Abstract

Formulasi penyaluran dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) merupakan masalah yang kompleks, karena setiap daerah memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda.  Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  perbandingan model spatial autoregressive (SAR) dan spatial error model (SEM) serta menentukan model terbaik diantara kedua model. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa model SEM lebih baik disbanding dengan model SAR. Kata Kunci : Bantuan operasional sekolah (BOS), SAR, SEM

Abstract

PEMODELAN PERUBAHAN KONDUKTIVITAS PANAS PELAT TIPIS BAHAN-BAKAR DISPERSI U-Mo / AlSELAMA DIIRADIASI DALAM REAKTOR. Perubahan konduktivitas termal sistem dispersi padat-padat U-Mo / Al selama diiradiasi diakibatkan oleh perubahan, timbul-berkembang-susut, pori dalam partikel paduan dan pori matriks oleh pembentukan lapisan reaksi antarfasa serta perubahan temperatur. Model memperhitungkan perpindahan panas arah ketebalan pelat dan mengabaikan perpindahan arah lebar maupun panjang pelat. Model menggunakan parameter struktur, rapat dan dimensi partikel maupun rapat dan dimensi pori pada partikel, konduktivitas bahan penyusun, serta variabel temperatur. Sesuai dengan pengamatan mikrografi, distribusi spasial subsistem disperse dianggap homogen-merata. Konduktivitas panas menyeluruh dimodelkan sebagai kebalikan dari kombinasi tahanan parallel dan serial antara sub-sistem disperse dan matriks dengan masing-masing sub-sistem terdiri dari 2 jenis struktur dispersi. Model dibandingkan dengan data pengukuran konduktivitas panas pelat pra dan pasca iradiasi, menunjukkan kesesuaian yang baik. Kata kunci : penghantaran panas, komposit matriks logam, pori, gelembung, dispersi. THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY MODELING OF DISPERSIVE FUEL U-Mo/Al PLATE DURING IN-REACTOR SERVICE. Changes in thermal conductivity of solid-solid dispersion system of U-Mo / Al due to changes caused by growing-shrinkage of pores in the alloy particles and the matrix pore by interface reaction layer formation and temperature. Model takes into account the heat transfer plate thickness direction and ignore the displacement direction of the width and length of the plate. Model uses structural parameters, as well as the particle dimensions and the dimensions of pores in the particles, the conductivity of the constituent materials, as well as variable temperature. In accordance with the micro-graphical observations, the spatial distribution of subsystems are considered homogeneous. Overall thermal conductivity is modeled as the inverse of a combination of parallel and serial resistance between sub-systems and the dispersion matrix with each sub-system consists of two types of dispersion structures. Model compared with measured thermal conductivity data both pre- and post-irradiation, indicating a good fit. Key words: thermal conductivity, metal matrix composites, pores, bubble, dispersion.

Abstract

ABSTRAK PEMODELAN UNTUK ANALISIS DATA PENCACAHAN DAN PENENTUAN DIAMETER PARTIKEL BAHAN BAKAR SFERIS BERBASIS PEREDUPAN LASER. BATAN telah mengembangkan fabrikasi partikel sferis untuk pembuatan elemen bakar reaktor maju. Untuk mencapai reliabilitas tinggi elemen bakar, dalam produksinya fraksi partikel cacat pada elemen bakar berbasis partikel berpengungkung TRISO perlu diturunkan. Salah satu upaya adalah dengan sistem pemisah yang berbasis pencirian partikel total dan menyatu dalam proses produksi. Dalam makalah ini disajikan pemodelan analisis data pada alat pencacahan dan penentuan ukuran partikel bahan bakar. Alat masih dalam tahap rekayasa atas biaya program riset insentif peningkatan kapasitas produksi Kementerian Riset dan Teknologi. Prinsip kerja alat ini adalah pada salah satu titik dalam rangkaian proses produksi ditambahkan sistem transpor untuk mengalirkan satu demi satu partikel melalui sel pengamatan dan melewati berkas laser amat tipis melintang lintasan partikel. Berkas laser yang terganggu partikel dimonitor oleh detektor cahaya, dan sinyal terdeteksi dianalisis oleh komputer melalui perantara akuisisi data dengan kemampuan 5 juta data per detik. Perubahan sinyal ini direkonstruksi dengan tiga model penentuan diameter dan penentuan kejadian pencacahan, sehingga dapat diperoleh data cacah dan diameter dengan model minima, model kuadrat dan model integral. Kalibrasi dilakukan dengan hasil evaluasi dengan perbandingan terhadap partikel yang dilakukan penentuan diameter secara pencitraan optik dan evaluasi dengan program analisis citra. Metode kuadrat tampak sedikit lebih baik daripada metode minima. Tipikal ukuran partikel adalah 300-1000 µm dengan kesalahan hitungan kurang dari 0,075%. Alat ini dapat dipasangkan terintegrasi pada rantai produksi, misalnya pada titik kernel keluar dari proses kalsinasi. KATA KUNCI: laser garis, deteksi cahaya, pencacahan, model diameter, partikel sferis ABSTRACT MODELLING FOR ANALYZING COUNTING DATA AND DETERMINATION OF FUEL SPHERICAL PARTICLE DIAMETER BASED ON LASER OBSCURATION. BATAN has already developed fabrication of spherical particles for producing fuel elements for advanced reactors. To achieve high reliability of fuel element, during production fraction of defect particles in the TRISO coated particles within fuel element must be reduced. One of the efforts is to use window system that is based on imaging total particles and is integrated into the production process. In this paper, modeling of data analysis for the counting equipment and determination of the fuel particle size is presented. The equipment is currently at engineering phase with the fund from the incentive research program on the increasing production capacities from the Minitry of Research and Technology. The working principle of the equipment is a transport system that is added at one point in the fuel production line to allow the particles to pass one at a time through a perception cell and a very thin laser beam perpendicular to the particle path. Laser beam obscured by the passing particle is monitored by a photodetector, and the detected signal is analyzed by computer via fast data acquisition with a capability of 5 million data per second. The change in signal is reconstructed by three models of diameter and count event determinations to obtain count and diameter data with minima, square and integral modes. The calibration is conducted on the evaluation results by comparison with the reference particle whose diameter is determined by optical image and evaluation with image analysis program. The square method appears to be slightly better than the minima method. The typical particle size ranges from 300 - 1000 µm with counting error of less than 0.075%. The equipment can be integrated on the production line, for example, at the point where the kernel leaves the calcination process. Abstract

Abstract Myth of Dewi Sri in tha Javanese community there are any version believed as fertile idol. For understanding symbolic meaning of myth varian, need of objetive analysis. Than this research try application of linguistic Levi-Strauss model as new strategy for interpretation of myth. Basic assumption from linguistic Levi-Strauss model than myth almost showen varian of surface structure, but it as reflection of man deep structure. The research goal for focused symbolic behind myth of Dewi Sri by point of view of linguistic Levi-Strauss model. Text analyzed two myth Dewi Sri the title of Asal Mula Padi from Banyumas and Sri Sadana from Yogyakarta. Take of two text because near geografis. Take of data mean heuristic reading to two version myth. The data is ceritheme-ceritheme (anthropology diction) and word, frasa, sentence (linguistic). Data analysis by theory of linguistic Levi-Strauss model. The results of research myth Dewi Sri content of varian story is look at by episode and ceritheme. Episode and ceritheme consist of three: (1) gift from God of salvation, (2) incarnation, (3) down of salvation. From episodes can make in the linguistic Levi-Strauss, examples binary oposition, given to message (active), receive of message (passive). Relations between sender and receiver is vertically (structural) it is three structure. From three structure can created three culiner. From three culiner, than Bathara Guru as sender of message. Two myth is not influenced. If any homology or varian, that is same description of Javanese mind.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan prestasi belajar Penjasorkes materi kebersihan dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Inside Outside Cyrcle (IOC) untuk siswa kelas IV di SDN 1 Prigi  Kecamatan Watulimo Kabupaten Trenggalek Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016.  Pengamatan terhadap proses terlihat pada siklus I siswa tuntas sebanyak 16 siswa (73%) dan pada siklus II siswa tuntas sebanyak 19 siswa (86%), terjadi peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa 3 siswa (14%), maka terjadi  peningkatan prestasi belajar Penjasorkes materi Kebersihan melalui model pembelajaran Inside Outside Cyrcle (IOC) bagi siswa kelas IV di SDN 1 Prigi  Kecamatan Watulimo Kabupaten Trenggalek Semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016.

Abstract

The research was conducted in the Prangkokan Village, Purwosari, Girimulyo, Kulon Progo,, Yogyakarta. Thepurpose of this study is to reveal the land management practice in the study area based on the mythl of Dewi Sri who is believed to maintain the balance of cosmos. Significance assessment performed based onanthropogeographic approach. This research was conducted based on qualitative ethnographic methods. Theresults showed that agricultural land management still influenced by the myth of Dewi Sri. This ?Dewi Srimyth? is trusted by the farmers because they believe that the gods were able to maintain soil fertility. Dewi Sri myth is also believed to be able to maintain the balance of the cosmos. In anthropogeographic terms, thefarmers live in Prangkokan village are managing arable land and yard with a spiritual mindset. The traditional management of soils apparently is believed can bring fertility and prosperity to the community life.

Abstract

The research has been done about the analysis of the change dose sentration and bladder distance’s effect toward dose distribution in brachytherapy planning of cervical cancer. The purpose of this research is to describing dose distribution which is appropriate with criteria, to evidance dose reduction because raising bladder distance from point A, and to achieve how long the bladder distance’s from point A which is can produce the dose distribution criteria appropriate.The methods of this research is measuring bladder distance from point A in lateral projections of radiographs, doing brachytherapy planning which is using early dose sentration at the point A. The sample who is have not ideal dose disribution doing brachytherapy planning with dose sentration at point bladder. The dose distribution which is producted from the change of dose sentration has analysis to know how about brachytherapy planning succes percentage. To evidance about dose reduction because raising of bladder distance’s, has done with making distance and bladder dose’s relation graph.The results of this research is: changing of dose sentration can increasing cervical brachytherapy planing successed about 46%, raising mean distance about 1,57 mm can reduce bladder mean dose about 5,65%, inverse square law still valid for brachytherapy planning case’s although can’t used to determine how much dose at the bladder, bladder distance from point A which is can deliver dose percentage lower about 80% is more than 41 mm.Keywords: Dose sentration, bladder distance, dose distribution.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memahami fenomena agamaisasi di kawasan Menoreh Yogyakarta. Agamaisasi adalah gerakan hegemoni agama resmi terhadap agama asli (kepercayaan). Untuk menyelami lebih mendalam keadaan itu digunakan kajian antropologi sastra. Pemabahasan semacam ini dapat dijadikan kaca benggala bagi pemerhati agama, budaya, dan politik.Hasil yang ditemukan, ternyata menunjukkan bahwa gerakan agamaisasi harus terjadi dalam system social budaya di kawasan Menoreh Yogyakarta. Agamaisasi terjadi karena bagi agama asli (penghayat kepercayaan) menganggap agama resmi menjadi beban hidupnya. Akibat agamaisasi, tampak ada perseteruan sengit antara Islam modern pendatang dengan agama asli dan atau agama KTP. Upaya modernitas agama resmi yang menghendaki pembaharuan perilaku beragama dengan cara meninggalkan tradisi, dianggap menjadi beban keberagamaan. Berkaitan dengan heboh agamaisasi, warga kawasan Menoreh Yogyakarta memilih berfalsafah berguru pada pohon pisang. Maksudnya, lebih baik hidup sekali yang bermanfaat pada orang lain.

Abstract

Dr. Moewardi Hospital is a hospital  owned by Surakarta Regional Government, UMS Campus is a largest private university of Surakarta, and Matahari Plazais the largest plaza of Surakarta recently, all of the are needs the comportable parking area. To anticipate the parking area problem, it needs the research about the characteristics about the parking area of Dr. Moewardi Hospital, Matahari Plaza, and UMS Campus. The researcher used the descriptive analytic to accomplish the research. From the research result, it?s expected as the reference and developing  every activity. With the ratio as 15 minutes for 11.5 hours, based from the analysis results it may concluded that the highest accumulation of car parking in Dr. Moewardi Hospital 168 cars which over the parking index as 124%, in UMS campus as 101 cars, with the parking index as 63%, and Matahari Plaza 92 cars with the parking index as 73%. Parking turn over in Dr. Moewardi Hospital as 4,11 UMS as 2,68 and Matahari Plaza as 5,29. The highest accumulation of motor find in Dr. Moewardi Hospital at 421 with parking index as 112, UMS as 771 cars with parking index as 107 and Matahari Plaza as 124 cars, parking index 77%. Parking turn over of motor of Dr. Moewardi Hospital 4,05, UMS Campus as 2,57 and Matahari Plaza as 7,10. The parking area for motors and cars of Dr. Moewardi Hospital is need to widening, and the parking area for motors of UMS Campus is needs to widening.

Abstract

Economic characteristic of The Boven Digoel Regency is dominated by agriculture. Food crops has an important role in agricultural and economic development in Boven Digoel Regency. The objectives of this paper are : (1) Identifying and establishing food crops as the superior commodities, (2) Delineating the land availability for superior food crops development, (3) Arranging direction development of superior food crops commodities in Boven Digoel Regency. The methodology used in this paper were consisted of the analysis of Location Quotient (LQ), Defferential Shift within Shift Share Analysis (SSA), and land availability analysis. Results of LQ and SSA analyzes showed that cassava, sweet potato, paddy, corn and peanuts are the superior food crops commodities. Analyzes of land availability showed thazt there are three  scenarios necessary in determining land availability for food crops. In the first scenario, available land covers an area of 36,227 ha, in the second scenario available land covers an area of 43,401 ha, while in the third scenario, available land covers an area of 610,990 ha.
