Abstract

Pendekatan pengembangan peluang kerja non-farm sekurang-kurangnya mempunyai dua keuntungan. Pertama, pendekatan ini secara tidak langsung dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dan merangsang munculnya motivasimotivasi baru dalam diri pekerja. Kedua, pendekatan ini secara tidak langsung dapat merangsang pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional melalui proses consumption linkages, backward linkages, dan forward linkages.Seiring dengan penerapan strategi diversifikasi usaha tani dan penigkatan peluang kerja non-farm, perlu diperhatikan juga karakteristik masyarakat perdesaan yang masih tradisional untuk dapat diubah menjadi pemikiran-pemikiran yang maju, sehingga masyarakat perdesaan mulai terbuka terhadap inovasi, informasi yang positif, dan teknologi baru yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas dirinya dan meningkatkan taraf ekonominya. Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of research to know the level of knowledge of school residents, school policy, planning school community preparedness, and mobilization of school resources in the implementation of standby school programs disaster. This research was conducted in SMP Negeri 2 Cangkringan Subdistrict Cangkringan Sleman. Data collection techniques used were tests, interviews, questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive. The research results show the level of knowledge about disaster in the effort to face the eruption of Mount Merapi incident is very good, the school policy supporting disaster preparedness school programs including unfavorable sub-variables with 40% disruption, planning of school community preparedness in reducing and facing the risk of eruption of the mountain merapi including good with sub variable which fulfilled 88,89% and mobilization of school resources within disaster risk reduction efforts eruption of Mount Merapi including good with sub variable that fulfilled 85.71%. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan  warga sekolah, kebijakan sekolah, perencanaan kesiapsiagaan warga sekolah, dan mobilisasi sumberdaya sekolah dalam Pelaksanaan program sekolah siaga bencana. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 2 Cangkringan Kecamatan Cangkringan Kabupaten Sleman. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes, wawancara, kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan tingkat pengetahuan tentang bencana dalam upaya menghadapi bencana erupsi gunung merapi termasuk sangat baik, kebijakan sekolah yang mendukung program sekolah siaga bencana termasuk kurang baik dengan sub variabel yang terpenihi 40 %, perencanaan kesiapsiagaan warga sekolah dalam upaya pengurangan dan menghadapi risiko erupsi gunung merapi termasuk baik dengan sub variabel yang terpenuhi 88,89% dan mobilisasi sumberdaya sekolah dalam upaya pengurangan risiko bencana erupsi gunung merapi termasuk baik dengan sub variabel yang terpenuhi 85,71%.

Abstract

In order to achieve the objectives of the National Education educating the nation and develop the whole person is needed role professional educators. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 20 Year 2003 on National Education System, the position of teachers as educators are professional positions. Development of teacher competency standards aimed at improving the quality of teachers and teacher development patterns in a structured and systematic. However, the reality on the ground needs to be studied more in depth whether the teachers have been able to improve the competence of their professional development and how development patterns regarding the agencies or other competent parties. The population is all Geography teacher who has been certified and teach in high schools in Pati residency Ex se, but the data information obtained by means of random sampling. Variables include teacher professional development competence variable Geography and development patterns related to geography teacher professional development competencies. Data collection using documents, questionnaires and interviews. While data analysis using descriptive analysis percentage.The results showed that: 1) the research subjects have had a long teaching experience, have all been certified thus formally as a professional teacher. Professional development activities that stand turned out to be activities of the new book, student work activities (LKS). In MGMPs rides, teachers often team up matter for LKS material. Competence is quite encouraging professional development is the productivity of the preparation of papers, preparation of props Although there has been an increase in productivity of academic scholarly side in supporting the development of the profession, but in general (71.00%) level of competence of their professional development is still far from ideal, 2) pattern coaching competence Geography teacher professional development in SMA se Ex Pati residency, in the form of in-house training, discussions, workshops have been conducted by the teachers of Geography. However, other activities such as internships, partnerships with other schools and distance learning has not been optimally implemented either by the government (Kemendikbud, District Education Office, LPMP) and profider / other competent parties. So generally coaching competency Geography teacher professional development in the study area is not patterned in a clear and steady.Suggestions put forward related to this include: a). need to change the paradigm that every teacher to achieve keprofesinalannya level should be supported by scientific work, not just teaching and a pass UKG and graduated as a teacher learners, b). teachers need to be encouraged ability / competence development profession with appreciation and / reward (it may include funding), in order to awaken the passion attitudes and behavior as a professional teacher, c). the schools and other government agencies as well as to always earnestly reprogrammed professional development activities of teachers in a structured time and funding.

Abstract

Pertambahan penduduk mendorong perubahan tak terbatas pada jumlah penduduk, Mobilitas merupakan suatu pergerakan penduduk. Pergerakan ini akan dihadapkan dalam suatu pemilihan moda transportasi. Penelitian dilakukan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penglaju dalam pemilihan moda transportasi dan pengaruh pendapatan terhadap preferensi moda transportasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilihan moda transportasi dan mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan terhadap preferensi moda transportasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara proportional random sampling pada beberapa penglaju berdasarkan variasi pekerjaan yaitu meliputi pedagang, buruh bangunan, buruh industri, pengusaha, dan PNS/ABRI. Penelitian menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis statistik dengan regresi linear ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pendapatan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pemilihan moda transportasi akan tetapi faktor yang berpengaruh adalah biaya transportasi dan jarak tempuh.Mobility is a movement of people. movement then will be faced in an election mode of transportation. The study conducted to analyze the factors that affect commuters in the selection of transportation modes and the effect of income on transportation preferences. The purpose of this study to determine the factors that affect the transport and determine the effect of income on transportation preferences. The sampling technique is proportional random sampling based on some variation of work commuters which include traders, construction workers, industrial workers, businessmen, and civil / military. Research using quantitative descriptive analysis method, the percentage of descriptive analysis and statistical analysis by multiple linear regression. The results showed that income had no effect on the selection of transportation modes but the factors that influence the cost of transportation and mileage

Abstract

The purposes of this research to know effectiveness simulation learning model helped “Geo Explore” game from accomplishment of student learning activity, student learning result, positive student respons and teaching skill, also to know the correlation of student learning activity in simulation learning model with Geography learning result. The research methods is pre-experimental with “one group pre-test post-test”design. The population of the research are students of Class XI IIS SMA Negeri 2 Semarang. The sample are students of Class XI IIS 1 total 29 students. Data analisys using descriptive, t-test, and product moment correlation test. The reserach result show student learning activity is very high, average score 52,62 or 87,70%. Student learning result is proven by two side t-test, thitung > ttabel or 7,56 > 2,05, so Ho is rejected, post-test result is better than pre-test result. The accomplishment of student learning result is proven by one side t-test, result thitung > ttabel or 5,03 > 1,70, so Ho is rejected, student learning result is done. Classical accomplishment 86,21%. Score of positive respons is good 64,28 or 73,04%. The category of teaching skill is good, score 18 or 64,29%. Product moment correlation test is showed rhitung <  rtabel or 0,155 < 0,367, Ho is rejected, so there is not correlation between students learning activity with Geography learning result.

Abstract

Hampir semua ahli telah mencoba merumuskan dan membuat tafsiran tentang “belajar”. Seringkali pula perumusan dan tafsiran itu berbeda satu sama lain. Belajar merupakan suatu proses, suatu kegiatan dan bukan suatu hasil atau tujuan. Belajar bukan hanya mengingat, akan tetapi lebih luas daripada itu, yakni mengalami. Hasil belajar bukan suatu penguasaan hasil latihan, melainkan perubahan kelakuan. Tafsiran lain menyebutkan belajar adalah sebuah proses perubahan tingkah laku individu melalui interaksi dengan lingkungan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan penerapan metode outdoor study untuk pembelajaran Geografi kelas X IPS MA Al Bidayah Bandungan Kabupaten Semarang memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap minat dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Hasil belajar peserta didik terdapat perbedaan sebelum dan setelah diberikan pembelajaran dengan metode outdoor study dimana hasil belajar peserta didik telah diberikan pembelajaran dengan metode outdoor study lebih baik dibandingkan dengan hasil belajar peserta didik sebelum diberikan model pembelajaran outdoor study, dari nilai rata-rata semula hanya 62,7 menjadi 76,6 Artinya peserta didik menjadi lebih paham mengenai pelajaran Geografi.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang sangat pesat mendorong berbagai lembaga pendidikan memanfaatkan sistem E-learning untuk meningkatkan efektifitas dan fleksibilitas pembelajaran. Facebook adalah situs web jejaring sosial memiliki fitur dan aplikasi yang dapat dikembangkan sebagai media pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan E-learning Geografi melalui media berbasis web (facebook) dan untuk mengetahui ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa setelah menerapkan E-learning Geografi melalui media berbasis web (facebook). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri di kota Tegal. Penentuan sampel dengan teknik Sample Random Sampling, maka diperoleh kelas X6, X7, X8, X3, dan X5 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Post test digunakan untuk memperoleh data hasil belajar siswa; observasi digunakan untuk memperoleh data aktivitas siswa dan kinerja guru pada saat pembelajaran; dan angket digunakan untuk memperoleh data tanggapan siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase dan uji proporsi satu pihak (uji z). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua siswa kelas X pada kelas eksperimen sudah memiliki akun facebook dan dapat menerapkannya dalam pembelajaran Geografi dengan baik. Hasil uji ketuntasan belajar diperoleh siswa kelas eksperimen telah mencapai ketuntasan belajar klasikal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat dikatakan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan penerapan E-learning Geografi melalui media berbasis web (facebook) pada materi pokok Hidrosfer dapat mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) klasikal.The development of information and communication technology are rapidly pushing the various educational institutions make use of E-learning system to increase the effectivity and flexibility of learning. Facebook is a social networking website has features and applications that can be developed as a learning media. The purpose of this research was to determine the implementation of Geography E-learning through web-based media (facebook) and to determine the mastery learning of student learning result after implementing Geography E-learning through web-based (Facebook). The population of this research were students of X grade high schools in the city of Tegal. Determination of the sample used Simple Random Sampling technique, the obtained class X6, X7, X8, X3, and X5 as a experiment group. Post test was used to obtain data on student learning result, observation are used to obtain student and teacher performance activities during the learning, and questionnaires are used to obtain student responses data. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis of the percentage and proportion of the test (z test). The result showed that all the students of X grade in the experimental group already has a facebook account and can apply it in a geograpy lesson well. The result of the mastery learning test obtained that experimental group have achived classical mastery learning. Based on these result, we can say that learning that using classical Geography E-learning implementation through web-based media (Facebook) on the subject matter hydrosphere can achieve a classical KKM.
