Perancangan Kursi Pilot Helicopter Jenis Sykorski S-76 Berdasarkan Pendekatan Ergonomik

Abstract

Anthropometric measurements of the dimensions is the study of the human body. Anthropometric measurement difficulties caused by several factors: a) the size of the human body is very diverse and depend on age, gender, ethnicity, so some group work often demands certain requirements. Objective article focuses on the effort to design chairs Helicopter pilots Sykorski type S-76 based on the concept and principles of ergonomics. Some of the data required for the design work is based on the principle of the pilot seat with ergonomic support anthropometric data, among others, namely: Data Width backrest (LS), High backrest (TS), Wide Hips (LP), High Popliteal (TPL), popliteal Ass (PPL) which is supported by data size adult Indonesia (Central Jakarta Usahid student anthropometric data).  After the direct measurement data processing based on uniformity test data. Uniformity test is intended to homogenize the data in an Upper Control Limit (UCL) and Lower Control Limit (LCL). Once all the data is uniform, followed by  testing the adequacy of the data to determine whether the data is uniform can represent all the data available with the provisions of N ´ N. If the test result data is uniform and meets the adequacy of the data, performed data sorting sizes from small to  the largest percentile calculations and used P5, P50 and P95 with a normal distribution method is to approach the average value using a 5% level of accuracy and level of 95% confidence. Based on the data obtained from the calculation can be done designing Helicopter pilot seat types Sykorski S-76 that meets the principles of ergonomics.

Abstract

Effort to minimize the cost of production companies in an effort to increase competitive advantage through a  number of ways to implement strategies to meet the minimum production costs demand. In this research is focused on aggregate production planning through several stages, namely: (1) forecasting product demand in the coming year, (2) aggregate production planning with reference to "equal demand and supply" at a minimal cost. Many methods in the aggregate production planning for the use of linear programming based optimization approach to obtain the optimal value with minimal cost. The final results of the  linear programming optimization approach based on the lowest available cost of U.S. $. 57,178,349. for a number of sports shoes demand 6,609,634 pieces

Abstract

Consumer demand for clean products and zero accident in the  industry makes to revise the implementation of the new wave of work in the prevention of accidents. Humans are often used as an excuse errors caused by accidents. To ensure the people who work and can be reached safety conditions necessary improvement efforts through several studies, namely: 1) The working environment (workspace, cleanliness, lighting, air circulation, temperature, humidity, noise), 2) Compliance food consumption and energy expenditure worker, 3) work space (seating and desk), 4) accident warning information, and 5) prevention and control of work. Abstract

The cement industry in overall activity involves human labor potential for accidents. Efforts to prevent the accidents of work needs to be  done in the suggestions formulation proposed work as an early warning system in the prevention of occupational accidents. Identification of the need for workers to consider are: 1) The imbalance between the engine speed and the ability to work so that operators get tired faster, 2) lack of balance between workload and energy intake workers, 3) labor work movement uneconomical cause fatigue and pain in a limb, 4) environmental conditions that are not appropriate factory requirements would have a negative impact on the health and performance of the operators. Methods and principles used need to set up a working system components consisting of: 1) human beings with all the properties and limitations, 2) material, 3) Supplies and Equipment work, 4) working environment so that the achieved level of efficiency and productivity high and prevent accidents employment. The conclusions are based on studies that work accidents  is a psychological fatigue caused by physical environmental factors is not supported, such as heat , a lot of dust, and the high noise, and physiological fatigue occurs due to imbalance between the engine speed with the speed of the operators work, how to work and conditions of work stations is not ergonomic.

As the employment opportunities in the business industries that the harder lead to increased unemployment. For this case the University needs to identify systems that have achieved success entrepreneurs as input lecturer in entrepreneurship development program in an effort to equip the students in creating employment. Some actors and the role of entrepreneurship students need to be identified in order to formulate the concept of entrepreneurial success. Abstract

This journal is intended to apply laboratory research on an industrial scale that aims to: 1) identify potential workplace accidents, and 2) Implementation of ergonomics in the garment industry to increase productivity of workers and reduce occupational accidents. Therefore, in the methodology, non-experimental and observational research is conducted by observation of a number of subject variables based on the actual state (in nature), without any manipulation or intervention of the researcher, as this research approach used modeling system and simulation study where data, and the role that is displayed in the picture is translated in mathematics from a reality. The end result of this research 1) Identification of work accident potential can be divided into: a. Initial stage can be identified the initial condition, where the condition of the foot is burdened with body weight and unstable position during work back position many curved due to back aches and pains and Adverse effects for internal organs. b. Phase Improvement of observation after improvement of sitting position where in sitting position and standing position, sitting position where the foot is not burdened with body weight and stable position during work. While standing position where vertical vertical position and weight are balanced in two legs. Application in the industry for comparison of seated and standing working positions In the Garment Industry Seated and standing positions have biomechanical advantages, where the pressure on the spine and waist is 30% lower than the sitting position or standing position continuously. 2) The results of ergonomic application in the workplace / garment industry can increase the productivity of the workers: In the implementation of ergonomics, the initial improvement phase in the garment industry obtained a productivity increase of 28%; decreased cruelty; provide work convenience; reduced complaints against occupational health problems and increased worker income by 15% - 17%;

Abstract

In Indonesia the safety program in construction projects has not been a concern of all parties because Indonesia is still listed as the country with the highest level ofaccidents. The number of accidents in Indonesia is also the highest in the ASEAN region. There are almost 32% of accident cases that occur in the construction sector involving all types of construction projects such as the construction of roads, bridges, tunnels, dams and other constructions. One of the hazards of a construction activity is ergonomic hazards, so that from the phenomenon of ergonomic hazards that dominate and even escalate into workplace accidents in the construction sector, it is important to explore the role of ergonomics in preventing work accidents in the construction sector. At the Micro level, an important aspect that is the focus of this paper is the Implementation of Construction Works in the context of Macroergonomics in developing and implementing an Ergonomic Construction Management System. This Management System focuses on the focus of macroergonomics, namely aspects of Human, Technology, Organization and the Environment of the Company.  acroergonomic which covers organizational ergonomics and social ergonomics is the development of microergonomies that need attention in construction activities in Indonesia. Because of the still high number of construction work accidents, the government's efforts are to issue Construction SMK3 and other regulatory packages related to construction work safety. The Owner of the Construction Project must actively monitor and evaluate the implementation of the construction work not only on the dimensions of physical work and fulfillment of the technical requirements of the building but need to proactively monitor and evaluate safety performance, especially in the ergonomics field

Abstract

This study purposes to obtain the results of Astra Motor marketing strategy analysis in marketing the Honda Motorcycle Market. The object of this research is focused on the application of marketing strategy suitable for Astra Motor Jakarta. This  study analyzes the dominant factors of marketing mix (4P marketing Mix) namely; 1) price (price), 2) product (product), 3) place (place) and 4) promotion (promotion). The determination of this marketing strategy is done through the amalgamation ofquantitative approach using analytical hierarchy process and descriptive qualitative approach is done to validate the scientific truth. To carry out this research is supportedby Experts from the company. To obtain good results validation is based on through interviews, supporting documentation and supporting references. The final result of theimplementation of Honda Motorcycle Marketing Strategy - Astra Motor Jakarta in Marketing of Honda Motorcycles is to apply the elements of Marketing Mix (4P Marketing Mix).

Abstract

Salah satu masalah pendidikan yang dihadapi adalah metode pembelajaran yang kurang tepat dan kurangnya interaksi sosial diduga merupakan variabel yang memiliki hubungan dengan prestasi belajar siswa. Diperlukannya metode pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode Student Teams Achievement-Divisions (STAD).Tujuan penelitian untuk mendapatkan: 1) perbedaan yang signifikan antara metode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dan metode pembelajaran ceramah terhadap prestasi belajar IPS Ekonomi 2) perbedaan yang signifikan interaksi sosial  tinggi dan  interaksi sosial rendah terhadap prestasi belajar IPS Ekonomi 3) interaksi metode pembelajaran dengan interaksi sosial terhadap prestasi belajar IPS Ekonomi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Tawangmangu Tahun Pelajaran 2012/ 2013.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu (quasi-eksperimen). Populasinya semua siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Tawangmangu. Sampel diambil dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Jumlah sampel 60 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, kuesioner dan tes prestasi belajar. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis variansi dua jalan sel sama .Hasil penelitian: 1) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok metode kooperatif tipe STAD dengan kelompok metode pembelajaran ceramah terhadap prestasi belajar dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.  2) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara interaksi sosial tinggi dengan interaksi sosial rendah terhadap prestasi belajar dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. 3) terdapat interaksi metode pembelajaran dengan interaksi sosial terhadap prestasi belajar dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,012 < 0,05. Dengan demikian hasil penelitian dengan metode STAD lebih baik daripada siswa yang diajarkan dengan metode ceramah dan interaksi sosial berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar.
