Abstract

The aim of the study was to analyze the composition (mix) industries that have been supported the agriculture sector in Sulawesi Tengah economy. Method of analyses used was Shift and Share analysis. Data used were time series data, such as Gross Domestic Regional Product of Central Sulawesi, and Gross Domestic Product of Indonesia, 2000 – 2007.  The analyses results showed that the agricultures with its subsectors have negative values of the mix industries. The ranking of the mix (subsectors) industries from the best until the worse are : (i) perkebunan; (ii) perikanan; (iii) tanaman bahan makanan; (iv) peternakan; and (v) kehutanan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (i) menganalisis kinerja subsektor perkebunan dalam perekonomian Sulawesi tengah; dan (ii) merancang strategi pengembangan subsektor tersebut. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, maka metode yang digunakan adalah Tiebout Economic Base Modal, Incremental Capital Output Ratio, dan Double Exponential Smoothing. Data digunakan adalah data time series, yaitu Produk Domestik Regional Bruto Sulawesi Tengah Kurun Waktu 2000 – 2007. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kinerja subsektor perkebunan adalah sangat baik. Ini diindikasikan oleh tingkat pertumbuhan subsektor tersebut dalam kurun waktu 2000 – 2007 sebesar 8,43% per tahun, dan koefesien pengaruh ganda rata-rata dalam kurun waktu tersebut adalah 6.40.

Abstract

There are still many students who experience anxiety in the face of menarche. Anxiety often leads to wrong behavior customize. Anxiety occurs presumably because they lack knowledge about menarche. Target or Research: The first is to describe the student knowledge about menarche, and student anxiety. Second, to see relation with knowledge of student about menarche and dread of students. Quantitative research study was shaped by the kind of descriptive co relational. The population is student of class VII Junior High School Tanjung Gadang Sijunjung. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling, totaling 61 students. Data were collecting using a questionnaire in the form of a graduated scale based on the Likert Scale. Data analysis techniques using Pearson Product Moment formula and processing data using the program Statistical Product and Service Solution for windows release 15.0. The research findings revealed that (1) knowledge of student about menarche  are in the good category, (2) anxiety students are in the low category, (3) there  is significant relationship between student knowledge about menarche with anxiety students with a correlation of -0,724 and a significance level of 0,000with a strong relationship level. Thus, it is suggested that BK teacher/School counselors can provide students with a complete knowledge of menarche. Such service like information service, content control services, service of counseling individual, and group counseling services.Keyword: Knowledge of menarche, Anxienty.

Abstract

PERANCANGAN ULANG MAGNET PENGANALISIS PADA IMPLANTOR ION DENGAN SIMULATOR SUPERFISH dan OPERA-3D. Telah dilakukan perancangan ulang magnet penganalisis pada implantor ion. Agar ion yang diimplantasikan pada suatu target adalah ion tunggal maka diperlukan magnet penganalisis. magnet penganalisis dapat memisahkan ion-ion pengotor dari berkas ion yang dipercepat sehingga dihasilkan ion tunggal. Implantor ion di PTAPB telah dilengkapi dengan magnet penganalisis, tetapi masalahnya adalah data desain detilnya belum ada dan belum berfungsi secara optimal sehingga akan menghambat untuk keperluan perawatan dan pengembangan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memperoleh data teknis magnet penganalisis dan melakukan optimasi desain. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, kegiatan diawali dengan mencari pustaka yang berhubungan dengan magnet penganalisis, melakukan perhitungan detil dengan mempertimbangkan parameter yang telah ada, simulasi terhadap desain yang telah dibuat, penentuan parameter desain dan optimasi dari desain yang telah ada. Dari kegiatan ini dapat diperoleh dokumen desain detil magnet penganalisis untuk energi partikel 150 keV dengan sudut pembelokan 60o serta kemampuan memisahkan partikel dengan m/z = 8 amu. Sedangkan optimasi dari desain sebelumnya dapat dilakukan dengan mengubah bentuk inti magnet tipe C menjadi tipe H, mengubah bentuk kutub magnet menjadi segi empat dengan posisi berkas yang masuk membentuk sudut  positif dan lebih condong ke tepi kutub magnet.Kata kunci : implantor ion, magnet penganalisis, desain detil, optimasi

Abstract

A very important characteristic that dc-dc converters require is the ability to efficiently regulate an output voltage with a wide ranging value of input voltages. A recently developed solution to this requirement is a synchronous 4-Switch Buck-Boost controller developed by Linear Technology. The Linear Technology’s LTC3780 controller chip enables  the adoption of a 4-Switch switching topology as opposed to the traditional single-switch Buck-Boost topology. In this paper, the LTC3780’s 4-Switch BuckBoost topology is analyzed and its performance is compared against those of the regular single-switch Buck-Boost topology. Results from computer simulations demonstrate the benefits of using the 4-switch approach than the conventional buck-boost method.

Abstract

Electric bike (E-Bike) is a bicycle driven using an electric motor and uses batteries as the energy source. It is environmentally friendly as no exhaust gas is resulted during its operation. More than one battery is normally required, being arranged in series or in parallel connection. Over limit or overloaded conditions of battery usage will reduce the lifecycle of battery, speed up its replacement and add to the maintenance cost of electric bike. This paper proposes the prevention of such degrading condition using a tool to manage the battery usage both during the charging and discharging process. The proposed electronic Battery Management System (BMS) serves to regulate, monitor, and maintain the condition of batteries to prevent any possible damage. The resulted BMS design could provide a well balancing action in a battery system consisting of 13 cells utilizing the cell-to-cell active balancing method. The test results showed that the proposed BMS could monitor the individual cell voltage with an average error of 0.032 V (0.824%), while reading the charge and discharge current with an average error of 0.04 A (6.25%), and the battery pack temperature with an average error of 1.21oC (2.9%). Additionally, the BMS could offer a functional battery pack protection system from conditions such as undervoltage, overvoltage, overheat, and overcurrent.

Abstract

Abstract: THE INFLUENCE OF ADVERTISING MEDIA ON CONSUMER BUYING DECISION PEPSODENT. The research was aimed to (1) Determine the influence of television advertising media, radio, magazines, newspapers, and billboards simultaneously on the consumer´s decision to buy Pepsodent toothpaste products. (2) Know the influence of television advertising media, radio, magazines, newspapers, and billboards partially on the consumer´s decision to buy Pepsodent toothpaste products. (3) Know the Pepsodent ad media variables which have contributed most to the consumer´s decision to buy Pepsodent toothpaste products. This research used a descriptive quantitative research methods, the population in this study were students Force on Economic Education, 2009 and 2010 Sebelas Maret University of Surakarta who have used the product Pepsodent toothpaste and ever saw Pepsodent toothpaste ads. In this research, the large number of samples was determined by 76 respondents. Try out conducted on 30 respondents in the population with valid and reliable results. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with Likert scale. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis. The data used in this study was form of primary data obtained by giving questionnaires to the respondents. Test requirements analysis used in this study include: normality, linearity, autocorrelation, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. Testing the hypothesis in this research used multiple regression analysis, F test and t test. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan: (1) unsur intrinsik novel Ayah Mengapa Aku Berbeda?;(2)nilai-nilai moral novel Ayah Mengapa Aku Berbeda?; (3) skenario pembelajaran novel  Ayah Mengapa Aku Berbeda?sebagai bahan pembelajaran sastra di SMA kelas X. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik studi pustaka dan teknik observasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan metode analisis isi. Teknik penyajian hasil analisis ini dilakukan  dengan menggunakan teknik informal. Dari hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa (1) unsur intrinsik dalam novel Ayah Mengapa Aku Berbeda? sebagai berikut: (a) tema novel ini adalah kisah perjuangan hidup seorang gadis tunarungu yang cacat sejak dilahirkan dalam menggapai impiannya, (b) tokoh utama dan tokoh tambahan, (c) alur yang digunakan adalah alur maju, (d) latar dalam novel ini terdiri dari latar tempat, latar waktu, dan latar sosial, (e) sudut pandang yang digunakan adalah sudut pandang persona pertama, (f) hubungan antarunsur yang terdapat dalam novel Ayah Mengapa Aku Berbeda? tersebut saling berhubungan yang membangun sebuah cerita, (2) nilai moral dalam novel Ayah Mengapa Aku Berbeda? ada empat yaitu nilai moral hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan, nilai moral hubungan manusia dengan manusia lain, nilai moral hubungan manusia dengan alam sekitar, dan nilai moral hubungan manusia dengan dirinya sendiri, (3) scenario pembelajaran novel Ayah Mengapa Aku Berbeda? di kelas X SMA dengan tahap pendahuluan guru mengkondisikan siswa agar siap menerima pelajaran, lalu pada kegiatan inti guru menerangkan materi unsure intrinsic dan nilai moral, kemudian guru menyuruh siswa untuk berdiskusi membahas unsur intrinsic dan nilai moral setelah itu siswa menyampaikan hasil diskusinya, danpadatahappenutup guru merefleksikegiatanpembelajaransertamenanamkannilai moral yang terkandung di dalam novel Ayah Mengapa Aku Berbeda? sesuai dengan kompetensi dasar menganalisis unsur-unsur intrinsik dan ekstrinsik novel Indonesia/ terjemahan. Abstract

Development of a FACTS device model for mitigating voltage sag is presented. It deals with a static synchronous condenser (STATCON) to be used in the AC distribution networks. Simulation with the help of a commercial software Matlab/Simulink was explored to investigate its characteristics and performance during the voltage sag occurrence. The considered main cause of voltage sag was the starting of high capacity asynchronous motor. A voltage source inverter based on the phase-controlled thyristor components was implemented in this application to compensate the change in reactive power of the system. The concerns have been put on the influence of initial operation point and DC capacitance. The study results show the capability of D-STATCON model to reduce the consequence of voltage sag following the starting of high-power asynchronous motor in the distribution network. A fast response of the condenser work confirmed the desired performance.
