Abstract

Analytical and experiment study on vibratory tillage tools by adding an external energy to the tillage tools has been widely applied. This method would significantly reduce soil’s resistance; unfortunately it uses a lot of energy. Self excited vibration phenomenon on vibrating subsoiler has also been shown experimentally reduce soil’s resistance though not as much as the former. However no analytical study of the latter method can be found. This paper present mathematical derivation of shank-subsoiler’s vibration due to natural excitation of varied cutting forces. Shank-subsoiler was modeled as a single degree of freedom; while the natural excitation of varied cutting force was modeled as a periodic function. This paper also discusses the effect of spring’s elasticity to maximum displacement of the tillage-tools. Therefore, the possibility of decreasing the soil-cutting force for loosening soil’s density due to self exited vibration significantly is visualized. Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia: Studi analitis dan eksperimental terhadap penggetaran tillage tools dengan cara memberikan energi mekanis ke tillage tools telah banyak dilakukan. Walaupun metode ini berhasil menurunkan tahanan tanah secara signifikan, namun penggunaannya berakibat pada kenaikan konsumsi energi secara berlebihan. Penggetaran dengan cara menggunakan metode eksitasi sendiri pada subsoiler getar juga telah banyak dilakukan secara eksperimental. Penggetaran dengan cara ini berhasil menurunkan tahanan tanah. Namun, penurunannya tidak sebesar yang dicapai dengan cara sebelumnya. Kendati demikian, studi analitis terhadap penggetaran dengan cara yang kedua ini belum pernah dilakukan. Oleh sebab itu, pada makalah ini akan dibahas tentang penurunan persamaan matematik dari getaran subsoiler shank akibat gangguan alami yang timbul karena variasi gaya potong tanah. Getaran subsoiler shank dimodelkan sebagai getaran dari sistem getaran dengan satu derajad kebebasan. Sedang gangguan alami dimodelkan sebagai fungsi periodik. Selain itu pengaruh elastisitas pegas terhadap besar simpangan maksimum dari getaran subsoiler shank juga dibahas pada makalah ini. Berdasarkan persamaan matematik yang telah diturunkan, diungkapkan bahwa pada frekuensi resonansi, subsoil shank akan begetar hebat sehingga diharapkan mampu menurunkan tahanan dan gaya potong yang diperlukan untuk membongkar kepadatan tanah, secara signifikan. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kerusakan dan karakteristik spektrum vibrasi dari bantalan yang masih bagus, bantalan yang cacat 30% di lintasan dalam, cacat 30% di lintasan luar, cacat 30% di rolling element, dan bantalan yang rusak secara alami. Penelitian dilakukan dengan rig tool menggunakan bantalan 2205-K-2RS-TVH-C3 pada kecepatan 1500rpm, sinyal vibrasi diukur dengan alat FAG Detector III. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisa dengan trendline software. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bantalan dengan kondisi bagus memiliki karakteristik amplitudo velocity dibawah 1.80 mm/s dan spektrum vibrasi FFT velocity dan demodulation of acceleration yang tidak berimpitan dengan garis frekuensi impuls baik BPFI, BPFO dan BSF. Bantalan cacat 30% di lintasan dalam menghasilkan amplitudo velocity yang tinggi. Bantalan cacat 30% di lintasan luar dan cacat 30% di rolling element memiliki amplitudo velocity cenderung bervariasi. Bantalan yang cacat 30% di lintasan dalam, lintasan luar ataupun di rolling element menghasilkan spektrum vibrasi FFT velocity dan demodulation of acceleration dengan garis puncak frekuensi berimpitan dengan garis frekuensi impuls masing-masing BPFI, BPFO atau BSF.

Abstract

Stress Distribution Analysis on Bolt Head with Various Fillets Using PhotoelasticityMethod. A geometry modification can be use to reduce stress concentration. This research isinvestigating the influence offillet radius in the head ofbolt. Different than most commonbolt, thefillet ismade at the bottom surface of head around its neck. To show the stress distribution we use classicalexperimental mechanics method, photo elasticity. Loading comesfrom a lead screw and measured by aload cell connected to a computer data logger. As the result, a 5 mm fillet radius may reduce maximumshear stress up to 35%than nofillet radius, so its effective to minimize stress concentration in head bolt.

Abstract

This research aimed to know the management effort beef cattle breeding in the integrate crop - livestock system in  south coastal area Bantul regency of Yogyakarta Special Region. Farm Record keeping conducted livestock farmer group Andini Mukti of Poncosari village, Srandakan countryside,  Bantul regency. A number of 20 farmers grouped by as according to farming system : 1) Beef cattle breeding farming system and 2) Integrate rice crop–livestock system. Management farming and livestock noted and tabulation. Data analysed with the distribution frequency and discription. This results of research indicate that the beef cattle breeding system by ownership 2,36 cows/farmer. Beef cattle looked in group individually cage area. Hay from weste rice crop given ad libitum added consentrate mean 1,5 kg/head. Insemination system conducted with the artificial insemination made in with the S/C 2,39. Labour effusing in livestock management 114,06 work day person/farmer/year.  This result of effort in the calf and organic fertilizer. Effort income beef cattle breeding system equal Rp 3.013.000 (R/C 1,64). Integrate rice crop – livestock  with the pattern plant the paddy - paddy – crops planted. Farm ownership 1000 m2 /farmers and 2 cows which looked in cage group area. Using produce in the form of seed 45,83 kg/ha; fertilize 395,52 kg/ha and family labour 43,06 work day person and external labour 15,03 work day person every season plant. The productivity of unhulled paddy dry harvest 6,88 ton/ha. Income farming system integrate rice crop – livestock  equal to Rp 5.592.310 (R/C 1,82). Key words             : management, breeding, beef cattle, integration

Abstract

The study was conducted in the village Payangkalang Parangloe District of Gowa in South Sulawesi in 2017, with the field survey method Substance himself to Bali beef cattle breeders, through interviews and questionnaires to 18 farmers, by the way (sample random sampling). Respondents beef cattle breeders, classified into 2 (two) business model with a scale of 2 adult males and 3 females scale adult stem, this data will be analyzed using economic analysis of income B/C. Based on the information that the beef cattle population of Bali is quite a many, so that the criterion for consideration for the study area. Beside that all cattle breeders Bali is already a member of a group of farmers. The results showed that net profit in the maintenance of Bali beef cattle female parent of $13.381.250/year with  B/C ratio of 1.2 and a gain on the maintenance of male cattle Bali for $ 3.881.250 year, with B/C ratio of 1.1. To maintain a profitable cattle faremr cows, while the majority of beef cattle Bali parent can still be maintained as an investment for the procreation of children next year.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the District Mangko Tano East Luwu in South Sulawesi Province, in 2017. The area of research is supported by oil palm plantations, palm plantations, agricultural land, forestry land, vacant land that has not been explored by farmers and other vacant land. The study was conducted by the method of field survey, according to information from the local Animal Husbandry Department, the criteria in the data is the cattle population in farmer.The purpose of this study was to determine the economic analysis on a group of cattle ranchers. Primary data and secondary data were analyzed using descriptive tabulation, quantitatively and economically. The results of the research effort shows that beef cattle, ranchers group profit amounted Rp.3.637.500/year, Agung Sindo  Village B/C ratio of 1.2, Kalaenaliri village of Rp.3.886.000/ year ratio B/C 1.2, and the Wanasari Village of Rp.3.788.000/year and ratio of B/C 1.2. Forage in locations very research support to the development of beef cattle Bali. But farmers are accustomed way of raising beef cattle between 2-4 head/breeder, so it needs additional maintenance business scale between 5-10 cattle/livestock farmers, so that the business more effectively and efficiently and economically will benefit farmers.

Abstract

 This study reports the difference between products of two kinds of leadership style in an insurance company in terms of productivity measured using total closing and amount of bonus obtained by the company in a two-year operayion and work satisfaction factor.  The study was conducted in an insurance company in Malang.  Data on work satisfaction were collected using questionnaire and data were analyzed using t-test for independent sample.  The study revealed that supporting leadership style is superior in terms of productivity. Attainment on total closing and bonus within two-year operation as well as work satisfaction was significantly superior.  AIA is recommended to implement situational leadership style to increase productivity of agency and to find added value in terms of work satisfaction of the agencies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of efficiency analysis of beef cattle business in breeders. The research was conducted in Batui Sub-district, Banggai Regency, Central Sulawesi in 2015, using completely randomized design (CRD), with control I, treatment II = 1 + supplemented feed 1.00% of body weight, treatment III = 1 + supplement feed 1,50% of body weight and treatment IV = 1 + supplemented feed 2.00% of body weight, according to the weight of the livestock. Primary data obtained from interviews on business units of beef cattle farmers, while secondary data obtained from the relevant agencies. The collected data were analyzed descriptively, qualitatively and economic analysis. The results showed that income on the implementation of supplemented feed of the highest concentrate feed was achieved at 2.00% supplementation level. The gain in control I is IDR13,680,-/head, R/C ratio 1.50 and B/C ratio 0.56, treatment II IDR19,380,-/head, R/C 2.15 and B/C 1.15, treatment III of IDR25,080,-/head, R/C ratio 2.26 and B/C ratio 1.26 and treatment IV of IDR28,500,-/head, R/C 2.44 and B/C 1.44. Financially, beef cattle business is profitable and shows the feasibility of cattle business deserve to be developed.

Abstract

Substantial justice is important for consumers who are in fact Indonesian people when obtaining a product that must be carried out through a legal metrology process. Definition of legal metrology according to Law Number 2 of 1981 concerning Legal Metrology: Article 1 (a) Metrology is the science of measuring broadly. The author in this study focuses more on the enforcement of substantial justice against violations in the field of legal metrology, both criminal violations, violations that lead to compensation claims and administrative sanctions against business actors that harm consumers. The problem is why do violations often occur in the field of legal metrology in Indonesia? How is substantial justice reflected in consumer legal protection against legal metrology violations? And what is the responsibility of the business actor for violations in the field of legal metrology that corresponds to substantial justice? Research Methods in this Dissertation use juridical-normative research. The results of his research are substantial justice reflected in the legal protection of consumers against violations of legal metrology, in terms of legal justice and certainty can not be achieved in terms of imposing sanctions in violations of legal metrology. Often talking about justice is always concerned with philosophical issues, abstract justice and imaginative reality. Where justice should be contained in concrete sociological realities in society. Speaking of sanctions in violation of legal metrology, the author argues based on the juridical principle of the application of the Legal Metrology Law as part of the instrument of legal regulation in the economic field. As explained in the background section, the Legal Metrology Law is one type of law that is very influential in national welfare-based national development, and also mandates that the implementation of metrological activities in Indonesia is aimed at realizing legal certainty and justice.
