Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi praktik kerja industri (prakerin) Kompetensi Keahlian Pemasaran SMK N 1 Pengasih, Kulon Progo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah evaluasi dengan pendekatan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Sampel penelitian sebanyak 75 siswa, 7 guru, dan 5 instruktur. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK N 1 Pengasih dan dunia usaha/dunia industri (DUDI). Pengumpulan data dengan angket, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data secara deskriptif dengan bantuan seri program SPSS versi 19,0. Validitas instrumen menggunakan validitas konstruk dan isi. Penentuan reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) aspek konteks menurut guru,siswa, dan instruktur termasuk dalam kategori sangat relevan; (2) aspek input menurut guru dan siswa termasuk dalam kategori kurang baik, menurut instruktur masuk dalam kategori baik; (3) aspek proses menurut guru dan instruktur masuk dalam kategori sangat baik, menurut siswa masuk dalam kategori baik; (4) aspek produk menurut guru, siswa dan instruktur masuk dalam kategori sangat baik; 5) secara umum kelemahan pelaksanaan prakerin adalah: kurangnya keterlibatan siswa dan instruktur dalam perencanaan program, kurangnya kontrol sekolah,dan kurangnya kesempatan bagi siswa untuk menguasai kompetensi yang diperoleh dari DUDI. AN EVALUATION OF THE INDUSTRIAL JOB PRACTICUM PROGRAM IN THE MARKETING EXPERTISE COMPETENCY IN SMK N 1 PENGASIH, KULON PROGOAbstractThis study aims to investigate the evaluation of the industrial job practicum program in the Marketing Expertise Competency in SMK N 1 Pengasih, Kulon Progo. This was an evaluation study employing the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. The subjects comprised 75 students, seven supervising teachers, and five field instructors. The study was conducted in SMK N 1 Pengasih and the Business and Industrial Sectors as a partner for he industrial job practicum. The data were collected through a questionnaire, observations, interviews, and documentation. The quantitative data were analyzed by means of the descriptive technique using the SPSS Version 19.0 program. The instrument validation employed the construct and content validity through expert judgment. The reliability was assessed using the Cronbach’s Alpha formula. The results of the study are as follows. (1) The context aspect is in the very good category according to the teacher, instructor, and student respondents. (2) The input aspect is in the poor category according to the teacher respondents, in the good category according to the instructor respondents, and in the poor category according to the student respondents. (3) The process is in the very very good category according to the teacher and instructor respondents, and in the good category according to the student respondent. (4) The product aspect is in the very good category according to the teacher, instructor, and student respondents. (5) In general, the weaknesses in the implementation of the industrial job practicum include: the lack of the students’ and instructors’ involvement in the program planning, the lack of the school control, and the lack of opportunity for the students to acquire the competencies from the business and industrial sectors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan tingkat keberhasilan pelaksanaan Rintisan Sekolah Bertaraf Internasional (RSBI) di SMP Negeri 3 Purworejo. Penelitian evaluasi ini menggunakan model Contex Input Process Product (CIPP). Subjek penelitian meliputi: kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, urusan kurikulum, koordinator RSBI, semua guru mata pelajaran, pustakawan, laboran, staf tata usaha, dan representasi peserta didik. Objek penelitian ini berkenaan dengan dimensi Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP) dan dimensi Standar Mutu Bertaraf Internasional (RSBI), yang meliputi: 1) variabel konteks; 2) variabel input (Standar Isi, Standar Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan, Standar Sarana dan Standar Pembiayaan); 3) variabel proses (Standar Proses, Standar Pengelolaan, dan Standar Penilaian); 4) variabel produk (Standar Kompetensi Lulusan). Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dan kajian dokumen dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keberhasilan pelaksanaan RSBI di SMPN 3 Purworejo untuk setiap variabel adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Konteks rerata 81,16% termasuk kategori baik. 2) Input, untuk SNP baik (82,13%) untuk RSBI cukup (66,56%): a) Standar Isi, untuk SNP baik (84,88%) untuk RSBI cukup (72,92%); b) Standar Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan, untuk SNP cukup (70,54%) untuk RSBI kurang (55,32%); c) Standar Sarana dan Prasarana, untuk SNP sangat baik (92,34%) untuk RSBI baik (83,62%); d) Standar Pembiayaan, untuk SNP sangat baik (87,50%) untuk RSBI cukup (65,08%). 3) Variabel Proses, untuk SNP sangat baik (89,18%) untuk RSBI baik (77,24%): a) Standar Proses, untuk SNP baik (82,72%) untuk RSBI cukup (73,10%); b) Standar Pengelolaan, untuk SNP sangat baik (90,95%) untuk RSBI baik (81,00%); c) Standar Penilaian, untuk SNP sangat baik (93,99%) untuk RSBI baik (76,29%). 4) Variabel Produk: Standar Kompetensi Lulusan, untuk SNP baik (79,69%) untuk RSBI baik (80,37%). Secara umum tingkat keberhasilan pelaksanaan RSBI di SMP Negeri 3 Purworejo, untuk dimensi SNP termasuk kategori baik (84,24%). Abstract

There are several advantages and disadvantages and advertising via the Internet. The appeal of advertising may also arise from given information element, the element of comfort but also sometimes lead to disturbing or irritation elements. The limited number of Internet users in Indonesia and the different backgrounds of individual Internet users in Indonesia certainly provide a different assessment of the advertisements contained on the Internet. There are 3 factors which was the starting point to explain how consumers interpret the value of advertising, namely: informativeness, entertainment and irritation. This research aims to discover whether there is a relationship between entertainment, informativeness, and irritation toward advertising values and whether there is a relationship between entertainment and advertising values toward attitude towards web advertising using statistics tools of path analysis and multiple regression. The research shows that there is a significant relationship between independent variables such as informativeness, entertainment and irritation simultaneously toward the advertising value but there are no significant relationship between entertainment and informativeness toward the advertising value individually.  In the other model there is a significant relationship between informativeness, irritation and advertising values with the attitude towards web advertising.

Abstract

Abstract: Character Education and its Assessment in Vocational High Schools. Character education is a process of helping people to develop good characters, such as honesty, responsibility, compassion, and self-respect. Character education at school aims to build the student and staff characters and to develop the school culture. The assessment of character education covers that of student and staff characters and the school culture. The assessment of student character can be conducted through classroom-based assessment by teachers. In addition, civic education and religion teachers are supposed to conduct the assessment of student character more thoroughly. The assessment of staff character should be conducted by a school internal team. The school culture may be assessed by a provincial external team. The results of assessment are used to make decisions of student grade promotion and graduation and to improve a character education program. Keywords: education, character education

Abstract

Pada tahuo 1994 nanti, pemerintah akan memberlakukanprogram wajib be~ajar 9 tahuo.. ? yaitu pendidikan dasarminimal yang harus dialami oleh setiap warga negara. Programpemerataan kesempatan belajar ini dimaksudkan agarsetiap warga' negara Indonesia menjadi anggota masyarakatyang tahu akan kewajiban dan haknya, memiliki keterampilanuntuk mengatasi kesulitan dan meningka'tkan kualitas hidupoya.Program ini sangat esensial terutama bagi masyarakattidak mampu yang sebagian besar tinggal di pedesaan karenaanak-anak usia sekolah yang tidak memperoleh kesempatanmenikmati perididikan formal SD dan SLTP sebagian besarberasal dari masyarakat ini. Abstract

Pembangkit tenaga listrik dengan menggunakan bahan bakar fosil seperti minyak bumi, batu bara dan gas alam telah menyebabkan meningkatnya suhu atmosfir bumi, terjadinya hujan asam dan pengaruhi pencemaran lingkungan lainnya. Di lain pihak, kebutuhan energi listrik di Indonesia terus meningkat seiring dengan laju pembangunan. Pusat listrik tenaga nuklir (PTLN) merupkan salah satu jenis pembangkit tenaga listrik alternatif yang prospektif karena mempunyai potensi sebagai pembangkit energi yang besar, hemat bahan bakar, dan juka dibuat dengan teknologi yang memadai akan memiliki tingkat keamanan yang tinggi bagi kehidupan manusia maupun bagi alam lingkungannya.

Abstract

Untu1- menguasai pemrograman kompuler dengan baikdiperlukan kemampuan dasar-dasar pemrograman, alur logikaberpikir rasional dan sistematis, kemampuan memahami danmenentukan masalclh, serta kemampuan mengaplikasikankaidah-kaidah bahasa pe~rograman untuk merancang danmembuat program guna memecahkan suatu masalah. Penggunaanmetode klasikal, individual serta pengajaran berbantuankomputer yang selama ini digunakan dipandang kurangtepat karena tidak sesuai dengan karakteristik mated pemrogramankomputer. Oleh karena itu, periu dikembangkanmetode pembelajaran pemrograman komputer yang palingtepat agar ha~sil pembelajaran dapat dicapai secara optimal.Metode kooperatif merupakan metode yang palingsesuai dan efektif uotuk mengajarkan materi pemrogramankomputer karena pada proses pembelajaran metodc ini mahasiswamampu meningkatkan penemuan dan pengembanganstrategi kognitif pada kualitas yang tinggi, berpikir analisissintesis dan mengarah pada pemecahan masalah. Abstract

The purpose of reserarch to determine the impact of condition factors, demand conditions, corporate strategy and competition, related industries and supporters, the role of government, the opportunity factor for competitiveness and productivity of Small Industry’s Shoes and also to know the development strategy of Small Industry’s Shoes in Tangerang District. The population in this research is the small Industry of the Textile, Leather, Footwear, and Multifarious Industry Sector at the Footwear Industry of the Sub-Sector in small industry’s Shoes located in Cikupa Tangerang Regency. The, total includes of 54 small industry’s Shoes consisting of 12 Sport Shoes Industry and 42 Shoes Industry Daily needs. In this case, the respondents are all the owner small industry’s shoe. Endogenous Variables are Competitiveness, while exogenous variables include, Condition Factor, Demand Condition, Industrial Strategy and Competitor, Related and Supporting Industries, The results this research found that there are any significant difference among Condition Factors, Demand Factors, Supporting and Related Industries, Opportunity Factors, Industry Strategy and Competition, Opportunity Factors and Government role toward Competitiveness

Abstract

Perfect competition (PPS) is the most ideal market structure because this market system is considered will ensure the realization of activities producing goods and services with very high efficiency compared to other market structures such as monopoly. Due to its benefits for sellers and buyers, economists often wish for the creation of perfect competition. In the pattern of transactions in everyday life, there are many market transactions commonly encountered, such as decentralized systems (DT), and Double Auction (DA). This paper presents the use of experimental methods to study the characteristics of both systems the transaction is in a "perfect competition” (5 sellers and 5 buyers and market monopoly (with 1 seller and 5 buyers). Responses observed are Contract Price (CP), market efficiency, CP diversity coefficient on the price balance, buyer surplus and seller surplus. From the experimental results can be seen that the average Contract Price (CP) during 5 experimental periods that the value of CP at Perfect Competition Market is smaller than the monopoly market. From efficiency levels between transactions type it can be seen that the Double Auction type of transaction is more efficient than with the Decentralization type of transaction.
