Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang penyelenggaraan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah dan madrasah. Manusia dijadikan dalam bentuk yang sebaik-baiknya, juga dijadikan sebagai khalifah Allah di bumi serta dalam proses perkembangan. Dalam proses perkembangan menuju manusia seutuhnya, manusia seringkali menemui berbagai kesulitan/masalah yang tidak dapat diatasi sendiri serta membutuhkan bantuan orang lain. Dalam kondisi seperti ini bimbingan dan konseling diperlukan. Bimbingan dan konseling diperlukan dalam rangka membantu pengembangan dimensi manusia seutuhnya secara serasi selaras dan seimbang. Pelaksanaan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah dan madrasah dengan pola 17 atau pola 17 plus. Penyelenggara bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah dan madrasah adalah guru pembimbing atau guru bimbingan dan konseling. Akan tetapi, yang lebih dituntut penyelengggara bimbingan dan konseling pada satuan pendidikan formal dan non formal (sekolah dan madrasah) adalah konselor.

Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas implementasi manajemen layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah dan madrasah melalui pengkajian literatur (library research). Sekolah dan madrasah merupakan lembaga pendidikan formal yang mempunyai tanggung jawab membantu siswa supaya berhasil belajar. Oleh sebab itu, pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling diperlukan. Supaya bimbingan dan konseling terlaksana secara efektif dan efisien, dan mencapai tujuan, maka manajemen layanan bimbingan dan konseling menjadi penting. Manajemen merupakan ilmu dan seni untuk mencapai tujuan dan dapat diterapkan dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk bimbingan dan konseling.Kata Kunci: Implementasi, manajemen, bimbingan dan konseling

Abstract

Tulisan ini merupakan pengkajian moivasi belajar: analsis Sejarah Pendidikan Islam dengan mengkaji literatur-literatur. Motivasi belajar merupakan dorongan untuk belajar. Motivasi sangat penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Motivasi belajar ini dapat dikaji dalam Sejarah Pendidikan Islam. Sebab, secara mendasar ajaran Islam memberikan motivasi untuk belajar. Secara praktik ulama-ulama dan pra pelajar Islam juga mempunyai motivasi yang tinggi untuk belajar. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, belajar, Sejarah Pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

Permasalahan rendahnya kinerja mengajar guru yang disebabkan oleh kurang efektifnya supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja mengajar guru. Metode penelitian: analisis deskriptif, pendekatan kuantitatif, teknik analisis menggunakan korelasi product moment, determinasi dan regresi. Pengumpulan data melalui angket. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru-guru SMK Negeri di Kota Bandung, sedangkan unit analisis menggunakan pengambilan sampel dengan teknik probability sampling. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja mengajar guru berkorelasi positif sangat kuat. Motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja mengajar guru berkorelasi positif sangat kuat. Supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja mengajar guru secara simultan berkorelasi positif sangat kuat. Kesimpulannya, terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja mengajar guru. Rekomendasi: Meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru dengan melakukan supervisi klinis, kunjungan kelas, pembicaraan individual dan diskusi kelompok untuk membahas permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh guru.

Abstract

Islamic law as national law in Indonesia growing and developing normative values of islamic law has been applied to full conciousness by Islam society. Different from the judicial islamic law has not been any material including islamic criminal law is formulated through the legislative process in the form of legislation or other regulatory laws. The reality Indonesia is not law state or sekularism state, then fighting islamic with values integration approach seems more promising approach especially islamic crimanal law. Therefore, a serious effort is needed to exploreas much as possible and socialization of noble values embodied in islamic law.

Abstract

The Islamic law derived by al-Qur’an and Hadis can give solution with the problems of muslim contemporary. The problem that apeear in prohibition of usury, eating pork and the obligation tover nakedness. This has been proved by the scientific of research so Islamic can give some respon the actual and comteporary issues. When the people know the damade, there is new effort not to do it. Therefore, one of alternative in Islamic law is implementation istinbath such qiyas, istihsan and maslahah mursalah to respon the actual issues. Abstrak: Hukum

Abstract

This paper discusses the influence of social cultural factors of some products of Islamic law in Indonesia by analyzing ideas of the scholars in the form of fiqh, fatwa, the judges decision and laws in force in some Muslim countries. It is concluded that in the history of Islamic law, social and cultural factors have an important influence in coloring products of Islamic legal thought.

Abstract

Alquran is guidance of Muslim of all their actions. So, we never forget alquran as guidance to solve our (muslim’s) problems. Beside that the islamic law is based of alquran. That’s meaning all of the rules in islamic law must be based on alquran. In realities, the society of muslim appear many problems (complict) and Ishlah (peace in English term) is one of way to end the complict. According in this written, islah is the best way than the other ways to make peace who the people’ complict.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the role of Ummi method in improving students’ skill in reading and memorizing Quran for students in grade 2 Islamic Primary School Athirah Bukit Baruga Makassar. The main problem is what the roles of Ummi method in developing students skills in reading and memorizing Quran. Then, as for the sub-problem is how to shape the implementation of Ummi method in the process of learning Quran. This study applied qualitative methods by using psychological and pedagogical approach. The researcher conducted this study by collecting data in the field to observe the process of learning Quran with Ummi method. The data was obtained from interviews, observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed and then drawn a conclusion. Then, the findings showed that the learning outcomes of students awarded Very Good based on the evaluation obtained by the students. The reading scores were from 80 until 95. The highest reading score of the students was 95 and the lowest was 80. The memorization scores of the students were from 90 until 95. The lowest score was 90 and the highest one was 95. Based on the data, it can be concluded that the Ummi method used in the second classroom of Athirah Islamic Primary School has a very important role in developing students’ skills in reading and memorizing Quran.

Abstract

The issue of corruption can’t be eradicated optimally in a Muslim -majority country where the issue is poorly understood and realized the danger, according to some traditions as a source of Islamic law. Therefore, this article seeks to examine critically the prohibition of corruption according to law tradition. With reference to the hadith of corruption could serve as the basis of law (hujjah) as having a legitimate level of quality both in terms of sanad and matan tradition. Either textually or contextually, fill in the content of the hadith narrated by Imam al-Darimiy core of the prohibition to perform acts of corruption, abuse of authority or mandate either squandered that trust comes from a particular person or government agencies .
