Abstract

The increasing numbers of small industries and home industries which processes food products are often tollowed by cases of chemical substances misuse. The process involves synthetic coloring substantive in order to get the expected product, for both for the producer andthe consumer.Jelly is a thick substantive made of seaweed. To make it, we only need to heat the jelly Jlour in boiling water, After it gets cold it will turn into gel and csn be formed the way we like it To add more Jlavors we can add natural or synthetic additional substances for coloring and sweetener onthe process.This research is dedicated to identify the types of synthetic coloring substantive added to jelliesand to compare the result with Permenkes RI No. 722 / PER / 1988.This is a descriptive research, using chromatograph paper method to check the qualitative test on the synthetic coloring substantive used. Population of the research is the jellies sold at Pasar Doro Pekalongan, with 4 (four) out of 5 (ive) colors taken as the sample purposively from each packages sold there.The data is taken from laboratory test, and conveyed in descriptive way. Result on laboratory test on jellies sold at Pasar Doro Pekalongan is that they uses Eritrosin, Green S, Sunset Yellow, Tartrazin, and Carmoisin as the synthetic coloring substantives as stated in Permenkes RI No.722 / MENKES / PER/ IX/ 1988.Keywords : synthetic coloring substantive, jelly, paper chromatograph.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Infeksi cacing pada saluran pencernaan menyebabkan proses penyerapan zat gizi  terganggu. Status gizi yang rendah berdampak pada penurunan kemampuan kognitif anak sehingga perkembangan anak mengalami keterlambatan. Anak toddler merupakan golongan yang paling beresiko terhadap kejadian infeksi cacing. Anak dengan infeksi kecacingan memiliki albumin dan total protein yang rendah, timbul diare dan anemia sehingga menurunkan prestasi belajar dan produktivitas. Perlu dilakukan pendampingan keluarga dengan memberikan pengetahuan dan praktek tata cara mencegah infeksi cacing  berupa penyuluhan tentang perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat, penyuluhan tentang pentingnya pemenuhan gizi yang seimbang pada anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dinamika kelompok sosial terhadap infeksi kecacingan, status gizi dan perkembangan anak usia toddler. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pre eksperimental dengan rancangan one group pre – pos test design pada keluarga dengan anak usia toddler di desa Lirboyo Kediri. Data kecacingan pada anak diperoleh dengan pengambilan sampel feces dan diperiksa dengan metode formal ether concentration di laboratorium parasitologi, data status gizi diperoleh dengan pengukuran berat badan dan umur. Data perkembangan anak di peroleh dengan pengukuran DDST (Denver Devalopment Screning Test). Analisa data menggunakan analisa bivariat yaitu uji chi square dan analisa multivariate menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% (α = 0.05).Hasil Penelitian ini didapatkan Adanya peningkatan Status gizi Toddler (P= 0,000), ada peningpatan perkembangan anak toddler ( p=0,000), Dengan dinamika kelompok social diharapkan dapat mendeteksi dini adanya infeksi cacing maka pengobatan dan perbaikan status gizi anak dapat dilakukan sehingga keterlambatan perkembangan anak dapat dicegah.   Kata Kunci: Dinamika Kelompok Sosial, Kecacingan, status gizi, perkembangan, anak toddler

Abstract

Pemberian makanan pada bayi sebagian besar di tentukan oleh ibu. Peran ibu dibentuk oleh pengetahuan dan sikap ibu dan keluarganya. Sikap ibu mengenai pemberian makanan pada anak merupakan factor yang menentukan seseorang untuk berperilaku dan berperan memberikan makanan yang tepat untuk anak .Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan antara sikap ibu dengan peran ibu dalam penyediaan makanan pendamping ASI. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 50 ibu yang mempunyai anak usia 6- 12 bulan di wilayah posyandu kelurahan Lirboyo wilayah Puskesmas Campurejo. Waktu pelaksanaan penelitian 3 bulan yaitu bulan juni sampai bulan Agustus 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Cross Sectional. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah sikap ibu. Variabel terikat pada penelitian ini adalah peran ibu dalam penyediaan makanan pendamping ASI. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Quasioner. Data yang telah diperoleh dianalisa menggunakan SPSS dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi data sikap dan peran ibu dalam penyediaan makanan pendamping ASI, menggunakan uji Spearman Rho untuk melihat hubungan sikap dengan peran ibu,tingkat signifikan p<0,05. Hasil penelitian didapatkan adanya hubungan antara sikap dengan peran orang tua dalam penyediaan makanan pendamping ASI (p=0,00) Masyarakat dan responden diharapkan dapat menerapkan ilmu yang telah diperoleh melalui perawatan mandiri yang benar dan memberikan ilmu tersebut kepada orang lain yang belum mengetahuinya, sehingga diharapkan masyarakat juga ikut serta membantu menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif untuk tumbuh kembang anak.  kata kunci: Sikap,Peran, Makanan Pendamping ASI, Keluarga

Abstract

Background: the prevalence of anemia in Indonesia is still high and special countermeasures with appropriate interventions. Iron levels for young women was greatly influenced by the number of consumption food, the part that is absorbed through the gastrointestinal tract, iron deposits in the tissues, excretion and body immunity. The purpose of this research are known the effect of iron supplementation on blood profile in AKPER Dharma Husada Kediri. Methods: this research used experimental research with Randomized Control Trial Design. The subject taken by simple random sampling as much as 40 sample and are divided into 2 groups, Group A in treatment of 20 students give 1 tablet of iron supplementation every day and 20 students group B were given iron supplementation 1tablet each week for 6 weeks. The Data obtained by students taking anemia blood samples and checked his blood in the lab profile Sam Husada Kediri. Nutrient intake from the 24-hour food recall and processed used nutri survey. Data analysis used the paired t test tests for changes in blood profile on each group, independent t test to tell the difference between groups and blood profile test Mann Whitney U test  Results: prevalence of anemia in AKPER Dharma Husada of Kediri are 44.3%. Iron supplementation can increased the levels of blood profiles the two groups (p Hb= 0,000, p eritrosit = 0,000, p MCV= 0,000, p MCH = 0,013 dan p MCHC = 0,003) and no significant differences in the levels of blood profiles between the two groups (p Hb= 0,661, p eritrosit = 0,250, p MCV = 0,413, p MCH = 0,76, p MCHC = 0,5935).  Conclusion:. Comparison of iron supplementation by students aged 18 – 20 years old no difference in improved blood profiles. Further research needs to be done to clarify the factors that can affect the iron supplementation in the prevention of anemia in AKPER Dharma Husada Kediri. Abstract

A healthy child will show optimal growth if given an adequate bio-physic and psychosocial environment. Each parent wishes that her child can grow optimally with growth that achieves the best growth and development according to the genetic potential that is present in the child and this must be fulfilled from an early age. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of social group dynamics in improving the development of toddler age children. This research is a pre experimental research with one group pre-post test design approach on toddler age population in Lirboyo Kediri village. Subjects were taken by random sampling of 50 children. Child development data was obtained by DDST (Denver Devalopment Screning Test) measurement. Data analysis using bivariate analysis is Wilcoxon different test with significance level α = 0.05. The result of this research is the influence of social group dynamics with personal social development (p 0,000). There is influence of social group dynamics with fine motor development (p 0.003), There is influence of social group dynamics on language development (p 0,000) gross motor development (p 0.003) with early detection of growth of Todler-age children is expected to delay the development of children can be prevented.

Abstract

Pulmonary tuberculosis is a chronic disease that must be controlled through a comprehensive program to achieve Indonesian Health Program in 2012. From retrospective data recorded and reported, tuberculosis (Pulmonary Tuberculosis) is one of the cases that should get  routine examination and scheduled to visit health center. Public Health Center activities to the TB’s patient are by promotive, preventive, rehabilitative, and curatif coordinate with activities in the development of health centers The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social group dynamics of events and healing tuberculosis lung disease in Public Health Center Mojoroto. The population in this study is all patients who was came in Public Health Center Mojoroto totaled 50 people. The sampling technique used is total sampling so the number of samples taken as many as 50 people.. Analysis for the effect of social group dynamics of events and healing tuberculosis lung disease is McNemar-Bowker Test. From the processing of the analysis statistic obtained probability value is more than 0.05, which means there is no effect of social group dynamics of events and healing tuberculosis lung disease in Public Health Center Mojoroto. The results showed no significant effect of group dynamics activity on the incidence of tuberculosis and cure of pulmonary tuberculosis. Most of sputum examination results before and after shown the negative result may caused by patients can not cough up sputum well.

Abstract

Television is feeling important to children. Frequency ang long of watching TV to children’s is higher then they are learn frequency. It’s means in sociality process they will influenced with TV program’s. Objective direction of this scientific work is to know relation between frequency of watching TV to elementary student’s ( class V) and learn achievement in child 10-11 years old. Desain that we using is correlation with cross sectional metode. The sample in elementary student’s class V in SDN Drenges II kertosono. Total sampling 13 student’s. We use systemic observation to gathering data and analys with pearson’s coefisien correlation and interval correlation value. Result that we get in scientific work is r:0,1, that’s mean frequency of watcing TV and leanring achivment have positif relatioan and the table of coefisien correlation 0,00<KK<=0,20 having weak relation. We can say that frequency of watching TV and learn achivment hava relation., but many another factor can be influenced children achivment. Like children’s IQ, environment and learning tool’s. so we must can be arrange of time to children to learn and play. Abstract

Background: Diabetes (DM) is a disease caused by the body is not able to make or use insulin properly, this can lead to complications in the future and cause DM disease suffered more severe. The success of a treatment is determined by the DM patient's attitude toward the treatment. With the compliance of patients with DM then treatment will reach the optimal level, and the quality of health can still be felt. Controlled category of DM is also seen from the results of HbA1C levels, One method that can be used to improve adherence is by counseling dietary behavior. The purpose of the study to determine whether there is Influence Diet Facilitation To Diet Compliance In Diabetes Mellitus patients in Posyandu Elderly "Dharma Husada Insani" in the Working Area Pukesmas Balowerti.            Method: The research design used in this research is Quasi experiment with nonequivalent control group design. Population in this research is DM sufferer in Elderly Posyandu "Dharma Husada Insani is Through total technique Sampling obtained by subject amounted to 10 people. Methods for obtaining compliance data with questionnaires, blood sugar levels using HbA1c test. Data were analyzed by bivariate test using simple linear regression, and multivariate using multiple linear regression with 95% confidence level (α = 5%).          Results: Mentoring results have a significant association with dietary adherence (p = 0.000). mentoring has no significant relationship to blood sugar levels (p = 0.104). There is a significant association of dietary supplementation to dietary adherence and blood glucose levels together in Elderly Posyandu "Dharma Husada Insani" in the Working Area of ​​Pukesmas Balowerti. (P = 0,000). Conclusion: The conclusion of dietary assistance can improve dietary compliance of Diabetes Mellitus patients, and blood sugar levels can be controlled so as not to cause complications in the future and resulted in DM disease suffered increasingly severe Keywords: Mentoring, Compliance, Blood sugar level.

Abstract

At child in age pre school at first times taken care in hospital, they experienced hospitalization stress. They experience lost control (ancient) and trouble in interaction with environment (nurse, friend and next door patient). The feeling can arouse from to face something new and have never experienced it before, feel balmy and not save. Playing activities as usual have to be Limited, routinely they done daily at home, they can not conduct it at hospital. They way to minimize hospitalization stress with arrangement of environment and perform activity like game. Hence researcher perform a research concerning “Influence of Play Therapy at child in Age of Preschool to Lost Control in Hospitalization “. This research target was to know the influence of play therapy at child in age of pre used school to lost control in hospitalization in child room of RSUD Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi Blitar. Research design pre experiment the types was pre post test design. Its population was all children in age of pre school that experiencing taken care in hospital in child room of RSUD Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi Blitar (25 children age of pre school). Sample taken counted 24 respondents. Use purposive sampling. Appliance and data collecting used observation with checklist. Data analyzed including editing, coding, scoring, tabulating. Research result with 24 respondents, reaction of lost control in hospitalization before giving of play therapy got value 3-4 (62,5%) counted is children in bad category. Value 5-7 (37,5%) counted 9 children with enough category. Reaction of lost control in hospitalization after giving play therapy got value 8-10 (100%) in good category. From research result can be concluded that change of reaction of control at child in age pre school in hospitalization before and after play therapy in child room RSUD Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi Blitar give influence to lost control in hospitalization so that child become co- operative to the therapy treatment of healing.
