Abstract

The aim of this research are for descipting many correlation of variebl which can be contributed to policy of the head master or regional leader of educatonal departemen, to explore the resistence of teacher while they implemented the action research project in the class, to expand the moodel of statistic that can contructed. The population in this research are the teacher in study program of vocational in SMKN Teknologi at Semarang City, there are 240 personals. The sample are the teacher in adaptive program, there are 140 personals. With mehod of purposive random sampling, can be took 60 personals. He data analysis by SPSS program. The research finding explained that correlation between leadership and culture organitation 0,86; the corelation of leadership and motivation for reasearh 0,87; the corelation between leadership and motivation for research to implementation of CAR is 0.89; the corelation between supervision and motivation for research to implementation of CAR is 0.77; The resarcher‟s sugestion is that leadership and culture organitation is must be strong built for supporting the increasing of teacher competency in research, the supervisor program must be a strong direction and best planning. The motivation for research can be improved by the best leadership and supervision give away for implementation of CAR strategy. Keywords: Profesional teacher, CAR, Vocational School

Abstract

Banyaknya arsip dokumen skripsi yang terkumpul dalam bentuk soft file yang tidak terklasifikasi dengan baik mengakibatkan proses pencarian kembali menjadi sulit. Untuk mengakses informasi yang dibutuhkan menjadi kurang cepat dan tepat apabila keseluruhan dokumen disimpan dalam satu folder database. Maka dari itu diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat mengklasifikasikan dokumen secara otomatis ke dalam folder berbeda pada database agar lebih mudah dalam mengelola dokumen yang ada. Metode TF-IDF merupakan suatu cara untuk memberikan bobot hubungan suatu kata (term) terhadap dokumen. Metode cosine similarity merupakan metode untuk menghitung kesamaan antara dua buah objek yang dinyatakan dalam dua buah vector dengan menggunakan keywords (kata kunci) dari sebuah dokumen sebagai ukuran. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model waterfall, sedangkan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Research and Development (R&D). Data latih yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 dokumen skripsi dengan beberapa kategori yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase tingkat ketepatan klasifikasi sistem adalah sebesar 98%.

Abstract

Abstrak Kegiatan menganalisis butir soal merupakan salah satu kewajiban bagi setiap guru. Dikatakankewajiban karena setiap guru pada akhirnya harus dapat memberikan informasi kepada lembaganya ataupunkepada siswa itu sendiri tentang bagaimana dan sejauhmana penguasaan dan kemampuan yang telah dicapaisiswa terhadap materi dan keterampilan-keterampilan mengenai mata pelajaran yang telah diberikan.Pekerjaan menganalisis hasil ulangan harian atau ulangan akhir semester bagi guru tentu banyak menyitawaktu untuk melaksanakannya. Sehingga belum semua guru yang mampu melaksanakan analisis untuksemua hasil ulangan maupun hasil ujian. Dengan berkembangnya ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yangsangat pesat saat ini, analisis terhadap butir soal dapat dilakukan menggunakan program komputer yangsudah dikenal untuk menganalisis soal, misalnya menggunakan microsoft excel. Program ini sudahmemasyarakat karena hampir disetiap unit komputer telah tersedia program microsoft excel sehinggamudah untuk menggunakannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah R&D (Research andDevelopment), dengan metode pengumpulan data angket yang digunakan untuk mengetahui apakah AplikasiAnalisis Butir Soal Pilihan Ganda Menggunakan Microsoft Office Excel 2010 mempunyai desain yang sesuaidan mudah digunakan guru. Aplikasi ini diujicobakan pada responden pakar dan Guru SMK di Karangawen,Demak. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif presentase. Ujicoba yang telah dilakukan,menurut uji pakar, diperoleh nilai presentase 83,33% untuk seluruh aspek, yang masuk pada kategori sangatbaik, menurut hasil ujicoba terbatas diperoleh presentase 85,03% juga untuk seluruh aspek yang dinilai. Ujicoba sebenarnya memperoleh presentase keseluruhan 85,26%, yang masuk dalam kategori sangat baik, daridata yang dihasilkan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Aplikasi Analisis Butir Soal Pilihan GandaMenggunakan Microsoft Office Excel 2010 mempunyai desain yang sesuai dan mudah digunakan guru untukmenganaliis soal pilihan ganda. Abstract

Vocational education curriculum 2013 that applied nationally in the academic year 2014/2015 mandated that religious subject added character educational in which contactwith aspects of soft skills. This needs to be addressed by LPTK as producer vocational teacher candidate, so that future graduates are able to fulfill the mandate of the curriculum. Curriculum vocational teacher candidates who applied seems also still focused on providing hard skills competencies, so that graduates do not have adequate soft skills competence. On the other hand in the world of work has been going on trend shift in terms of hard skills to soft skills.Research and development is designed to go through stages and multiyear to produce soft skills development strategy for prospective teachers of vocational school. Development strategy departs from theoretical studies and mapping needs soft skills aspects of relevant research, analysis and LPTK vocational curriculum, soft skills needs and job requirements of future trends, soft skills required by vocational teachers, teaching soft skills already there, done to map the needs and later for further development until the hypothetical model generated Late models. Subjects were LPTK lecturers, teachers of vocational productive industrials. Data were obtained by observation and interviews, review of documents that the results were analyzed with descriptive qualitative and quantitative techniques. There are several aspects of the soft skills required candidates vocational school teachers, among others: (1) self-discipline, (2) responsibility, (3) the spirit of the work, (4) problem solving, (5) collaboration, (6) the ability of communication, (7) personality, (8) social attitudes, (9) critical thinking, (10) creative thinking and innovative, (11) confidence and (12) self-motivation. Soft skills development strategy skills prospective teachers through extra-curricular with gradual pattern through four stages, namely: (1) the development of talent themselves, (2) environmental adaptation, (3) involvement in the organization and (4) development of social life and soul of educational. There needs to be a policy of the leaders of institutions to incorporate soft skills as part of the curriculum and study for the development of the model and test to kwoning the effectiveness of the model.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa dalam keterampilan mengolah data melalui penerapan metode pembelajaran drill berbantuan multimedia interaktif di SMA Walisongo Semarang. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA yang berjumlah 21 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitaif dan kualitatif Hasil penelitian pada siklus I menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kompetensi siswa pada siklus I rata-rata nilai keseluruhan yaitu 62,85. Pada siklus II rata-rata nilai untuk seluruh siswa yakni 80. (2) Aktivitas belajar siswa untuk siklus I mememperoleh rata-rata skor 72,2% dengan kriteria pembelajaran cukup baik. Untuk siklus II, diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor 84,6% dengan kriteria baik. The purpose of this research for increasing the activity and the result of student learning in skill data process implementing of drill method of learning by using interactive multimedia at SMA Walisongo Semarang. The research is action class research. The population of this research are students in eleventh grade of SMA Walisongo, the sample of the research are students in XI IPA that consist of 21 students. The techniques of collecting data are observation, test, and documentation. While the data analysis used quantitative and qualitative research. The result of the research in cycle one shows that: (1) Competency of student at cycle one the all mean values are 62.85. And the cycle two the mean values for all students are 80. (2). Students learning activity for cycle one get mean score are 72.2% with good enough criteria. And then cycle two, the mean score are 84.6% with good criteria.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui cara mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi android yang dapat digunakan untuk mendukung pembelajaran listening bahasa Inggris, mengimplementasi aplikasi tersebut dalam pembelajaran agar dapat meningkatkan hasil dan minat belajar siswa. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling menggunakan rumus Isaac dan Michael dan didapatkan responden 37 siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri Banyumas. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes dan angket. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Uji-t untuk menguji hipotesis dan Uji Gain untuk mengetahui signifikansi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah dilaksanakan pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi android. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu secara keseluruhan siswa dapat memahami dan menggunakan aplikasi android dengan baik serta mengalami peningkatan hasil belajar yang signifikan setelah dilaksanakan pembelajaran  The purpose of this study was to determine how to develop an android application that can be used to support the learning of English listening, implementing such applications in order to improve learning outcomes and student interest. Sampling was done by purposive sampling using formulas Isaac and Michael and obtained the respondents 37 students of class XI SMA in Banyumas. Data collection instruments used are tests and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is the t-test to test the hypothesis and Gain Test to determine the significance of improving student learning outcomes after learning performed using android application. The conclusions of this study is overall student can understand and use android application well and experienced a significant increase in learning outcomes after learning implemented.

Abstract

Kebudayaan tradisional saat ini mulai ditinggalkan, salah satunya tari tradisional. Di sekolah, proses pembelajaran masih memiliki kelemahan, yaitu hanya fokus pada gerakan tari, tidak diperkenalkan sinopsis dan sejarah tarinya, dan kurangnya waktu untuk mengenalkan semua tarian di Jawa Tengah. Hal tersebut membuat pengetahuan tari daerah dirasa kurang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan minat dan pengetahuan mengenai tarian daerah di Jawa Tengah melalui aplikasi berbasis android. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Eksperimen One Shoot Case Study, dan model pengembangan perangkat lunak, yaitu metode Linear Sequential Model. Langkah-langkah yang harus dilalui meliputi studi lapangan, desain produk, validasi ahli dan uji responden. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ensiklopedi digital tari Jawa Tengah berbasis android termasuk kategori layak digunakan berdasarkan uji blacbox dan validasi para ahli. Hasil belajar siswa yang diukur dengan menggunakan uji n-Gain menunjukkan  hasil nilai gain sebesar 0,775 atau setara 77,5%, yang menyatakan  adanya peningkatan hasil belajar yang signifikan. Hasil angket siswa mengenai aplikasi android menunjukkan respon yang positif, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa minat siswa tinggi terhadap aplikasi Ensiklopedi Digital Tari Jawa Tengah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop an electronic learning modules that can be used to support learning assemble a personal computer (PC) as well as implement the electronic learning modules in order to increase interest and student learning outcomes. The method used in the study is the Research and Development (R & D) research design one-group pretest-posttest. The steps in the research include analysis of the potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation to the expert media and materials, design revision, the revision of the product as well as product testing to students of class X TKJ SMK Islam Sudirman II Ambarawa. Media developed feasible for use as a learning support assemble a personal computer (PC) based on the results of the validation. The results of hypothesis testing using t-test showed that the value t table = 2.045 <t = 4.67 which means Ha accepted and the average yield learn to assemble personal computer (PC) using an electronic learning module is greater than 80. By testing n- the gain obtained by the gain of 0.44, or 44%, which is within the range of 0.3 <g <0.7 were categorized as moderate, it can be said has increased significantly. Results of student questionnaire responses to aspects of feeling happy, student interest, attention, and aspects of the involvement of students showed a very positive response.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to build a prosperous family information system, and to test the validity and feasibility. The method used is the Research and Development, with three stages. The preliminary study stage aims to uncover the facts which related to data collection. The development phase includes the products making (analysis, design, and implementation or coding), and also product validation. The evaluation phase to test the limited scale of the KKN students. Instrument testing using ISO-9126 standard. The results showed that the information system of prosperous family has been successfully developed, client (android) and server (web). Validation of the material has a percentage of 94.167%, the validation system (server) amounted to 91.67%, the validation application (client) amounted to 92.22%, thus declared valid by the criteria very well, and the user test of 87.44%, to be feasible with the criteria very well too. The suggestions put forward is to test the vast scale of the field and the need for the development of information systems featured on both server and client.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a system of Monitoring the management of the student regulations and the test disqualified. This type of research is a Research and Development (R&D) and system development model using the model of the Waterfall. The system created by using Framework CodeIgniter and Boostrap. The results showed that the system has been successfully developed to support the services of BK in managing student violations and monitor student conduct offenses. Alpha testing generally indicates the system has managed to according to its functions. Performance testing shows Time behavior has an average time of 2.3 seconds with grade 93/A, whereas Resource ulitization shows results score/grade 85/B. Testing expert system shows all aspects of a quality system indicates the category “very decent” with percentage Correctness 97.92%, 93.06% Reliability, 100% Integrity, and Usability 91.64%, while beta testing User Responses gets percentage, Administrator 85.33%, operators 90.67% , and Users 90.95% which shows excellent results for support services BK.
