Abstract

This study aims to test the relationship between service quality to increase customer’s satisfaction of East Barito Local Goverment Central Kalimantan. Data were collected from societies of East Barito Local Goverment Central Kalimantan, 269 questionnaires were collected with cluster sampling and analyzed using statistical techniques Statistical Product and Service Solutioan (SPSS). The open questions are presented to explain service quality which a people needed. This study found that was strong influence of service quality to increase customer’s satisfaction are positively and significant affects directly. Build from the value of relationships of variables of service quality and customer satisfaction, it is obtain that the indicator of empathy is the most powerful indicator. Findings thisresearch proved that service quality to increase customers satisfaction. Even though value of this research could additional new framework of the human resource and marketing literature on two variables: service quality and customers satisfaction specially servive on government citizen of East Barito Local Goverment Central Kalimantan, which could be used in increasing customers satisfaction. However there are limitations in used statistical techniques and has not tested these variables results from service quality to increase customer’s satisfaction.Keyword : service quality, customers satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract

Organization commitment is very important for individuals working in any organization.Therefore, considering individuals and the perception toward the careers is really important.This study determines the direction of influence of basic individual careers and career developmentprograms on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This research conducteda survey on Private Higher Education teaching staff of Kopertis (private higher educationcoordinator) Borneo in Banjarmasin. The data from 60 respondents were analyzedusing the Partial Least Square (PLS) to examine the relationship among variables basic individualcareers and career development programs that have a significant and positive impacton job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The results showed that the basic individualcareers and career development programs affect organizational commitment and jobsatisfaction. In addition, it is also proved that job satisfaction mediate the increasing organizationalcommitment.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial development in Indonesia is very small, amounts to 0.18% of the total population. Ironic considering the number of available potential in Indonesia's earth (natural resources), so abundant to be a good product. The slow development of entrepreneurs in Indonesia is influenced by how much attention the government to its citizens. Look at our government today. Do they invite to use the product in the country? we can take the example of one of the government's policies, import salt, chili, rice etc. Is it appropriate for the State of Indonesia as an agricultural country with the dawn of rice cultivation such imports?. Government attention is needed to empower people to improve the entrepreneurial spirit. Especially in developing informal business communities of the culinary business. However, it is also the role of public institutions and universities by providing socialization and counseling, in order to accelerate the empowerment felt by the public and obtain maximum benefit in managing the business.In an effort to increase business profits, culinary entrepreneurs need to be given knowledge about the preparation of the business plan format.Keywords:  Business Plan Format, Entrepreneur Culinary

Abstract

The level development of entrepreneurs in Indonesia is very slow. This is influenced by attention the government to its citizens still lacking. We can take the example of one of the government's policies, import salt, chili, rice etc. Is it appropriate for the State of Indonesia as an agricultural country with the dawn of rice cultivation such imports. This situation to make farmer family felling down. Government attention is needed to empower people to improve the entrepreneurial spirit. Especially in developing informal business communities of the handmade product. However, it is also the role of public institutions and universities by providing socialization and counseling, in order to accelerate the empowerment felt by the public and obtain maximum benefit in managing the business. This is effort to increase handmade production by moms community, the soul of entrepreneurs need to be given knowledge about the preparation of the marketing plan format.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how marketing public relations of Happy Puppy Banjarmasin karaoke in an effort of attracting visitors.The method used in this study is a qualitative research method, this method is trying to describe and explain an event by looking at the facts that exist as observations, but researcher also analyze and integrate, after that researcher conducted a classification. Data collection methods that writer use are interviews and documentaries.These results indicate that marketing public relations conducted by Happy Puppy Banjarmasin in an effort of attracting visitors through activities, namely: 1) Corporate identity, 2) sponsorship, 3) community relations 4) Publications, and 5) Customer relations, those activities through the phases of planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with the opinion of Ruslan (2010), and from 7 marketing public relations activities mentioned by Kasali (2006) only 4 marketing public relations activities undertaken by Happy Puppy Banjarmasin.

Abstract

       Career management is an employee career management process that covers the stages of career planning activities, career development and counseling, and career decision making. Career management involves all parties including employees concerned with the unit where the employee works, and the organization as a whole. Therefore, career management covers a vast area of activity. In this paper the stages to be discussed are about the factors that affect the career orientation of individuals.       Career management covers a vast area of activity. The importance of career management for employees is to increase the potential and productivity for their advancement, while for the company is to plan their human resources in improving the company's business value and business competition.       Career planning and development is a career management function. companies that want their employees to work with good skills and knowledge should be able to plan and develop their employees' careers, while for employees with career planning and development, employees can know their career goals and direction.

Abstract

The background of this study by organizational climate and job discipline on employees performance of Politeknik Muara Teweh North Barito regency. This is affected by organizational climate, job discipline and employees performance. The purpose this study is how much influence the organizational climate, job discipline on employees performance of Politeknik Muara Teweh North Barito regency.The design of this study using quantitative methods. Data were collected through questionnaires to 54 respondents in the Politeknik Muara Teweh of North Barito regency by using sampling techniques proportionate stratified random sampling to determine the respondents to each variable. Then analysis of the data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis Quantitative Analysis of covering validity and reliability, hypothesis testing through F test and t test and analysis test, the coefficient of determination (R2). The data analysis technique used is the analysis of multiple linear regersi which serves to prove the hypothesis of the study.Results of the analysis found that the organizational climate variable (X1) of 40.2%, job discipline (X2) amounted to 63.8%, singly or together have a positive and significant impact on Employees performance (Y). Figures adjusted R-square of 0.892 indicates that 89.2% Employee performance variables influenced by three independent variables used in the regression equation. While the remaining 10.8% is explained by other variables outside the three variables used in this study. And it is known that the dominant variable affecting Employee performance variables are variables besides Organizational climate and Job discipline.

Abstract

 "The Influence of Organization Leadership Communication Work Against Employee Motivation Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik of South Borneo Province, Supervisor I: Prof. Dr.. H.M. Ma’ruf Abdullah, SH., MM., MSi, Supervisor II: Dr. Hj. Rahmi Widyanti, M.Si     The Communication is a basic human activity. By communicating, people can do interaction with each other both in daily life at home, at work, in the market, in society or in any human being.     To easily understand this communication needs to first know the basic concepts of communication. Basicconcepts of communication such as the definition of communication, communication models, the basic components of communication and communication principles.     Method of approach using the type of quantitative research that produces descriptive data in the form of words writing or spoken of the people and behavior that can be observed, Quantitative Research destkriftif used to examine relationships between variables, and relationship variables.     In this study population were employees of Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik of South Borneo Province. The data collection method used was a survey method is by way of coming directly to the field, accompanied by distributing questionnaires     From the results of this research the communication variables and variable organizational communication and leadership Head of Head Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan PolitikSouth Borneo simultaneously affect the motivation of employees to the value of R square of 0,649 or 64.9%.
