Abstract

Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan individu, kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja dan kinerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 76 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling. Variabel penelitian terdiri dari kemampuan individu, kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, dan kinerja serta kualitas pelayanan  Analisis data menggunakan regresi dua tahap. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan individu, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja dan kinerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Ini berarti semakin meningkat kinerja, maka semakin meningkat juga kualitas pelayanan. Dari hasil analisis deskriptif persentase tampak secara rata-rata  semua variabel penelitian  menunjukkan kategori baik, namun pada aspek-aspek tertentu pada masing-masing variabel masih terdapat kekurangan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi pimpinan dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan kualitas pelayanan. Upaya perbaikan dimulai dari peningkatan kemampuan melalui pendidikan dan latihan, monitoring pelaksanaan kerja secara rutin, menumbuhkan komitmen kerja dan perbaikan standar operasi prosedur.The aim of the study is toanalyze the influence of individual abilities, job satisfaction, organizational commitment to performanceand performance againstservice quality. This samplingmethod is using 76 samples by the proportionalrandom sampling techniques. Variables consisted of individual ability, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and performance andservice qualitydata analysisusingtwo-stageregression. The results showedthat theability of individuals, job satisfaction and organizational commitment had asignificant positive effecton performance and the performance ofa significant positive effecton quality of service. It means the higher performance, the higher service quality also, from the results of descriptive analysis ofthe percentage ofapparentaverage of allvariablesshoweda goodcategory, but incertain aspectsof eachvariablethere is still ashortage. The results ofthis study are expected tobe input forleadershipin improvingthe performanceandquality of care, improvement effortsinitiatefroman increase incapacitythrough educationandtraining, monitoringthe implementation ofroutinework, repairwork andcommitmentto growthe standard operational procedures.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui : (1) Tingkat motivasi berprestasi, disiplin belajar dan partisipasi dalam pembelajaran serta prestasi belajar akuntansi pada siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Tayu Pati Semester II, (2) ada tidaknya pengaruh motivasi berprestasi, disiplin belajar dan partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi pada siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Tayu Pati Semester II, dan (3) Variabel yang paling berpengaruh pengaruh antara motivasi berprestasi, disiplin belajar dan partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi pada siswa kelas XI IPS semester II SMA Negeri 1 Tayu Pati. Hasil  penelitian menyimpulkan ada pengaruh positif antara motivasi berprestasi, disiplin belajar dan partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi pada siswa kelas XI IPS  SMA Negeri 1 Tayu Pati baik secara simultan maupun parsial dan variabel yang paling berpengaruh adalah motivasi berprestasi kemudian diikuti oleh disiplin belajar dan partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui : ada tidaknya pengaruh motivasi berprestasi dan strategi belajar efektif terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi kasus pokok bahasan laporan keuangan perusahaan dagang pada siswa kelas II semester 2 di SMA Negeri 14 Semarang tahun pelajaran 2004/2005 baik secara simultan dan parsial dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi berprestasi dan strategi belajar efektif terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi kasus pokok bahasan laporan keuangan perusahaan dagang pada siswa kelas II semester 2 di SMA Negeri 14 Semarang tahun pelajaran 2004/2005 baik secara simultan dan parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas II semester 2 SMA Negeri 14 Semarang tahun pelajaran 2004/2005 yang berjumlah 276 orang. Pengambilan sampel yang berjumlah 38 dilakukan dengan Cluster Random Sampling, analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data diketahui ada pengaruh yang positif dan  signifikan antara  Motivasi berprestasi dan Strategi Belajar Efektif Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Akuntansi Kasus Pokok Bahasan Laporan Keuangan Perusahaan Dagang pada siswa Kelas II Semester 2 di SMA Negeri 14 Semarang Tahun Pelajaran 2004/2005. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Berprestasi, Strategi Belajar Efektif, Prestasi Belajar Akuntansi.

Abstract

The objective of the study was to analyze the impact of work discipline management, career management and profession ethics management toward Unnes staff’s behavior. The samples were taken by proportional random sampling. The variables of the research were work discipline management, career management, profession ethics management and professional behavior. The data were analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The result of this study showed that discipline work management, career management and profession ethics management gave positive influence toward staff’s professional behavior. Furthermore, the result of percentage descriptive analysis showed that the average of work discipline management, career management, profession ethics management and professional behavior were on enough category. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dampak pembinaan disiplin kerja, pembinaan karir dan pembinaan etika profesi terhadap perilaku profesional tenaga kependidikan Sampel 50 orang tenaga kependidikan Unnes. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proporsional random sampling. Variabel penelitian adalah pembinaan disiplin kerja, pembinaan karir, pembinaan etika profesi dan perilaku profesional. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pembinaan disiplin kerja, pembinaan karir, pembinaan etika profesi berdampak positif terhadap perilaku profesional tenaga kependidikan Sedangkan dari hasil analisis deskriptif persentase tampak bahwa rata-rata pembinaan disiplin kerja, pembinaan karir, pembinaan etika profesi dan perilaku profesional termasuk kategori cukup.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada Pengaruh Gaya Belajar, Motivasi Belajar, dan Kondisi Sosial Ekonomi Orang Tua pada Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran pada Mata Diklat Kearsipan di SMK N 9 Semarang Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X administrasi perkantoran di SMKN 9 Semarang yang berjumlah 105 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan SPSS For Windows Release 16. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan antara Gaya Belajar, Motivasi Belajar, dan Kondisi Sosial Ekonomi Orang Tua pada Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran pada Mata Diklat Kearsipan di SMK N 9 Semarang Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016 This study aims to determine whether there is effect of Learning Style, Learning Motivation and Socio Ekonomic of Parents on Learning Outcomes toward students of X grade Office Administration in Archive Subjects in SMK N 9 Semarang in academic year 2015/2016. The population in this study were students of X grade Office Administration at SMK N 9 Semarang totaling 105 students.. The sample is the whole of the populationThe data collection is carried out by questionnaires and documentation. The Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, and test hypotheses test with the aid from SPSS for Windows Release 16. This study can be concluded that there are positively and significantly influences among Learning Style, Learning Motivation and Socio Ekonomic of Parents on Learning Outcomes toward students of X grade Office Administration in Archive Subjects in SMK N 9 Semarang in academic year 2015/2016.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the competitiveness and efficiency as well as assessing the impact of economic policies on the performance of the textile industry in Central Java. The competitiveness methods use a RCA, TSI, and IIT Indexes. The policy impacts use Policy Analysis Matrix and sensitivity analysis. The results show that the textile industry in Central Java had only a comparative advantage, but not competitive one. The lower protection level made the textile industry was vulnerable to both internal and external shocks. In general economic efficiency was still lower, so it had lower effect on the productivity and competitiveness level.

Abstract

The study population was a nurse inpatient Islam Sultan Agung Hospital Semarang with a sample of 160 respondents from the formula slovin using purposive sampling method. Methods of data collection using questionnaires that measured using a Likert scale. Based on the partial test, the direct influence of perceived organizational support, justice and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior amounted to 0.799; 0,072 and 0,000. Direct influence perceptions of support and justice organization on organizational commitment of each of 0001 and 0000. While the mediating effect organisional commitments on support and influence perceptions of organizational justice organizational citizenship behavior toward each are 0.178 and 0.314. The conclusions of this study there was no influence perceived of organizational support and organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior. There is the influence of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. There is a direct direct effect of perceived organizational support and organizational justice on organizational commitment. Proven organizational commitment has mediating effects of perceived organizational support and organizational justice on the organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract

Foreign language skills in present global era  becomes an important thing to be mastered. Its becomes background of the rapidly growth of foreign language learning in Indonesia, one of them is Japanese Education Program in Semarang State University (Unnes). Students who are studying Japanese in Japanese Education Program of Unnes had different sufficient knowledge of the Japanese language, either the different interest in Japanese language. Not all of the students in this study program have an interest in Japanese since the beginning of college entrance. However, after through the Japanese learning process, there are students who are experienced of interests changes in Japanese, either the increased interest or decreased interest. Based on the explanation, the research issues are what the kind of interests changes of Unnes Japanese Education Program Students, and what factors are  influencing that interests changes. The purpose of this research are to know the interests changes of Unnes Japanese Education Program Students and to know the factors that influencing that interests changes. The research used descriptive quantitative approach. Research collecting data used questionnaire instrument. The questionnaire type is a mix type of open and closed questionnaire. Data were analyzed used descriptive quantitative method. The research result showed 32,5% of interests changes in Japanese of Unnes Japanese Education Program Students. The changes is 12,5% of increased interest and 20% of decreased interest. The factors that influencing the interests changes is dominated by feeling or emotions factor(87%).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test relationship marketing, perceived service quality, dan corporate social responsibility toward PT Phintraco Securities Branch Office Semarang Company’s Image. The population in this research is 913 customers of Phintraco Securities Branch Office Semarang per December 2014. The act of samples determining used slovin formula, with 91 respondents by using proportional random sampling. There are positive and significant effect on perceived service quality toward company’s image. While relationship marketing, and corporate social responsibility influenced positively but insignificant toward company’s image. This research suggested that the company need to improve the resources quality through training or workshop in order to be more perceptive and better in responding to customers’ needs. Future researchers will add more variables presumably able to improve corporate image.
