Abstract

The organic farming company produced yield continuously, weather-independent, theproduces in easily to sold at the hotel or supermarket with good price. However, in theorganic farming owned personally as well as conventional farming, the productionsignificantly influenced by weather and marketing access to hotel or restaurant is limited.Economic analysis of the three types of agriculture system showed that organicfarming with capital intensive as represented by Golden Leaf Farm Company, provide the netrevenue Rp. 15.855.750/year/0.1 ha with B/C ratio 3.9; Return on investment (ROI) 290%;net revenue/income ratio (RI) 0.74 and pay back period (PBP) 4 months. In the case of theorganic farming which managed personally, produced net revenue Rp. 1.005.762/year/0.1 hawith B/C ratio 1.6, ROI 64%, RI ratio 0.35 and PBP 26 months. On the other hand, in theconventional farming , the net revenue was Rp. 875.200/year/0.1 ha with B/C ratio 1.4, ROI40%, RI ratio 0.28 and PBP 30 months. In the conventional farming when farmers growing acombination between Vegetables and Potato, the net revenue increased to Rp.4.577.268/year/0.1 ha with B/C ratio 2.3, ROI 133%, RI ratio 0.54 and PBP 11 months.

Abstract

Internodal stem segment from citrus seedling were cultured and inoculatedwith Agrobacterium tumefaciens harboring binary Ti plasmid vector that containedthe genes for detecable marker ß-glucuronidase (GUS) and the selectable markerNptII. The result of this study show that shoots can be regenerated in media with 100?g/ml kanamycin and about 10 % of them were GUS+ shoots. Some of the GUS+shoots were confirmed by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) analysis for GUS genedetection in transformed shoots.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Controlling Root Fungus White (Rigidoporus sp.) Causes wilt disease in plants Clove (Syzygium aromaticum L.) in Biological Greenhouse Control of Root White Fungus (Rigidoporus sp.) Causes wilt disease on clove plants (Syzygium aromaticum L.) by using Biological and Botanical controls in Greenhouse, Aims of this study to determine the effectiveness of plant-based materials and the biological control of wilt disease on cloves plants. The method used in this study was a completely randomized design. This research was conducted in the greenhouse using 10 treatments and 3 replications. The results showed that the treatment of some biological and Botanical controls in the trials showed that the treatment of P. fluorecens have the ability to encourage vegetative growth of cloves plants, and Trichoderma sp. is able to reduce the degree of damage to the plants wilt disease of cloves. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendiskripsikan pelaksanaan supervisi akademik, mengembangkan model supervisi akademik sesuai dengan kebutuhan guru, mengetahui keefektifan model supervisi yang dikembangkan. Model faktual supervisi akademik dinilai kurang efektif. Supervisi akademik yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan guru adalah supervisi akademik berbasis pelayanan prima yang melibatkan pengawas, kepala sekolah dan guru yang di supervisi mulai dri perencanaan sampai pada tindak lanjut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development, yang dibagi dalam tiga tahap yaitu, tahap studi pendahuluan, tahap pengembangan dan tahap evaluasi. Dalam studi pendahuluan, dilakukan studi literatur, studi lapangan dan diskripsi analisis temuan. Tahap pengembangan, meliputi pengembangan konseptual, validasi model melibatkan ahli dan praktisi, sehingga menghasilkan model yang siap diuji coba (model hipotetik). Tahap evaluasi (uji coba terbatas) menggunakan one grouf pretest-postest design untuk mengetahui keefektifan model dan uji statistik menggunakan wilcoxon. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan keefektifan model supervisi, terjadi peningkatan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran sebelum perlakuan (pretest) sebesar 59,61 % dan setelah perlakuan (postest) sebesar 74,8 % sehingga kinerja guru meningkat sebesar13,57 %.  Tingkat keefektifan termasuk katagori sedang  dan secara statistik menunjukkan keefektifan supervisi. Penelitian menyimpulkan model supervisi akademik berbasis pelayanan prima ini efektif untuk memperbaiki kinerja guru SMA di Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Disarankan bagi pengawas atau kepala sekolah bahwa model ini dapat menjadi pedoman dalam melakukan supervisi akademik.

Abstract

The Village Community Empowerment With Traditional Culinary Business in the Group of Boga Ganesha Buleleng The development of fast food must be balanced with the consumption of traditional foods because fast food is allegedly to be a risk factor for the emergence of various diseases. This study aimed to analyze the behavior of IbIKK group of Boga Ganesha. The choice of location of the research was determined purposively with the consideration that the Boga Ganesha is one of the groups to empower the people with the traditional culinary efforts. The method used in collecting the data in this study was interviews with questionnaire instruments. Based on the research results, the potential of the IbIKK of Boga Ganesha is a kosher, hygienic and healthy traditional food processing. Behavior that was demonstrated by the members can be classified into an excellent category (4,6). The achievement of the implementation of the empowerment program that is included in the category of successful (4,2). Empowerment of program aimed to improve the quality of human resources. In this regard, members of the group should implement their skills so that they can open up business opportunities in order to improve the economy of the family. To support this, the facilitator should use the appropriate method so that all participants can obtain information equally.
