Abstract

> Berdasarkan observasi hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPA khususnya biologi belum sepenuhnya mencapai nilai KKM yang ditentukan terutama pada materi perkembangan manusia yang penyampaiannya memerlukan peran peserta didik secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Rendahnya nilai peserta didik disebabkan minat belajar mereka masih rendah, masih kurangnya minat baca serta motivasi belajar peserta didik, pembelajaran masih berpusat pada guru (teacher center), sehingga peserta didik kurang aktif dalam proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi experimental) dengan desain penelitian yaitu nonequivalent control group pretest dan posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe teams games tournaments (TGT) dengan media teka-teki silang (TTS) berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen pada perkembangan manusia di kelas VIII MTs Darul Ulum Palangka Raya. Hal tersebut berdasarkan tabel anova dengan α = 0.05 < Sig. atau 0,000 < 0,05. Artinya, Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.

Abstract

Sriwijaya Air realizes the importance of candidates selection of process, because this process will result in employees in accordance with the prescribed qualifying so as to achieve a performance from these new employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of the recruitment and placement of employees selection and its impact on the performance of employees of PT Sriwijaya Air Jakarta. The analytical method used is the method of path analysis. The results showed that recruitment and selection variables influence significantly on the placement of employees. Likewise, employee placement variable influence significantly on the performance of employees of PT Sriwijaya Air Jakarta. However, only recruitment variable that Significantly influence on employee performance. Recruitment is one - the only variable that has direct influence on employee performance. While selection and placement of employees variable do not affect the performance of employees. Keywords : Recruitment, Selection , Employee Placement, Performance

Abstract

Praktik Inisisasi Menyusui Dini (IMD) di Indonesia kurang dari 1 jam setelah bayi lahir masih sangat rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui informasi yang didapatkan ibu hamil (7-9 bulan) tentang IMD, ASI dan kolostrum pada saat kunjungan antenatal care (ANC), pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang IMD, ASI dan kolostrum, sikap ibu hamil terhadap IMD, dukungan petugas kesehatan (bidan) terhadap IMD di kamar bersalin, praktik IMD pada ibu bersalin di RSKD Ibu dan Anak Siti Fatimah. Jenis penelitian, yaitu analitik observasional dengan desain cross sectional study. Teknik pengambilan sampel, yaitu purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 26 orang. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi square dan uji phi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada saat ANC semua ibu hamil tidak mendapatkan informasi tentang IMD, ASI, dan kolostrum. Ibu hamil yang memiliki pengetahuan cukup sebanyak 53,8%. Ibu hamil yang memiliki sikap positif terhadap IMD sebanyak 61,5%. Sebanyak 19,2% ibu hamil yang bersalin melaksanakan IMD. Disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan dan sikap memiliki hubungan yang tidak bermakna (p=0,213 dan p=0,657) dan dukungan petugas kesehatan memiliki hubungan yang bermakna terhadap IMD (p<0,05).Kata kunci : Determinan perilaku, praktik IMD

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of interpersonal communication and organizational commitment to employee job satisfaction. The hypothesis in this study were: "There is a positive relationship between organizational commitment interpersonaldan communication with employee job satisfaction". The better interpersonal communication and organizational commitment, the higher the job satisfaction of employees and vice versa worse interpersonal communication and organizational commitment, the lower the job satisfaction of employees.            Research hypothesis was tested by regression analysis two predictors. The analysis shows the price obtained at 14.021 with p F = 0.000, which means there is a very significant positive relationship between interpersonal communication and commitment to the organization by implementing employee job satisfaction on PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero).            The results showed that the importance to PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero), to empower employees is based on implementing aspects of interpersonal communication and organizational commitment. It is expected to increase employee job satisfaction in implementing PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero).

Abstract

Kabuto instant is a product innovation of cassava flour is dried after fermentation originSoutheast Sulawesi. New product Kabuto instant need to touch the marketing mix and knowledgemanagement (KM) in order to have a competitive edge. The concept of the marketing mix (4P) andKM, both focus on how attempts were made to support the business activities of Kabuto instantproducts to gain a competitive edge. Focus on managing the marketing mix marketing in 4 elements:(1) Product, (2) Promotion, (3) Place, and (4) Price. Management of the marketing mix will increasethe interest of consumers against products Kabuto instant. KM see the knowledge available to abusiness Kabuto instant as a major factor of success. Through knowledge of the company superiorresults can be achieved faster, cheaper and with higher quality than their competitors.Knowledge about customers, target market and other factors that may influence the likelihoodthat a faster utilization of opportunities and a more flexible response to the threat. From theperspective of a marketing mix and KM promising positive impact on the cost structure and revenuestream Kabuto instant. This paper demonstrates the advantages of using the marketing mix and theKM approach that can increase and reduce the risk of business failure by integrating bothapproaches. Management of the marketing mix requires knowledge to manage consumers, consumerknowledge and knowledge of the consumer. KM took on the role as a service provider for theconsumer, managing four (4P) in product innovation Kabuto instant. This study is based on literaturestudies.

Abstract

Risk management plays a critical role in improving the efficiency of supply chain of raw materials to support industrial production processes. It is critical in the sense that it can be employed to identify any potential risks before they be used to reduce the potential shortage of dried seaweed supply needed by PT XYZ using pemasok selection. This supply chain model. The best selected suppliers were determined through assessing different assigned weights to the criteria and sub-criteria constructed in a Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) tree. PT XYZ is an alkali treated cottoni (ATC) chips and SRC powder supplier network with low risk supply chain partnership. ABSTRAKStrategi penanganan risiko kekurangan pasokan merupakan upaya untuk mengurangi terjadinya risiko kekurangan bahan baku rumput laut kering untuk kebutuhan industri rumput laut di PT XYZ dengan melakukan pemilih pemasok. Manajemen risiko rantai pasokan memainkan peran yang lebih penting daripada sebelumnya. Perusahaan harus fokus itu, naskah ini mengusulkan metode  risiko dari perspektif tiap risiko rantai pasokan dan memilih pemasok dengan menerapkan metode (AHP) untuk menentukan bobot masing-masing kriteria dan sub-kriteria untuk pemilihan pemasok PT XYZ adalah industri pengolahan rumput laut dalam bentuk alkali treated cottonii (ATC)-Chips dan SRC . Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan memdapatkan pemasok yang lebih efektif dan pada saat yang sama mendapatkan mitra rantai pasokan yang berisiko rendah.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the role of the Government against early marriage in penanggulanagn sub-district of Pitu Riawa, Sidenreng Rappang Regency to know how public participation against early marriage prevention in Sidenreng Rappang Regency Pitu Riawa, and to know the influence of early marriage is the driving factor in Sidenreng Rappang Regency Pitu Riawa. The population in this study is the Pitu Riawa sub-district who conducted an early marriage in 2016 that is as many as 40 people consisting of 12 men and 28 women. Sampling technique used in this study is Nonprobability sampling is a sampling technique that does not provide the same opportunity or opportunity for each element or member of the population to be selected to be sampled. Non-probability sampling technique used in sampling in this study more precisely the authors use saturated sampling technique. The definition of saturated sampling is a technique of determining the sample when all members of the population are used as a sample. So, the sample in this study is 40 people. The data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaire, interview, and Library Study (Library Research). The collected data is then analyzed by using likert scale and frequency table. The results of this study indicate that the role of government against early marriage management in District Pitu Riawa Sidenreng Rappang Regency with a value of 67.33% which means the role category. Community participation on early marriage management in Pitu Riawa District Sidenreng Rappang Regency with a value of 53.33%, which means the category is quite a role. And the influence of the factors driving the early marriage of Pitu Riawa Sub-district of Sidenreng Rappang Regency with 61,2% which means influential category.
