Abstract

The development of Indonesian economy has caused the increase of competition for a high educational service industry, especially for private college. Each of it offer some competiting price, exciting service, good quality of services and an interesting physic of the college building. This research is to analize the problems. How is influence of communication effectiveness, service quality, trust to relationship commitment. The population in this research is all the student of STIE STIKUBANK Semarang, which stratified to diploma program (D3), strata one (graduated program or S1) and post graduate program Magistry of Management (S2). The technique which used is Propotional Stratified Sampling Technique to know how the influence of effectiveness communication, service quality, trust to relationship commitment, the writer uses an analizes instrument Structural Equation Model (SEM) which is helped by AMOS version 5.0. The result of this research shows that two hypothesis were not significantly, which effectiveness communication to trust and service quality to relationship commitment. Based on this research the influence of variables as matter of regardinent to promote and offens the relationship commitment. Keywords: Effectiveness Communication, Service Quality, Trust and Relationship Commitment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengetahui hubungan kemampuan Matematika dan kemampuan Teori Pemesinan terhadap prestasi praktek CNC siswa kelas II jurusan Teknik Pemesinan SMK Muhammadiyah I Salam. Jenis penelitian ini berdasarkan tingkat eksplanasinya termasuk penelitian asosiatif, sedangkan berdasarkan aspek metode yang digunakan termasuk penelitian expost facto. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa Kelas II Jurusan Teknik Permesinan SMK Muhammadiyah I Salam sebanyak 43 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini digunakan angket berupa tes dengan skala Guttman, untuk variabel kemampuan Matematika dan variabel kemampuan Teori Pemesinan, sedangkan untuk variabel prestasi praktek CNC menggunakan metode dokumentasi dengan mengambil data nilai semester IV siswa pada mata pelajaran praktek CNC. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan korelasi Product Moment dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kemampuan Teori Pemesinan dan prestasi praktek CNC siswa dengan korelasi 0,743, (2) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kemampuan Matematika dengan prestasi praktek CNC siswa dengan korelasi  0,372, (3) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kemampuan Teori Pemesinan dan kemampuan Matematika terhadap prestasi praktek CNC siswa dengan korelasi sebesar 0,772, sumbangan efektif kemampuan Teori Pemesinan  terhadap prestasi praktek CNC siswa adalah sebesar 52,53%, (5) sumbangan efektif kemampuan Matematika terhadap prestasi praktek CNC siswa sebesar 7,97%.Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Matematika, Kemampuan Teori Permesinan, Prestasi Praktek CNC

Abstract

The environment change in the coastal area can be caused by nature factors for example abrasion,sedimentation and by human factor for example is coastal reclamation. The environment change in the coastalarea can influence change of coastline.Change of coastline can be evaluated and surveyed based on map and satellite image. The coastline changedetection in Semarang City had been done for several years based on Semarang City’s topographic map (1938)and Quickbird Satellite Image (2006).The research change of coastline carried out by Remote Sensing Method and Geographic Information System.Based on research and field survey in Semarang City, there are significant coastline changes includingabrasion, sedimentation and reclamation.Conclusion can be obtained from this research is the wide change because coastline change in Semarang Cityfrom 1938 until 2006: which caused by reclamation factor and sedimentation factor is equal 502.437 Ha, andabrasion factor is equal 458,323 Ha.

Abstract

Remote sensing is a branch science of Geodesy Engineering that using satellite applications for survey andmapping. One of the natural resources satellite that be used for mapping is Alos Satellite.It is own of Japan, italso could be used in 3D Application, especially Prism and Palsar. There are some methods for making 3Dapplication that are stereo mode, interferometry, and DSM2DEM. Geometric correction of this satellite is veryimportant so it needs a study for its statistical test. Alos satellite have 3D shape as Digital Terrain Model(DSM), not Digital Terrain Model (DTM), Digitallen HöheModellen (DHM), Digital Geoid Model (DGM) orDigital Elevation Model (DEM). Alos satellite that be used are Alos Prism where it has spatial resolution in 2.5meter. The reference system of 3D model that are produced by Alos satellite image still as surface for z axis, forx axis and y axis has been closed to 2D reference system in some certain datum and system of map projection.So, this research will give result of its accuracy and precision and it could uses for the reference system.For its statistical test, it needs a method for checking its accuracy. It is least square adjustment in parametermethods. In case, it needs a research for observate the accuracy and precision of Alos satellite data using aleast square adjustment of parameter methods. Data from Alos satellite will be compared with data from Globalpositioning System (GPS) of geodetic. The results of this research will be used as reference for next research toinvent a way for changing DSM from satellite, radar, air video and interferometry-automatically.

Abstract

The problemsthat be taken in generate 3D model with satellite imagery are the model always be formed as DigitalSurface Model (DSM), not Digital Terrain Model (DTM), Digitallen HöheModellen (DHM), Digital GeoidModel (DGM) or Digital Elevation Model (DEM). The reference system of 3D model that are produced byAlos satellite image still as surface for z axis, for x axis and y axis has been closed to 2D reference systemin some certain datum and system of map projection. In case, it needs a research for observating theaccuracy and precision of Alos satellite data using a least square adjustment of parameter methods. Theresults of this research will be used as reference for next research to invent a way for changing DSM fromAlos satellite image to be DEM, DTM, DHM, DHM, and DGM digital-automatically. It is a new innovationof differentialing technical of 3D model.A differentialing technical from DSM to be DEM could be done with least square adjustment in parametermethods. It calls DSM2DEM*. This new innovation methods for differentialing DSM2DEM. In that studycases, differentialing technical that are used be divided for two class, that are lowland area and highlandarea. Differentialing in that two class use similar methods, just is differentiated in sum up of researchingpoints that are used. In this research study of cases are in highland area and lowland area. In highlandarea uses minimize 14 researching points and in lowland area uses minimize seven researching points.That differentialing technical are done in Alos images. In other satellite images, photos, videos that studyin highland and lowland area also use this methods for differentialing DSM2DEM. Order level that areused as research points will influence the quality of its data accuracy and precision.

Abstract

To justify the law enforcement in the land’s ownership right, Government of Indonesia (GOI) hasestablished land registration program in all Indonesian territory that refers to the regulation. This landregistration program consists from several action which is, surveying, mapping, and land documentation.Land surveying should be refers to the cadastral technical rule and jurisdiction rule. Land surveying withphoto map identification could be applied by using photo map as base map registration. To verify the landboundaries in the field we must get an agreement from the land’s owner, neighbours, local governmentofficer and surveyor. Land surveying that use identification method should be refers to the technicalspecification order from Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN). There are several limitations from theidentification method; we can’t carry out this method in the crowd residence area and area which coveredby trees.

Abstract

ABSTACTThe aims of this study are (1) to analyze whether organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) to analyze whether organizational commitment has a positive and signicant effect on motivation, (3) to analyze whether motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance,(4) to analyze whether organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect employee performance with motivation as intervening variable. This study uses quantitative method that population is all of employee in UPT CREW KA Surabaya- Kota PT KAI DAOP VIII which amounts to 189 employee. Using the Simple Random Sampling is got 129 employee as responden. The hypothesis of this study are: (1) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) organizational commitment has apositive and signicant effect on motivation;(3) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance;(4) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect employee performance with motivation as intervening variable. Based on path analysis, the result showed that; (1) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with value 38,5% (2) organizational commitment has a positive and signicant effect on motivation with value 78,7% (3) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with value 49% (4) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect employee performance with motivation as intervening variable with value 38,6%.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Geografis adalah sistem informasi yang digunakan untuk memasukkan, menyimpan, memanggil kembali, mengolah, menganalisa, dan menghasilkan data bereferensi geografis atau geospatial, untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam suatu perencanaan. Dengan menggunakan SIG akan lebih mudah bagi para pengambil keputusan untuk menganalisa data yang ada. Menampilkan informasi data spasial dan data non spasial merupakan salah satu kemampuan yang dimiliki untuk pengembangan Sistem Informasi Geografis yang dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui persebaran suara hasil pemilu legislatif. Pada penulisan tugas akhir ini, penulis membuat Perancangan Sistem Informasi Geografis untuk mengetahui persebaran hasil pemilu legislatif pada tahun 2009 untuk daerah pemilihan Kota Semarang dengan menggunakan ArcView 3.3. Pemanfaatan SIG diharapkan mampu memberikan visualisasi terhadap keadaan politik atau peta politik di Kota Semarang sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur untuk pilkada 2013 dan pemilu 2014, kepada masyarakat, anggota partai politik yang terlibat dalam pemilu dan KPU sebagai penyelenggara pemilu.
