Abstract

Pemakaian jaringan pipa dalam bidang teknik sipil salah satunya terdapat pada sistem jaringandistribusi air minum. Analisis jaringan pipa cukup komplek dan memerlukan perhitungan yang besar.Adapun metoda yang digunakan adalah Metoda Hardy-Cross dalam menentukan debit pada masingmasingpipa. Metoda ini merupakan metoda yang paling banyak digunakan dalam melakukan analisisjaringan pipa. Dalam perhitungan ini digunakan rumus Hazen-Williams dan rumus Manning dalammenentukan nilai konsanta hambatan pipa (k).Akan dianalisis sebagian jaringan pipa PDAM di Kota Padalarang Kabupaten Bandung. Debit masukpada jaringan ditentukan 30 lt/det dan 10 lt/det sedangkan debit yang keluar 25 lt/det dan 15 lt/det,koefisien Hazen-Williams 142 dan koefisien Manning 0.011, menggunakan pipa PVC berdiameter 2”dan 3”, kehilangan energi yang diperhitungkan hanya kehilangan energi primer. Kesimpulan yangdiperoleh adalah penggunaan diameter pipa yang sama pada jaringan pipa akan menghasilkan debittetap (tidak berubah), karena diameter pipa dapat saling meniadakan dalam perhitungan dan padakasus yang debitnya besar (>10 lt/det) akan menghasilkan persentasi perbedaan debit (Δ%) yang tidakjauh baik dengan rumus Hazel-Williams dan rumus Manning karena persentasi perbedaan debitnyakecil sehingga untuk debit yang besar (>10 lt/det) hasil lebih akurat, begitu pula sebaliknya.Kata kunci: jaringan pipa, debit pada pipa, metoda Hardy-Cross

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine: The Performance of Certified Penjasorkes Teacher in Junior High SchoolCivil in North Klaten of District Klaten in 2012. This study used quantitative descriptive methods. The source dataobtained from respondents consisting of Students, Teachers non- Penjasorkes and Principal Junior High School Civilin North Klaten in 2012 amounted to 170 people. The techniques of collecting the data by enclosed questaionnaire(questioner). The Validiy and reliability of the data using SPSS 16. The technique of descriptive data analysis that isbased on a quantitative analysis through the frequency and percentage. The result showed that: (1) The performanceof Certified Penjasorkes Teacher in Junior High School Civil in Nort Klaten of District Klaten in 2012 was good.From the analysis of questionnaires the Performance of Certified Penjasorkes Teacher in Junior High School in Northof District Klaten in 2012 get scores of all aspects of of the overall answer is 30388 with a percentage of 81,1% thatinclude in good category. This is indicated in each indicator, (a) The Performance of Certified Penjasorkes Teacher inJunior High School Civil in North Klaten of District Klaten in 2012 from the aspect of Pedagogic Competence getthe score 7532 with 80,55% percentage that include into good category. (b) The Performance of Certified PenjasorkesTeacher in Junior High School Civil in North Klaten of District Klaten in 2012 from the aspect of Competencepersonality 5655 with a percentage score obtained 83,16% who include into good category. (c) The Performance ofCertified Penjasorkes Teacher in Junior High School Civil in North Klaten of District Klaten in 2012 the aspect ofSocial Competence score obtained 6164 with the percentage of 80,57% that include into good category. and (4) ThePerformance of Certified Penjasorkes Teacher in Junior High School Civil in North Klaten of District Klaten in2012from the aspect of Profesional Competence score obtained 10987 with the percentage of 80,7% that include intogood category.Keyword: Penjasorkes Teacher, teacher performance, teacher certification

Abstract

Pengaturan  mengenai  alat  bukti  sebagai  upaya  membuktikan  dakwaan  dalam persidangan perkara perlindungan anak oleh penuntut umum diatur di dalam Pasal 186 dan  187  KUHAP.  Tulisan  ini  bermaksud  untuk  mendapatkan  gambaran  mengenai bagaimana  alat  bukti  keterangan  ahli  dan  surat  oleh  penuntut  umum  dalam  upaya membuktikan  dakwaan  dalam  perkara  perlindungan  anak.  Penelitian  ini  merupakan penelitian  hukum  normatif  bersifat  preskriptif  dengan  menggunakan  pendekatan kasus.Teknik analisis penelitian hukum yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik  berfikir  deduksi.  Berdasarkan  hasil  penelitian  dan  pembahasan  dihasilkan simpulan, pada kasus  perlindungan anak, penggunaan  alat bukti keterangan ahli dan surat  dapat digunakan  sebagai alat bukti yang sah  karena termasuk dalam salah satu dari 3 (tiga) alat bukti yaitu alat bukti saksi, alat bukti surat, dan alat bukti keterangan terdakwa. Nilai kekuatan pembuktian dari 3 (tiga) alat bukti tersebut adalah bebas dan tergantung dari keyakinan hakim.

Abstract

Basal stem rot disease caused by Ganoderma is the most destructive disease in oil palm plantation in Indonesia. Development of this disease is faster and heavier in nutrient poor soils, such as sandy soil. The objective of this research is to study and quantitatively measure the infection rate of Ganoderma disease in sandy soil. The treatments consisted of five different mixtures of mineral soil (M) and sand (P) i.e: A (100% M–0% P), B (75% M-25% P), C (50% M-50% P), D (25% M-75% P), and E (0% M-100% P). Physical, chemical, and biological properties of each soil mixture treatment were analyzed. Soil texture can be differentiated into sandy clay loam, sandy loam, loamy sand, sand for treatmen A, B, C, D, E, respectively. Sandy soil medium had less microorganism population (< 1 × 106 cfu g-1soil) than sandy clay loam which microrganism population was 3 × 106 cfu g-1 soil. The infection rate of Ganoderma in sandy soils was 1.77–1.83 palm per month per 100 palms. Abstract

Basal stem rot disease (BSR) caused by Ganoderma boninense is the major pathogen of oil palm in Indonesia and Malaysia. Sometimes in the same location, especially in the peatland, upper stem rot (USR) disease is also found. This research was carried out to identify the pathogen of upper stem rot by molecular approach. Fruiting bodies of fungus were collected from 3 plants with upper stem rot symptoms and 2 plants with basal stem rot symptoms from Labuhan Batu North Sumatra and Kampar Riau. Results showed that all of the fruiting body samples taken from plants with upper stem rot and basal stem rot symptoms were G. boninense.

Abstract

The rapid development of oil palm industry is indicated by wide monoculture plantation. This condition causes the development of many diseases such as basal stem rot, bud rot, leaf spot, anthracnose, and fruit rot diseases. Recently, a new disease causing dry frond symptom was reported from plantations in 2 provinces, i.e. East Kalimantan and North Sumatera. Disease exploration was conducted in Muara Wahau estate, East Kalimantan and Kota Pinang (Labuhan Batu) estate, North Sumatera. Typical symptoms involved decaying which started from the tip of frond that spread into the middle, rotting brown to blackish; when rot had reached the middle, the frond becomes dry, and finally broken. Isolation and identification of the fungi from the infected plant showed the association of Thielaviopsis sp., although Koch Postulate–based assay was unable to prove that the disease was caused by infection of Thielaviopsis sp.

Abstract

Sinbiotik  (eubotic)  is  a  combination  of  prebiotics  and  probiotics.  The  advantage  of  this combination is to enhance  the growth  of  probiotic  bacteria  by prebiotic  substrates. In general, the  raw  material  of  sinbiotik  beverage  is  milk.  At  this  time,  as  product  innovations  made  brew filtrate  sinbiotik  of  yam  tubers  (Pachyrrizus  erosus).  The  advantages  of  this  product  is  the availability of two components as well as the  inulin derived from the  tubers of  yam which acts as a prebiotic and Lactobacillus Casei that act as probiotics. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the addition of skim milk and the concentration of starter (Lactobacillus casei)  that  most  optimally  in  the  process  of  making  drinks  sinbiotik  yam  tubers.  The  results showed  that  the  best  treatment  there  is  the  additional  treatment  of  skim  milk  20%  and  the concentration of starter (Lactobacillus Casei) 2%. The results showed total lactic acid bacteria 11.2933 log CFU / ml, 0.5119% total acid, pH 3.7, total dissolved solids 36.0680 (oBrix), inulin content of 3.2503% and 0.3667% soluble protein.Keywords: sinbiotik, skim milk, probiotic bacteria, prebiotic substrates

Abstract

Leaf spot disease of oil palm caused by Curvularia sp. is the major disease in nursery. Implementation of best nursery practices is the key to prevent it. Generally, fungicides are used only if epidemic of leaf spot diseases occur in the field. The objectives of this research were to determine causal agent of leaf spot disease of oil palm and the potential alternative weed host around the nursery, to select suitable fungicides, and to study the effect of fungicides rotation to disease incidence. The results showed that the causal agent of leaf spot disease of oil palm was Curvularia lunata. The fungus was also found on grasses, Cyperus rotundus and Imperata cylindrica. Difeconazol, copper oxide, and propineb suppressed leaf spot disease in nursery. Application of fungicide by rotation between difeconazol and copper oxide with frequency every 10 days suppressed the development of leaf spot disease of oil palm in the nursery.

Abstract

Effort to manage basal stem rot disease (BSR) caused by Ganoderma boninense could be conducted through several cultural practice approaches. Four series of field experiments was conducted to observe the effectiveness of cultural practice methods for controlling the epidemic of basal stem rot due to G. boninense. Sanitation trial consisted of three treatments i.e root sanitation with big hole planting system, big hole without root sanitation, and standard replanting system as comparison. Hole in hole and standard planting system were compared in the hole in hole trial. Digging and mounding trial was conducted in four treatments, i.e. digging and mounding with teer and Trichoderma, digging and mounding with Trichoderma, mounding with Trichoderma, and infected palm without any treatment as comparison. Meanwhile, a 4 m × 4 m trench was used in the isolation trench trial. Annual observation was conducted to determine the disease incidence of BSR in each trial. Results showed that all methods could prevent palms from G. boninense infection in the early stage of oil palm development. Proper root sanitation delayed G. boninense infection until 2 years after treatment (YAT), hole in hole planting system was able to suppress disease incidence up to 7 YAT, digging and mounding was useful to prolong the life of the infected palms up to 3 YAT, meanwhile the use of isolation trench was demonstrated to prevent G. boninense infection to neighboring palms up to 2 YAT.

Abstract

Respon serangga jantan penggerek umbi kentang, Phthorimaea operculella Zell.strain Bandung terhadap beberapa formulasi feromon seks sintetik dan ekstrakferomon seks betina telah diuji di laboratorium dan di lapangan. Uji laboratoriummenunjukkan bahwa ngengat jantan P. operculella memberikan respon positifterhadap semua senyawa uji meskipun formulasi campuran feromon seksmenghasilkan daya tarik yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan formulasi secara tunggal.Campuran (E,Z)-4,7- tridecadien-1-yl asetat (PTM1) dan (E,Z,Z)-4,7,10-tridecatrien-1-yl-asetat (PTM2) dengan perbandingan 1 : 1 menunjukkan hasilyang paling baik untuk tangkapan di lapangan, sama dengan feromon sintetikproduksi CIP peru.Kata Kunci : Feromon Seks, Phthorimaea operculella, penggerek umbi kentang
