Abstract

Log_Sys Logistic application is an application that managing or controlling stock flow goods. This application manages goods that in and out from PT CCG Workshop. Logistic application at PT CCG has two big categories. The first is Workshop Logistic, and the second is ATK Logistic. Workshop Logistic handles about vehicle, like vehicle sparepart, stock, and vehicle maintenance. All of usage at workshop will be purposed for vehicle unit. ATK logistic is prepared for managing stock all about ATK, like the paper, blinder, mineral water, etc. All of usage ATK will be purposed for PT CCG branches.Keywords: Vehicle, Spare part, Maintenance, in and out an item, Logistic.

Abstract

Travel and Tour industry is a business which combines a lot of data in its daily operations.Keeping and managing data in the travel and tour industry could be cumbersome.Moreover, human’s error happens frequently since too much data involved dan changed.“Tour and Travel Application” wants to eliminate the cumbersome in doing all travel andtour industries’ operations manually by automatizing their operations. This applicationwould also answering troublesome in keeping the data in their daily operations. Thissystem would be developed using JAVA programming language and mySQL database.JaspertReport is used to generate all reports necessary.

Abstract

Currently, information technology is an inseparable unity with the continuity of interaction in a company. Tender auction process in PT. X that still run manually requires an application that can help treat, manage and organize the data and the tender auctionprocess online using a reliable technology. They also need the system that can relieve the bidder, in this case are the contractor who follow this tender auction process. Based on thisanalysis, the authors make an online web based system using email technology in the communication process performed between the tender committee and the contractor also with database technology to assist the system in the store, process and manage all datainput by the user. Abstract

The technology advancement, especially in the field of website and internet, has many new innovations of the information systems to meet the need of all internet users. Real estate company PT. Greenhouse has obstacles in promoting propertyincluding selling and buying. There are many potential buyers who have difficulty in bidding on the property to be purchased, that is why they have been expecting website to be realized. PT Greenhouse real estate website created using ASP.NET and SQL Manager 2008 R2 to implement a dynamic website. This website is used by administrators and agent to register property listing. The mortgage calculations features were made to help the potential buyers in the calculation of mortgage installments given banks more easily.

Abstract

Clinic as a place that provide health care services require patients to meet face to face and immediately examined by a doctor. This research implements midwifery services and web-based content that is informative as alternative for patients’ health advices.SMS Gateway system also applied in order to maintain the patient as a customer so that forged strong relationships with high levels of satisfaction. The final results is an information system that can improve the quantity and quality of health services to the public by using information technology.

Abstract

PT Telkomsel Regional Jawa Barat Network Service Tasikmalaya has a lot of inventory items with different serial number. These goods will be used by vendors in providing services to the public. Problems occurs when entering a serial number on each item because data collection is still manual. There is a problem upon return of goods to the center, that is known as the Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA abbreviated, when the Serial Number of the items in the RMA is often forgotten deactivated by the user, causing multiple input Serial Number. The purpose of this research is the ease of input Serial Number automatically generate by barcode includes reminder Serial Number features. In addition will be made also preparing reports on each of goods in accordance with the desired period.

Abstract

Every student in all Universities who is already in the final semester will report the results in the form of presentation in the presence of mentors and examiners. Students will usually wait for a schedule that has been determined by the coordinator in the Faculty. This scheduling sometimes makes students anxious because they have to wait until the time is appropriate and often they don’t get a suitable schedule. This also happens with the students in Faculty of Information Technology, Maranatha Christian University. The coordinators often experience difficulties in the allocation of mentors or examiners to be scheduled for a council. This research will make an application that help in conducting scheduling of the council so that the council process can be held smoothly and students will not be afraid to miss the schedule. Applications will be built using JavaFX desktop programming, JSON type network services, and data reporting through JasperReport. Data were collected in literature and interviews with related parties. Applications will accommodate from data entry, role assignment determination, scheduling, and reporting. Applications use data exchange methods through network services that facilitate the development of data needs. This prototype has been tested by black box method. The test results state that this prototype works through testing with all of the possibilities.

Abstract

In the development of technology, web-based application used to inform the news and events online. It is also experienced by Saung Angklung Udjo, hereinafter referred to SAU. SAU is a Sundanese Arts Studio founded by Udjo Ngalagena as the venue, the center of handicrafts from bamboo, and bamboo musical instrument workshop. People are increasingly interested in Indonesian culture, especially Angklung introduced by SAU, but not everyone can be informed about news and events from SAU with ease. In addition, the SAU also have a Guest House and Venue that is rented out to visitors who attend and want to stay. Currently the rental has not been recorded properly in the process of calculating financial data. Therefore SAU requires a web-based system that can be accessed online, so the owner can control all the activities. The visitors who saw the news and events most in demand will also be stored and analyzed to produce a graph, where the owner can know the visitor traffic over a period time. The purpose of this research is to make Saung Angklung Udjo inform about news and events as well as all related content online, in addition to the convenience of visitors to explore the website is also a concern

Abstract

PT. Bee Solution Partners is one of the IT solution company in Bandung. At present, PT. BSP does not have any system to display employee profile, and does not have any system to help project manager maintaining projects either. Project Management Information System is built for helping Human Resource Department (HRD) Staff in employee data management which can be improved as employee profile, and also helping project manager in project management. Abstract

In the era of development technology, there are so many people who have not been able to use it. For examples to make a sale and purchase transaction they are using conventional way where the customers must go to the seller's place, but the problem comes when the customers do not get the item they are needed. Another problem is that conventional seller financial statements are still records in a paper that can be lost or scattered, and sometimes customers want to find items that are needed but not in any list of stores that cause wasting customer’s time and energy and ineffective. This research will make a portal that can manage the transaction for sellers and customers. For reporting, a feature will be made that shows the description and availability of stock items, as well as digital financial records for sellers as financial statements. This research is different from other e-commerce webs, where the special feature added is to manage the customer goods request that is not available as a service to ensure customers satisfaction.
