Abstract

Subak di Bali memiliki berbagai kearifan. Diantaranya kearifan ekologis. Kearifan ekologis subak pada dasarnya berlandaskan pada filsafat yang diterapkannya yakni Tri Hita Karana (THK). Pengakuan UNESCO terhadap subak sebagai warisan budaya dunia pada prinsipnya disebabkan karena subak menerapkan secara langsung filsafat hidup THK tersebut. Adapun komponen THK itu adalah parhyangan, pawongan, dan palemahan. Dalam komponen parhyangan, subak mengembangkan harmoni dalam lingkungan spiritual, melalui berbagai upacara di tingkat petani dan juga di tingkat subak. Dalam komponen pawongan, subak mengembangkan harmoni lingkungan sosial, melalui kegiatan gotong royong, dan pelaksanaan saling pinjam air irigasi antar petani dan juga antar subak. Dalam komponen palemahan, subak mengembangkan harmoni lingkungan fisik, dengan pembuatan sawah sesuai dengan kontur lahan. Sistem ini menghasilkan terasering sawah yang indah pada beberapa subak di Bali, yang sangat terkenal di dunia.

Abstract

Kompleksitas jaringan supply chain yang melibatkan banyak pihak dan banyaknya ketidakpastian yang terjadi secara mendadak menjadi tantangan dalam pengelolaan supply chain perusahaan. Kondisi tersebut rentan terjadinya suatu risiko yang berdampak pada proses bisnis perusahaan. PT. Perikanan Nusantara (Persero) Cabang Benoa Bali merupakan salah satu perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak dibidang penangkapan, pengolahan dan penyimpanan perikanan tangkap untuk di ekspor keluar negeri maupun dijual dalam negeri. Pengidentifikasian risiko melalui pemetaan Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) diperoleh 21 risk event dan 51 risk agent yang tersebar pada acitivity plan, source, make, deliver, dan return. Risiko-risiko yang telah teridentifikasi dianalisis menggunakan metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Risiko yang tertinggi masuk pada kategori Intoreable dengan nilai RPN tertinggi yaitu 441, dan risiko yang terendah masuk pada kategori Broadly Acceptable dengan nilai RPN terendah yaitu 8. Terdapat delapan rencana mitigasi untuk meminimalisir risiko di PT. Perikanan Nusantara (Persero) Cabang Benoa Bali yaitu: (1) pelatihan kedisiplinan dalam bekerja, top manager lebih ketat monitoring pekerjaan, dan memberikan reward and punishment, (2) mempengaruhi atau membujuk customer lain untuk membeli ikan lebih banyak, memberikan penalti, dan memperjelas tentang PO, (3) melakukan analisa min max stock, (4) evaluasi ulang perencanaan sumberdaya manusia, (5) meeting pengusulan alur prosedur terbaik, (6) menyamakan timbangan dan memperkecil toleransi penyusutan, (7) memperhitungkan penambahan aset, (8) perekrutan sumberdaya manusia baru dan pelatihan terhadap karyawan baru. Saran yang diberikan oleh peneliti antara lain yaitu perusahaan perlu melakukan penilaian risiko secara berkala dan berkelanjutan agar dapat melakukan mitigasi untuk meminimalisir kerugian jika terjadi risiko yang berakibat negatif pada perusahaan.

Abstract

Fertilizer business is one of the business in agriculture proper to be developed. This can be seen from the high demand for organic fertilizer to make business people. Glance at promising business opportunities. The success of the organic fertilizer business is influenced by the strategy development . The purpose of this research is to formulate strategic alternatives and strategic priorities.         Variables used in this study are the internal and external environment variables environment variables. Collection methods used were interviews, field observations, questionnaires, documentation and FGD (Focus Group Discussion) data . Data analysis methods used are SWOT Analysis and QSPM Analysis The results showed that there were four alternative strategies in the order of priority, namely (1). Trying to maintain and improve the quality of organic fertilizer. (2). Maintain old partners and explore new partnerships. (3). Improve the promotion strategy by utilizing information technology that is increasingly advanced. (4). Expand market share. The right priority strategy for marketing organic fertilizer at UD Darma Puri Farn is expanding market share which is the first choice among the four other strategies. A few things can be advised of the results of this study are as follows: (1). By utilizing media and good online marketing strategies , it is expected to increase sales without limitation of space and time. In addition, an increase in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is also needed to make it easier for cyberspace customers to find organic fertilizer products to be marketed. (2). In order for business to develop, what must be done is increasing the means of production, efficiency, and productivity through a work system aimed at improving the production process, as well as improving the quality of human resources in the workforce through education. and training. (3). To develop a business, it needs support from all elements, not only from the internal side of the business actor but also the role of government in supporting business development. It is hoped that the government can provide its support by providing entrepreneurship education to business people through guidance and counseling to improve the ability of small businesses to become resilient and independent businesses, as well as providing business capital assistance to increase the desire of business people to develop his business.

Abstract

The number of cooperatives in Badung Regency has triggered competition. One of the cooperatives in Badung Regency is the Kubu Gunung Credit Cooperative. Cooperatives must be able to provide quality services on a consistent basis so that members remain secure and able to compete with other cooperatives. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of service quality and behavior on member satisfaction and priority strategies needed to face competition. The location of this study in the Kubu Gunung Credit Cooperative was determined purposively. The population used was a member of the Kubu Gunug Credit Cooperative who made transactions to the office. The sampling technique is proportional sampling. The sample used was 98 people. The study uses data analysis of Partial Least Squares (PLS) and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM).The results showed that service quality and behavior had a significant effect on member satisfaction. Quality and service behavior variables can explain the diversity of member satisfaction by 42.7% and the rest is explained by other variables. When mapped in the IE matrix, the position of the Kubu Gunung Credit Cooperative is currently in the fifth (fifth) quadrant, which means that the strategy that needs to be implemented by the Kubu Gunung Credit Cooperative is a strategy to maintain and maintain. QSPM analysis produces three priority strategies, namely: savings and loan product innovation, branch office and cash office development, and enhancement of cooperative socialization to members in particular and society in general. Suggestions that can be given are to maintain and improve service behavior to members, especially the discipline of service officers and provide business assistance to members in groups to improve understanding of cooperatives.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas, yaitu disiplin kerja, kepuasan kerja dan loyalitas karyawan terhadap variabel terikat, yaitu kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Agrowisata Bagus Agro Pelaga. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 84 orang. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive dan proposional random sampling dengan sampel yang ditetapkan sebanyak 46 responden. Data diperoleh menggunakan kuesioner dengan teknik penilaian skala Likert 1-5. Metode analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) melalui pendekatan Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 33.7%, kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 32.5%, loyalitas karyawan memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 34.4%. Sedangkan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas karyawan sebesar 90.0%. Hasil analisis tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa ketiga variable bebas masing-masing memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variable terikat. Variabel loyalitas memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap kinerja karyawan dan variable kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang kecil terhadap kinerja karyawan.
