Abstract

Pada 15 tahun terakhir ini pemerintah telah mengembangkan sistem transportasi laut secara terpadu melalui peremajaan armada pelayaran armada nasional yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan perekonomian secara makro. Salah satu program untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan perekonomian nasional adalah melalui program pengadaan kapal KM. Caraka Jaya Niaga. Kapal ini telah memasuki tahap ke III, pada tahap I kapal ini merupakan kapal general cargo, pada tahap ke II kapal ini dikembangkan menjadi kapal general cargo dan semi container, pada tahap ke III kapal ini dikembangkan lagi menjadi kapal full container. Perkembangan kapal ini harus dikaji aspek teknis dan aspek ekonomisnya karena akan berpengaruh terhadap kebutuhan biaya pelayaran dan daya muat dari kapal itu sendiri

dalam masyarakat masih ditemukan adanya hukum adat laut yang menjadi komponen penting dalam pengelolaan perikanan. Keberadaan hukum adat diakui di Indonesia. penelitian ini ingin menjelaskan bagaimana mekanisme hukum adat laut dalam kaitannya dengan prospek bagi pengelolaan perikanan di pidie Jaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ini adalah dengan menggabungkan penelitian normatif dan penelitian empiris, dengan maksud menjelaskan hukum yang mengatur hukum adat yang berpengaruh bagi pengelolaan perikanan. penelitian ini menemukan, meskipun diakui dalam ketentuan perundang-undangan, pelakanaan hukum adat dalam manajemen perikanan harus dilakukan melalu mekanisme pengelolaan bersama melibatkan berbagai pihak. Masyarakat adat tidak dapat melaksanakannya secara mandiri. hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat pengawasan pemerintah dalam mendukung pengelolaan perikanan secara berkelanjutan, salah satunya dengan melaksanakan hukum adat laut. Optimalisasi fungsi pemerintah akan membawa dampak positif tidak hanya bagi hukum adat laut, melainkan juga perlindungan potensi perikanan.

Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this research was to describe the integration process and attitude assessment done by the teacher in mathematics learning process at seventh grade of SMP Al Azhar Syifa Budi Solo. This qualitative research was a case study. The subjects of this research were a teacher and three seventh grade students of SMP Al Azhar Syifa Budi Solo. The data of integration process was in the form of activity within mathematics learning process supported by the subjects’ statement. Data analyzing process began by assessing all data available in the recorder, which includes the learning process and interview. There were three steps in analyzing the data: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. Information of attitude assessment was in the form of information gathering activity conducted by the teacher to the students. The data were obtained from the transcription of recorded interview and learning process. Validation techniques used were perseverance maintenance and time triangulation. The results of this research are as follows: 1) Integration process of attitude in mathematics learning at seventh grade of SMP Al Azhar Budi Syifa Solo based on Curriculum 2013. During observation learning process, the teacher asks the students to observe objects and events in daily life related to mathematics learning topic. During question and answer learning process, the teacher gives questions to the students and provides them chance to ask questions. During information gathering process, the students were asked to discuss a certain concept, to read a book and to discuss it, to examine, to explain, and to solve a problem. During associating learning process, the teacher asks the students to analyze, to associate, and to define in details the learning topic. Lastly, during communicating learning process, the teacher helps the students to summarize the material comprehensively. 2) Process of attitude assessment during mathematics learning at seventh grade of SMP Al Azhar Syifa Budi Solo are: the process of curiosity assessment was conducted by the teacher when the students solved the problems related to the materials; the process of responsibility assessment was conducted by the teacher when the students solved the problems and when the students present the result of their discussion in front of the class. Abstract

The research is proposed to get module based open-ended approach which are valid and practice on the math topic circle in junior high school. The methodology that use in this study is a developmental research. Subject of this research is 26 students of eigth grade at SMP N 1 Baso. The way of collecting data is by the result of validator scores, the practical was described by observation and questionnaire. All data have been collected was analysed by using statistic descriptive. The result of data analysis come to conclusion, that, This research produces module based open-ended approach on the topic of circle for students of VIII grade are valid and practice. The validity was described by the result of validator scores, where the all validators state that the instrument have been valid based on content and construction, score is 76 %. The practical was described by testing the module to a small group where most of the students were able to learn the module given, score is 79,6 student were able to learn by using module based open-ended approach.Key words: Module, open-ended approach, validity dan practicality, circle

ABSTRAKPENGARUH PENCUCIAN LARUTAN NaOCI DAN PENAMBAHAN KOLOM KEDUA ALVMINA TEIUIAD~P YIELD DAN LOLOSAN 99Mo DARI G~)NE~~}!OR 99Mo/99mT~BEI~BASIS PZc. Alumina  merupakan salah satu bahan utama dalam generator 99Mo/99mTc yang berfungsi sebagai zat pengadsorpsi molibdenum. Keterbatasan daya serap alumina terhadap molibdenum menyebabkan senyawa ini tidak dapat digunakan sebagai pengisi kolom untuk generator 99Mo99"Tc yang menggunakan 99Mo  hasil aktivasi neutron. Dengan diketemukannya senyawa bani sebagai zat pengadsorpsi molybdenum yaitu  PZC (poly zirconium compound), telah memberikan harapan banu untuk dapat dilakukannya pembuatan generator 99Mo/ 99"Tc. Pene litian pembuatan generator 99M0;99"Tc d engan mengguna kan senyawa PZC seb,igai adsorbent merupakan bentuk kerjasama antara PRR-BA TAN dengan JAERI dan Kaken Co. Jep1ng. Dalam penelitian ini telah dilakukan percobaan pembuatan generator 99Mo;9J"Tc dengan melihat .. 99 99 pen aruh penambahan pencuclan menggunakan larutan NaOCI terhadap Yield dan lolosan Mo ( Mo bredkthrough) dalam larutan ()9"Tc hasil elusi. Parameter lainnya yang digunakan untuk mengurangi lolosan ()9M~ dalam 99"Tc hasil elusi adalah penambahan kolom alumina yang ditempatkan setelah kolom 99Mo_PZc. The other parameter used in this experiment to minimize 99Mo breakthrough in 9V"Tc is addition of second column alumina placed after 99Mo_PZC column. Adsorption capacity of PZC material to molybdenum determined by heating 99Mo solution with PZC up to 3 hours and the result indicated I gram PZC adsorbed 80-95% 99Mo from the reacted 268 mg molybdenum. YielUI percentage of the 99Mo;9J"Tc generator without rinsed by saline solution obtained < 50 % and the yielCl increased > 80% after the column washing by using NaOCI 0,5% or I% solutions. Abstract

ABSTRAK OPTIMALISASI PEMBUATAN KIT IRMA CA-125. Telah dilakukan penelitian optimalisasi pembuatan kit  IRMA  CA-125 yang meliputi pembuatan perunut monoklonal anti CA-125 bertanda 125I dan  pembuatan  "coated tube". Pada pembuatan perunut digunakan 2 macam oksidator yang divariasikan jumlahnya, yaitu kloramin-T dan N- bromosuksinimid.  Optimalisasi pembuatan "coated tube" dilakukan dengan memvariasikan volume larutan "coating", pengaruh pencucian, pengaruh penambahan BSA, pengaruh   bufer  pelarut dan uji pemasangan monoklo-nal anti CA-l25. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa oksidator  kloramin-T dapat digunakan untuk pembuatan perunut mononoklonl  anti CA-l25 dengan rendemen cukup tinggi yaitu 96.5% dan kemumian radiokimia 93,2%. Jumlah oksidator yang optimal adalah 10 µg. Pembuatan "coated tube  untuk  monoklonal anti CA-l25 dengan menggunakan volume larutan "coating" yang bervariasi antara 300 µI sampai dengan 600 uL tidak menunjukkan perbedaan nyata pada nilai %NSB dan %BT. Proses pencuci "coated tube" menggunakan BSA 0, I % memberikan pengaruh nyata pada %BT. walaupun tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai %NSB. Penggunaan bufer bikarbonat untuk pembuatan "coated tube" memberikan hasil yang lebih baik dari pada bufer fosfat. Untuk pemasangan monoklonal anti CA-125 diketahui bahwa pasangan monoklonal anti CA-125. monoklonal anti CA-125  M37203M sebagai  perunut dan monoklonal anti CA-125  M86924M sebagai "coating solution" memberikan hasil yang optimal. Optimalization on thepreparation of CA-125 IRMA-kit has been studied involving preparation of 125I  labeled monoclonalanti CA-125 as a tracer and preparation of coated tubes. Chloramine-T and N-bromosuccinimide were used as oxidators by varying them in their quantity. Optimalization on preparation of coated tube was carried out by variation in volume of  coating solution, effect of washing, addition of BSA 0.1%, buffer and pairing test for the monoclonal anti CA-125. The use of chloramine-T as oxidator for 125I labeling of monoclonal anti CA-15 was found to giv labeling-yield of about 96.5% and radiochemical purity of 93.2%. Optiimum amount of the oxidizing agent was found to be 10µg. There were not any significant difference in utilization of coating solution volume ranging at 300 to 600µL. for preparing monoclonal anti CA-125 coated tube. The non specific binding (NSB) and the %B/T values were found to be unaffected  by washing step, while a blocking of coated tube using of BSA 0.1% decreased the %B/T value. Utilization of bicarbonate buffer for the preparation  of coated tube was found to be more satisfactory than that of phosphate buffer. It was shown that the monoclonal anti CA-125 M37203 used for tracer being paired with monoclonal anti CA-125 M866924M used for coating solution gave an optimal result based on the values of %NSB  and %B/T. Abstract

ABSTRAKPENGGUNAAN SILIKA SEBAGAI MEDIA MIGRASI PEMISAHAN ITRIUM-90 DARISTRONSIUM-90 DENGAN METODE ELEKTROFORESIS.Itrium-90 merupakan radioisotop yangbanyak digunakan dalam kedokteran nuklir untuk keperluan terapi kanker. Untuk memperoleh 90y yangmemenuhi persyaratan terapi kanker diperlukan metode pemisahan 90y yang praktis dari campuran 90Sr/Oy.Diperlukan media migrasi yang sesuai untuk memisahkan 90y dari 90Sr dengan metode elektroforesis. Telahdilakukan penelitian penggunaan silika sebagai media migrasi pada pemisahan senyawa kompleks 90y dan90Sr menggunakan metode elektroforesis. Elektroforesis dilakukan dengan variasi 2 jenis media migrasi yaitukertas dan silika serta variasi waktu elektroforesis (2,5; 3; 4; 4,5; dan 5 jam), menggunakan penyanggatartrat 0, I M; pH 5. Dihipotesakan bahwa silika sebagai bahan anorganik dapat digunakan untuk mediamigrasi elektroforesis. Penelitian ini menggunakan 85Sr sebagai simulasi 90Sr. Percobaan menunjukkanbahwa senyawa kompleks y+3 dalam larutan penyangga tartrat migrasi ke anoda, sebaliknya Sr+2 tidakmembentuk senyawa kompleks dengan larutan penyangga dan bermigrasi ke katoda dengan kedua mediamigrasi yang digunakan. Silika dapat digunakan sebagai media migrasi untuk pemisahan 90y dari 90Sr, waktumigrasi untuk silika lebih lama dibanding dengan kertas pada parameter operasional elektroforesis yangsama. A n approprIa.temigration media to separate 90y from 90Sr was required. The usage of silica as migration media on separationof 90y and 90Sr complex compound has been carried using electrophoresis method. This procedure wascarried out by varying two kinds of migration media: i.e. paper and silica; as well as varying electrophoresistime (2.5; 3; 4; 4.5; and 5 hr) using tartrat buffer 0.1 M; pH 5. It was hypothesized that the silica can be usedas anorganic material for migration on electrophoresis. The research used 85Sr as simulation of 90Sr. Theresults showed that y+3 complex in tartrat buffer migrated to anode, on the other hand, Sr+2 did not form acomplex compound with those buffer solution. The silica can be used as migration media to separate 90yfrom 90Sr. Migration time for silica was longer than paper using similar parameter of electrophoresis.Therefore, the data obtained from this study can be used as a reference to support formation of 90Sr;9°ygenerator.Keywords: Electrophoresis, 90y, 90Sr, 85Sr, Silica.

Abstract

This study focused on Character and Fun lecturing at STAI-PTIQ Banda Aceh. The method used is qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects were 12 lecturers and three elements of leadership that are chosen by purposive sampling. The data collection techniques used is a triangulation technique. While the data were analyzed inductively so that the research results further emphasize the significance of the generalization. The results of the study revealed that; (1) Teaching skills of lecturers at STAI-PTIQ Banda Aceh supported character and fun lecture; (2) Most professors used cooperative lecturing model for the implementation of characters and fun lecture; (3) Some lecturers used a variety of media; and (4) conducive lecture situation was obtained by conducting a positive atmosphere lectures, both physical and nonphysical and democratic approach.

Abstract

AbstractThe manuscript of Sirr al-Lathīf was Sufism text at early XX century, that proven the existence and dynamic of Sufism thought at Kalimantan, and Nusantara in general. The analysetrhe content of the text, this use Gadamer’s semiphilological hermeneutics analysis. The result of the researchs are: firstly, the way verses of the Fatiha are believed in the text to be located in the body organs in human being, has been part of human being, explains that the text is not an interpretation but mystical the Fatiha. Secondly,the elaboration of the prayer (sembahyang) in the Sirral-Lathīf isunique and couldnpt be found in fiqh schools. He tried to relate the sembahyang as an union of God and slave. And thirdly, elaboration of insānkāmil (the perfect man) as representation of the perfectman, not different from concepts of mainstreamsufi.The script tend to use symbolization toovercomethe limitations ofverbalwordstoreveala veryintimaterelationship.Keywords: Sirr al-Lathīf, Yahya, Gadamer, wujudiyah, and insān kāmil. AbstrakNaskah Sirr al-Lathīf adalah naskah tasawuf pada awal abad XX yang menjadi bukti eksistensi dan dinamika pemikiran tasawuf di Kalimantan, dan Nusantara pada umumnya. Untuk mengkaji kandungan naskah digunakan teknik semi filologis dengan analisishermeneutika Gadamer. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah: pertama, ayat-ayat surat alFatihah dipercayai terletak pada organ-organtubuh manusia, yang mengisyaratkan bahwa ia sudah built in dalam diri manusia. Dengan demikian, penjelasan ini bukanlah sebuah tafsir, melainkan mistisisasi surat al-Fatihah. Kedua, penjelasan sembahyang (salat) dalam naskah Sirr al-Lathīf mempunyai kekhasan yang tidak ditemukan dalam penjelasan fikih. Ia mencoba menghubungkan sembahyang sebagai penyatuan antara Tuhan dan hamba. Dan ketiga, penjelasan insān kāmil sebagai representasi dari manusia yang sempurna, tidak jauh berbeda dengan konsep-konsep dari para sufi mainstream. Namun, naskah ini lebih banyak menggunakan simbolisasi untuk menggambarkan keterbatasan kata-kata verbal untuk mengungkapkan hubungan yang sangat intim tersebut. Kata kunci: Sirr al-Lathīf, Yahya, Gadamer, wujudiyah, dan insān kāmil.
