Abstract

Malioboro as one of  most tourism destination in Yogyakarta has a large number of visitors.  More than 4,000 people visiting  Malioboro area per day. The number of visitors at  pedestrian area  resulting inability Malioboro to receive such capacity. For  resolve these problems,  an  evaluation  of the service is needed more pedestrian capacity  (level of service). so that visitors will know about Malioboro growth in the future. and  The reference can being recommendation  as handling problems that occur at Malioboro street. The survey  undertaken are pedestrian  survey. Pedestrian survey is aimed to obtain  number of tourists data  in Malioboro pedestrians . The survey were conducted in three-point locations who can represent characters of  Malioboro, in front of the Hotel Inna Garuda,  Malioboro Mall and  Sami Jaya. The analysis is carried out to the HCM 2000. The result  of pedestrian survey are  Level of Service value. Base on the parking income data the growth rate of pedestrian area is about 5.2% . in the next five years the Level of Service will be bad with Level of service D. this mean there is a crowded situation in pedestrian area. overcome these problems we need  rearrangement pedestrian area  along Malioboro street  and make a planning analysis to resolve this issue hopefully can accommodating  Malioboro area for next 5 years in Pedestrian area with  Level of Service (LOS) B.

Abstract

The North Brebes-Tegal Ring Road is a primary arterial road corridor which are located in the North Coast of Java, Central Java across Brebes District (12.385 km) and Tegal (4.715 km), with a pavement structure used is a flexible pavement (asphalt). The road was built with the purpose to break traffic density that occurred in Brebes City and Tegal. In 2010, construction of The North Brebes-Tegal Ring Road began. However, in 2012 the construction activities temporarily halted due to several problems, one of them is the condition of the ground at a construction site in part marshes and ponds led to the implementation by using layers of flexible pavement (asphalt) is difficult to be implemented. This condition starts from STA. 8 +800 to STA. 17+377 from the direction of Brebes to Tegal. Therefore, in this final planning is The North Brebes-Tegal Ring Road, with alternative structures to replace the flexible pavement (asphalt) and rigid pavement structures, accompanied by stabilization of the soil to improve soil conditions by landfill swamp native land with material heaps of options so as to increase the value of the subgrade CBR for the better. Besides the implementation of soil stabilization is recommended to do a heap of soil reinforcement by utilizing sheet pile as a solution to overcome the problem of the construction of The North Brebes-Tegal Ring Road.

Abstract

Rembang Municipality currently shows significant development in various sectors that predicted will increase travel distribution caused by enormous trip generation and attraction. This condition will impact on the performance of Pantura as a national road network, mainly the segment that pass through this area. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the performance of some links and signalized intersections as part of Pantura in Rembang as well as provide suggestions to resolve the problem. The analysis of road and signalized intersections performance refers MKJI 1997, while the proposed treatment refers to Rembang Municipality’s Regional and Spatial Planning Document (RTRW) 2011 - 2031. The result showed that the values of DS in 2013 are 0.486, 0.848, 0.713 and 0.324 respectively at Kaliori Segment, Kartini Park Intersection, Lasem Mosque Intersection and Sluke Segment. The cycle time at each intersection is resetted and the LTOR rule is not applicable in order to improve the intersection performance before the future performance prediction analysis undertaken. In 2020, the number lanes on Sluke should be add up from 2/2 UD (DS = 0.849) to 6/2 D (DS = 0.330). The construction of Rembang Urban Ring Roads in 2016-2020 could be decrease the DS value at Kartini Park Intersection in  2021 (DS = 0.669), but in 2028 the DS has reached 0.909. Therefore, the trafiic signal phase must be adjusted to decline DS value to 0,462 in 2021 and 0,676 in 2028. The Lasem Urban Ring Road in 2024 decrease DS value at Lasem Mosque Intersection to 0,667 thus 0,807 in 2028. After the Rembang Outer Ring Road and Rembang Urban Ring Road officially open for public, the DS of Kaliori Segment and Kartini Park Intersection could be decrease upto 0.687 and 0,517 respectively. According to Rembang Municipality’s Regional and Spatial Planning Document, the Rembang Outer Ring Road will be operationalized in 2026 and the Lasem Urban Ring Road in 2024. However, this research suggest that this plan should be rescheduled to 2019 for Rembang Outer Ring Road and 2021 for Lasem Urban Ring Road.

Abstract

Paragon Mall Semarang is the one of the biggest shopping centers in Semarang City. Parking space has been provided since the beginning of mall’s area development, however it is no longer sufficient to meet the current demand. It is proved by the additional parking area in certain times, thus the effectivity of this parking area needs to be assessed more thoroughly. This Study aims to plan the parking space’s availability with sufficient capacity and to give recommendation in implemetation and development of parking space. Methodologies used include: calculation standart capacity based on current guidance, deviation of cumulative graph for calculating current need, space and tariff optimation, and future need calculation. Paragon Mall has 7 dedicated parking areas: 5 car parking areas and 2 motorcycle parking areas. At its peak hours, every area suffered space deficiency although there are some empty space in another parking area. Current parking space deficiency total of car area are only 10 SRPs and no deficiency in sepeda motor area. After optimation is done then the capacity is increased to 1115 SRPs of car and 2030 SRPs of sepeda motorcycle that is sufficient in the next 7 years or until year 2022. Tariff optimation is done to get progressive tariff therfore the visitors would not linger and eventually the space might serve more visitors. Space optimation on parking area layout and tariff should also be supported by management system. The overall amount of current parking space’s availibility shortage is 10 SRPs of car. After performing space and tariff optimization, the capacity is 1115 SRPs of car and 2030 SRPs of sepeda motorcycle that will last for the next 2 years i.e. up to 2017.Parking area’s layout of Paragon Mall Semarang with space and tariff optimization should also be supported by existing parking management system. Overall, Paragon’s parking area is only experiencing a minimum shortage.. To overcome the possibility of uneven accumulation in particular parking, solution that can be given is installing information panel which shows available parking space of all parking lot at the entrance to Paragon Mall Semarang.

Abstract

Suru bridge is located in the village of Suru, Bantar bolang, Pemalang linking local and regional Кesesi Bantar Bolang route its span 144 meters above the river suru. Suru bridge replacement is based on conditions that exceed the design life of the bridge, steel truss bridge already rusty and the effective width of the bridge that does not meet the standards to serve the transportation needs. On the condition of the bridge was originally designed using the bridge structure type steel frame, then in this final project design for the replacement bridge suru use this type of prestressed concrete structures. At this early stage analysis exsisting conditions, the structural design of the upper structure and sub structure as well as the calculation of the Budget Plan (RAB). Planning the structure take into account the burden that might occur that burden alone, additional dead load, traffic load, wind load and earthquake loads. In planning prosess carried out calculations using LRFD (Load and Resistance Factor Design) is then performed under the structural design with the initial steps do dimensioning abutments, pillars and foundation .For foundation wells are used caisson.
