Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui Pandangan Chef hotel berbintang di Surabaya terhadap penerapan sistem Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP). Penulisan dilakukan dengan pembagian kuesioner dan wawancara kepada beberapa chef hotel berbintang di Surabaya untuk pengumpulan data yang kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan teknik kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penulisan ini adalah bahwa penerapan sistem HACCP sangat penting dan sebagian besar tujuh prinsip HACCP telah dijalankan oleh para chef hotel berbintang di Surabaya.

Abstract

The aimed of this research is to describe the method of learning by using Internet-based discussion groups in schools to increase the  students attitudes nationalism in teaching history and describing the increase in the students historical  knowledge. This research is a classroom action research (CAR), which consists of three cycles, each cycle consisting of four activities include planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques used observation, questionnaires, and tests. Based on the results showed that the use of Internet-based discussion group  accompanied by images of nationalism can increase the students attitudes and historical knowledge.Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mendeskripsikan metode pembelajaran dengan menggunakan diskusi kelompok berbasis internet (hotspot) di sekolah untuk meningkatkan sikap nasionalisme siswa dalam pembelajaran sejarah dan sekaligus mendeskripsikan peningkatan pengetahuan kesejarahan siswa. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dilaksanakan pada 36 siswa kelas XII.IPS.4  semester ganjil di SMA Negeri 5 Bandar Lampung tahun pelajaran 2012 / 2013. Metode dalam penelitian ini Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan 3 siklus, pada setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan lembar observasi, angket dan tes hasil belajar. Berdasarkan data-data dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan diskusi kelompok berbasis internet dapat meningkatkan sikap nasionalisme siswa dan pengetahuan kesejarahan.Kata kunci: diskusi, sikap, prestasi

Abstract

Relies on the standard set forth in PP number 19 year 2005 chapter 1 verse 6, teaching social studies in SMP Negeri 2 Ambarawa be qualified national standards relating to the implementation of learning in the educational unit to achieve competency standards. IPS Learning at SMP Negeri 2 Ambarawa District Pringsewu still learning to implement a single method ekspository the cycle; explain, give examples, ask questions and provide in the classical task. With this method, the teacher trouble to serve various needs and demands of students in learning and difficulty pushing underachieving students to improve achievement learning. The purpose of this study was carried out to find out who has been teaching social studies carried out in the SMP 2 Ambarawa and find the ideal form of learning IPS itself. The research was conducted using qualitative descriptive approach. The population in this study were teachers, students, vice principal of curriculum and IPS SMP Negeri 2 Ambarawa Pringsewu District. Instrument data collectors using your observation, interview and documentation. Analysis of data using the Interactive Analysis Model of Milles and Huberman, through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion.Results showed teachers of SMP Negeri 2 Ambarawa have analyzed a variety of learning materials to be integrated by topic / theme. Learning model that becomes a mainstay in learning IPS in SMP 2 Ambarawa is a think pair share (TPS), as in the approach the topic / theme for this model students will not only understand the material given, but also provides the opportunity for students to analyze reality in daily life think-day stage, and the most important is learning students to cooperation and solidarity to share the stage in the learning model. IPS learning model that must be implemented by the social studies teacher at SMPN 2 Ambarawa are learning model that promotes the achievement of learning objectives and establish IPS is instilling social skills in students. IPS learning objectives can be achieved with various models of cooperative learning, cooperative learning, but most importantly in the IPS should be oriented learning materials, instilling the values of teamwork, an evaluation (test / quiz), and a group award. Abstract

The problem of the research was formulated as: what factors has caused the migration of Java colonists to Pringsewu region? How is the socio-economic condition of the Java colonists in Pringsewu in the year of 1925-1945? The purpose of this research was to find out the factors that trigger the migration of Java colonists to Pringsewu and also the socio-economic conditions of Java colonists in Pringsewu in the year of 1925-1945. The method used in this study was historical method. The results of the research showed that the migration of Java colonists has been triggered by two factors, namely the driving and the withdrawal factors; while the socio economic conditions of Java colonists in Pringsewu in the year of 1925-1945 revealed a good relationship between the indigenous people and the immigrants; also in health, education, and agriculture improvement such as land expansion for agriculture and in increasing rice production.Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apa sajakah faktor perpindahan kolonis Jawa ke Pringsewu dan kondisi sosial ekonomi kolonis Jawa di Pringsewu Tahun 1925-1945? Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor apasaja yang memicu perpindahan kolonis Jawa ke Pringsewu dan bagaimana kondisi sosial ekonomi kolonis Jawa di Pringsewu Tahun 1925-1945. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode historis. Hasil penelitian yang di peroleh adalah faktor perpindahan kolonis terdiri dari faktor pendorong dan penarik serta kondisi sosial ekonomi kolonis Jawa di Pringsewu Tahun 1925-1945 adalah terjadinya hubungan yang baik antar penduduk asli dan pendatang, bidang kesehatan, pendidikan, peningkatan dalam bidang pertanian seperti perluasan lahan pertanian dan peningkatan produksi beras.Kata kunci: jawa, kolonis, pringsewu
