Abstract

CV. Sumber Nadi Jaya as one water bottling company in Bali which have many competitors, is still experiencing difficulties in the distribution. Company’s Operational distribution practices is not beneficial because delivery is carried out in the conventional way and based on driver’s experience on the road. This often led to some customers not receiving bottled water gallon or gallon is received does not match the number of gallons for gallons routine because the number of gallon available on the vehicle is run out after distributed on previous customer. This research used a network flow method, because this method can model the distribution pattern of bottled drinking water, where it is in line with the problems discussed in this case the completed information distribution system that regulates the delivery of bottled drinking water to customers, so it can maximize delivery in a single delivery, and minimize the number of customers who do not receive a gallon of bottled drinking water.   Keyword: systems, distribution, bottled drinking water, gallons, CIH

Abstract

When the practice process begins, practitioner are able to access the PDC-Labkom system. But, at the same time, one computer can be used by the other practices. Problems that come on the surface are one computer can be worn  for multiple accounts when accessing domain controller and there is no login managemet recording to actuate the practician’s history. Single sign on is a technology that granted the user’s network for accessing rescources inside using one single account. They only need to authenticate once and then granted to access all the services on the network. For application services, the system is using web-service. Web-service is a bunch of logics application providing data and services for the application which used by it. From that existing problems, the system have been bulit using web-service and SSO method as an integrated authentification at domain controller and application server on the practice system Labkom Stikom Surabaya. This SSO is a technology using the user and the password taken from login domain. And it can handle multi account security on the practice process. Furthermore, Labkom are able to record practitioner’ histroy or mutli account for cheating history and login management safety. Keywords : Practicum, Login, Single Sign-On

Abstract

Loss of hajj pilgrims, particularly Indonesia, as a common story in the holy land of Mecca and Medina. Usually it occurs in the early days of arrival. While there are officers of the government that could help solve the problem of pilgrims who get lost, but the numbers are still very limited. Controlling the presence of pilgrims made directly by the supervisor KBIH assisted by the group leader and team leader, but control is still difficult because of the unavailability of good facilities. So to be able to monitor the need for systems that can locate the presence of fossilized pilgrims.A device that allows to build systems that can help counselors to monitor the presence of pilgrims and help the pilgrims to know his position is by using a device equipped with GPS feature, because these devices can be easily carried. Android smartphone are very suitable for the development of this system, because almost all embedded Android smartphone has GPS features. To solve these problem, so we developed an existence of Pilgrims Monitoring System Using GPS Tracking to Android Smartphone that can monitor the presence of pilgrims to facilitate KBIH supervisor from controlling the existence of the pilgrims and help the pilgrims avoid getting lost.   Keywords : GPS Tracking, Hajj Pilgrims, Android, Mobile Application.

Abstract

PT. Ume Sembada Gresik is a company that supplied the field of outsourced labor. The quality of human resources is one of the important factors to improve the productivity of the company´s performance. PT. Ume Sembada Gresik strive to improve the quality of the company to conduct an evaluation / assessment of performance in a way that is still manual. Performance appraisal system needs to be developed in the PT. Ume Sembada Gresik so as to assist in the performance appraisal problems. performance appraisal systems in this company are implemented using the Preference Ranking Organization Method For Enrichment Evaluation (Promethee) as determining the rankings. This method is part of meode Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). With Promethee methods, assessment of an employee will be assessed taking into account the differences between the criteria for each employee to another employee. Based on the results of the implementation and testing of systems, employee performance appraisal system on PT. Ume Sembada Gresik to result in any employee performance appraisals faster than manual calculation. These results can be demonstrated by the performance appraisal report. Abstract

Archives is an important documents in Rumah Sakit Bedah Surabaya (RSBS) for support in decision-making can also be used as evidence when problems occur and can also be made into accountability and bureaucratic transparency at the RSBS. Considering the importance of archives in rsbs then archives should not be damaged, lost and distribution of archives should be punctual to the destination department. But the conditions in RSBS archives frequent damage, lost and the distribution of an archive of being late. To overcome the obstacles in the archiving, the archives needs to be converted into digital data archives to minimize damage, loss of archives and can be distributed in a timely manner to the destination department. With this requirement it needs to make archive management information system in the RSBS. Archive management information systems have been tested to thirty users with questionnaires using likert scale and assessment testing information systems directly. Based on the results of questionnaires and tests, obtained a score ratings average 4.17 and archives can converted into  digital archives and can distribute the archive in a punctual manner to the destination department . So it can be concluded that the archive management information systems can be used to manage the archive RSBS.

Abstract

Dengan semakin berkembangnya teknologi informasi belakangan ini, banyak sekali dimanfaatkan baik oleh pelajar, masyarakat umum, bahkan para produsen yang ingin meningkatkan pelayanan dan memperluas jangkauan pemasaran.Hal ini juga merambah pada produsen makanan, khususnya restoran waralaba yang semakin menjamur di Indonesia. Selama ini untuk melayani konsumen, salah satu produsen  memanfaatkan saluran telpon untuk menerima pesanan dari konsumen. Tentunya pelayanan melalui saluran telpon ini mempunyai berbagai kekurangan yang tentunya dapat mengurangi kepuasan konsumen. Diantaranya konsumen hanya mengetahui nomer telpon outlet tertentu yang lokasinya sangat jauh dari konsumen padahal ada outlet yang lebih dekat dengan konsumen, hal ini tentu tidak menguntungkan konsumen karena akan menerima pesanan lebih lama dikarenakan jarak outlet yang jauh dari konsumen.  Untuk memperbaiki kekurangan tersebut, tampaknya produsen ingin memanfaatkan kelebihan internet yang akhir – akhir ini mewabah di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan sistem pemesanan makanan cepat saji melalui internet dengan multi outlet ini diharapkan dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang sering dikeluhkan oleh konsumen. Konsumen cukup memesan makanan yang diinginkan melalui web yang disediakan dengan mengklik  menu yang tersedia. Kemudian menu yang telah dipesan oleh konsumen dikirimkan ke server. Setelah itu server akan mengolah data pesanan dan dengan menggunakan algoritma jarak terpendek dan mengirimkan email kepada outlet yang terdekat dengan konsumen untuk melayani pesanan tersebut. Kemudian outlet yang lokasinya lebih dekat akan mengirimkan pesanan kepada konsumen sehingga pesanan tersebut dapat diterima konsumen lebih cepat. Untuk pembayarannya dilakukan setelah pesanan tiba ke alamat konsumen.

Abstract

Hermasari Motor is a showroom of buying and selling a used car that is the beginning of standing at Jl. A. Yani Km. 4,500 Banjarmasin South Kalimantan and is now at Jl. A. Yani Km. 9,100. At the beginning stood Hermasari Motor can only accommodate 10 cars and now Hermasari Motor can accommodate 35 cars. Motor Hermasari turnover obtained about 1-2 billion per month. Problems faced Hermasari Motor is the customer does not buy a car because cars that customers want are not available and the alternative offered by the car showroom is not in accordance with customer requirements, customer consequently go straight to another showroom. Own car showroom recorded data for desired customers but not available in the showroom. The showroom owner buys and holds the car in the showroom, because too many requests from customers so cars must have a broader area. To menaggulangi the problems above, the Showroom has widen the land, but have not been effective due to the widening of the land cost is very high.The solution to overcome the problems experienced by owners of the showroom is to relationship management, marketing, and online catalogs. Management of relationships with partners to establish cooperation with partners. With the cooperation showroom informed car owned partner. With this information, the showroom has a stock of more cars without having to put the car in the showroom. Showroom does not require a large area to accommodate all the cars. Marketing for determining the selling price of the Hermasari Motor cars and Partner thus gaining profit. The online catalog contains Hermasari Motor cars and partners to increase the reach of the market in car sales Hermasari Motor.After doing the implementation and evaluation of Applications Marketing Drives Online Catalog Based Client Relationship Management at Hermasari Motor accordance with the solution. Applications are made online based so that it can expand market share, because it can be accessed anywhere and customers can see the stocks owned car showroom without having to showroom. Applications can management relationship between the showroom with a partner. With the partnerships, Hermasari Motor obtain car information into the stock car Hermasari Motor so it does not require widening of the land. Applications can increase turnover and profits without the use of capital, because the showroom to get a car turnover without having to buy in advance and the price is determined by the car showroom that benefit. Applications can report selling car based on transaction history, so that the party could provide the showroom and the car more. Applications can establish communication between the showroom with partners or customers, so as to find out their needs.
