Abstract

Abstract Growth of information technology in this case computer technology can support the decision making in conducive modern organizations of work in organization can be finished quickly, accurate, and efficient. Information technology (TI) defined by as technology used to obtain get the, manipulation, presenting data. The All manager is this time claimed by their ability to be able to exploit the information influencing organizations so that can make decision precisely pursuant to the information. At our tataran governance recognize the term e-government which is becoming trend in this time, How exploiting TI in governance which we recognize with the phenomenon " e-government"nya ? The reality exploiting TI in governance do not such as those which we conceive the, congeniality TI in governance still limited to computer for the typing of and support the process of eye administration. Function TI for the process of data processing and transaction which ready complex and also public information a long way off from expectation. Abstract

ABSTRACT With increasing competition in the business world, requires companies increase product sales policies, which need to offer product sales on credit in addition to product sales in cash. With a sales volume of credit sales are expected to increase by leaps and bounds, so the profit is also increasing. Accounts receivable arising as a credit sale occurs, and simultaneously it also costs incurred in the management of accounts receivable include: the cost of investment in accounts receivable, cash discount, the cost of bad debts and so on. Receivables must be managed efficiently, because it involves the profits and costs incurred because of the receivables. The policy should be managed optimally receivables which means that every element of the policy should consider the benefits of accounts receivable and sacrifice. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the significance of the effect (1) leadership on employee performance, (2) communication on the performance of employees, 3) motivation on employee performance, (4), communication on the performance of employees who moderated by motivation, (5) communication on employee performance moderated by motivation. Location of research in the Department of Culture and Tourism of Surakarta. The research population is all employees amounting to 86 people with a census technique. The analysis technique uses test validity, test reliability classical assumption test, linear regression, t test, F test, the coefficient of determination and absolute difference test. The results showed that leadership had a significant influence on the performance of employees, communication has a significant influence on employee performance, motivation has a significant influence on employee performance, motivation moderated the effect of leadership on employee performance, motivation moderated the effect of communication on the performance of employees in the Department of Culture and Tourism Surakarta. Abstract

ABSTRACT In investment decisions, management must deal with uncertainty in the future. The uncertainty of a number of possible events can occur. Risk management is what needs to be considered in investment decisions. Management needs to incorporate an element of risk in the investment proposals of thinking, so that each investment project has a different risk levels. This will affect the required rate of return (Required Rate of Return), which determines whether a feasible investment project is accepted or rejected. Approach to the measurement of risk in investment decisions, among others: the mean standard deviation approach, certainty equivalent approach, risk adjusted discount rate approach, sensitivity analysis, scenario analysis, break even analysis. ABSTRACT Industrial relations concerning the relationship between workers and employers as well as issues surrounding such as economic, social, political and cultural. When firms interact with many community stakeholders who are affected by decisions, policies and operations of the company. Number of stakeholders and different interests, causing potential conflicts in the company. The cause of the emergence of conflicts within the company, can be triggered by individual factors or organizational factors, which have the effect they are positive or negative. Conflict in the industry can be solved with the approach of competitors, collaborators, compromise, accommodator and avoidance of conflict. Abstract

  ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to know significant effect of the variable location of the market, value-added products to increase market share and revenue market traders Ngarsopuro Solo, after structuring the market. Market research sites in the sample Ngarsopuro Solo with 50 respondents, the sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling. Data collection using questionnaire and analysis of the data using linear regression, t test, F test, Coefficient of Determination Test. These results indicate there is significant market location variables, value-added products, and the market share of the revenue increase market traders Ngarsopuro Solo. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aimed to analyze the influence of consumer perceptions, price perception and perceived risk to private label brands in the retail company Carrefour in Solo. After a review of the previous literature and research, hypothesis are made that consumer perception, price perception and perceived risk influence to private label product brands significantly, and price perception variable is a dominant variable affecting of private label brands product. Primary data obtained from questionnaires to 100 respondents using purposive sampling techniques, and performed analyzes with SPSS. Analysis multiple linear regression, F-test, t-test, and the coefficient determination, with the result: Consumer Perceptions (X1), Price Perception (X2), and the Perceived Risk (X3) significantly influencing to private label brands, and price perception variable is a dominant variable on the success of private label brands. It means the data obtained supports the hypothesis. Research found that the quality of the product is perceived by consumers, they believe that private label brands with low prices image have quality that is comparable to the national brands, consumers are not ashamed and do not have to bear the risk of purchasing the products. These all are the factors that are proven to be the perception in purchasing private label products brands. Keywords: Consumer Perceptions, Price Perception, Perceived Risk, and Private Label Brand.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of working capital, asset, and sales turnover to profits of SMEs. The population in this study is catering SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) at Surakarta located in the five districts. The sample in this study are catering SMEs in Surakarta consist of 92 SMEs. The data in this study using secondary data from the quarterly financial statements of catering SMEs in Surakarta on 2015 that fully include working capital, fixed assets, sales turnover and profit. Result of this research show that working capital have positive and significant effect on SMEs profits, means Hypothesis 1 is accepted. Assets no significant effect on SMEs profit means Hypothesis 2 was rejected. Sales turnover have positive and significant effect on SMEs profit means Hypothesis 3 is accepted. Implications of this research, increase in working capital and sales turnover have a positive contribution on profits of SMEs catering in Surakarta.
