Abstract

Stock market has a high risk, especially political risk. Investors also invest theirmoney in foreign country. Therefore political condition needs to be considered byinvestor, because it can affect stock price. Research purpose is to acknowledgeeffect of political event (presidential election) on stock price on LQ 45 group atIndonesia Stock Exchange 2004 and 2009. Research type is verificative andresearch method is explanatory survey. Amount of sample used on presidentialelection 2004 event is 31 companies and on presidential election 2009 event are 45companies. Sample technique purposive sampling. Analysis method used iscompare means one sample t test. Result of this research indicates there`s nodifferent between average abnormal return before and after Republic Indonesiapresidential election event in 2004, but there`s a different between averageabnormal return before and after Republic Indonesia presidential election event in2009. This indicates that Republic Indonesia presidential election event does notimply the market (investor) reaction and not uses by investor as a based on decisionmaking to buy or sell shares.

Abstract

Outsourcing menjadi pemecahan masalah terbaik dalam menyelesaikan kegiatanyang bukan utama (non core business) pada suatu organisasi. Yayasan ASPekanbaru menggunakan jasa dari perusahaan outsourcing. Banyak keuntunganyang didapat pihak yayasan, pekerja outsourcing lebih terampil dalam bekerja sertayayasan tak perlu mengeluarkan biaya-biaya operasional rutin pada bagiankebersihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektifitas kinerjadan efisiensi biaya terhadap perubahan kebijakan penggunaan tenaga kebersihanmenjadi outsourcing koperasi. Penelitian dilakukan di Yayasan AS untuk melihatseberapa besar pengaruh efektifitas kinerja dan efisiensi biaya terhadap kebijakanperubahan penggunaan tenaga kebersihan outsourcing perusahaan vendor menjadikoperasi. Pengumpulan data secara primer dan sekunder antara lain angket(kuesioner), wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresiberganda diketahui bahwa baik variabel efektifitas kinerja maupun variabel efisiensibiaya secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan. Uji parsialmenunjukkan bahwa efektifitas kinerja berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan, sedangkanefisiensi biaya tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan.Kata Kunci : Outsourcing, efektivitas kinerja, efisiensi biaya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan nasabah atas kualitaspelayanan pada sebuah bank swasta di Propinsi Riau. Penelitian ini juga bertujuanuntuk mengetahui variabel-variabel mana yang memberikan kepuasan padanasabah serta implikasi strategis hasil penelitian guna peningkatan kepuasannasabah di masa datang. Populasi penelitian ini 10.128 orang kemudian diambilsampel sebanyak 100 responden. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknikincidental. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket dan dianalisisdengan teknik Importance dan Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan konsumen atas kualitas pelayanan padasebuah bank swasta di Propinsi Riau secara keseluruhan adalah sangat puas. Halini tercermin dari hasil analisis kesesuaian antara tingkat pelaksanaan dengantingkat kepentingan nasabah memberikan hasil 99,86%. Dari 20 indikator yangdianalisis maka 12 indikator yang sudah memberikan kepuasan dan 8 indikatorbelum memberikan kepuasan kepada nasabah.Kata Kunci: kepuasan konsumen, kualitas pelayanan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the quality of the financial reports of the credit giving and the prospect of the implementation of financial accounting standards entities without public accountability (SAK ETAP) on SMEs in the Pekanbaru City. The research data obtained from questionnaires were returned and interviews to 100 100 SMEs in the Pekanbaru City. These results indicate that the quality of financial reports SMEs do not influence the amount of credit received by SMEs .This is caused by the low quality of financial reports of SMEs so that banks are still doubt of the relevance and reliability of financial reporting SMEs. The prospect implementation for SMEs in improving the quality of financial reports is limited because of the lack of understanding SMEs on SAK ETAP.Keywords: Quality of Financial Reports, SMEs, SAK- ETAP

Abstract

Abstract : One of the way to improve the performance of a company is to prevent fraud that will be in the future. Therefore we need an effective of internal control to able to control and supervise any activity in that company. As well as adjustments of compenssation granted to employees to reduce the employees to act fraudulently adverse. Data for this study was obtained by questioner to all permanent employees of PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbaru that are 96 repondents. Data analysis technique used are normality test, regression, F-test, coefficient detemination analysis and T-test. The results showed that (1) Simultaneously, there were influence between the effectiveness of internal control and compensation compatibility on fraud prevention with significant value 0,002 (below 0,05). The coefficient of determination in this research are 13,5%, both variable jointly influence dependent variable, while 86,5% is influenced by other unclear variable. (2) There were influence between effectiveness of internal control on fraud prevention with significant value 0,006 (below 0,05) and (3) There were no influence between compensation compatibility on fraud prevention with significant value 0,137 > 0,05.Keywords : Internal Control , Compensation Compatibility , Fraud Prevention

Abstract

Abstract: The problem this research is the students achievement of social studies SMP N 4 Tanah Putih fourth graderes still low with an average value of 67.83 and minimum completenness criteria (KKM) social studiesis 75. Between students, amounting to 18 people only 6 students who achieve classical KKM with 33.33%. This research is classroom action research (CAR), which aims to improve the student achievement of social studies class VIII1 at SMP N 4 Tanah Putih with implementation cooperative learning model type Think Pair Share (TPS). Formulation of the problem : is the implementation of cooperative learning model type Think Pair Share (TPS) can improve students achievement of social studies at SMP N 4 Tanah Putih. The research was conducted on February 01, 2016 ‘to February 22, 2016 by 2 cycles. Subjects werw students of SMP N 4 Tanah Putih, totaling 18 people who use the data source. The data collection instruments in this thesis is a teacher and students activities sheets and students achievement. This thesis presents the results obtained each day before the action an improve in base score cycle with the average being 67.83. In the first cycle improve an average of 79.17 and an improve in the second with an average 86.67. Activities of the teacher in the learning process in cycle of 53.57% and the second meeting improve to 67.87%. This study was aims to improve student learning achievement in social studies class VIII in SMPS Exemplary Sekeladi Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir through the application of learning models Example Non Examples. This research was a classroom action research (CAR) was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings and one-time delivery of content meeting the daily tests. February-March 2016, with the number of 21 students consisting of 9 men and 12 women. Classroom action research in order to succeed, the researchers set the stage that action planning, action, observation and reflection. The instrument of collecting data activity observation sheet data that teachers and students as well as achievement test. Based on the results, it can be concluded that; 1) improvement of student achievement than before action to the first cycle average of 10.47% and from the first cycle to the second cycle also increased by 8.26%, 2) completeness of increased student learning in the first cycle of 21 students, who achieve mastery amounted to 15 students with persentse 71.43% and students who did not complete six people with a percentage of 28.57%. While on the second cycle students are said to be completed 20 people or 95.24% of 21 students and students who did not complete one person or 4.76%, 3) Activities of teachers increased from 57.1% to the category enough in the first cycle of meeting first be 85.7% with good category at the confluence second cycle I. in the second cycle increased to 100% in both categories, and 4) the activity of students also increased from 36% in the first cycle to 52.4% the first meeting by category less at the second meeting of the cycle I. While the second cycle of the first meeting reached 72.8% with enough categories increased at a second meeting to be85%.Key Words: Examples Non Examples Learning Model, Students Learnig Achievement, Social Subject

Abstract

Abstrack: Student Teams Achievement Division or abbreviated with STAD is learning in which students are placed in study groups of four or five students which is a mix of academic ability is different, so that within each group there are students who are high achievers, medium, and low or variations of sex , racial and ethnic groups or other social groups. The goal of this research is to improve student learning outcomes IPS VII.1 class in SMPN 3 Tanah Putih. The sample in this study were students VII.1 SMP Negeri 3 Tanah Putih academic year 2015/2016, totaling 31 students, consisting of 18 male students and 13 female students. Data obtained using the technique written tests, observation and documentation. While data analysis techniques used are: student learning, the activities of teachers and students activity. From the results of data analysis that has been done shows STAD cooperative learning model can improve learning outcomes in social studies classes in SMPN 3 VII.1 Tanah Putih. From these results it is expected that the school, paying attention STAD cooperative learning model can be used as an alternative in improving student learning outcomes, with more emphasis on the teachers role in guiding and motivating students in learning groups. Abstract

Abstrack: Given the importance of economic learning level of high school education, the role of teachers is very important to realize the economic achievement of learning goals. A teacher not only provides knowledge about the learning material that will be taught to students, but the teacher should be able to plan an effective learning, so what the learning objectives are achieved. The learning model two stay two stray technique or method two only two guests. Learning is a learning model that begins with the division of the group, and provide opportunities for groups to share results and information. This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of economic subjects graders x1 SMAN 3 white ground rokan districts downstream. Place of research conducted in SMAN 3 white ground. The samples used were students of class x1 totaling 28 people. Data obtained using the testing techniques and observational techniques. Data analysis techniques used are: data analysis activities of teacher, student activity data analysis, analysis of student learning outcomes, the analysis of the average value of learning outcomes. From the results of data analysis that has been done shows that show that their learning outcome Subject Economics X1 grade students of SMAN 3 Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir after a class action implemented by the method Two Stay Two Stray. From the results that have been obtained by the suggested method Two Stay Two Stray is properly implemented, it is expected to be used as an alternative economic learning in schools so as to improve the learning outcomes of economics students and teachers and other researchers to allocate time to exactly fit the RPP and conditions class.Keywords: TSTS Learning Method , Results Learning and Economic
