EVALUASI KINERJA GURU FISIKA, BIOLOGI DAN KIMIA SMA YANG SUDAH LULUS SERTIFIKASI

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mengembangkan instrumen evaluasi kinerja guru yang valid dan reliabel, (2) mengevaluasi kinerja guru Fisika, Biologi, dan Kimia SMA yang sudah terser-tifikasi/menerima tunjangan profesi. Populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh guru Fisika, Biologi dan Kimia SMA tersertifikasi/pene-rima tunjangan profesi yang berada di Kota Banda Aceh, Kabupaten Aceh Besar dan Kabupaten Pidie. Validitas konstruk instrumen yang dikembangkan dibuktikan melalui analisis fak-tor, dan reliabilitasnya diestimasi dengan rumus alpha Cron-bach. Analisis tingkat kinerja ditentukan dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) instrumen yang dikembang-kan terdiri atas 33 butir pernyataan, dan memiliki koefisien reliabilitas konsistensi internal sebesar 0,953; (2) kinerja guru Fisika, Biologi, dan Kimia SMA yang sudah lulus sertifikasi dan sudah menerima tunjangan belum seluruhnya berkinerja tinggi; (3) kinerja guru Kimia relatif lebih baik dari pada kinerja guru Biologi dan guru Fisika. Kata kunci: evaluasi, kinerja guru, validitas, reliabilitas ______________________________________________________________AN EVALUATION OF THE PERFORMANCE OF CERTIFIED SCIENCE TEACHERS (PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY AND BIOLOGY) OF SENIOR HIGH SCHOOLS Abstract This study was aimed at (1) developing a valid and reliable performance evaluation instruments for teachers, and (2) evaluating the level of Physics, Biology and Chemistry teachers of senior high schools who have been certified and received theprofession allowance. The population of this study included all certified Physics, Biology and Chemistry teachers of senior high schools who have received profession allowance in Banda Aceh, Aceh Besar, and Pidie. The construct validity of the instrument developed was assessed through factor analysis, and the reliability was estimated by using Cronbach’s Alpha formula. The level of teachers’performance was analyzed by the percentage. The result of the research shows that (1) the instrument developed consists of 33 items, and has an internal consistency reliability coefficient of 0,953, (2) not all certified high school teachers who have received profession allowance and teach Physics, Biology and Chemistry show high performance, and (3) the performance of Chemistry teachers is relatively higher than that of Physics and Biology teachers. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh hasil belajar menggunakan model problem based learning melalui media animasi pada materi pesawat sederhana di SMP Negeri 7 banda Aceh. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 2 kelas yaitu VIII-6 sebagai kelas eksperimen, dan VIII-1 sebagai kelas kontrol. Dalam kegiatan mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan instrumen tertulis atau tes berupa sejumlah soal yang diberikan kepada siswa. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dilakukan uji homogenitas dan uji normalitas untuk mengetahui apakah data yang diteliti bersifat homogen atau tidak. Kemudian untuk mengetahui apakah sampel yang diambil terdistribusi normal atau tidak. Untuk mengetahui adanya atau tidaknya perbedaan pengaruh hasil belajar yang segnifikan antara kelas VIII-6 (eksperimen) dan VIII-1 (kontrol), maka perlu dilakukan uji hipotesis. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah uji-t (uji pihak kanan) dengan kriteria taraf segnifikan 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data yang telah dianalisis terdapat kriteria nilai thitung = 4,44 dan nilai ttabel = 1,67109 dimana  thitung >ttabel yang menunjukkan bahwa tolak H0 dan terima Ha. Dimana dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh hasil belajar menggunakan model problem based learning melalui media animasi pada materi pesawat sederhana di SMP Negeri 7 banda Aceh.Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran, Problem Based Learning, Hasil belajar  AbstractThe purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of learning outcomes using a model of problem based learning through the medium of animation on the best materials simple at SMP Negeri 7 Banda Aceh. The sample used in this study were two classes of VIII-6 as the experimental class, and VIII-1 as the control class. In this activity, gather data, researchers used a test in the form of a written instrument or a number of questions given to students. The data were then tested the homogeneity and normality test to determine whether the data studied are homogeneous or not. Then to find out if sample taken normally distributed or not. To determine whether or not the differences in learning outcomes segnifikan influence between classes VIII-6 (experiment) and VIII-1 (control), it is necessary to test the hypothesis. Test hypothesis is t-test (test right side) criteria segnifikan 0.05 level. Based on the results of data processing that have been analyzed are the criteria of the value t = 4.44 and a value table = 1.67109 where thitung> ttabel indicating that reject H0 and accept Ha. Abstract

Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 2 kelas yaitu X-IPA1 sebagai kelas eksperimen, dan X-IPA2 sebagai kelas kontrol.  Dalam kegiatan mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan instrumen tertulis atau tes berupa sejumlah soal yang diberikan kepada siswa. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitan yang berjudul Perbedaan Motivasi Belajar Fisika Siswa yang di Ajarkan dengan PhET Simulation dan Praktikum di SMA Negeri 1 Kembang Tanjong bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan motivasi belajar fisika siswa yang di ajarkan dengan phET Simulation dan praktikum di SMA Negeri 1 Kembang Tanjong. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen Quasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X-IPA1,  X-IPA2, X-IPA3, X-IPA4, X-IPA5 dan X-IPA6 yang berjumlah 170 siswa, yang menjadi sampel adalah X-IPA1 yang berjumlah 26 siswa dan kelas X-IPA2 yang berjumlah 29 siswa, pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara membagikan angket setelah di ajarkan dengan phET simulation dan praktikum. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data yang telah dianalisis terdapat kriteria nilai thitung = 8,5536 dan nilai ttabel = 2,02 dimana -ttabel > thitung > ttabel,  dimana  -2,02 > 8,5536 > 2,02  dengan demikian H0 ditolak Ha diterima. Dengan demikian terdapat perbedaan motivasi belajar fisika siswa yang diajarkan dengan phET simulation dan praktikum. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Belajar, PhET Simulation, PraktikumAbstractThe research study of Differences of Motivation Studied Physics Students which Taught by PhET Simulation and Practical in SMA Negeri 1 Kembang Tanjong aims to know about differences of motivation studied physics which tught by phET Simulation and practical in SMA Negeri 1 Kembang Tanjong. The research type which used  is experiment Quasi. The population of this research is the student on X-IPA1,  X-IPA2, X-IPA3, X-IPA4, X-IPA5 and X-IPA6 totally 170 students, the sample is X-IPA1 totally 26 students and X-IPA2 totally 29 students, the sampling taken by purposive sampling. The data taken with distributed instrument after teach by phET simulation and practical or experiment. Processing data is used by “uji-t”. Based on the results of the processing of the data has been analyzed, there is the criterion score thitung =  and the value of  ttabel = 2,02 that  -ttabel > thitung > ttabel so   -2,02 > 8,5536 > 2,02   thus H0 is rejected Ha received. Thus there is a difference of motivation studied physics students who are taught with the phET simulation and practical. Keywords: Motivation studied, phEt Simulation, Practical (experiment).

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi miskonsepsi pada siswa di MTSN Rukoh kelas VIII pada konsep getaran dan gelombang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII MTsN Rukoh  Banda Aceh tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 yang berjumlah 120 siswa dan ditetapkan sample 28 orang yaitu kelas VIIIA. Penentuan sample dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode diskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik tes diagnostik yang dilengkapi dengan CRI (Certainly of Response Index) dan wawancara. Pengolahan data menggunakan statistik sederhana dalam bentuk perhitungan persentase. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata tingkat Lucky Guess (LG) sebanyak 11.24 %, Tahu Konsep (TK) sebanyak 26.75%, Tidak Tahu Konsep (TTK) sebanyak 25.17% dan Miskonsepsi (M) sebanyak 32.67%. Kata kunci : Miskonsepsi, Tes diagnostik AbstractThis study aims to identify misconceptions in students in class VIII MTSN Rukoh on the concept of vibrations and waves. The study population was a class VIII student MTsN Rukoh Banda Aceh the school year 2016/2017, amounting to 120 students and 28 are designated sample VIIIA class. Determination of sample is purposive sampling. The method used is qualitative descriptive method. The data collection was done by using a diagnostic test which is equipped with a CRI (Certainly of Response Index) and interviews. Processing data using simple statistical calculation in the form of a percentage. The result showed that the average level of Lucky Guess (LG) of 11:24%, Know Concepts (TK) as much as 26.75%, Do not Know Concepts (TTK) as much as 25.17% and Misconceptions (M) as much as 32.67%. Keywords: Misconceptions, Diagnostic Tests.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the difficulties of PPG students of Physics education FKIP Unsyiah in implemented teaching experience program in Banda Aceh. This research is a descriptive research type using a qualitative approach. The subject of this research were PPG student of physics education FKIP Unsyiah who implemented the teaching experience program in Banda Aceh in the academic year 2016/2017 which amounted to 15 students. Data collection in this research used questionnaire technique and data analysis technique used percentage test. Based on the data analysis result, it is found that the difficulties of PPG students of physics education FKIP Unsyiah in conducting lesson opening activities were low, the difficulties in mastering the learning material were low, the difficulties in implementing educational learning strategies were low, the difficulties in applying the scientific approach were very low, the dificulities in resourcing utilization and instructional media were low, the difficulties in involving students  in learning were very low, and the difficulties in closing lessons activities were very low. Overall the difficulty level of PPG students of physics education FKIP Unsyiah in implemented the teaching experience program (PPL) were low with percentage of difficulty was 36,8%, which showed that PPG students of physics education FKIP Unsyiah have no difficulties in implementing teaching experience program (PPL) in Banda Aceh.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini mengangkat masalah apakah berbeda hasil belajar siswa atlet dengan non atlet (reguler) pada mata pelajaran fisika pada kelas XI  sampai XI  di SMA 9 Tunas Bangsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa atlet dengan siswa non atlet pada mata pelajaran fisika di SMA 9 Tunas Bangsa Banda Aceh. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 9 Tunas Bangsa Banda Aceh yang berjumlah 108 siswa. Sampel 22  diambil dari teknik random sampling untuk siswa non atlet, dan sampel total untuk siswa atlet. Sehingga sampel penelitian ini 20 siswa atlet dan 20 siswa non atlet. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi dokumentasi yaitu hasil ujian fisika semester genap tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh   yaitu 4,31 2,02 maka  ditolak dan  diterima. Dengan demikian ada perbedaan hasil belajar siswa atlet dengan siswa non atlet (reguler) pada mata pelajaran fisika kelas XI ipa 1, XI ipa 2 dan XI ipa 3 SMA Negeri 9 Tunas Bangsa Banda Aceh. Kata kunci : Hasil belajar, atlet, non atlet AbstractThe research raises the question of difference in student learning outcomes athletes with non-athletes (regular) in physics in class XI IPA, XI IPA3 in SMA 9 Tunas Bangsa. This study aims to determine differences in student learning outcomes athlete with non-athlete students in physics in high school 9 Tunas Bangsa Banda Aceh. The study population was all students in grade XI IPA at SMAN 9 Tunas Bangsa Banda Aceh totaling 108 students. 22% of samples taken from random sampling techniques to non-athlete students, and the total sample for student athletes. Thus, the samples of this study 20 student athletes and 20 non-athlete students. The approach used in this study is the quantitative approach. Data collected through the study documentation, that physics exam results the second semester of the school year 2015/2016. Based on data analysis >  as 4.31> 2.02 so rejected and accepted. So,there is a difference in student learning outcomes athlete with non-athlete students (regular) in physics class XI ipa 1, XI ipa 2 and XI ipa 3 SMA Negeri 9 Tunas Bangsa Banda Aceh. Keywords: The learning result, athletes, non-athletes.

Abstract

This study examines the problem of how the implementation of the scientific approach has been carried out in Physics learning in SMA Negeri Pidie district. The purpose of this research is to know how far the implementation of scientific approach in Physics subject in SMA Negeri in Pidie district. Subjects in this study were all physics teachers of SMAN applying Curriculum 2013 that is SMAN 1 Sigli, SMAN 2 Sigli, SMAN Unggul Sigli, SMAN 1 Mutiara, and SMAN 1 Sakti. While the Object is the plan of implementation of learning in the teacher and questionnaire implementation of scientific approach. The type of this research is qualitative research. Data collection in this research is done by method (1) questionnaire, and (2) documentation. The data were analyzed descriptive qualitative using percentage equation. The results showed that the implementation of the scientific approach in Physics learning in SMA Negeri in Pidie district has been running well. The average percentage of the implementation of the scientific approach of 77.85% means that teachers always take a scientific approach in the learning process.

KORELASI ANTARA NILAI TRY OUT UN DENGAN NILAI UN MATA PELAJARAN IPA SISWA SMPN 1 DARUSSALAM TAHUN AJARAN 2015/2016

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi nilai try out UN dengan nilai UN pada mata pelajaran IPA kelas IX SMPN 1 Darussalam tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Karena data-data kuantitatif digunakan dalam analisis statistik parametrik dan interprestasi data disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah description research (penelitian deskriptif) dalam bentuk korelasional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi yaitu siswa kelas IX SMPN 1 Darussalam tahun ajaran 2015/2016 yang berjumlah 97 siswa. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi. Data ini tersimpan dalam dokumen sekolah tersebut. Dalam usaha menjawab hipotesis, maka dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisis Korelasi Produk Moment (KPM). Setelah koefisien korelasi didapat, kemudian diuji dengan uji statstistik t. Berdasarkan perhitungan uji hipotesis yang telah dilakukan ternyata diperoleh thitung = . Jika dibandingkan dengan ttabel= 1,985 pada taraf signifikansi 0,05% dengan dk = n – 2 (95), menunjukkan bahwa harga th < tt   atau 0,984 < 1,985. Hal ini berarti bahwa tidak terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara nilai try out UN dengan nilai UN mata pelajaran IPA siswa kelas IX SMPN 1 Darussalam tahun ajaran 2015/2016.Kata Kunci: Korelasi, nilai try out UN, nilai UN. AbstractThe research, titled "Correlation Between Values Try Out UN with UN Rated Subjects IPA SMPN 1 Darussalam". This research aimed to determine the correlation value try out the UN with UN values in science subjects of class IX SMPN 1 Darussalam academic year 2015/2016. This research uses a quantitative and qualitative approach, because quantitative data used in parametric statistical analysis and interpretation of data presented in descriptive form. The type of this research is the description of research (descriptive) in the form of correlation. The sample in this research whole population are students of class IX SMPN 1 Darussalam 2015/2016 school year totaling 97 students. Collecting data in this study using the method of documentation. This data is stored in the school documents. In an attempt to answer the hypothesis, so in this research analysis Product Moment Correlation. After the correlation coefficient obtained, then tested with statstistik t. Based on the results, obtained t value of 0.984 and t table at the price level of a significant level of confidence (0,05%) (dk = n-2) or dk = 97 -2 = 95 is at t = 1.985. The result of the calculation of the price of th < ttor 0,.984 < 1,985 or rejected hypothesis means Ha and Ho accepted hypothesis, that there is no correlation between the value of a try out UN and UN values science subjects of class IX student of SMPN 1 Darussalam academic year 2015/2016.Keywords: Correlation, Values try out UN, Values UN

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian kelas ini adalah untuk (1) mengetahui bagaimana aktivitas guru dan siswa, (2) kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran, (3) hasil belajar siswa, dan (4) respon siswa terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran  Self-Directed Learning dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan statistik deskriptif dan jenis penelitian ini adalahpenelitian tindakan kelas dengan 2 siklus. Setiap siklusnya tediri dari 4 komponen diataranya; perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X-MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 3 Banda Aceh. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes dan observasi atau pengamatan yang dilakukan secara objektif terhadap aspek yang akan diamati berupa data dan informasi. Instrumen pengumpulan data penelitian adalah lembar pengamatan aktivitas guru dan siswa, lembar pengamatan pengelolaan pembelajaan, tes hasil belajar siswa, serta lembar respon siswa terhadap model pembelajaran  Self-Directed Learning. Indikator kinerja diharapkan terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar mencapai 75% ketuntasan individual dan 85% ketuntasan klasikal. Persentase ketuntasan individual pada siklus I diperoleh 72,12% dan ketuntasan klasikalnya diperoleh 73%. Sedangkan pada siklus II ketuntasan individual meningkat menjadi 81,20% dan ketuntasan klasikal menjadi 82%. Kata kunci : Self-Directed Learning, pembelajaran, hasil belajar AbstractThe purpose of this class is to research (1) knows how the activities of teachers and students, (2) the ability of teachers to manage learning, (3), and student learning outcomes (4) the response students to the implementation of the learning model Self-Directed Learning in the learning process. This research uses the approach of descriptive statistics and the type of this research is the research class action with 2 the cycle. Each participating teaches from 4 components watch; planning, implementation of action, observation and reflection. The subject of this research is the students of class X-MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 3 Banda Aceh. The technique of data collection in the form of a test and observation or observation done it objectively against the aspects that will be observed in the form of information and data.
