Abstract

The objective of this research is to obtain the effects of self-concept motivation and discipline on the performance of the elementary public school-principals in Jagakarsa sub district, South Jakarta. The research was conducted by survey method with path-analysis. The sample size was 63 principals of the school. The results are as follows: (1) that the self-concept directly affects the discipline of the principals; (2) the motivation directly affects their discipline, and (3) the discipline affect directly their performance, therefore, improvement of performance of the principal should be improved by enhancing the rules and working standard.Keywords: “self-concept”, motivation, discipline, school-principal’s performance

Abstract

The objective of the study was to find out whether the group guidance services could improve students social interaction. This research uses a quantitative approach through experiment. In this study, the subjects from the study were 26 students divided into an experimental group of 13 students and control group of 13 students. Data collected by questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Wilcoxon signed-rank test. The results showed that social interaction ability of experiment class students can be improved after receiving group guidance service. As for the control class which was not given group guidance service, the result showed that the level of social interaction ability did not increase significantly. These results illustrate that social interaction can be enhanced through group guidance services.

Abstract

This study discusses the difference between thesis and dissertation according to various sources. Then how to determine a good title, especially for a thesis title. Furthermore, based on a sample of 1052 titles in a graduate program in Jakarta XYZ studied with methods of descriptive findings indicate that the initial tendency to use the word, then the dependent variable and the independent variables are in use. Besides, there is a tendency that is less varied methodologies, and new allegations of an error derived sequentially. There are still relatively thin presence of plagiarism that marked the memorable quote rewrite its source in the bibliography. However, they all meet the weight requirements assessed as scientific papers thesis. Based on the interim findings made several suggestions for improvement in order to improve the quality of the content of the research on the above thesis. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan peran guru bimbingan dan konseling dengan motivasi belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan survey. Data dan sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas XI SMK Muhammadiyah 9 Jakarta yang berjumlah 254 siswa. Sampel berjumlah 35 siswa yaitu siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran 2 dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu angket. Data dianalisa dengan korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru bimbingan dan konseling dengan motivasi belajar siswa dalam kategori rendah. Hal tersebut diketahui melalui analisis dan pengolahan data angket didapat hasil koefisien korelasi masuk dalam kategori rendah yaitu sebesar 0,260.

Abstract

Potensi peserta didik yang harus dikembangkan bukan hanya menyangkut masalah kecerdasan dan keterampilan, melainkan menyangkut seluruh aspek kepribadian serta konsep diri dan motivasi belajarnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kontribusi yang berikan oleh variable konsep diri terhadap variable motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan melibatkan 40 siswa di SMA N 64 Jakarta. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik regresi linear sederhana. Temuan penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara konsep diri dengan motivasi belajar siswa. Kontribusi konsep diri terhadap motivasi belajar siswa masih tergolong kecil dalam penelitian ini, yaitu sebesar 6%.

Abstract

The process of teaching and learning in the school aims to enable students to achieve maximum learning outcomes, so that future students can become independent and responsible individuals. In Junior High School (SMP) Orphanage Village Putera Jakarta found students who are less independent in their learning, they prefer to reflect, does not have a study plan, not pay attention when teachers teach, not do homework (PR), and often forget about the task - a task schools that can result in low student learning outcomes. With tutoring programs are well-structured, is expected to increase independence and improve student learning conditions in schools. Tutoring program designed in the form of a fun learning atmosphere for students, so as to stimulate independent student learning. The results are obtained illustrate that the junior high school students learn independence profile Desa Putera Jakarta independent attitude of the school year 2010/2011 57.65% student learning, abilities and needs in student learning needs and goals 45.97% - 54.88% of future goals , independence and learning ability of students 58.18%, fun activities while learning 57.18%. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial Earning per Share, Price Earning Ratio, Book Value per Share, Debts to Equity Ratio dan Dividen Payout Ratio on Stock Price. The research method used is the method of documentatio, sample totaling 25 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange are included in LQ45. The collection of data collected from secondary data published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange, a data analysis technique used is regression analysis techniques. Statistical tests using the F test and t test. Data were analyzed using correlation and regression techniques. From the results of the study found that: (1) There is the influence of EPS on the stock price (Riy 0.60, KD = 36%, Y = 94 094 + 6,298X1). 2) There is the influence of the Price per Share (Ry2 = 0.46, KD = 21% Y = 534.223-26.100X2). 3) There is no influence on Stock Price BVS (Ry2 = 0.005, KD = -5% Y = 0.005 120.447- X3). 4) There is the effect of DER on Stock Price (Ry2 = 0.334, KD = 11.1% Y = 227955-30.064X4). 5) There is the influence of the House of Representatives on Stock Price (Ry2 = 0.657, KD = 43.2% Y = 524-11.486X5). 6) There is the influence of EPS, PER, DER and the House of Representatives on Stock Price (ry12 = 0.993, KD = 98%). ^  Y = 1080.156 - 6.441X1 - 13 558 0,059 X2 + X3 - 305 19. 1488 x4 + x5

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kreativitas belajar dan perhatian orang tua secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar Geografi, Pengaruh kreativitas belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Geografi, Perhatian orang tua terhadap prestasi belajar Geografi. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey. Sampel berukuran 86 siswa, teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu random cluster sampling. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan pemberian angket perhatian orang tua dan kreativitas belajar. Analisis data terdiri dari pengujian instrument, uji prasyarat analisis data dengan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Pengujian hipotesis dengan teknik regresi linier. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April sampai dengan bulan Juli 2017. Hasil penelitian menujukan (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara perhatian orang tua dan kreativitas belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar Geografi siswa SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Bekasi Selatan, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai sig sebesar  0,0 00 < 0,05 dan Fh = 16,824. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan perhatian orang tua terhadap prestasi belajar Geografi siswa SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Bekasi Selatan dibuktikan dengan nilai sig 0,027< 0,05 dan th = 2,254. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kreativitas belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Geografi siswa SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Bekasi Selatan dibuktikan dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,000< 0,05 dan th = 4,018. Upaya meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa dapat dilakukan melalui peningatan perhatian orang tua dan kreativitas belajar siswa. Keywords: Kreativitas Belajar, Perhatian Orang tua, Prestasi Belajar, Regresi.

Abstract

This research was about the effects of self-concept, motivation and discipline on the performance of the primary school principals at Jagakarsa regency of South Jakarta. The objectives of this research were: determining whether self-concept has a direct effect on discipline, determining whether motivation has a direct affect on discipline, determining whether discipline has a direct effect on performance, determining whether the self-concept has direct effect on performance, determining whether the motivation has a direct effect on performance, determining whether the self-concept has an indirect effect on performance but through discipline, and determining whether the motivation have an indirect effect on performance through discipline. The research was conducted by survey method with path-analysis. The sample size was 63 principals of the school.
