Abstract

Kemampuan menggunakan teknologi produksi secara tepat adalah faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan bersaing industri. Pendekatan pemberdayaan terfokus pada kualitas manusia. Proses pembelajaran diharapkan dapat menghasilkan karyawan yang memiliki pengetahuan dan kemahiran dalam menggunakan, memperbaiki mengembangkan, dan meningkatkan teknologi dalam menunjang kegiatan proses produksi. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan mengetahui besarnya tingkat proses pembelajaran, kemampuan teknologi dan motivasi kerja, mengetahui hubungan antara intensitas pembelajaran terhadap kemampuan teknologi dan motivasi kerja dan mengetahui besarnya interaksi/keterkaitan antara proses pembelajaran sebagai input mempengaruhi kemampuan teknologi, dan motivasi kerja sebagai output. Kajian ini didasarkan kepada pemahaman bahwa pemindahan teknologi yang efektif memerlukan kemampuan teknologi serta motivasi kerja yang tinggi sebagai hasil dari suatu proses pembelajaran. Penelitian dilakukan di industri manufaktur motomotif Daiheiyo dimana pada tingkat operator diperoleh bahwa kemampuan operasional adalah cukup tinggi, namun proses pembelajaran berada pada kategori sedang. Dengan kategori motivasi kerja proses pembelajaran terhadap Supervisi dan Pengembangan adalah cukup tinggi, sedangkan kemampuan pengawasan dan pengembangan adalah rendah. Proses pembelajaran pada perawatan berada pada kategori cukup tinggi. Melalui Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) secara keseluruhan dapat diperoleh bahwa proses pembelajaran yang terjadi di industri manufaktur otomotif Daiheiyo lebih dipengaruhi kemampuan teknologi daripada motivasi kerja, dengan tingkat pemindahan teknologi sebesar 70.69 %.Kata Kunci : Pemindahan Teknologi, Tingkatan Tenaga Kerja, Data Envelopment Analysis

Abstract

The research study of cadmium (II) metal ion adsorption in a solution by 2-mercaptobenzotiazole modified cellulose and unmodified cellulose had been done. The aims of this research are to know the ability of 2-mercaptobenzotiazole modified and unmodified celluloses for adsorbing cadmium (II) metal ion with the composition of modification. The modification processes of cellulose were done by the composition variation between cellulose and MBT of 1:1, 1:2, and 1:3. The adsorption process of metal ions by 2-mercaptobenzotiazole modified cellulose were done by shaking at pH 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 with the effect of metal ions concentration of 0.05; 0.1; 0,15; 0,2, and 0,25 mg/L. The analysis of functional groups of cellulose-MBT and cellulose unmodified was using FTIR Spectrophotometer. The analysis of cadmium (II) concentration metal ions as cadmium metals were done by atomic absorption spectrophotometer (AAS). The result of this research showed that on the functional groups which derived from FTIR spectrum, there was some similarity of functional groups between unmodified cellulose and MBT-cellulose which could be seen from the wave length of C-S stretching at 663.51 cm-1; functional group of C-H aromatic stretching at 3749.62 cm-1; functional group of C-N at 1319.31 cm-1, and functional group of C=N that came from diazole  functional group (-N=C-S) which could be seen at 1597.06 cm-1. The optimum adsorption metal ions cadmium by MBT-cellulose happened at 1:2 composition modification, pH 4, and at the concentration of 0.2 mg/L.   Key words: adsorption, modified, cadmium (II) metal ion, cellulose, 2-merkaptobenzotiazole

Abstract

Phytochemical, to xicity and antibacterial act ivity tests of total extract, fractions of n-heksana, ethyl acetate and ethanol-water fro m mahang leaf (Macaranga pruinosa (M.) M. A.) fro m KRUS (Kebun Raya Unmul Samarinda), East Kalimantan has been carried out. Based on the secondary metabolites phytochemical test of the (Macaranga pruinosa (M.) M. A.) leaf show that total extract is contain alkaloid and steroid. n-hexane fraction is contain alkaloid and steroid. Ethyl acetate fract ion is contain steroid. Ethanol-water fract ion is contain alkaloid and phenolic. Brine shrimp lethality test values obtained Lethal Concentration 50 % (LC 50 ) total extract 27,5036 ppm , n-heksana fraction 12,0773 pp m, ethyl acetate fraction 23719,2305 ppm and ethanol-water fraction 250,0384 ppm. Antibacteria act ivity test of extracts for Staphylococcus aureus bacteria (positive Gram) and Escherichia coli (negative Gram) minimum inhibitor consentration of 0-1 % (b/v) fro m ext ract fractions of n-heksana and fractions ethyl acetate for Staphylococcus aureus bacteria and fractions ethyl acetate for Escherichia coli bacteria.

Abstract

Kuersetin dan Hesperitin merupakan turunan dari senyawa Flavonoid yang berbeda kelas, Kuersetin kelas Alkohol, sedangkan Hesperetin kelas Alkanon. Docking Molekular, suatu ilmu penelitian secara in silico atau via perangkat lunak (program komputer) dan ditujukan untuk memprediksikan interaksi antara ligan (key) dengan reseptor (lock) dari ikatan hidrogen yang terbentuk. Autodock VINA adalah salah satu program Docking Molekular yang ada, diciptakan oleh Dr. Oleg Trott untuk meningkatkan efisiensi waktu pengerjaan dan akurasi dalam analisa. Dalam penelitian ini masing-masing dari senyawa Kuersetin dan Hesperitin akan di-Docking terhadap dua macam contoh reseptor, sel kanker otak (1S63) dengan ligan aslinya 778 dan sel kanker paru-paru (2ITO) dengan ligan aslinya IRESSA, terlebih dahulu dilakukan optimasi geometri, minimisasi energi juga validasi metode. Penelitian iniditujukan untuk menjelaskan perbandingan Kuersetin, Hesperitin dan ligan-ligan asli sebagai kandidat bahan obat anti kanker. Percobaan Docking, memberikan hasil Kuersetin dan Hesperitin membentuk ikatan hidrogen terhadap asam amino dari masing-masing reseptor. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Kuersetin dan Hesperitin memiliki kemampuan sebagai inhibitor, terutama pada sel kanker paru-paru (2ITO), karena potensi keduanya lebih baik dari ligan IRESSA. Walaupun Kuersetin dan Hesperitin tak memiliki potensi lebih baik dari ligan 778 pada sel kanker paru-paru, keduanya masih dapat digunakan sebagai bahan obat alternatif dari anti kanker.

Abstract

The phytochemical test, brine shrimp lethality test and activity antioxidant test and secondary metabolits of kelakai(Stenochlaena Palustris) leaves have been researched. The leaves samples are extract with solvent methanol by masseration method and that is concentrated by using rotary evaporator. The methanol crude extract obtained are fractioned with solvent n-hexane and. Solvent ethyl acetat.Based on secondary metabolits phytochemical test of kelakai leaves showed that methanol raw extract contains steroid, alkaloid and flavonooid. n-hexane fraction extract contains steroid and alkaloid Ethyl acetat fraction extract contains alkaloid, steroid, flavonoid and saponin.In brine shrimp lethality test, the increase larvae death and data was yielded recorded and processed using SAS Probit Analysis to determine the lethal concentration 50 % (LC 50 ) value. The results of this test obtained data and showed that the most active fraction is ethyl acetat fraction extract withvalue of LC 50 was equel to 88,8477 ppm.Based on the antioxidant activity conducted by scavenging activity of DPPH usedspectrophotometry. Based on the result be held researched was obtained that Inhibition Concentration 50% (IC 50 ) that methanol raw extract value of 185,92 ppm, n-hexane fraction value of 520,64 ppm and athyl acetat fraction 107,49 ppm and vitamin C is value of 3,064 ppm, can be axpressed that the result of this test showed that the most active fraction is ethyl acetat with value of IC 50 equel to 107,49 ppm.

Abstract

Phytochemical, toxicity test had been done that used Brine shrimp (Brine shrimp lethality test) and antioxidant activity test using methanol extract from sisik naga leaf (Drymoglossum piloselloides (Linn). Pr) fraction that taken from Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan. Sisik naga leaf was extracted by methanol and then concentrated using rotary evaporator. Then that crude extract was fractioned by n-hexane, ethyl acetate and methanol-water. Based on phytochemical test of the sisik naga leaf show that crude methanol extract, n-hexane fraction and ethyl acetate fraction was contain alkaloid, flavonoid and steroid at methanol-water fraction was contain alkaloid and phenol. Brine shrimp lethality test show that lethality level of Artemia Salina (L) that used Probit SAS Analyze to determine value of Lethal Concentration 50% (LC 50 ). The test showed that the most active was crude n-Hexane extract with LC 50 value of 0,0910 ppm. Antioxidant activity test of extracts from crudge methanol and some variations fractioned using DPPH radical reduction (2,2 -diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazil) using Spectrophotometer. The test showed that the most active and recommended to used as antioxidant is methanol-water fraction with IC 50 values is at 74.51 ppm and LC 50 values is at 87749.9219 ppm.

Abstract

The research of desalination the sea water by utilization of the strach bump a “Pisang Ambon (Musa paradisiaca var sapientum)” modification has been done. Modification of starch bump “Pisang Ambon (Musa paradisiaca var sapientum)” had be a ability better than starch bump “Pisang Ambon (Musa paradisiaca var sapientum)” in the levels of chloride. The variation upon which to do to absorb chloride of sea water which are starch, starch been activated NaOH and starch acetate bump of a “Pisang Ambon (Musa paradisiaca var sapientum)”. Where The characteristic of the third ingredients were done by analysis FT-IR that showed the spectrum in the wavenumber of each of which are read the force –OH,C-H streaching, C-H bending, CO ester in the spectrum of starch and starch been activated with NaOH and then are read the ester C=O in the wave number of 1751,36/cm and C-O ester and forth on the wave number of 1234,44/cm to the full spectrum of starch acetate. The rendemen a modification of the starch was also shown the modified starch in the bump a “Pisang Ambon (Musa paradisiaca var sapientum)” then more starch obtained. And which after passed a sample of starch bumb “Pisang Ambon (Musa paradisiaca var sapientum)” wet sea water left in levels chloride 20.160,77 mg/L, in the starch bump “Pisang Ambon (Musa paradisiaca var sapientum)” dry sea water left in levels of chloride 19.783,23 mg/L, in the starch bump “Pisang Ambon (Musa paradisiaca var sapientum)” have been activated with NaOH wet sea water left in the levels of chloride 19.405,68 mg/L, in the starch bump “Pisang Ambon (Musa paradisiaca var sapientum)” have been activated with NaOH dry sea water left in levels of chloride 19.028,14 mg/L and in the starch acetat bump “Pisang Ambon (Musa paradisiaca var sapientum)” sea water left in levels of chloride 18.461,83 mg/L.Keywords: the water of the sea, salt chloride, spectrum FTIR, starch and modification of starch bump a Pisang Ambon (Musa paradisiaca var sapientum)

Abstract

Phytochemical test and antihyperglicemic activity from ethanol extract dan n-hexane extract from kembang bulan (Tithonia diversifolia A.Gray) leaf has been carried out. Based on the test result of phytochemistry of secondary metabolites compounds from kembang bulan (Tithonia diversifolia A.Gray) leaf showed that ethanol extract fraction containing flavonoid, fenolik, alkaloid and saponin. Whereas at n-hexane extract fraction containing alkaloid, saponin and steroid. Antihyperglicemic activity test using the method of glucose tolerance where a white male rats got induced by sucrose. Measurement of blood sugar levels using glucometer and glucose test strip. From this test shows that the most active fractions to reduce blood sugar levels was ethanol extract with a dose of 77 mg/kg BB with percentage of blood sugar levels reduction in the amount of 54.15 % it was close with reduction percentage from acarbose as positive control in the amount of 55.57 %.

Abstract

Durian fruit already famous enough in Indonesian society. Not only the content of the fruit, but Durian also have many advantage for example the seed, leather, root and the leaves that useful for human healthy. Then, phytochemical screening test and antioxidant activity test. Antioxidant activity test use scavenging test to 2,2-diphenyl-1-picryhidrazil (DPPH) radical. On antioxidant activity test, mix of extract and DPPH are incubate for 30 minutes, then the absorbance is measured on λ = 514 nm using spectrophotometer. The absorbance from sample, blank, and negative control are converted as Antioxidant Activity Absorbance (AA%). Based on result of phytochemical ethanol extract, Durian steud contain of fenolic, flavonoid, alkaloid, and tryterpenoid. Based on antioxidant activity test with DPPH radical scavenging method by spectrophotometer. Ethanol extract of Durian has antioxidant activity about EC 50 23,10 μg/mL and Vitamin C as comparison has antioxidant about EC 50 3,76 μg/mL. Abstract

Phytochemical tests, mortality of larvae shrimp (brine shrimp lethality test) and the antibacterial activity of theleaf merkubung (Macaranga gigantea Rchb.f. & Zoll.) With various factions has been conducted. Merkubung leafsamples were extracted with ethanol and concentrated by using rotary evaporator. The total extract was fractionatedwith n-hexane and ethyl acetate. The results of phytochemical compounds secondary metabolites merkubung leavesshowed that the total extract are contains alkaloids, phenolics and steroids. n-hexane fraction are containing alkaloids,flavonoids and steroids. Ethyl acetate faction are containing flavonoids and steroids. Ethanol-water faction is containingphenolic compounds. Shrimp larvae mortality trials showed mortality rates of larvae of Artemia salina (L) by usingSAS Probit analysis to determine the value of Lethal Concentration 50 % (LC50). The test shows that the most toxicfraction is the total extract with LC50 values of 459.8414 ppm. The test of antibacterial activity using paper disc methodand shows that the most active faction is the total extract with a MIC (Minimmum Inhibitor Concentration) of 1 % is6.5 mm diameter clear zone on Staphylococcus aureus (Gram positive) and 6.25 mm in the bacterium Escherichia coli(Gram negativ).Keywords : Macaranga gigantea Rchb.f. & Zoll., phytochemical test, Antibacteria activity test, LC50.
