Abstract

ABSTRACT Calcium diet has an important role in energy metabolism regulation especially intracellular Ca2+ which is the key tarrange the metabolism of adiposity fat and triasilgliserol save. When intracellular Ca2+ increase it makes the stimulatioof gen lipogenic and lipogenesis also forcing of lipolysis and finally increasing the fat fitting and increasing adiposity. Thlow level of calcium absorbtion increases the production of calsitirol which could stimulate adiposity Ca2+ influx and thconcequance is the increase of adiposity, so it needs high calcium diet to delay lipogenesis increase of lipolysis, lipioksidaxion, to reduce fat adiposity and weight. The research used  pretest – postest control group design. Trial animawere male rat of Rattus novergicus strain wistar. The research consisted of 2 phases. The first phase was increasing thrat weight by giving normal diet with calcium of 0,4% for all kinds of rats for 4 weeks. The second phase by giving calciumdiet with different doses that is  group A as control group (0,4% Ca as normal diet), group B 0,8% Ca (Ca as normal diet +0,4% Ca as CaCO3), group C 1,2% Ca (Ca as normal diet + 0,8% Ca as CaCO3) and  group D 1,6% Ca(Ca as normadiet + 1,2% Ca as CaCO3) for 4 weeks. To find out the difference of calcium diet it used statistical test Oneway Anova

Abstract

Low-salt diets affect the patient’s appetite because restricted salt will affect the taste of food. A decrease in appetite due to the taste of food causes the patient not to consume the portion of food served which results in his nutritional needs not being met. This study aims to determine the general description of food residue and nutritional status in hypertensive patients who receive a low-salt diet at Sultan Syarif Mohamad Alkadrie Pontianak Hospital, the type of research used was descriptive with cross sectional design, the number of samples studied were 41 people. The data used consisted of two types, namely primary data including nutritional status data based on BMI, identity data and food waste data. While secondary data covers the general state of the sample research location. The results showed that respondents who had a good food intake of 43.9% and those who had less food intake were 56.1%. The most common type of leftovers found in respondents were animal dishes at 41%. It was found that respondents with overweight nutritional status were 14.6% (6 people) and underweight nutritional status of 19.6 (8 people). It is advisable to further improve the type and taste of food, so that patients do not get bored quickly and are able to spend the food given by the hospital, so that nutritional status the patient is awake during hospitalization.

Abstract

Hypertension is a disorder of the blood vessels that result in oxygen supply and nutrients carried by the blood obstructed to the body tissues that need it (Vitahealth, 2006). Consumption of a diet high in fruits and vegetables, reduced sodium intake and increased potassium intake in foods can reduce the incidence of hypertension (Houston, Harper & PharmD, 2008). This study aims to determine the effect of red watermelon consumption on the decrease in blood pressure in hypertensive patients outpatient in Puskesmas Perumnas I West Pontianak. This type of research is experimental with quasi experiment design with pretest-posttest control group design. The test used is chi square test, paired t-test, wilcoxon, oneway anova and kruskal-wallis. The number of samples studied was 42 samples and the time of the research was conducted on June 2018. The results of the red watermelon in patients with hypertension with a dose of 200 gr, 250 gr and 300 gr for 4 days can lower blood pressure. The average of derivation in systolic blood pressure in the 200 gr group was -10,71 mmHg and diastolic -8,21 mmHg, average of derivation systolic blood pressure in the 250 gr group of -12,86 mmHg and diastolic -9,99 mmHg while the systolic blood pressure average of derivation in group 300 gr for -15,71 mmHg and diastolic equal to -13,57 mmHg. Suggestions in this study respondents can consume watermelon fruit as an alternative to lower blood pressure as much as 300 grams and for subsequent researchers need an additional length of time intervention to see the effect of decreased blood pressure is systolic blood pressure and diastolic responders to normal.

Abstract

Abstract: Adherence to Consuming Iron Supplementation For Pregnancy Women By Using Monitoring Card. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of monitoring card influence the adherence of consuming.  iron supplementation in pregnant women in Sungai Sembawangs Public Health Center. The research design is a quasi-experimental study with pretest-posttest control group design. The study was conducted in Sungai Ambawang’s Public Health Center starting Mei in November 2015. The samples were selected by consecutive sampling. Results show that there was the significant association between the average number of consuming iron supplementation tablet in trial group and control group (p = 0,002).Abstrak: Uji Coba Kartu Pemantauan Minum Tablet Tambah Darah (Fe) Terhadap Kepatuhan Konsumsi Ibu Hamil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan kartu pemantauan minum tablet tambah darah terhadap kepatuhan minum tablet darah pada ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sungai Ambawang Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Penelitian ini bersifat eksperimen semu dengan rancangan penelitian pre test-post test kontrol group design. Penelitian dilaksanakan di wilayah Puskesmas Sungai Ambawang Kabupaten Kubu Raya, mulai bulan Mei sampai dengan Nopember tahun 2015. Sampel yang diambil secara Consecutive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada perbedaan rata-rata jumlah tablet tambah darah yang diminum oleh ibu hamil pada kelompok yang diberi kartu pemantauan minum tablet tambah darah dengan kelompok kontrol (p = 0,002).

Abstract

Abstract: Wasting in Children at work area of Puskesmas Pontianak City. This study aimed to figure out the risk factors of wasting in Children at work area of Puskesmas Saigon and Puskesmas Perumnas II. A case-control method, as well as a purposive sampling technique, was carried out in this study. As many as 66 respondents were divided into 2 groups (33 cases group and 33 control group). The data were analyzed by using Chi-square test. The study revealed two findings. First, there were significant correlation of infectious disease (p= 0,003, OR=5,714 with CI 95%=1,925-16,965), exclusive breast feeding(p= 0,021, OR=3,946 with CI 95%=1,343-11,800), complete immunization(p= 0,025, OR=3,619 with CI 95%=1,290-10,150). Second, there was no correlation of carbohydrate intake(p= 0,577, OR=1,688 with CI 95%=0,524-5,438), protein intake (p= 1,000, OR=1,134 with CI 95%=0,425-3,026),and the incidence of wasting in Children at work area of Puskesmas Saigon and Puskesmas Perumnas II.Abstrak : Gizi Kurus (Wasting) Pada Balita Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kota Pontianak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko kejadian gizi kurus di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Saigon dan Puskesmas  Perumnas II. Jenis penelitian adalah Case control dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 66 responden yang terbagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu 33 kasus dan 33 kontrol. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara penyakit infeksi (p = 0,003, OR = 5,714 dengan CI 95% = 1,925-16,965), ASI eksklusif (p = 0,021, OR = 3,946 dengan CI 95% = 1,343 – 11,800), dan kelengkapan imunisasi (p = 0,025, OR = 3,619 dengan CI 95% = 1,290-10,150). Variabel yang tidak berhubungan asupan karbohidrat (p = 0,577, OR = 1,688 dengan CI 95% = 0,524-5,438) dan asupan protein (p = 1,000, OR = 1,134 dengan CI 95% = 0,425-3,026) dengan kejadian gizi kurus di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Saigon dan Puskesmas Perumnas II.

Abstract

Abstract: Effect of Lampung Banana Potassium on Bone Mineral Density in the Elderly. This study aims to determine the effect of banana lampung on bone mineral density in the elderly in the Social Welfare Tresna Werdha and Werdha Graha Kasih Father’s home). This research is a research with experimental design with the separate sample pretest posttest control group design. The research was carried out in the Tresna Werdha Social Institution and the Werdha Graha Kasih Father’s house, from May to July 2017. The sampling technique was taken by random sampling The result of potassium feeding on 150 grams of banana per day for 30 days by increasing BMD T-score of 0.17 while in control group (without banana lampung) BMD T-score decreased by - 0.32. After intervention in both groups showed a difference of BMD T-score of 0.49. Abstrak: Pemberian Kalium Buah Pisang Lampung terhadap Densitas Mineral Tulang pada Lansia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengetahui pengaruh pemberian buah pisang lampung terhadap bone mineral density pada lansia di wilayah Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha dan panti Werdha Graha Kasih Bapa). Penelitian yang dilakukan ini adalah penelitian dengan desain eksperimen dengan rancangan the separate sample pretest posttest control group design. Penelitian dilaksanakan di wilayah Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha dan panti Werdha Graha Kasih Bapa), mulai bulan Mei s/d Juli 2017. Teknik sampling diambil dengan cara random sampling Hasil pemberian kalium pada buah pisang lampung sebanyak 150 gr setiap hari selama 30 hari dengan dapat meningkatkan BMD T-score sebesar 0,17 sedangkan pada kelompok control (tanpa pemberian buah pisang lampung) BMD T-score menurun sebesar - 0,32. Setelah intervensi pada ke dua kelompok menunjukkan adanya perbedaan BMD T-score sebesar 0,49.
