Abstract

Toko Yuni is a motor vehicle spare parts store in Central Maluku District that sells goods in the form of motorcycle vehicle tools of Honda, Yamaha and Suzuki brands. Customers mention goods to be purchased to employees, then employees take the goods on display shelves in accordance with customer demand, after that employees record the name of goods, the amount of goods and prices of goods purchased into a piece of paper then calculated using a calculator. The business process is still going wrong when recapitulating daily transactions resulting from missing selling note, it often happens to run out of supplies of merchandise and the goods can accumulate. The solution of these problems is with an application that can record the receipt of goods and sales of goods by applying inventory control using safety stock. with safety stock, inventory will not run out of goods, the system will provide notification in the form of alerts when inventory has reached safety stock.

Abstract

PT. International Stars is a company engaged in the field of distribution that produces sandals and shoes urrently PT. International Stars already has about 400 retail stores that market slippers and shoes. Related to the number of such shops PT. Stars international must monitor the performance of the store with all aspects of assessment include: aspect of revenues, customer satisfaction, as well as aspects of aspects of the performance of the employees at the store. But in the assessment process conducted PT International Stars still use the system manually and computerized and not the result of shaped documents report. So in the manufacturing process and the fulfilment of market strategies will be less fast. In the absence of an accurate assessment of the systems and structured imposes on his old company in response to business growth in the field. Based on these problems, then created a performance assessment application store by using the balanced scorecard method of web-based that can ease the process of assessment and supervision of each store. By displaying the performance results in the form of a nominal or numeric value comparison between stores. Based on the trial results, the performance assessment system of retail stores can help an area sales manager in reporting data for each store with more effective, from the results of the report will also facilitate the operational part in monitoring the results of the development of the whole store.

Abstract

Konferens Jawa Kawasan Timur(KJKT) has an organization that aims to help the part of the task, the vision and mission of the ministry in the church. With the number of church members were 68 (sixty eight), Konferens Jawa Kawasan Timur must also have accumulated a very large. Associated with today´s technological advances, Adventist churches in the region of Konferens Jawa Kawasan Timur was to collect data on the church, so that the central secretariat in charge of the church having difficulty logging collect and process data in the congregation who are Seventh-day Adventist Church in eastern Java. Seeing the conditions that exist today, it is so lacking assist the Konferens Jawa Kawasan Timur do some of the work of data collection in Adventist Church in eastern Java. With Information Systems Development Church of Seventh-day Adventist Church Konferens Jawa Kawasan Timur, is expected to help the congregation who has been running the data collection in order to be processed properly. Well-organized data will help the treatment process. So, in the end reports can be generated and used by the conference as a basis for decision-making activities that have been defined as the annual work program of the annual conference eastern Java. Abstract

Abstract: PT. Merpati Wahana Taksi is a company that is under the auspices of the Bosowa Group, is engaged in transportation services (taxis), operating around the city of Surabaya, Sidoarjo and Gresik. The taxi driver is a major support for the movement of human resources activities for the company because they are the majority of the company´s revenue can be obtained. Then to improve the quality of the taxi drivers do a performance assessment so we can know exactly how much performance and the performance achieved by each driver. A taxi driver performance appraisal system that objective needs to be developed in PT. Merpati Wahana Taksi to answer the problems that occurred in the performance appraisal process for this. This final project aims to implement an information system that can help in an employee performance appraisal process. Information systems performance assessment taxi driver who applied using the scoring system method aims to help companies in the process of the taxi driver performance appraisal. Based on extensive research and trials against the taxi driver performance appraisal data, show that the system can help the driver management in conducting employee performance appraisal process quickly and effectively. The system can also be used as a reference driver management in granting promotion / relegation and incentives. Abstract

Abstract: Problems faced by Shepherd Church Which Is Whether ( GYB) Surabaya is not own the information report of about people data which accurate enough to council paroki as base to take the decision. To get the this people data, Church conduct the data or people census of exist in its region periodical. But unhappily, people data [of] result of this census oftentimes documentation do not better. As a result, change, seeking, and conducted difficult data processing. Pursuant to the problems is hence required by an information system of people base on the web owning function as medium to accomodate the people data and conduct the record-keeping which is usually conducted by pastoral like record-keeping sakramen, record-keeping of mutation of family and family member, record-keeping of death and record-keeping of member activity. Where each;every record-keeping can yield the report of concerning people required by pastoral council. Information system base on this web applicable to manage the people data, record-keeping of sakramen people, death record-keeping, and mutation record-keeping, able to present the people list as according to family card and yield the report of concerning card of family and people. Abstract

Pusat Koperasi Industri Susu –(PKIS) in Sekar Tanjung provides service of processing fresh milk into ultra high temperature (UHT) milk. In its production, PKIS Sekar Tanjung mostly serving services of milk processing for other companies such as: Latitude Visikusuma, Green Field, Garuda Food, Indolakto, Danone and Kalbe Farma. PKIS Sekar Tanjung have approximately 604 employees in production section. With the large number of employees, PKIS Sekar Tanjung can not be separated from the problem of human resources (HR). Until this days, the entire data processing was done manually using a simple application. That condition make the possibility of an error while processing data which is caused by error before recording becomes high. That condition also prolong the time needed for organizing the report. To overcome the problem of processing employees data , PKIS Sekar Tanjung need to apply the employee information system that will support the activities of Human Resource section. With the application of employee information systems, it’s expected that this system can assist Human Resource section in delivering the required information quickly.

Abstract

Kesejahteraan masyarakat dipandang perlu untuk peningkatan dari segi perekonomian, yang menjadi dasar mengapa koperasi muncul dan berkembang dan bersaing dengan kompetitor, sehingga dibutuhkan sistem organisasi yang mendasari untuk pengelolaan koeprasi yang menciptakan suasana koperasi yang baik, professional, tangguh, mandiri, bertanggungajwab, transparan didukung dengan pemanfaatan teknologi dengan menciptakan efisien dan efektiftasnya pengendalian di koperasi dan dapat meningkatkan SHU bagi anggota koperasi. Sistem tanggungreteng yang dikenal oleh koperasi setia bhakti wanita dibuktikan dengan NPL 0 (nol).  Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan reseaserch and development (RnD) dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Strategi pengumpulan data menggunakan quisioner (uji realibilitas dan validitas), observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dimana elemen Good Corporate Governance (GCG) transparansi, akuntabilitas, responsibilitas, independensi, kewajaran dan kesetaraan serta sistem informasi menggunakan skala linkert.Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa sistem informasi memperoleh rata-rata 2.52 terlaksana namun belum menjadi prioritas dalam kemudahan mem peroleh informasi dan penggunaan teknologi informasi, partisipasi anggota 4.20, cukup baik dalam mewujudkan koperasi dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan anggota, prinsip transparansi memperoleh rata-rata 4,02 dapat diterlaksana dengan baik dan cukup terwujud, pelaporan keuangan yang telah diaudit oleh Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) dan disampaikan di RAT dan dukungan dari sistem tanggungreteng yang menjadi tata nilai dalam musyawarah mufakat. Independensi dengan indeks 3,83 cukup terwujud dengan pengelolaannya, prinsip responsibility pengelolaan koperasi menjadikan modal awal membangun koperasi. Prinsip akuntabilitas dengan indeks 3,71 dapat terlaksana dengan baik, struktur organisasi yagn dipertanggungjawabkan secara etis, dengan dilakukan pengawasan kinerja operational dalam pertanggungjawaban usaha,tanggungjawab pengurus bila anggota tidak lancer dalam melakukan pembayaran pinjaman serta bila ada penyalahgunaan uang operasional, melalaikan tugas, melakukan tugasnya tidak dengan hati-hati menjadi tanggungjawab bersama dan kinerja pengurus dapat dinilai dari keberhasilan laba dan penignkatan SHU serta jumlah anggota. Prinsip kewajaran serta kesetaraan 3,94 terlaksana dengan baik, karena tidak ada perbedaan unsur SARA.Kata Kunci : Koperasi, Good Corporate Governance, Sistem Informasi

Abstract

Abstrak: Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia atau yang disingkat KP-RI “Hidup” merupakan sebuah instansi badan usaha koperasi yang bergerak dalam bidang simpanan, pinjaman dan usaha jasa. Di dalam usaha simpan pinjam, KP-RI Hidup bergerak menghimpun dana simpanan dari setiap anggota dan menyalurkan kembali untuk anggota dalam bentuk bantuan pinjaman dana dengan beban angsuran yang mudah dan ringan. Pegawai negeri yang menjadi anggota KP-RI dapat mengajukan permohonan pinjaman melalui bendahara gajinya. Permasalahan yang timbul yaitu pegawai negeri sebagai anggota KP-RI hanya mengetahui pemotongan gaji untuk angsuran pinjamannya yang tercantum dalam slip gaji. Dari permasalahan yang ada maka dibuatlah sebuah aplikasi untuk mengelola aktifitas transaksi pelayanan transaksi simpan pinjam di KP-RI. Aplikasi yang dibuat memiliki basis sistem desktop yang dapat dipergunakan oleh KP-RI untuk melaksanakan pelayanan yang lebih baik dalam transaksi simpan dan pinjam, lebih dari itu aplikasi didukung dengan sistem pemberitahuan atau notifikasi SMS-gateway yang dapat memberikan pesan pemberitahuan ke anggota mengenai sisa pinjaman dan aktifitas pembayaran yang sudah diberikan ke KP-RI Hidup. Sistem informasi aplikasi yang dibangun tersebut diharapkan mampu memberikan dukungan efektifitas kerja koperasi, terutama dalam pelayanan transaksi simpanan dan pinjaman maupun melakukan pencatatan transaksi yang lebih baik.Kata Kunci: Aplikasi, Simpan, Pinjam, Koperasi, SMS Gateway Abstract: Employees Cooperative Republic of Indonesia or abbreviated KP-RI "Life" is a cooperative agency business entity which is engaged in deposits, loans and business services. In the savings and loan business, KP-RI Life moves to collect deposits from each member and channeled back to members in the form of debt relief fund with a load of easy installments and light. Civil servants who are members of the KP-RI can apply for the loan through the treasurer salary. The problems that arise are public officials as members of the KP-RI only know a pay cut for installment loan listed in the salary slip. Of the existing problems then made an application for managing transaction activity in the savings and loan transaction services KP-RI. Applications are made to have a base desktop system that can be used by KP-RI to implement better service in the transaction savings and loans, more than that the application is supported by a notification system or notification SMS-gateway that can provide a notification message to the members of the remainder of the loan and activities that payment has been given to the KP-RI Life. Abstract

Service Indah Motor adalah sebuah bengkel yang menyediakan layanan jasa service. pelanggan datang menunggu antrian lalu mekanik melakukan service. Hal ini merupakan yang ada dalam Servis Indah Motor yang mana sistemnya terkesan masih manual dan pada pembayaran gaji mekanik yang dibayar perharinya, tidak mengetahui berapa yang peroleh. Karena hal ini sering kali ada perdebatan antara mekanik berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut SIM ingin membuat system yang mana dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang ada, yakni dengan mengelola bengkel mulai dari pencatatan pelanggan datang hingga proses pembayaran. Output dari system ini juga terdapat laporan transaksi dari service, laporan penjualan, dan laporan pendapatan.  Solusi yang didapat dari permasalahan membuat system pengolaan yang didalamnya dapat mengelola service mulai dari pelanggan datang hingga selesai, dan pada laporan juga terdapat output yang menampilkan laporan transaksi dari service, laporan penjualan, dan laporan pendapatan mekanik.

Abstract

Citra Husada Medical Clinic is a premier medical clinic which also provides inpatient services. In this clinic has 2 floors with a capacity of 15 patients consisting of 8 room rooms and 7 chambers, where to register the hospitalization is done on the 1st floor and inpatient services on the 2nd floor. In the business process so far there are problems where the absence of information on the 1st floor administration of vacant rooms and to complete the administrative registration takes up to 20 minutes, the calculation of the cost of payment is still done manually causing the risk of mistakes and the time to complete up to 10 minutes, and still no detailed reporting to the management about the activities on the care in which the reporting is still limited to the written notes on the book by the administrative floor 2. Based on these problems, Citra Husada Medical Clinic requires inpatient information system to to reduce the time required to know the availability of empty rooms, accelerate the calculations performed ol eh the administration floor 2, and produce detailed reports to the management. The result of this research is inpatient information system which can show empty room and speed up administration registration to 9 minutes, accelerate the cost of hospitalization to 30 seconds and reduce the occurrence of errors in the calculation, and produce detailed reports to the management.
