Abstract

The objectives of this research are: (1) To describe the condition and potential of school on sub region 8 at SMA N 1 sekampung in teaching learning proces. (2) To develop learning model based on competence and implication of concept principles of wave indication. (3) To Analyze the improvement of students’ result by using learning model based on variety resources (4) To Analyze the the improvement of students’ physics skill process through learning model based on variety resources The method of this research use research and development method. The poulation of this research is the twelve grade students sub region 8 east lampung. Abstract

This research aim to develop a biological KIT experiment specially to increase fascination and effectiveness study of biology at mechanism of muscle contraction chapter.This research and development of KIT experiment focus in R and D Borg and Gall model which conducted by two research phase in Senior High School Kotagajah. The result of research indicate that KIT experiment result of development which is completing by LKS have very attractive category with score acquirement 3,62 from maximal score 4,0 or 90%, while from result of effectiveness test use different two average one side. There is different average between control class with experiment class (KIT experiment user) equal to 7,5.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah KIT eksperimen biologi khususnya untuk meningkatkan efektivitas, dan daya tarik pembelajaran biologi pada materi mekanisme kontraksi otot.Penelitian dan pengembangan kit eksperimen ini mengacu pada model R & D  Borg and Gall, yang dilakukan melalui dua tahap penelitian (7 langkah)  di SMAN 1 Kotagajah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kit eksperimen hasil pengembangan yang dilengkapi LKS memiliki kategori sangat menarik dengan perolehan skor 3,62 dari skor maksimal 4,0 atau sebesar 90%, sedangkan dari hasil uji efektivitas menggunakan perbedaan dua rata-rata satu pihak, terdapat perbedaan rata-rata antara kelas kontrol dengan kelas eksperimen (pengguna kit eksperimen) sebesar 7,5.Kata kunci: kit eksperimen, mekanisme kontraksi otot, pembelajaran biologi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and find (1) the differences of academic achievement based on laboratory techniques, (2) the performance of academic achievement based on entry behavior, (3) the interaction between the practice and entry behavior on student achievement. The study was conducted in junior high school SMP Ma’arif 12 Terbanggi Besar, Lampung Tengah.Data collecting technique used observation technique and questionnaires, also all data being analyzed factorial design. The results showed that (1) there was difference in academic achievement of sciences based on practice technique because value sig,000 < 0,05 so H1 received, (2) there was difference academic achievement of sciences based on entry behavior, because value sig 0,048 < 0,05 so H1 received, (3) there is no interaction practice technique and entry behavior student based on academic achievement, because value sig  466 > 0,05 so Ho received.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menemukan (1) perbedaan  prestasi belajar yang disebabkan perbedaan teknik praktikum, (2) perbedaan  prestasi belajar yang disebabkan perbedaan kemampuan awal (3) interaksi praktikum dan kemampuan awal terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian dilakukan di SMP Ma’arif 12 Terbanggi Besar Lampung Tengah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, observasi dan angket serta dianalisis menggunakan desain faktorial. Hasil penelitian diperoleh (1)  ada perbedaan prestasi belajar IPA yang disebabkan teknik praktikum karena nilai sig,000 < 0,05 sehingga H1 diterima. (2) ada perbedaan prestasi belajar siswa yang disebabkan  kemampuan awal,karena  nilai sig 0,048< 0,05 sehingga H1 diterima. (3) tidak ada interaksi teknik praktikum dan kemampuan awal siswa terhadap prestasi belajar, karena nilai sig  466 > 0,05 sehingga Ho diterima.Kata kunci : kemampuan awal siswa, keterampilan proses sains, praktikum, prestasi belajar

Abstract

The aims of research are (1) to describe potency and condition of audio digital manipulation teaching material in SMK, (2) to produce interactive tutorial multimedia teaching material in audio digital manipulation product, (3) to explain the effectiveness. The type of research is research and development. This research was done at SMK Negeri 1 Kotaagung Barat, SMK Negeri 1 Gading Rejo, SMK Karya Bhakti Pringsewu, and SMK PGRI Pringsewu. The conclusion of research are (1) interactive tutorial multimedia has potency which is developed as in additional teaching materials to audio digital manipulation material to SMK student, (2)successfully  designed product begins by finding teaching materials needs in audio digital manipulation and it is integrated in pre product design by making GBIPM, flow chat, storyboard, and it was validated by expert (media expert, matter expert, designs expert), (3) product of interactive tutorial multimedia is effective by student’s result study average score 74,15 > 34, 10.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  (1) mendiskripsikan potensi dan kondisi bahan ajar materi manipulasi audio digital di SMK, (2) menghasilkan produk bahan ajar multimedia tutorial interaktif materi manipulasi audio digital, (3) menjelaskan efektiftivitas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK Negeri 1 Kotaagung Barat, SMK Negeri 1 Gading Rejo, SMK Karya Bhakti Pringsewu, dan SMK PGRI Pringsewu. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah: (1) multimedia tutorial interaktif berpotensi dikembangkan sebagai suplemen pembelajaran untuk materi manipulasi audio digital bagi siswa SMK, (2) produk yang berhasil dirancang diawali dengan menemukan kebutuhan belajar materi manipulasi audio digital dan diintegrasikan dalam rancangan produk awal dengan membuat GBIPM, flowchat, storyboard, dan divalidasi oleh expert (ahli media, ahli materi dan ahli desain), (3) produk multimedia tutorial interaktif efektif dengan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa 74,20 > 34,10.Kata kunci:  bahan ajar, materi manipulasi audio digital, multimedia tutorial interaktif

Abstract

The purpose of this research are to: 1) develop instructional media of science Assisted Student’s Worksheet with audio-visual media for the student’s of ninth class of Junior High School, 2) analyze the characteristics development product, 3) analyze the effectiveness of the learning process by using this media.Population was all students in junior classes IX public and private schools in the district that there Sukoharjo which consists of 4 schools.The conclusion of this research is : 1) the development of instructional media of science of Student’s Worksheet for students of ninth class of Junior High School was validated by master media. 2) the characteristics of the media that was developed is a CD of interactive learning, audio features and video animation, 3) Student’s Worksheet in audio-visual media improve the student’s achievement the average score for post test is higher then the average score for pre test, that is equal to 1.67 % , and 4) Student’s Worksheet that has developed have attractive unsure with good criterion.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) mengembangkan media pembelajaran LKS IPA Berbantuan audio visual untuk siswa kelas IX SMP, 2) menganalisis karakteristik produk pengembangan, 3) menganalisis efektivitas proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media tersebut. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMP kelas IX sekolah negeri dan swasta yang ada di kecamatan Sukoharjo yang berjumlah 4 sekolah. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) pengembangan media pembelajaran LKS IPA untuk siswa kelas IX SMP divalidasi oleh ahli media 2) karakteristik media yang dikembangkan adalah CD pembelajaran interaktif, dilengkapi audio, dan video/animasi, 3) LKS berbantuan audio visual efektif untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa dengan nilai rata-rata post test lebih besar dibandingkan dengan nilai rata-rata pre test, yaitu sebesar 1,67% dan 4) LKS yang dikembangkan memiliki unsur kemenarikan dengan kriteria baik.Kata kunci: audio visual, LKS, sistem reproduksi.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to explain: (1) interaction between learning guided inquiry and (PBL) with initial ability student toward Science learning outcomes; (2) the mean difference of Science learning outcomes to students that use guided inquiry learning and PBL;(3) the mean difference of Science learning outcomes that use guided inquiry learning and PBL to high initial ability student. The result shows that: (1) there is an interaction between learning guided inquiry and PBL with student initial ability toward Science learning outcomes (FAB = 14.274 with p < 0.05); (2) overall, Science learning outcomes to students who learn by guided inquiry learning are higher than the students who learn by PBL μA1= (65,6) > μA2= (64,2); (3) for students who have high initial ability, the science learning outcomes to students who learn by PBL are higher than the students who learn by guided inquiry learning μA2B1= (80,4 > μA1B1= (68,8).Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan:(1) interaksi antara pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dan Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan kemampuan awal siswa terhadap hasil belajar IPA (2) perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar IPA siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan inkuiri terbimbing dan PBL (3) perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar IPA yang pembelajarannya menggunakan inkuiri terbimbing dan PBL pada siswa berkemampuan awal tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan: (1) ada interaksi antara pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dan PBL dengan kemampuan awal siswa terhadap hasil belajar IPA (FAB= 14,274 dengan p < 0,05); (2) pencapaian hasil belajar IPA siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan inkuiri terbimbing (μA1= (65,6) lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan PBL μA2= (64,2); (3) untuk siswa yang memiliki kemampuan awal tinggi, hasil belajar IPA siswa yang belajar dengan pembelajaran PBL lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang belajar dengan pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing μA2B1= (80,4 > μA1B1= (68,8)Kata kunci: inkuiri terbimbing, kemampuan awal dan PBL

Abstract

Based on the results of observations conducted on science text books in SMP Negeri 1 Buay Nations elder King, less able to increase students know ledge of newton law materials, there fore researchers this problem-based student book. Based on internal testing results, this book meets product development 99% of the development means that the book has been in accordance with the specifications of the product are planned. Material suitability test results, 99% or qualitatively describe the material in the book is very appropriate. External test results, level 3.5 is qualitatively the attractiveness of the product or good used books appealing as learning resources. Based on the study conducted by a group learning test 83% of students achieving minimum standards of completeness criteria specified, it indicates book research results effectively used as a learning resource.Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan terhadap buku pelajaran IPA di SMP Negeri 1 Buay Pemuka Bangsa Raja, kurang mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa tentang materi hukum newton, oleh sebab itu peneliti menggembangkan buku siswa berbasis masalah ini. Berdasarkan hasil uji internal, buku pengembangan ini memenuhi produk 99% berarti buku hasil pengembangan telah sesuai dengan spesifikasi produk yang direncanakan. Hasil uji kesesuaian materi, 99% atau secara kualitatif materi yang di paparkan dalam buku sangat sesuai. Hasil uji eksternal, tingkat kemenarikan produk 3,5 secara kualitatif buku menarik atau baik digunakan sebagai sumber belajar. Berdasarkan kajian pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh kelompok uji 83% siswa mencapai standar kriteria ketuntasan minimal yang ditetapkan, hal ini menunjukkan buku hasil penelitian efektif digunakan sebagai sumber belajar.Kata kunci: penelitian dan pengembangan, buku fisika, pembelajaran berbasis masalah

Abstract

Efforts to develop scientific literacy of student is done by applying learning invites students to learn science by confirm-ing something by reason, facts, and consideration of the arguments. This learn-ing process invites students to hone their skills so that the argument that science is able to solve the problems exiting in the environment. This study aims: (1) to describe the influence of argumentation skills to science literacy, and (2) knowing increase science literacy students by using argumentation skills. The result show that: (1) there is a positive linear effect and significant correlation between ar-gumentation skills against science literacy; (2) a significant increase scientific lit-eracy of student by using argumentation skills.Proses pembelajaran yang berlangsung di sekolah saat ini kurang memperhatikan literasi sains siswa. Upaya pengembangan literasi sains siswa dilakukan dengan menerapkan pembelajaran yang mengajak siswa untuk belajar sains dengan membenarkan sesuatu berdasarkan alasan, fakta, dan pertimbangan argumen. Proses pembelajaran ini mengajak siswa untuk mengasah skill argumentasinya sehingga mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan sains yang ada di lingkungannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan pengaruh skill argumentasii terhadap literasi sains siswa, dan (2) mengetahui peningkatan literasi sains siswa dengan menggunakan skill argumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh linear yang positif dan signifikan antara skill argumentasii terhadap literasi sains siswa; (2) terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan dari literasi sains siswa menggunakan skill argumentasi.Kata kunci: literasi sains, model pbl, skill argumentasi

Abstract

The purpose of this research & development is to develop an educational game for students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Gadingrejo that can be played in the confirmation phase of learning in classroom. This research & development used research methods adapted from the Sugiyono’s model and instructional media development procedures Sadiman et al. The final products is an educational game of Newtons law of gravity material that can be played in the confirmation phase of learning in classroom to review the material and practice questions for students. This educational game consists of a game board, pawns, zonkah, question exercise cards, game rule, hand out answered questions, and student record sheets. The conclusion of this research is the educational game Newton’s law of gravity material has developed and the quality of this educational game is very interesting, easy, and very usefull. Furthermore, this educational game is effective to be used in learning in classroom.Key words: research & development, educational game, and Newtons law of gravity.

PERBANDINGAN KPS DAN HASIL BELAJAR MENGGUNAKAN METODE EKSPERIMEN LABORATORIUM NYATA DAN MAYA

Abstract

Experiments need to be conducted in order to develop scientific thinking in a systematic, objective, critical and rational and training Science Process Skills (SPS) students but the experimental method is rarely done in schools due to lack of lab equipment in the lab. The purpose of this research was to determine differences in SPS and student learning achievement caused by the use of experimental methods and to investigate the interaction between the use of experimental methods and the prior knowledge when viewed from the acquisition of SPS score and the learning achievement of student. The research design was factorial design and hypothesis testing using univariate tests. Mean of student SPS scores who experiment in virtual laboratory was 18.6 and 71.4 for their learning achievement. KPS score who experiment in real laboratory was 17.7 and 60.2 for their learning achievement. Univariate test results showed no effect of the experimental method to the SPS and t learning achievement of students. Obtained a significant interaction between the experimental method and prior knowledge when viewed from KPS score and learning achievement.Keywords: prior knowledge, SPS, learning achievement, real labs and virtual labs.
