pelatihan staff dan marketing di villa kancil Majalaya. Hasil dari penelitian ini di dapatkan bahwa dari factor SDM harus lebih ditingkatkan lagi dalam pelatihan staff agar dapat meningkatkan mutu pelayanan, selain itu factor marketing juga harus bisa lebih di kembangkan melalui pemasaran baik secara langsung ataupun tidak langsung dari kedua factor ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengalaman positif atau kepuasan wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Villa Kancil Majalaya

Abstract

Pendapatan Asli Daerah merupakan sumber utama pembiayaan daerah, oleh karenanya kemampuan melaksanakan ekonomi diukur dari besarnya kontribusi yang diberikan oleh Pendapatan Asli Daerah terhadap APBD, semakin besar kontribusi yang dapat diberikan oleh Pendapatan Asli Daerah terhadap APBD berarti semakin kecil ketergantungan pemerintah daerah terhadap bantuan pemerintah pusat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) dan Dana Alokasi Khusus terhadap Belanja Daerah dan menguji pengaruh Dana Bag Hasil sebagai variabel moderating terhadap hubungan antara PAD, DAU, DAK dengan Belanja Daerah. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 26 Kabupaten/Kota yang ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam penentuan sampel yaitu Kabupaten/Kota yang mempublikasikan APBD secara konsisten dari tahun 2010-2014. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PAD, DAU dan DAK secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Belanja Daerah. Secara parsial PAD dan DAU berpengaruh terhadap Belanja Daerah sedangkan DAK tidak berpengaruh terhadap Belanja Daerah. Hasil penelitian dengan metode analisis regresi moderasi (MRA) menunjukkan bahwa Dana Bagi Hasil bukan variabel pemoderasi memperkuat atau memperlemah hubungan PAD, DAU, DAK dengan Belanja Daerah.

Abstract

Dalam rangka menjamin hasil audit yang berkualitas, telah ditetapkan Standar Audit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan audit, independensi, dan pengalaman auditor terhadap kualitas hasil audit investigasi. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode survai. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi variabel independen adalah pengetahuan audit, independensi, dan pengalaman auditor, serta variabel dependen adalah kualitas hasil audit investigasi. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 130 auditor pada Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Keuangan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner untuk mengukur persepsi dari para auditor terkait variable-variabel yang diujikan Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data dengan Ordinary Least Square dengan model persamaan regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: (1). Ketiga variabel independen secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen; (2) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan atas variabel pengetahuan audit terhadap kualitas hasil audit investigasi secara parsial; (3). Terdapat pengaruh signifikan atas variabel independensi auditor terhadap kualitas hasil audit investigasi secara parsial; (4) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan atas variabel pengalaman auditor terhadap kualitas hasil audit investigasi secara parsial.
