Abstract

Everyone Is A Teacher Here (ETH) is a learning strategy that enables students to be expected to increase students understanding of the concept of SMAN 1 Lembah Melintang are low. The purpose of this research was to find out whether the students understanding of mathematical concept by applying active learning strategy ETH type it joined handout was better than applying conventional learning. Thish research is experimental research. The research population was X grade students of SMAN 1 Lembah Melintang West Pasaman district and samples were X3 as experimental class, X6 as control class. The instrument which was used in this research was essay test with index of reliability = 0,96. Based on the result of data analysis concerning with student’s understanding of mathematical concept to both of classes. It was found that the mean score of experimental class = 76,10 and the mean score of control class = 63,53. The hypothesis testing shown that tcalculated =3.84 is low than t(0,95)(75) = 1,67, it could be concluded that the hypothesis was accepted. In other word the student’s understanding of mathematical concept by applying active learning strategy ETH type it joined handout was better than conventional learning at confidence interval 95%.

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan mensintesis dan menghidrolisis cairan ionik cis- oleil imidazolinium tetrakloroferrat(III). Cairan ionik ini disintesis dengan metode padat-padat dari senyawa cis-oleil imidazolinium klorida dengan FeCl3.6H2O. Karakterisasi struktur, dilakukan dengan FTIR, Mass Spectroscopy dan XRF sedangkan untuk sifat fisikokimianya dikarakterisasi dengan SRV, Susceptibility Meter dan TG-DTA. Berdasarkan hasil SRV didapatkan nilai koefisien friksi sebesar 0,027 dengan ketahanan friksi selama 60 menit. Hasil susceptibility meter memberikan nilai suseptibilitas magnet sebesar 6,3 x 10-5 SI. Hasil uji TG-DTA menunjukkan titik dekomposisi material pada 230 ˚C. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan tersebut, diharapkan bahwa cairan ionik ini dapat digunakan sebagai material pelumas media magnetik. Kata kunci: pelumas media magnetik, cis- oleil imidazolinium tetrakloroferrat(III), koefisien friksi, suseptibilitas magnetik, kestabilan termal.

Abstract

This study examines the thoughts of Sheikh Nawawi al-Bantani, a great Banten scholar who lived in 1813-1897 AD. The aim is to find out about his thoughts on several legal issues, especially those related to family law. This study is fully literary using the content analysis method as an analytical tool. This study concluded that Sheikh Nawawi al-Bantani tended to follow the Shafi’i school. This can be seen from his thoughts when discussing family law issues, ranging from marriage contracts, marriage conditions, guardians and witnesses, to divorce problems and its legal consequences. When discussing the position and role of a husband in a household, al-Bantani stressed that a husband is a leader in his household. He is obliged to fulfill all the needs of his wife and children, especially those related to food, clothing, residence, education and other needs. Al-Bantani’s thoughts were subsequently adopted into positive law in Indonesia, especially in Law No. 1/1974 concerning marriage and Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI), which become his biggest contribution in the development of National Law.

Abstract

This study shows that the implementation of marriage stipulation in the Religious Pandeglang is similar to other religious courts, in accordance with the procedure of the legislation. Based on the data, isbat nikah in the Religious Court of Pandeglang has increased annually. In 2012, the number of isbat nikah amounted to 41 cases and in 2013 increased to 68 cases, then in 2014 became 135 cases. Isbat nikah established by the Religious Courts Pandeglang is a marriage that has already met the requirements of marriage but has not recorded yet because of poverty. Therefore, isbat nikah is free of charge.DOI: 10.15408/ajis.v16i1.2901

Abstract

Keberadaan Rumah Tahanan Negara diatur dalam ketentuan Pasal 18 Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 27 Tahun 1983 tentang Pelaksanaan Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Acara Pidana (KUHAP) yang menyebutkan ayat (1) Di setiap Ibukota Kabupaten atau Kotamadya dibentuk Rutan oleh Menteri; ayat (2) apabila dipandang Menteri dapat membentuk atau menunjuk Rutan di luar tempat sebagaimana dimaksud ayat (1) yang merupakan cabang dari Rutan; ayat (3) Kepala cabang Rutan diangkat dan diberhentikan oleh Menteri.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan fungsi cabang rumah tahanan. Sementara metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian evaluasi pelaksanaan dan pemanfaatan program, dengan digunakannya metode ini diharapkan mendapatkan gambaran secara umum terkait Kebijakan Kementerian Hukum dan HAM tentang keberadaan Rumah Tahanan Negara di luar Kementerian Hukum dan HAM. Keberadaan Cabang rutan di luar Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia, belum bersinerginya cabang rutan di luar kementerian dengan rutan yang berada di bawah Direktorat Jenderal Pemasyarakatan.AbstractThe existence of detention centre is ruled in article 18, Government Regulation Number 27, Year 1983 concerning the implementation of the Criminal Law Procedure Code mentioning paragraph (1) that each regency or municipality is established the detention center by Ministry; paragraph (2) when it is considered by the ministry and instituting or designating detention centre outside of which mentioned in article (1) that is branch of it; paragraph (3) The Chief of Detention Centre is appointed and fired by the ministry. This research aims to know the implementation of the branch of detention centre function and the program utilization. Applying this method, it is hoped to get a general picture of the Ministry and Law and Human Right`s policy concerning the existence of the branch of detention centre outside the ministry. It seems that all the branch of detentions centre has not been synergy with detentions centre of the Directorate General of Correction.

Abstract

Tugas dan Fungsi (TUSI) Pemasyarakatan begitu luas dan memiliki karakteristik yang  berbeda, TUSI yang satu menpunyai tugas pembinaan, pelayanan dan pengamanan terhadap warga binaan dan TUSI lainnya tentang pengelolaan barang bukti kejahatan. Seiring dengan perkembangan dan semakin meningkatnya kejahatan, maka perlu dilakukan pembaharuan sistem pemasyarakatan guna lebih meningkatkan pelayanan pemasyarakatan. Pembaharuan sistem pemasyarakatan dengan strategi kebijakan cetak biru pelaksanakan pembaharuan sistem pemasyarakatan tahun 2009-2014. Sebagaimana halnya suatu program dan kebijakan tentu harus dilakukan evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaannya. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan dari suatu program atau kebijakan. Sementara metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian evaluasi proses, secara deskriptif yang akan mencoba melihat gambaran implementasi dan monitoring dari suatu program. Berdasarkan data hasil kajian belum seluruhnya rekomedasi/saran tindak cetak biru pemasyarakatan dapat dilaksanakan, hal ini terkait dengan dinamisnya perkembangan pemasyarakatan sehingga ada sebagian kebijakan cetak biru sudah tidak sesuai lagi dengan kondisi saat ini dan ada saran tindak yang menjadi kewenangan instansi lain.

Abstract

Fenomena pertumbuhan ekonomi di 2013 sebesar 6.8 % akan membawa dampak pada dunia lembaga penjaminan. Sektor perkreditan konsumtif diasumsikan akan meningkat. Dengan didaftarkannya jaminan fidusia akan memberikan perlindungan hukum terhadap penerima fidusia (debitur) maupun terhadap Pemberi Fidusia (kreditur). Dalam Undang-undang Nomor 42 Tahun 1999 Tentang Jaminan Fidusia (UUJF) adanya kewajiban bagi si pemberi fidusia (kreditur) untuk memberikan benda yang menjadi jaminan fidusia kepada si penerima fidusia (debitur) jika terjadi gagal bayar (wan Prestasi). Akan tetapi tidak diikuti sanksi apapun jika debitur tidak memenuhi kewajibannya.AbstractThe phenomenon of economic growth in 2013 at 6.8% will have impacts of insurance corporation. The consumer credit sector is assumed to be rise. With the registration of the fiduciary will deliver legal protection against the debtors of fiduciary or creditors. In Act No. 42 of 1999 concerning Fiduciary (UUJF) a fiduciary obligation to the creditors to give thing as fiduciary to the debitors if the event of default. But, He/she does not get any sanctions if the debtors does not fulfill its obligations.

Abstract

Berdasarkan data, Narapidana dan Tahanan di Lapas dan Rutan pada 33 (tiga puluh tiga) Provinsi di 464 UPT Lapas dan Rutan sudah mencapai 162.441 orang/Januari 2015. Padatnya tingkat hunian Rutan/Lapas menghambat Rutan/Lapas dalam melaksanakan fungsi pelayanan atau pembinaan. Kelebihan kapasitas yang tidak sebanding dengan luas dan hunian akan berakibat sangat cepat narapidana dan tahanan terjangkit penyangkit menular. Disisi lain kondisi sanitasi yang kurang baik akan mempercepat proses lingkungan yang tidak sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran secara umum terkait dengan layanan kesehatan dan perawatan bagi narapidana dan tahanan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan dan Rumah Tahanan Negara. Dengan permasalahan sebagai berikut : pertama Bagaimana pelaksanaan Layanan Kesehatan pada Lapas dan Rutan. Kedua Bagaimana kendala yang dihadapi dalam pemberian layanan kesehatan pada Lapas dan Rutan. Sementara Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan strategi meneliti menekankan pada usaha memanfaatkan dan mengumpulkan informasi mengenai suatu fenomena secara statistik. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan belum ada standardisasi poliklinik pada Rutan dan Lapas. Kemudian penempatan tenaga medis (dokter) masih belum merata pada tiap-tiap Rutan dan Lapas. Selain pula Sarana dan prasarana poliklinik serta obat-obatan, menurut responden dari tenaga medis masih dirasakan sangat kurang dan masih perlu adanya peningkatan. Oleh karena itu, maka penulis merekomendasikan Rutan dan Lapas, perlu adanya kebijakan standard ruang layanan kesehatan (poliklinik kesehatan), seperti ruang obat; ruang poli gigi, ruang konseling; ruang poli umum; dan ruang rawat inap. Dan padaRutan dan Lapas, perlu segera adanya penempatan tenaga medis (dokter) yang masih belum terisi oleh tenaga medis seperti dokter umum dan dokter gigi.Kata Kunci : Layanan Kesehatan, Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan dan Tahanan, Lembaga Pemasyarakatan dan Rumah Tahanan NegaraAbstractBased on data, on January 2015, the numbers of convicts and inmates in correctional institutionals and jails (464 technical units), in 33 provinces reached 162.441. The density of this occupancy in correctionals and jails had caused disruptive in carrying service out or development for them. The over capacity is not comparable with wide of area and occupancy that can lead many communicable diseases to them. On the other hand, a poor sanitation can make unhealthy environment. This research was aimed to find out a general description about health and treatment cares for convicts and inmates in correctionals and jails. The problems were : first, how the implementation of health cares in correctionals and jails? Second, how obstacles faced in serving health in correctionals and jails? It used quantitative approach by using a strategy of pointing on utilizing and collecting information about a phenomenon, statistically. The result of this research was concluded that there was not a standardization of polyclinic`s building at correctionals and jails, yet. Then, there were differences of of paramedic placement (doctor), in each correctionals and jails. According to respondents (paramedic) still found the lacks of infrastructures and medicines. The recommendation of this research were it was necessary a policy of polyclinic standard, such as drugstore, dental room, room of counselling, room of general polyclinic, and room of inpatient. It was needed paramedics to place in correctionals and jails both doctors and dentists.Keywords: Health Care, convicts and inmates, correctional institutionals and jails

Abstract

The study was aimed at assessing the effects of the application of different rates of cattle compost manure and N, P, K fertilizer on the growth and production of mustard greens. The study was done from May to June 2013 at Agrotechnology Trial Farm of Djuanda University. A factorial completely randomized design with two factors was used. The first factor was cattle compost manure in four levels, namely 0 ton/ha (R), 5 ton/ha (0,5 R), 10 ton/ha (R), and 15 ton/ha (1,5 R). The second factor was N, P, K fertilizer in four levels, namely 0 kg/ha (0 R), Urea 187 kg/ha + SP-36 155.5 kg/ha + KCl 112 kg/ha ( 0.5 R), Urea 374 kg/ha + SP-36 311 kg/ha + KCl 224 kg/ha ( R), and Urea 561 kg/ha + SP-36 466.5 kg/ha + KCl 336 kg/ha ( 1.5 R). Results showed that no interaction effect was found on all parameters measured except on the shoot diameter at 2 weeks after planting (WAP). Increasing rates of cattle compost manure did not give significant effects on all parameters measured except on number of leaves at 2 WAP. Increasing rates of N,P,K fertilizer were found to significantly increase the growth and production of mustard greens. This positive effects were found on plant height, number of leaves, and trunk diameter at 2, 3, and 4 WAP and shoot diameter at 3 and 4 WAP. Shoot wet and dry weights of plants in 1.5 R, N, P and K were significantly higher than those in other treatments.Keywords: Brassica juncea L., cattle manure,N, P, and K

Abstract

AbstractReligious Court has authorities to examine and adjudicate cases such as istbat (marriage declaration) and has responsibility to give the best service they can provide for justice seekers on family law matters. This article is try to describe Serang Religious Court Judges’ opinions on marriage declaration upon siri marriage. From field research, it is found that the judges argued that marriage declaration is essentially needed to provide an opportunity for couples who were not registered. They conduct the registration/ declaration based on article 7 of the Islamic Law Compilation (KHI) as long as the unregistered marriages fulfilled the whole conditions required based on Islamic marriage law.Keywords:Religious Court, marriage legalization, unregistered marriages, judges view AbstrakPengadilan Agama sebagai lembaga yang berwenang memeriksa  dan mengadili perkara istbat nikah, tentunya harus memberikan  pelayanan yang terbaik bagi pencari keadilan agar permasalahan nikah di  bawah tangan yang dilaksanakannya atau karena tidak punya akta nikah  dapat segera teratasi, sehingga problematika yang terkait hal-hal  keperdataan bagi pasangan suami istri dan anak-anak yang dilahirkan dapat terselesai­kan dengan baik. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan pandangan hakim PA Serang tentang Itsbat Nikah karena nikah sirri, termasuk pelaksanaan dan bentuk itsbat nikah yang diitsbatkan  karena nikah siri di pengadilan tersebut. Dari hasil penelitian lapangan dapat disimpulkan bahwa hakim Pengadilan Agama Serang berpandangan isbat nikah itu pada prinsipnya memberikan peluang kepada mereka yang tidak mencatatkan pernikahannya  dengan dasar Pasal 7 Kompilasi Hukum Islam (HKI), selama syarat dan rukun pernikahan dipenuhi maka dapat diisbatkan selama tidak menyulitkan pihak lain.Kata Kunci: Pengadilan Agama, Itsbat nikah, Nikah sirri, Pandangan hakim
