Abstract

The Spatial-based information system is one of the systems that is needed nowadays, because it serves as a foundation in supporting variety of applications in various sectors, one of which is education. Serang as the capital of Banten province indubitably becomes a model reference for other districts and cities in the development of education. Providing information regarding education, especially schools, to the people is of major importance to enhance Serang education office activity in providing service. There has not been any spatial-based information about schools in the city of Serang yet, so it is necessary to have a geographic information system of school mapping. Geographic information system of school mapping in Serang was developed using the waterfall model and built using MapServer, PHP programming language, and MySQL database management system. The system provides information on the distribution of both public and private primary education (SD/MI), secondary education (SMP/MTs), and upper secondary and vocational education (SMA/MA/SMK) in the city in the form of digital maps, containing spatial data and attribute data, and also generates information about indicators of equality on learning opportunity and gross participation rate (APK) in the city of Serang.

Abstract

Actinomycetes is one of microorganisms that can be  used as a natural antibiotic. Metabolites produced by actinomycetes have antagonistic activity on bacteria, therefore it can be used as antibacteria. The purposes of this study were to select and test the antibacterial activity of actinomycetes isolated from peat soil in Desa Rimbo Panjang Kabupaten Kampar Riau to inhibit the growth of Escherichia coliand Salmonella typhi. This study was conducted from December 2013-January2014 at the Microbiology Laboratory, University of Riau. Serial dilutions and pour plate method used for isolation of actinomycetes while agar disk method used for antibacterial test. The result found a total of 24 actinomycetes isolates, 10 isolates inhibiting  E. coli, and 16 isolates inhibiting S. typhi. The inhibition zone diameter of E. coliand S. typhi  were 8,3 to 16,9 mm and 7,8 to 12,9 mm, respectively.

Abstract

Study is to aims examine the internal control system in the management of inventory at Toko Utama Security CCTV Pekanbaru. Data collecction techniques used were interview, observation, and questioner. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and the sign test.The results of this study showed that the system of internal controls over purchases, receipts and expenditures on Toko Utama Security CCTV Pekanbaru has not been operating effectively. Suggested improvement in the existing policy of the company and improvement in pruchasing, receipts and expenditure. And reaffirms the duties, power and responsibilities of each amployee, complementary document for easy searching of transaction avidence, and anhanced security system. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem pengendalian internal pada pengelolaan persediaan barang pada Toko Utama Security CCTV Pekanbaru. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriftif dan analisis uji tanda (sign test) .Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengendalian internal terhadap pembelian, penerimaan dan pengeluaran yang ada pada Toko Utama Security CCTV Pekanbaru belum berjalan dengan efektif. Disarankan perbaikan dalam kebijakan yang ada perusahaan dan perbaikan dalam prosedur pembelian, penerimaan dan pengeluaran barang. Dan menegaskan kembali tugas, wewenang dan tanggung jawab masing-masing karyawan, melengkapi dokumen untuk memudahkan penelusuran bukti transaksi, dan sistem keamanan lebih ditingkatkan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image, brand trust, dan kualitas layanan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang dengan kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel moderating pada startup business unicorn Indonesia, yaitu GO-JEK Indonesia. Adapun jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang berasal dari konsumen pengguna GO-JEK dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 195 responden. Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan antara pengaruh brand image, brand trust, kualitas layanan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang konsumen GO-JEK yang dimoderasi oleh kepuasan konsumen.  Analisis data menggunakan alat analisis statistic berbasis web GeSCA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial brand image, brand trust, kualitas layanan, dan kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang. Ditemukan juga bahwa variabel kepuasan konsumen mampu memoderasi brand image dan kualitas layanan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang, namun tidak dapat memoderasi brand trust terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang.
