Abstract

This paper discusses the construction of curriculum in Islamic boarding school, either in the perspective of approach, the model of fund or learning method. As far as we know that the modernization trend of education in Indonesia has penetrated the idea of modernization of Islamic education in Islamic boarding school, it is undeniable that the presence of Islamic boarding school is open and adopts the development of Islamic boarding school technology, design, model and method of learning. This ultimately affects the dynamics of science in Islamic boarding school environments. The idea of modernization of Islam that found its momentum since the early 20th century Masehi, on the field of education is realized with the establishment of modern educational institutions. So, the traditional of Islamic boarding school (Salaf) transformed into the modern Islamic boarding school (khalaf), of course by deconstructing the existing curriculum. In certain cases, however, the modernization of education has proven to have a positive impact on the development of Islamic boarding school. Not a few the Islamic boarding school eventually able to develop the potential of education and development potential of surrounding communities, and not least the entry of new approaches, models and teaching methods forced Islamic boarding school to reconstruct curriculum design that has been adopted, even forced to abandon the original model and learning of Islamic boarding school.Keywords: Islamic boarding school, curriculum, Instruction

Abstract

This research presents findings about the model of salaf pesantren education with heterogeneous santri namely; santri devotees, pure santri, student santri and student by exploring models, methods, learning strategies that have the content of multicultural education. Thus multicultural education must be approached holistically and integratively, this research seeks to explore some important parts of pesantren such as tradition, habbitus, ideology and implementation of the values of multiculturalism articulated in the form of curriculum and learning, the vision and life of santri in applying the principles of the principle of complex multicultural education. The pesantren studied has a strong vision and perspective and a unique understanding of multiculturalism, although the understanding still has to develop appropriate and simultaneous strategies and programs for the achievement of objectives. The results of these findings are expected to give contribution in describing the model of cultural education through religious values in the context of the reality of cultural pluralism in boarding school Kauman Alhasani Allathifi Bondowoso and become a reference for education outside of pesantren which still uphold the bulkhead and intellectual egoism and institution.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the map quality, quality manual, quality assuranceand SOP institutional quality assurance SDN 36 and SDIT Al Fityah city of Pekanbaru. Informantsto be interviewed in this research is the principal and Vice Principalat SDN 36 and SDIT Al Fityah city of Pekanbaru. The instruments used are shapedintervie, observation and documentation. Data analysis which is used toexpose the data qualityassurance program school case studies of SDN 36 and SDIT Al Fityah city of Soweto), used aqualitative analysis. The results showed that first, map quality SDN 36 and SDIT Al Fityah cityof Pekanbaru were already attempting to carry out the task of drafting the programand evaluation of the quality of education the school mapping. Second, the guideline of qualitySDN 36 and SDIT Al Fityah Pekanbaru minimum service standards. Third, quality assuranceSDN 36 SOP and SDITAl Fityah Pekanbaru meets the standards and infrastructure customizedSNPS and SPM. Fourth, institutional quality assurance SDN 36 and SDIT Al Fityah Pekanbarurefers to the institutional structure which guarantees the quality of staffing and are handled bythe head of school.

Abstract

Mahasiswa merupakan Konsumen utama di Program Studi (Prodi) Teknik Informatika (TI) Kepuasan Layanan Mahasiswa sangat penting dan mendasar dalam meningkatkan kualitas program studi. Kepuasan mahasiswa dapat dijadikan indikator /bahan evaluasi dalam pencapaian visi dan misi Prodi TI. Kesulitan dalam melakukan pengukuran kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap layanan di program studi Teknik informatika merupakan masalah yang harus diselesaikan. Rendahnya kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap layananmemperlambat kinerja dan bahkan mengganggu aktivitas proses belajar mengajar di Prodi TI. Aplikasi Pengukur Tingkat Kepuasan Mahasiswa  terhadap Layanan di Program Studi Teknik Informatika Politeknik  Negeri Pontianak berbasis Fuzzy dibuat dengan mengumpulkan data terkait pengukuran kepuasan mahasiswa, kemudian dilakukan analisis dengan metode service quality, setelah itu dilakukan perancangan aplikasi berbasis fuzzy dan setelah itu diimplementasikan di prodi TI untuk melakukan Evaluasi terhadap layanan Kata Kunci: Aplikasi Fuzzy,Evaluasi, Kepuasan Mahasiswa, Layanan

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of local revenues (seen from the number of PAD), and audit findings on the performance of local government. This research was conducted in the District and City of Banten Province. This study used purposive sampling with the amount of data 6 local governments that resulted from the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK), the Department of Revenue and Fiscal Management (DPPKD), and http://otda.kemendagri.go.id. The data in this study were processed using IBM software Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 20.0.  These results indicate that revenue is measured by the amount of revenue does not have an influence on local government performance as measured by performance scores. And audit findings are measured through the number of audit findings (in rupiah) divided by the total budget has no effect on the performance of local government.

Abstract

Kehadiran lembaga pendidikan Islam yang berawal dari Pesantren yang melahirkan Madrasah hingga kemudian dilanjutkan kehaliran Sekolah sebenarnya merupakan upaya untuk menjawab tuntutan dan kebutuhan zaman yang kian berkembang. Namun sejak kehadiran Kolonial melumpuhkan bahkan merombak performa pendidikan Islam di Indonesia. Kehadiran Belanda dengan pendidikan umumnya menyebabkan pergeseran orientasi bangsa Indonesia dalam menjalani pendidikan yakni belajar sebagai sebuah ibadah karena didasari nilai ibadah akhirnya beralih belajar demi mendapatkan pekerjaan. Rentetan pergolakan politik menarik Pendidikan Islam dalam pusaran tarik ulur kepentingan tentang konstruksi pendidikan Islam di Indonesia. Bahkan eksistensinya dari kaca mata Undang-undang menjadi perdebatan yang baru usai. Termasuk format perguruan Tinggi yang diharapkan menjadi solutis atas kegelisahan intelektual yang terjadi dimasyarakat, dimana kehadiran lembaga non formal (pesantren) mengantarkan alumninya memiliki ruang gerak yang sempit dalam berkiprah. Sehingga kelahiran Institut dan Universitas Islam diharapkan menjadi solusi cerdas dalam menjawab perubahan zaman. Meskipun menyandang Status baru bukan berarti mereka terbebas dari persolan. Justru kehadiaran status perguruan tinggi baru mendatangkan persoalan dan tantangan baru untuk disikapi dengan cerdas. Oleh karena itu, mengetahui secara historis genealogi kelahiran perguruan tinggi menjadi kajian yang menarik untuk dicermati.
