Abstract

The countrys economic growth depends not only on export and industrial output from factories scattered throughout Indonesia. Factories and other large-scale companies only provide macro economic growth, in fact people can not enjoy the growth of the economy directly. Therefore, in order for the people to be prosperous, the State must boost economic growth through micro enterprises run in real terms by the (small) people themselves. In fact, it is difficult for small people to gain access to formal financial institutions to stimulate the growth of micro-enterprises in the community. Finally, the State makes it easy for its people to develop micro businesses managed by the community itself through a program of womens special savings and loans (SPP) PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan. Based on the results of the research shows that this program succeeded in increasing the growth of Micro Enterprises and able to absorb the work force in Kecamatan Samatiga. The SPP-PNPM program is able to generate the creativity of the community in entrepreneurship among the housewives. The SPPPNPMfund roll is used to form the community-run business such as making food andbeverage, raising, producing salted fish, and other businesses. Meanwhile, to run the new business is always needed human resources as a manager. Thus, the amount of effort in the community is directly proportional to the needs of the workforce, the SPP PNPM fund spools greatly affect the development of SMEs and labor. Key words: SPP PNPM, Savings and Loans, Samatiga, Aceh Barat.

Abstract

Muallaf life of Chinese Crossbreed community in Aceh Barat is not as good as with other crossbreed. Muallaf were expelled from their family, even business relationships between the members of the ethnic Chinese crossbreed also cut off so economically bankrupt and ended up living in poverty. Because of this, part of other ethnic Chinese who wants to convert to Islam with fear and cancel his intention. The emergence of the phrase "to be Islam is synonymous with being poor" because of poverty muallaf occurred since left the business relationship that has been built, and also expelled from their family, so that the financial assistance from the family when someone needs also suspended. One thing that makes business relations and expulsion of muallaf family leave because they have left ("betray") and their ethnic ancestry. Meanwhile, in the face of poverty, some of them were forced to leave Meulaboh city and live in Banda Aceh or Medan. It is not exactly known how the living conditions of ethnic Chinese crossbreed muallaf of Meulaboh in those cities. While others choose to stay in Meulaboh and live in simple life. To finance his family life, muallaf are working as parking attendants, bookselling, garbage collectors and scavengers, caring for and maintaining the child, as well as working as a factory worker. However, the simple and poor life would be rewarded with good, because it reverts Chinese crossbreed people can live together with Acehnese people. In the belief that a new life as a new muallaf will receive a trial from God. For that, there is only one strong determination to survive as a muallaf despite poor living up to his death, and the Lord called him in eternity. Keywords: adaptation, poverty, convert, Chinese, Meulaboh, Peranakan.

Abstract

Every society in the world has a culture, and every culture has is a system of beliefs held by the community. Likewise community actors in Kemukus ritual that has its own beliefs about how to find fortune by doing free sex. The conviction was strung in a ritual which known as ngalab berkah. This ritual begins from a myth that spoken by the RA Ontrowulan towards moksha as a royal family that promise to grant all requests of people who participated in Kemukus nyonggo wirang. The existence of this ritual is able to increase the local economy, as evidenced that is the emergence of jobs for the community. But it on the other hand it also cause negative impacts such as raises prostitution. It becomes an interesting phenomenon, because if this ritual is closed, then many people will be unemployed. Meanwhile if left unchecked, would be bad for society. To describe this ritual conception it was conducted qualitative research. The result is the people have a conception which is the influence of Hindu-Buddhist and animist dynamism, especially about the king who is believed to be manifestation of God. Based on this conception ritual actors believe the myth, so that conception nyonggo wirang is a form of defense and the participation of actors ritual with the pathos of the character who is the royal family, so it is not impossible if the request will be met.

Abstract

There has been a lot of attention on the implementation of Islamic Sharia in Aceh, and some have even linked it to human rights violations. The most important thing for Indonesian citizens is that the implementation of Islamic law can be regarded as a denial of the Pancasila as the basis of the state which has played a close role in binding Indonesian unity. If Jakarta has permitted the implementation of Islamic Sharia in Aceh, then how do Acehnese citizens take care of Pancasila? The research data shows that the implementation of Islamic Sharia does not violate Pancasila but precisely the actual implementation of the first principle of Pancasila. To that end, caring for Pancasila requires many community leaders in rural areas such as the older generation who still view the importance of Pancasila as the basis of the state, given the many differences that exist in Indonesian society. In addition to these community leaders, the socialization carried out by the regional government must choose people who are truly capable of transforming their understanding of the harmony of Islamic Sharia with Pancasila and not merely ceremonial socialization that only stops with people or figures and formal officials who have never fight for the existence of Pancasila in Aceh.

In the life of the Islamic community, you can be sure to know, experience and do Ramadan fasting, which must be done for a full month. On a normal day, it is not easy to fast someone, because there are many temptations to preserve thirst, hunger and emotions. If a day is overwhelmed, how can it take a month? Again, it really is not easy to get it right. If Muslims can afford to travel to Mecca, which is located in Saudi Arabia, the number is estimated at 6218 km. A long distance for an Acehnese trip. Long ago our ancestors made hajj with months of sea voyages and were full of risks. Even now, the hajj is not easy, because it has to raise enough funds for strength and health. But what if the Tumpang fasting is done just at the beginning and end of Ramadhan? What if Muslims do not have enough money to go on a hajj to Mecca, and it turns out they can do it in a village called Pulo Ie? Of course, there will be many Islamic organizations and Islamic leaders, including ulama, who claim to be bid'ah! The purpose of this article is to investigate how the actual Tumpang fasting and to make a hajj to Pulo Ie at Seunagan, Nagan Raya Aceh. Keywords: Hajj, Fasting, Tumpang, Abu Habib Muda, Seunagan, Nagan Raya

Abstract

Keywords: Persepsi, Interaksi, Masyarakat, Tetangga, Samatiga, Desa Kota

Abstract

The nursing home as a social institution is a place of assistance for the elderly who are displaced and have socio-economic problems both in their families and communities. Even so, the existence of nursing homes in the community is still often seen as a bit sad and deemed incompatible with the teachings of religion and customs understood by most of the people of Aceh. This study aims to determine and analyze the community's conception of nursing homes as social institutions and use the theory of herbert mead interaction through a series of stages (mind, self and society). The method used in this study is a qualitative approach. The results of the field research show that the community (social) conception of nursing homes is determined more by the knowledge and understanding of informants representing the community in accordance with the values and norms that develop in the community concerned through a series of stages (mind, self and society).
