Abstract

Startup Qtaaruf is online taaruf from surabaya. The user active processed on 17-23 october 2017 rise and fall and no access through social media. Based on 5 stages of an integrated digital life cycle marketing startup qtaaruf should be at point “gain position” on search engine , but they at point “gain followers” and “initiate relationships” that focuses increase user .This study attempts to documents produced digital design marketing by using methods SOSTAC consisting of the situation analysis, objectives, strategy, tactics, and action. Model SOSTAC to the training analysis, mapping training strategy strategy to 5s objective, mapping 5s objective strategy to the program, mapping tack to 4p and preparing for further step.The digital design marketing that produces 7 strategy as long as 12 months. Cost divided into 2 model. The first model and that is the ability organic for free, their profits audience will increase only berelasi on followers and following qtaaruf. The second model that is using campaign features cost Rp.7.400.000, their profits the wider audience. Potential reach 2.900.000 people with an estimated daily range 1100-100 audience every week and could lead to the website qtaaruf directly.

Abstract

Di Perguruan Tinggi Swasta STMIK STIKOM Surabaya, Laboratorium Komputer (Labkom) menjadi salah satu bagian terpenting dalam menjamin kelangsungan proses praktikum yang memanfaatkan Sistem dan Teknologi Informasi (STI) untuk memberikan layanan kepada mahasiswa, dosen, dan karyawan. Masalah yang terjadi pada penerapan layanan STI selama ini tidak pernah dicatat, akibatnya mempengaruhi waktu penyelesaian penanganan, frekuensi perulangan masalah serupa, hingga pengeluaran biaya penanganan. Hal ini menyebabkan turunnya tingkat kepuasan dan kenyamanan pengguna layanan STI dan tingkat ketersediaan layanan STI itu sendiri.Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka perlu dilakukan pengelolaan masalah layanan STI. Labkom telah memiliki kebijakan yang mengatur pengeloaan tersebut, namun kebijakan ini tidak berisi langkah atau cara bagaimana melakukan pengelolaan masalah layanan STI sehingga perlu dibuatkan prosedurnya. Pada penelitian ini dibuatkan prosedur sesuai kebijakan pengelolaan masalah layanan STI yang dimiliki Labkom serta panduan Problem Management yang ada pada Information Technology Infrastructur  Library (ITIL) V3 – Service Operation yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan langkah-langkah dalam prosedur.Penelitian ini menghasilkan lima Standart Operation Procedure (SOP), enam instruksi kerja, dan 18 rekam kerja untuk mendeteksi masalah, mendiagnosa masalah, menangani masalah dan meninjau masalah.

Abstract

The death level of pregnant mother in Indonesia is the highest level in ASEAN countries, approximately 19.000 death every years or 4000 death every 100.000 birthing. Many factors cause that high level of death, like deseases or nutrient lack.In this final project, will do the calculation of nutrient that refers weight, height, age of womb, activity level, and total of sleep hours. With the support of Coopper method, this calculation will produce a good result food menu.   Keywords: nutrition of pregnant women, food menu, Cooper Method.

Abstract

Hospital is one of organization which is focus in  health services where is one of the effort is to encourage from the basic level service, like an health center for society. The hospital produces many complicated reports which is needed by the director and health official to keep the process of society service. Beside that, the reports is needed by the director to help analytyc process in order to take a policy. In this moment a hospital has used a system based on computerize to help patient service process. Although the system has not optimalized in utilising because of manual system was still used in hospitas. Because of the problem, hospital needs a new system that is called Reporting Information System, which can produces the reports in table or graphic that can be drilled down.The purpose of this final assignment is making of Reporting Information System that can help the hospital leader in order to analyze the problem dan make a decision. After that system has been created and tested (test case), can be concluded that the system has been appropriated with exptectation.because the initial objective is make a system that can produce the report in table or graphic that can be drilled down . Abstract

The cause of low yield of soybean in Indonesia, among others is a disease. To find out what disease that attacks soybean crops needed an expert in the field of agriculture. Disease that often impairs the soybean plant is rust. In addition to lowering the yield, rust disease also potentially lower the quality of soybean seeds. In addition to these there are many more diseases that are present in the soy plant. Expert system for soybean disease defines is one alternative to detect disease of soybean. The method used is rule based system and forward chaining method. The system will be made to provide an unbiased decision about the type of disease affecting soybean and handling. Web based system is built in order to spread information more accessible. Result of the application that have been tested by three expert crops by conducting interview and application testing performed eight times on each trial expert. Based on test result obtained from 24 experiments by expert is 22 times the experiment successfully identified soybean disease and two trials did not identify soybean disease. The trial result concluded the expert system can determine soybean disease based on symptoms in plant soybean.

Abstract

Eyes are included as one of important human sense which is very useful human vision. But people usually take care the health of the eyes carelessly and it is also because of the less information for people to keep the healthy eyes. Besides the minimum health facilities for eyes in the hospitals and the clinics and also less expert that make this symptom cannot be handled rapidly. To help people, in this case the expert can use method of system with process of inference forward chaining. This system was created in website basic for spreading the information to people so the health of eyes can be handled quickly. Based on the research, four consumers and an expert the result : i) Throughout seven times of research in validity system the symptom can be detected,  ii) From the research of feature in system application the result are 3.4 from the consumer and 4.2 from the expert. From the result can be seen that this expert system application runs well, can be used and gives information of the symptoms and the solutions.

Abstract

Abstract: it often heard some grumble from employee when the paid time of salary late a few hours than the normal paid time. It can imagined how if the paid time of salary late not only in a few hours but more than that, a few days. If that condition really happen it can harm employees’ motivation where motivation here are needed to give optimal service from employees to customers, in this case, patients and doctors. It same here with doctors who need on time payment and accurate total of medical remuneration because some doctor have their own medical treatment records. It only harm the hospital if a doctor feel disappointed because of some problem on the payment of medical remuneration that make that doctor want to leave that make hospital will loss reliable medical personel. So far that case is rarely happened, because of Human Resource and Development(HRD) and Financial Department always take an overtime job on a few days to make salary and medical remuneration paid on time, but they do an inefficient thing because they still do it manually. Based on that case, an application created to make their job can be processed automatically. This application connected to fingerprint system database and  HMIS database to get the data that needed and processed the data to automatically generate salary and count medical remuneration. The evaluation results of the application got 3.52 from range 1 until 4 counted using likert scale method from 10 respondent that it means the application in the good range. The application can count salary and medical remuneration accurate and faster than the way they do before. Usually HRD spent 22 minutes to count salary of one employee, but using this application, employee only need 0.1806 seconds to do it. With the application performance, it means no need for HRD and Finance Department to take overtime job again to processed it and this means that it can lower the costs for Rumah Sakit Bedah Surabaya.

Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this research is how to determine a good/fit new agent. To determining the fit area using Gravity Location Model ( GLM ) model to get the point of the fit area and use Analytical Hierarchy Process ( AHP ) model to get ranked best candidate agent . This should consider several variables such as distance, volume of demand , cost and distance of the two areas is less than 5 km. After obtained a suitable area to be opened next agent then takes variables such as the price and capacity of each customers warehouse in a radius of 500 meters to be modeled. If GLM result is no customers on radius fit, then the application will take three customers that have the shortest distance to the point . After getting the prospective agent by area fit, the AHP calculation is performed which results will be sorted decline so we would get the best ranking candidate agent . The purpose of this research is to build an application that is able to model the data to the GLM model and AHP to generate new good/fit candidate agents. The results showed that using pieces of GLM model and AHP is able to provide the best alternative agent in accordance with the companys business objectives . The results of this study show that : the first condition of the application was able to retrieve all customer data within fit radius when fit point falls in the region with the coordinates contained -3.585538052, 114.7174578 . Second condition  is when the fit radius have no customer, then the application will take 3 the closest customers on coordinate radius -3.60041056, 114.7055044. AHP calculation process will be done when the results of the GLM calculations have been done . Prospective new agent based GLM condition 1 , obtained id 84023 customers with the best value 31 % , id 84 026 customers with the best value 21%, customer id 84025 with the best value 20%. While the new candidate agents based GLM condition 2 , obtained id 84 031 customers with the best value 35 % , id 84046 with the best value 33% and customer id 84034 with the best value 32%. Abstract

Archives is an important documents in Rumah Sakit Bedah Surabaya (RSBS) for support in decision-making can also be used as evidence when problems occur and can also be made into accountability and bureaucratic transparency at the RSBS. Considering the importance of archives in rsbs then archives should not be damaged, lost and distribution of archives should be punctual to the destination department. But the conditions in RSBS archives frequent damage, lost and the distribution of an archive of being late. To overcome the obstacles in the archiving, the archives needs to be converted into digital data archives to minimize damage, loss of archives and can be distributed in a timely manner to the destination department. With this requirement it needs to make archive management information system in the RSBS. Archive management information systems have been tested to thirty users with questionnaires using likert scale and assessment testing information systems directly. Based on the results of questionnaires and tests, obtained a score ratings average 4.17 and archives can converted into  digital archives and can distribute the archive in a punctual manner to the destination department . So it can be concluded that the archive management information systems can be used to manage the archive RSBS.

Abstract

Abstract: The problem that occurred was at the time of demand for goods, which requests approval is done by signing the request form, so it requires the presence of the person concerned, but that happens the person concerned does not always be in place, as well as the absence of a reporting system requests the purchase of goods, supplies requests and stock supplies in warehouses that serve as a reference in the purchase of goods and supplies data summary of all the divisions that still have to be calculated again by the division of General Administration. In the research phase using System Development Life Cycle. The trials of the system and user involving several divisions, based on the results of such trials demand for information systems web-based purchases in STMIK STIKOM Surabaya able to produce design information systems that can manage the demand for the purchase of goods with a digital signature as the authentication approval as well as part of General Administration to determine report goods purchase request, request supplies, stock supplies in warehouses and supplies data summary of all the divisions.
