Abstract

ABSTRACT: ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION SERVICE QUALITY ON TEACHER TRAINING AND EDUCATION FACULTY OF SEBELAS MARET UNIVERSITY TO THE STUDENT SATISFACTION. The purposes of this study are (1) determine the effect of the academic administrative services quality on FKIP UNS simultaneously to the student satisfaction. (2) Determine the effect of the academic administrative services quality on FKIP UNS partially to the student satisfaction. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. The populations in this research were all of FKIP UNS students are still active. The number of samples was determined as much as one hundred respondents. Tryout conducted on thirty respondents in the population, with valid and reliable results. The data used is a primary data obtained by questionnaire. Hypothesis testing used multiple regression analysis, F test, and t test. The results of this study concluded that (1) there is effect of service quality to the student satisfaction. (2) Tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy have partial effect student satisfaction. Keywords: student satisfaction; academic service quality.
