Abstract

Decentralization theory states that the higher degree of centralization will increase local economic growth, because local government will create public sector efficiently, so it will increase more local economic growth than central government. The implementation of Decentralization Law No. 23 & 33, 2004, and the balance of finance between the central and local government as the manifestation of the theory is expected to increase affectivity and efficiency of local government performance through the delegation process from the central government to the local government. This research was conducted to evaluate 5 years of fiscal decentralization of 29 districts and 9 cities in East Java with fixed effect model (fem) analysis. The result of this research are: (a) decentralization of expenditure has significant positive impact on economic growth, (b) decentralization of expenditure has significant positive impact on inefficiency of public expenditure, and (c) inefficiency of public expenditure has significant negative impact on economic growth.Keywords: decentralization of expenditure, inefficiency of public expenditure, economic growth

Abstract

This research aims to determine the economic profile of district Bumiaji. Municipal Batu and what commodities are the main of the district Bumiaji, Municipal of Batu. This research is an explorative research that is exploring the economic potential existing in the area for quantitative descriptive analysis. Type of this research is suitable for problem that has not been much attention in the discussion. The object of this research is the regional economic from district of Bumiaji, municipal of Batu, East Java. The results showed the economic profile of district Bumiaji, municipal Batu characterized by agricultural sector. Leading commodities are apples, vegetables and flower plants. Various plants are scattered in various take Sumberejo, Gunungsari and Punten villages. The development potential of the region should pay attention to aspect of sustainability and competitive ness of market. The dynamics of regional economic development oriented to product competitive advantage.Keywords: The regional economic, commodities

Abstract

The study aims to determine the influence of family environment in entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship learning in school, as well as the achievement motive against the interest of entrepreneurship of senior high school students throughout Malang. The study uses a quantitative approach. The study population was high school state students throughout Malang. The process of sampling using proportional random sampling technique, resulting in a sample of 347 high school students. Data were analyzed using analysis of quantitative description. The findings show that: (1) the family environment of entrepreneurship education in entrepreneurship affect the interest of students, (2) entrepreneurial learning in schools using learning media has an influence on students interest in entrepreneurship, (3) Achievement motive significant effect on students interest in entrepreneurship. Based on the findings, it can be suggested (1) to the parents to continue to teach children as early as possible to have the properties of an entrepreneur as well as supporting the child when choosing to become entrepreneurs rather than being an employee, (2) to the school, is expected in perform entrepreneurial learning, can follow changes in the business world, using a variety of learning media and increase students motivation to try to become entrepreneurs by using media appropriate learning in school.Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan  di lingkungan keluarga, pembelajaran kewirausahaan di sekolah, serta achievement motive terhadap minat kewirausahaan siswa SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri se-Kabupaten Malang. Proses penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling, sehingga menghasilkan sampel sejumlah 347 siswa SMA. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskripsi kuantitatif. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pendidikan kewirausahaan di lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh terhadap minat kewirausahaan siswa, (2) pembelajaran kewirausahaan disekolah dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat kewirausahaan siswa, (3) achievement motive berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat kewirausahaan siswa. Berdasarkan pada temuan penelitian tersebut, dapat disarankan (1) kepada orangtua siswa untuk terus mengajarkan anak-anak sedini mungkin untuk memiliki sifat-sifat seorang wirausaha serta mendukung anak ketika memilih menjadi wirausaha daripada menjadi pegawai, (2) kepada pihak sekolah, diharapkan dalam melakukan pembelajaran kewirausahaan, dapat mengikuti perubahan pada dunia usaha, menggunakan media belajar yang bervariasi dan meningkatkan motivasi siswa untuk mencoba menjadi wirausaha dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran yang tepat di sekolah.

Abstract

Internalisasi Nilai-nilai Perilaku Konsumsi Berwawasan Lingkungan bagi Mahasiswa Pendidikan EkonomiAbstract: The formation of values as the foundation of behavior requires special attention, because this aspect have big influence on life. The purpose of this study is to determine the formation of stu-dent consumption values become environmentally consumption behavior. This research is carried out on students of economics faculty of the State University of Malang, using a qualitative approach of phenomenology. The data are analyzed by using inductive descriptive qualitative. The results found that the values reflected in the two sides, the positive and negative. The Interest in environmen-tally friendly consumption behavior occurs for reasons of lifestyle, care, budget availability, future sustainability, attention, information, religiosity, rules, health, artistic value, and reciprocity. Internal-izing values of students environmentally consumption formed through information media, school, parents or families, campus, community, spiritual organizations, organizations, and seminars or training.Key Words: consumption behavior, economic educationAbstrak: Pembentukan nilai-nilai sebagai landasan perilaku memerlukan perhatian khusus karena aspek ini sangat besar pengaruhnya terhadap kehidupan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pembentukan nilai-nilai konsumsi mahasiswa ke dalam perilaku konsumsi yang berwawasan lingkungan. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi Universitas Negeri Malang, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskrip-tif kualitatif bersifat induktif. Hasil menemukan bahwa nilai-nilai konsumsi tercermin dalam dua sisi, sikap positif dan negatif. Minat terhadap perilaku konsumsi yang berwawasan lingkungan terjadi ka-rena alasan gaya hidup, kepedulian, ketersediaan anggaran, keberlanjutan masa depan, perhatian, informasi yang lengkap, religiusitas, taat aturan, kesehatan, nilai seni, dan harapan timbal balik. In-ternalisasi nilai-nilai konsumsi yang berwawasan lingkungan mahasiswa terbentuk melalui media in-formasi, sekolah, orang tua atau keluarga,kampus, masyarakat, pengajian atau organisasi kerohanian, ormas, dan seminar atau pelatihan.Kata kunci: perilaku konsumsi, pendidikan ekonomi

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji  pengaruh latar belakang sosial ekonomi orang tua pendidikan Ekonomi di keluarga serta economic leteracy terhadap perilaku konsumsi mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi, baik langsung maupun tidak langsung.  Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik angket dan tes. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan: (1) adanya pengaruh langsung latar belakang sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap perilaku konsumsi mahasiswa. (2) adanya pengaruh langsung pendidikan ekonomi di keluarga terhadap perilaku konsumsi mahasiswa. (3) adanya pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan latar belakang sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap economic literacy mahasiswa. (4) adanya pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan pendidikan ekonomi di keluarga terhadap economic literacy mahasiswa. (5)adanya pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan economic literacy terhadap perilaku konsumsi mahasiswa. (6) adanya pengaruh secara tidak langsung latar belakang sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap perilaku konsumsi melalui economic literacy mahasiswa. (7) adanya pengaruh secara tidak langsung pendidikan  ekonomi di keluarga terhadap perilaku konsumsi melalui economic literacy mahasiswa.

Abstract

Food is represent requirement of most elementary human being in experiencing their life,  so that food can be conceived of rights of human life. Relate at result of mapping by Bappeda Sub-Province of Malang (2007) and result of Mapping of food gristle area, district of Jabung become priority in handling of food gristle area. District of Jabung is district owning physical facility and non physical most minim. Therefore, according to researcher need the existence of relevant study about food gristle potency and also local characteristic and policy direction in improving food resilience District  of  Jabung  Malang Sub-Province. The Result of this research mapping of food gristle potency by using 12 indicators in District of Jabung have not village which enter priority handling of very area gristle, gristle and rather gristle. But that way in analysis each of  indicator of course thera are still rather area of  gristle, gristle or even very gristle. Policy direction of which can do is maximizing area potency district of Jabung either from facilities and basic facilities aspect and also the make-up of agricultural produce. Keywords: Gristle Food Potency, Policy Direction

Abstract

Pengaruh Latar Belakang Sosial Ekonomi Orang Tua, Pendidikan Ekonomi di Keluarga dan Economic Literacy terhadap Perilaku Konsumsi MahasiswaAbstract: This study examine the direct and indirect effect of parents socio-economic background in familys economic education and economics literacy on students consumption behavior in the faculty of Economics. Data collection has been done by using questionnaires and tests. The data analysis has been done by using path analysis. The study conclude: (1) there is direct influence of parents socio-economic background to the students consumption behavior. (2) there is direct effect of familys economic education to the students consumption behavior. (3) there is positive and sig-nificant effect of parents socioeconomic background to the students economic literacy. (4) there is positive and significant effect of familys economic education to the students economic literacy. (5) there is a significant and positive influence of economic literacy to students consumption behaviour. (6) there is indirect effect of parents socio-economic background  to the consumption behavior through students economic literacy. Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) to produce a media product of social science learning traditional game Gaprek Kempung by utilizing the existing facilities in the surrounding environment, (2) to determine the effectiveness of the development of instructional media of social science traditional games Gaprek Kempung to improve learning outcomes on economic subjects grade VII SMP N 1 Tumpang. Based on the analysis testing the effectiveness of instructional media traditional game Gaprek Kempung by using software IBM SPSS 24 with the formula t-test, t-hitung obtained from posttest control class and experimental class SMP N 1 Tumpang amounted to 2,763 with t-table value is 2.005 thus t-hitung> t-tabel which means an increase in the economic value of learning outcomes experimental class is better than the control class. Furthermore, gained a significance value of 0.007 <α (0.05), indicating that H1 accepted meaning experimental class is better than the control class. This study showed that media learning traditional games Gaprek Kempung further enhance the economic value of student learning outcomes compared with no use of instructional media. This means media learning traditional game Gaprek Kempung is worthy to be used to improve students’ learning outcomes and media learning traditional game Gaprek Kempung is effectively to improve students’ learning outcomes.Tujuan penelitan ini adalah (1) untuk menghasilkan sebuah produk media pembelajaran IPS permainan tradisional Gaprek Kempung dengan memanfaatkan sarana yang ada di lingkungan sekitar, (2) untuk mengetahui kefektifan pengembangan media pembelajaran IPS permainan tradisional Gaprek Kempung untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa kelas VII SMPN 1 Tumpang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji keefektifan media pembelajaran permainan tradisional Gaprek Kempung dengan menggunakan software IBM SPSS 24 dengan rumus uji t-test, nilai thitung yang didapatkan dari posttest kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen SMPN 1 Tumpang sebesar 2,763 dengan nilai t-tabel adalah 2,005. Dengan demikian, t-hitung>t-tabel yang berarti peningkatan nilai hasil belajar ekonomi kelas eksperimen lebih baik daripada kelas kontrol. Selanjutnya, didapatkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,007<α (0,05) yang menunjukkan bahwa H1 diterima artinya kelas eksperimen lebih baik dari pada kelas kontrol. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran permainan tradisional Gaprek Kempung lebih meningkatkan nilai hasil belajar ekonomi siswa dibandingkan tanpa menggunakan media pembelajaran. Hal ini berarti media pembelajaran permainan tradisional Gaprek Kempung layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan media pembelajaran permainan tradisional Gaprek Kempung efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Economic growth is one of the macro-economic indicators that show the level of welfare of a country. The factors that affect to economic growth is foreign direct investment, exchange rate and government expenditure. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of foreign direct investment, exchange rate and government expenditure to economic growth in the short run and long run. Data collection technique used documentation. Data were analyzed using Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) and cointegration test. The results of this study were (1) there is no short run impact of variables foreign direct investment, exchange rate and the government expenditure to economic growth in Indonesia in 1986—2015 and (2) there is a long run effect of variables foreign direct investment, exchange rate and government expenditure to economic growth in Indonesia in 1986—2015.Pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan salah satu indikator makro ekonomi yang menunjukkan tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat suatu negara. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi adalah foreign direct investment, nilai tukar Rupiah dan government expenditure. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh foreign direct investment, nilai tukar Rupiah dan government expenditure terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dalam jangka pendek dan jangka panjang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) dan uji kointegrasi. Hasil penelitian ini, meliputi (1) tidak terdapat pengaruh jangka pendek antara variabel foreign direct investment, nilai tukar Rupiah, dan government expenditure terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia tahun 1986—2015 dan (2) terdapat pengaruh jangka panjang antara variabel foreign direct investment, nilai tukar Rupiah, dan government expenditure terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia tahun 1986—2015.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is: (1) Know the process of students in the learning economy. (2) Determine the efforts of students to improve students critical thinking skills on economic subjects. (3) Know the teachers efforts in motivating students to think critically on economic subjects. The research results have been obtained in the field said that the students of class XI IPS in SMAN 5 Malang and in high school Malang Panjura have critical thinking skills are diverse and differ in the learning process in schools, especially in economy class learning. The results of the interview obtained the opinion that the students critical thinking skills are the attitudes of students in thinking reflex that responds to the subject matter of economics. for something that is not as usual, not in general, and not as routine. It means that something is not the same and the addition of new innovations to show its creativity.Tujuan penelitan ini adalah (1) mengetahui proses belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran ekonomi; (2) mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan siswa untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi; (3) mengetahui usaha guru dalam memberikan motivasi siswa untuk mampu berpikir kritis pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Hasil penelitian yang telah diperoleh di lapangan menyebutkan bahwa siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 5 Malang maupun di SMA Panjura Malang memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis yang berbeda dalam proses pembelajaran Ekonomi di sekolah, khususnya dalam pembelajaran kelas. Hasil wawancara diperoleh pendapat bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa adalah sikap siswa dalam berpikir secara reflek yang merespon materi pelajaran Ekonomi, untuk sesuatu yang tidak seperti biasa, tidak pada umumnya, dan tidak seperti rutinitas. Maksudnya bahwa sesuatu yang tidak sama dan adanya tambahan inovasi baru menunjukkan kreativitas.
