Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to obtain empirical evidenceregarding the factors that affect the existence of the Separate Risk Management Committee (SRMC), which includes the independent commissioner, board size, auditor reputation, The company complexity, financial reporting risk, leverage and firm size of the existence of SRMC, the company non banking a listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study were non banking company which listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2009-2011. Based on purposive sampling method, the number of samples in this study of 255. Testing hypotheses using regression analysis Logistics. Logistics regression analysis found that there was a board size significant impact on SRMC? and the effect of firm size has positive and significant impact on the SRMC non banking companies listed on the BEI. The proportion of independent board, auditor reputation, financial reporting risk, complexity, and leverage does not effect the existence of? RMC and the SRMC on non banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

As a social institution of education, the school has a mission to instill cultural values in the students’ mind. The problems of this research are (1) how is the characteristic of coastal Javanese cultural values at the village of Tambak Seklenting, Sub-district of Wedung, Demak Regency? (2) Why do the values of coastal Javanese culture need to be internalized to the students? (3) What is the form of art in the elementary-junior high school? This research was designed as a case study using a qualitative approach. The focus and targets of this research are (1) characteristics of coastal Javanese cultural values, (2) the importance of the coastal Javanese cultural values to be internalized to the students in the elementary-junior high school, (3) the artwork in the elementary-junior high schools. The data were drawn using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation studies. The research data were analyzed using interactive analysis models consisting of reduction, presentation, and data verification stages. The results of this study are as follows. First, the characteristics of coastal Javanese culture are oriented towards the Islamic religious values and the Javanese culture. Second, the values of coastal Javanese culture are important to be internalized to students for character building. Third, the process of internalization of Javanese coastal cultural values is done through art education which includes objectives, materials, methods, activities, results, and assessment of learning outcomes. Fourth, the students’ artworks of the One Roof State Primary-Secondary Schools in Wedung are influenced by the coastal environment and Islam.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the work culture, organizational commitment and the performance of employees in the Sekertariat Daerah (Setda) Jepara Regency with the TULTA Method as a control variable. The sample is the employee of 120 as respondents. The method of analysis used multiple linear regression using SPSS version 20 The result shows that the work culture and organizational commitment are a partially positive significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, work culture and organizational commitment have a positive significant effect on employee performance with tulta method as a control variable, meaning that Work Culture and Organizational Commitment with Tulta Method as control variables mostly can explain  Employee Performance variable changes. Based on partial correlation analysis, where Tulta method is controlled (made fixed), between work culture on employee performance is related strongly, and organizational commitment to the employee is related significantly. Keywords: Work Culture; Organizational Commitment; Performance; Tulta Method Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis budaya kerja, komitmen organisasi dan kinerja pegawai di Sekretariat Daerah (Setda) Kabupaten Jepara dengan Metode TULTA sebagai variabel kontrol. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai sebanyak 120 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial,  budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara simultan budaya kerja dan kinerja pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan metode tulta sebagai variable kontrol, artinya besarnya kemampuan variabel Budaya Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi dengan Metode Tulta sebagai varibel kontrol dapat menjelaskan variasi perubahan Kinerja Pegawai. Berdasarkan analisis korelasi parsial, metode Tulta dikendalikan (dibuat tetap),  antara budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah kuat, sedangkan korelasi antara komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah sangat kuat. Kata Kunci : Budaya Kerja; Komitmen Organisasi; Kinerja; Metode Tulta.
