Abstract

Unlawful act can be interpreted narrowly and broadly. Unlawful act in the narrow sense (sometimes said to be formal legal violation) is defined as acts that only directly contrary to law (written) only. While in a broad sense, not only unlawful act defined as acts that are directly contrary to law (written), but includes actions that violate the rules are not written, which formed in the ground rules of decency, religious, and manners / ethics. Decency, good manners and ethics, which is one character can be developed and implanted in a person through character education. With someone has a character to prevent any improper action or actions against the law in this case of corruption. This requires the existence of the laws that govern and educational efforts in order to instill virtue, so that by virtue that they can think and act in accordance with moral norms and laws.

Abstract

The aim of this writing the search for truth is the basis philosophy, philosophy of law and moral philosophy from the citizenship of the Republic of Indonesia. The result is that the foundation of philosophy from the citizenship of the Republic of Indonesia is protect all the Indonesian people and the entire homeland of Indonesia and to promote the general welfare clause 26 and the 1945 Constitution regarding the establishment of a citizen and resident. Philosophy of law from the foundation of citizenship of the Republic of Indonesia in a moral democracy led by wisdom of the policy / legal representative and primary / remembrance / of Law No 12 year 2006. Platform is the moral values of the Pancasila.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to elaborate how the religious education can be implemented to the community life as the reference and norm of behavior in their life. Religious education developed in legal order remained to be needed inexplicitly. There is a tendency that the community wanted to organize their life corresponding to the religion. For making the religion to be alive, the state’s leadership and participation is needed to regulate it. The constructed religion value in community behavior manifested in legislation will ensure the presence of both law certainty and law enforcement. Thus, religion and law containing regulations and prohibitions will bind to everyone, either ordinary people or ruler. The religion becoming the universal foundation of life. So,  there should be an identification and verification of shared religion values before they are constructed to be law in the plural community life.***Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguraikan bagaimana pendidikan agama dapat diterapkan untuk kehidupan masyarakat sebagai referensi dan norma-norma perilaku dalam kehidupan mereka. Pendidikan agama dikembang­kan di tengah masyarakat hukum secara tidak eksplisit. Ada kecenderungan bahwa masyarakat ingin mengatur hidup mereka sesuai dengan agama. Akan tetapi peran serta negara tetap diperlukan untuk mengatur itu, dimana nilai-nilai agama diwujudkan dalam undang-undang, sehingga dapat dipastikan adanya kehadiran hukum agama dan hukum positif untuk tegaknya suatu tatanan hukum. Hal ini karena agama dan hukum mengandung peraturan dan larangan akan mengikat semua orang, baik orang biasa atau penguasa. Agama juga menjadi tumpuan hidup yang bersifat universal. Oleh karenanya, diperlukan identifikasi dan verifikasi terhadap nilai-nilai agama yang universal sebelum menjadi hukum yang disepakati di dalam masyarakat plural.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to build a model realignment curriculum courses of study materials Citizenship in Higher Education to be optimized to develop character in the students obey the law. Character is rooted in the principle of the Deity, Humanity, Unity, Democracy and Justice. These characters can only be fulfilled if every law-abiding citizen. To achieve this required observance of exemplary education providers. Structuring the curriculum in this first formulate the vision, mission and goals of citizenship course, determine the profiles and the formulation of competence and competence synchronize efforts with the study material. Citizenship material substance awareness and observance of the law is derived from the principle of divinity, humanity, unity, democracy and justice and includes the study of God’s law, the law of Nature and the ethical and legal principles of the positive law of Indonesia. Positive law in question is the contextual Regulations Invite occurring in the community / region / town and village. Structuring the study material of citizenship in the legal aspect is emphasized in addition to the legal knowledge, content, attitudes and behavioral patterns of law, but also the values of law / Act. So the emphasis on stransfer legal value and not solely the transfer of legal knowledge. Abstract

Indonesians existence is affected by the nationalist attitude that loves Indonesian country and motherland. Globalization not only affects the positive and negative aspects of youth value, norm and behaviour but also affects the societal and national life in the political, economic and social cultural aspects. Globalization makes Indonesian nation needs to revitalize the values that will become a reference for overall development. In order to minimize the negative effect, there should be a preventive and repressive attempt. Preventive attempt is conducted by undertaking students/young generation building in order to have nationality mentality, soul and spirit. Meanwhile repressive attempt is conducted by taking an action and by nullifying the factors having negative influence. The positive influence is not received randomly, but it should be selected in order not to deviate from Indonesian nations identity.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to investigate: (1) the self assessment technique doesn’t optimum implemented. (2) to optimize the self assessment technique based on Google Form. (3) the impact of self assessment technique based on Google Form.This research used the qualitative descriptive research method. The data sources of research were informants, observations, and documentation. The samples of research were taken by using the purposive sampling technique. The data of research were collected through observation, in-depth interview, and documentation also validated by using the data and method trianggulations. They were then analyzed by using interactive model of analysis consisting of four main components, namely: data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.The result of research are as follows: (1) the self assessment which has been done by Pancasila and Civic Education teachers on SMK Negeri 2 Karanganyar only implemented once in a semester does not meet the assessment criteria. This was caused by several problems that self assessment require a lot of time while the time for learning is limited, many aspect of assessment that cause theacher’s performance is forced, requires a considerable cost, the lack of caring teachers to implement self assessment regularly because of limited time so self assessment is ignored by the teachers and teacher’s lack of understanding about self assessment. (2) Self assessment techniques based on Google Form can be delivered more optimum in ways of utilizing learning support facility as computer laboratory and wifi connection as maximum as possible. Implementation of self assessment based on Google Form is more efficient of time, cost, and teacher’s need not to forced. (3) The impact of self assessment based on Google Form were students can carry out self assessment as the discipline and also have a high interest towards self assessment based on Google Form. Impact on teachers that teachers can do a self assessment in a simple form, authentic, and more objective.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to prove the existence of the positive effect of application search solve create and share learning model on the mastery of basic competency of analyze the state strategy in the fight threats to establish national integration in a frame of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika in the 11th graders of SMA Negeri 6 Surakarta in the School Year of 2015/2016. This research was conducted using quantitative methods experiment with models Posttest Only Control Design. The population of research was the 11th graders of SMA Negeri 6 Surakarta in the School Year of 2015/2016. The sample selected was 11th of IPS 4 grade served as experiment class and 11th IPS 3 as control class. The sampling technique using cluster random sampling. Techniques of collecting data used were observation for X variable and test for Y variable.Technique of analyzing data used was one-predictor regression analysis. The results showed that there there was a positive effect of application search solve create and share learning model (X) on the mastery of basic competency of analyze the state strategy in the fight threats to establish national integration in a frame of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika (Y) in the 11th graders of SMA Negeri 6 Surakarta in the school year of 2015/2016 as evidenced by the results the correlation coefficient where rhitung> rtabel or 0.607> 0.361 means that Ho is rejected, Ha accepted. The magnitude of the effect of variable X to Y is shown by the calculation of the contribution of determination of 31.4%. The regression equation equation = 21.785 + 1.316 X. The conclusion of this study that there was a positive effect application search solve create and share learning model on the mastery of basic competency of analyze the state strategy in the fight threats to establish national integration in a frame of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika in the 11th graders of SMA Negeri 6 Surakarta in the school year of 2015/2016

Abstract

Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah membangun model penataan kembali kurikulum bahan kajian mata kuliah Kewarganegaraan  di Perguruan Tinggi  agar lebih optimal dapat mengembangkan karakter mahasiswa dalam mentaati hukum. Karakter yang dimaksud bersumber pada asas Ketuhanan, Kemanusiaan, Persatuan, Kerakyatan dan keadilan. Sumber karakater tersebut harus dijabarkan dalam nilai nilai karakter. Karakter ini dapat terlaksana kalau setiap civitas akademika Perguruan Tinggi taat pada hukum. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut diperlukan keteladanan ketaatan dari civitas akademika. Penataan kurikulum Kewarganegaraan terlebih dahulu  merumuskan visi, misi dan tujuan mata kuliah kewarganegaraan, menentukan profil dan  rumusan kompetensi  serta upaya mensinkronkan kompetensi dengan bahan kajian. Substansi materi  Kewarganegaraan kesadaran dan ketaatan hukum dijabarkan dari asas Ketuhanan, kemanusiaan, persatuan, kerakyatan dan keadilan dan memuat kajian  hukum Tuhan , hukum Etis dan hukum kodrat serta  asas asas  hukum positif Indonesia. Hukum positif yang dimaksud adalah Perundang-Undangan yang konstekstual yang terjadi di masyarakat/daerah/ kota dan desa. Penataan kajian materi kewarganegaraan dalam aspek hukum ditekankan disamping  pada pengetahuan hukum, isi, sikap  serta  pola perilaku hukum, namun juga  nilai nilai hukum/Undang Undang. Jadi ditekankan pada stransfer nilai hukum dan  bukan semata mata transfer pengetahuan hukum. Tindak lanjut dari implementasi kajian itu perlu diuji cobakan dalam proses  pembelajaran di dalam kampus , dan  juga melakukan kegiatan ekstra kurikuler praktek laboratorium  yang dapat dilakukan baik di kampus maupun di luar kampus sesuai dengan kemampuan Perguruan tinggi masing masing.

Abstract

                                                            ABSTRACTThis research aimed to: (1) improve the accuracy of consistency principle of materials for the topic of Democracy within the Dictate of Civic Education for class X of hearing impaired students, (2) improve the accuracy of sufficiency principle of materials for the topic of Democracy within the Dictate of Civic Education in class X of hearing impaired students.This research used embedded single qualitative method. Data were collected by means of interview, document analysis, and observation. Triangulation of data and theories were conducted to ensure the data validity. The data were then analyzed using content analysis method.Based on the research findings, it was concluded that: (1) Dra.Wahyu Trimei Pujilestari’s Dictate of Civic Education for class X of hearing impaired students had not fully met the consistency principle and the determined indicators in the syllabus. This was evident from the fact that there were still some indicators of consistency principle that were not covered yet, such as: a. balance of the materials, b. range of the materials, and c. presentation of the materials; (2)  Materials for the topic of Democracy within the Dictate of Civic Education in class X of hearing impaired students had not met the sufficiency principle, of which materials to be taught should be adequate to help students master basic competences. This was proved by the fact that there were several indicators of sufficiency principle that had not been covered such as: a. coverage of the materials, b. connection with Pancasila, c. accuracy of the facts. Materials in the syllabus were not fully listed in the Dictate of Civic Education in class X of hearing impaired students.
