Abstract

The unceasing globalization has a great influence on the lifestyle of the young generation of Indonesia, including habit to consumed fast food. Many research proved, fast food was not good for health. Habit of eating fast food in Indonesia increased from day to day, especially in the adolescent. This is very dangerous because not only bad for health, but also threat our culture. In general, the aim of this study was to conduct a preliminary study in order to develop traditional foods as a nutrition education media for adolescent. The study de-sign was cross sectional, the respondents were students in junior high school in Bandung. Sampling Technique done by purposive. There were 85 respondents. The results showed that the respondents knowledge about traditional street food from Sundanese are divided into three categories. 40% had a good knowledge, 34% had fair knowledge and 26% had a poor knowledge. Perceptions of respondents about the importance of having knowledge about traditional foods is 41.2% consider it important. Perceptions of the media information that can be used to educate traditional food are posters in schools (37.65%), brochures (4.71%), computer programs (34.14%) and program /application in smart phone (23.53%).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengkaji profil industri kreatif bidang fesyen dalam upaya mengembangkan kurikulum SMK program keahlian Tata Busana yang relevan dengan kebutuhan dunia industri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu extrapolation and the econometric approach. Relevansi kurikulum yang dikaji dilihat dari dimensi kualitas, kuantitas, lokasi, dan waktu. Hasil kajian memperlihatkan bahwa industri kreatif bidang fesyen dari aspek kualitas memerlukan kompetensi lulusan yang memiliki aspek hardskill dan softskill yang berbasis pada kreativitas. Dimensi kuantitas dan lokasi menunjukkan bahwa lulusan SMK Tata Busana memiliki peluang yang cukup besar untuk bekerja di industri kreatif bidang fesyen khususnya yang berada di Kota Bandung (dimensi lokasi). Terakhir, dari dimensi waktu industri kreatif bidang fesyen perlu menjadi program keahlian yang dikembangkan secara serius di masa kini dan masa depan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan studi pengembangan model Portfolio Based Assessment pada kompetensi kejuruan di SMK yang mengacu pada Standar Kompetensi Nasional. Studi pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan research and development. Tahapan yang dilakukan: (1) Analisis kompetensi kerja berdasarkan tuntutan dunia kerja (stakeholders). (2) Identifikasi karakteristik Portfolio Based Assessment sesuai Standar Kompetensi Nasional. (3) Pengembangan instrumen penilaian berbasis portofolio yang mengacu pada Standar Kompetensi Nasional. (4) Pengembangan kriteria penilaian berbasis portofolio yang mengacu pada Standar Kompetensi Nasional, (5) Merancang desain model Portfolio Based Assessment pada Kompetensi Kejuruan di SMK. Sesuai dengan tahapan penelitian tersebut, menghasilkan luaran sebagai berikut : (a) Model Portfolio Based Assessment pada Kompetensi Kejuruan di SMK. (b) Instrumen Portfolio Based Assessment pada kompetensi kejuruan di SMK.
